신규고객 유치에 따른 기존고객의 이탈가능성 연구 (A Study on the Current Customer's Defection Due to Promotions Focused on New Customer Acquisition)

  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) becomes a crucial paradigm as the environment of the market changes. About the CRM actively maintaining and managing customers that have been already acquired, the research has been done as a plan to lure loyal customers who bring lucrative profits in the long term for the company in order to increase the value to the customers. However, in practice, the focus is on putting spurs to attracting new customers in a short term rather than retaining existing customers who give profitable revenues. If the company puts high emphasis on drawing the new customers, in a CRM's point of view in relation to the value of the customers, it can incur a loss in the long run. The reason is that if the firm conducts discriminative sales promotion, the existing clients with high loyalty will feel relatively treated inappropriately and they will have negative feelings such as being betrayed from the company they prefer. This occurrence of negative emotion can in-crease the possibility of highly profitable clients' secession. In consequence, this paper focusing on the process of the client segmentation at the mobile telecommunication services shows that the sales promotion strategy for the new customer attraction can lead to negative effect on the loyalty of the existing customers.

XML 기반 HACCP 식단 자동 분류 시스템 개발 (Development of XML based HACCP Diet Automatic Classification System)

  • The main objective of HACCP(Hazard analysis and critical control points) system is to provide a systematic preventive approach how to control the risks in food production process. Practically, the diet classification process performed at the one of the beginning steps of the HACCP system, makes an important role of determining food safety risks and how to control them in every control point according to the different risk level of the diet. In this paper, we propose an automatic diet classification method for HACCP system using XML(eXtensible Markup Language). In order to guarantee the diet classification accuracy, we design the XML schema and attributes represents the relationship of every diet and ingredients analysing the HACCP diet classification rules. Based on the XML schema and document generation method, we develope the proposed system as client and server model that implemented XML based HACCP diet information generation module and integrated HACCP information management modules, respectively. Moreover, we show the efficiency of the proposed system with experiment results describing the school food diet information as XML documents and parsing the diet information.

간호학 관점에서의 부모-자녀 관계 연구동향 (Research Trends on Parent-Child Relationships from the Perspective of Nursing)

  • Purpose: This study was done to provide a basis for future theory development by analyzing the phenomenon of parent-child relationships based on the 4 areas described by Kim (2000). Methods: A descriptive research design was used to identify research trends in nursing related to the phenomenon of parent-child relationships. Results: Before 1990, the trend in research design was quantitative designs, but since 1990, qualitative research has also been done. Mothers were the most popular research target for these studies followed by mothers and children together. In analyzing the 4 areas outlined by Kim (2000), it was found that most of the research was done on client domain and parents. The research concepts relevant to the essentialistic concept of research target, were 'child rearing', 'breast-feeding' and 'attachment'. For problematic concepts, the concept of 'stress' was continuously dealt with over the period and for the health-care experiential concept, 'adjustment' and 'coping' by parents were the main focus of research. Conclusion: The results show that parent-child relationship research was mainly concentrated on research participants and concepts. In the future, improvements should be made in research development of nursing practice programs and development of theory, to address the complete phenomenon of parent-child relationships.

  • Aviation industry, which is highly dependent on human resources, emphasizes airline's human resources management and performance check because quality of services provided to customers is closely related to airline's employees. Because roles of cabin crews take a significant portion of services provided to customers, airlines and cabin crews represent an inseparable relationship. Attitudes of cabin crews who plays the role of facing and dealing with customers directly in the process of providing flight related services are an essential factor that determines an image of an airline and actually have significant impact on the performance as well. By increasing performance satisfaction of cabin crews, organizational loyalty can be strengthened and such successful human resources management could have a positive effect on increasing customer satisfaction as well as revenues. From corporate's perspective, performance satisfaction of an employee is a crucial factor that decides the quality of service provided to customers that supports employee retention as well as client retention. This can eventually lead to organization loyalty that can positively affect overall work performance. Thus if corporates put efforts in and invests to improve and develop favorable attitudes and service quality within employees, performance satisfaction and organizational goals will be more effectively achieved.

지지개념 분석 (Concept Analysis of Support)

  • A concept is a building block of a theory. The purpose of a concept analysis is to clarify the critical attributes of a concept and identify its real meaning, particularly if the concept is not understood in a clear and accurate manner. This study was conducted to analyze the concept of support, which has been adopted from another discipline and unclearly used in nursing science. For concept analysis of this study, Walker and Avant's method was used. Support is defined as a domain with emotional. informational. material and evaluative aspects. Critical attributes of the concept of support included (1) an experience of support between a support provider and a client, (2) communication, (3) a relationship of mutual interchange of emotional, informational, material, evaluative support, and (4) intention, Cases related to the concept of support included model cases and appendix cases (against. boundary, and related). Antecedents of support were anxiety, depression, and loss of self-esteem, and consequences of support were comfort, increase of self-esteem, and trust. Based on these results, a nursing intervention that can provide a better quality of life for the prevention of diseases, health management, and health promotion may be developed in the future.

사회복지사의 공동의존과 정신건강과의 관계 (The relationship of Codependency and Mental Health in Social Worker)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지사를 대상으로 사회복지사의 공동의존의 실태, 공동의존과 정신건강과의 관련성을 중심으로 사회복지사의 전문적 돌봄에 요구되는 공동의존의 개입의 필요성을 탐색함으로써 사회복지사에 대한 개입의 새로운 시각을 조성하는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 분석자료는 G지역 사회복지전담공무원 및 민간사회복지기관 근무자 290명을 대상으로 직접 혹은 우편으로 조사된 내용을 사용했으며, 수집된 자료는 코딩 후 전산화 과정을 통해 오류 검증을 거쳐 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 신뢰도 검사, 빈도분석, t검증, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 사회복지사의 공동의존은 평균 '약간 심한 정도의 공동의존'으로 역기능적 문제를 일으킬 수 있는 수준이었고, 사회복지사의 공동의존과 정신건강은 강한 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 사회복지사의 전문적 돌봄을 위해 공동의존 개입의 필요성을 제언하였다.

  • SDETM(Spatial Database Engine)는 ESRI 회사에서 개발한 클라이언트-서버 구조의 공간 데이터베이스로서 빠르고 효율적인 공간 연산의 수행과 대규모의 공간 데이터 집합을 취급하며 다양한 공간 연산과 공간관계 매크로를 지원한다. 아울러 공간상의 지형객체는 공간 또는 속성 변경에 의한 이력데이타가 발생하지만, SDE와 같은 기존의 공간 도구는 지형객체의 스냅샷 정보만을 취급하므로 시간의 흐름에 따른 이력 데이터는 물론 이력질의를 지원하지 못한다. 따라서, 이 논문에서는 SDE를 이용한 지리정보 시스템의 이력질의 지원을 목표로 시공간 데이터 모델의 정립을 비롯하여 시공간탐색 조건식의 생성 알고리즘과 시간관계 매크로의 구현 알고리즘을 제시한다. 구현된 시공간 데이터 모델과 시간관계 매크로 확장은 지리정보시스템에서 시간변이 지형객체의 이력 데이터 관리와 시간관계 매크로에 의한 이력질의를 수행할수 있다.

사회복지전담공무원의 외상사건 및 스트레스 대처방식과 외상후스트레스증상 관련성 (Relationship between Traumatic Events, Stress Coping Strategies and Post-Traumatic Stress Symptoms among Social Workers in Public Sector)

  • Objectives Social workers can suffer from occupational stress resulting from dealing with clients, which might lead to metal health problems. We aimed to investigate the association of duty-related traumatic experiences and stress coping strategies with post-traumatic stress symptoms among social workers in public sector. Methods A total of 110 social workers in public sector (men 30.9%, $36.5{\pm}7.6$ yrs) participated in this study. All subjects were evaluated the frequency and the impact of duty-related traumatic events. Additionally, they completed questionnaires including the Impact of Event Scale-Revised for post-traumatic stress symptoms, the Beck Depression Inventory-II for depressive symptoms, the Scale for Suicidal Ideation for suicide symptoms and the Ways of Coping Checklist for stress coping strategies. Results The most frequent traumatic events were "Violent or abusive language from a client" (95.0%) and "Client made a fuss" (94.5%). The most distressing traumatic event was "Seeing a dead body on duty" (7.6 out of 10), which predicted post-traumatic stress symptoms (odds ratio 4.04 ; 95% confidence interval, 1.79-9.11). Among 4 types of stress coping strategies, the emotion-focused coping was positively correlated with post-traumatic stress symptoms after controlling age and sex (${\beta}$ = 0.50, p < 0.001). Conclusions Social workers in public sector showed high level of post-traumatic stress symptoms. Duty-related traumatic events and the emotional-focused coping strategies were associated with the severity of post-traumatic stress symptoms. The modification of stress coping strategies would alleviate post-traumatic stress symptoms in social workers in public sector.

사회복지사의 근로몰입 유형간 상호관계와 이탈의도에 미치는 효과 비교 (A study of interrelationships, and effects on withdrawal intention of social workers' commitment forms)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지사가 실천현장에서 경험하는 다양한 근로몰입의 유형 중 직무몰입 조직몰입 경력몰입 관계몰입간의 판별타당성을 확인하고, 이들 근로몰입 유형간의 상호관계 그리고 제시된 네 가지 근로몰입 유형이 이직의사와 경력변경의도라는 이탈의도에 미치는 효과를 비교하고자 실시한 것으로, 부산 경남의 지역사회복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사 417명에게 구조화된 설문조사를 실시하고 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 본 연구에서 제시한 사회복지사의 근로몰입 유형은 서로 구별되는 판별타당성이 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, 구조방정식모형을 통해 몰입유형간의 상호관계를 분석한 결과 사회복지사가 직무에 몰입할수록 근무하는 조직과 사회복지전문직에 대한 경력 그리고 클라이언트와의 관계에 몰입하게 됨을 알 수 있다. 또한 몰입유형 중 직무몰입과 조직몰입 그리고 경력몰입은 이직의사에 그리고 경력몰입과 관계몰입은 경력변경의도에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 연구를 통해 조직관리 측면에서 조직몰입 외에 다양한 유형의 근로몰입이 존재함을 이해하고 동시에 여러 몰입유형을 높이기 위한 또는 개별적 몰입유형만을 높이기 위한 차별적 관리전략이 필요함을 제시한다.

장애인생활시설 종사자의 조직 환경, 직무 환경 및 클라이언트와의 관계성과 소진의 관련성 (Disabled workers living facilities in the organizational environment, relationships and relevance of the exhaustion of the working environment and clients)

  • 본 연구는 장애인생활시설 종사자의 조직 환경, 직무 환경 및 클라이언트와의 관계성과 소진의 관련성을 분석하여 사회복지사에게 보다 질 높은 업무환경 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 광주 전남지역에 소재한 장애인생활시설에 근무하고 있는 종사자 252명을 대상으로 하였고, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 조직 환경, 직무 환경, 클라이언트와의 관계성을 독립변수로 설정하여 소진에 독립적으로 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 조직 환경(${\beta}$=-.200, p=.001)과 직무 환경(${\beta}$=-.460, p<.001)은 유의미한 독립적인 요인이었고 설명력은 31.0%였다. 그러나 클라이언트와의 관계성(${\beta}$=-.059, p=0.258)은 소진에 유의미한 요인은 아니었다. 결론적으로 종사자들은 항상 자긍심을 가지고 적극적으로 활동하여 자신감을 갖도록 하여야 하고, 시설은 조직 환경 및 직무 환경의 개선이 필요하다.
