개인과 집단의 특성이 지식창출에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Individual and Team Characteristics on Knowledge Creation : An Analysis by Hierarchical Linear Model (HLM))

  • This paper investigates the effect of stress on knowledge creation. The goal stress of resource inadequacy and job stress had negative influences on knowledge creation. However, the cohesion and mastery climate of team had positive influence on knowledge creation. Therefore this paper verifies the moderate role of the cohesion and mastery climate of team on the relationship between stress and knowledge creation. The model developed was tested using data collected from knowledge based industry with 375 members in 69 teams in 12 different firms. A Hierarchical Linear Model (HLM) was used to test the hypotheses generated from the model. Results show that job stress had a negative influence on knowledge creation as we expected but the goal stress didn't. The mastery climate of team affected knowledge creation positively and moderated the relationship between the goal stress and knowledge creation. Furthermore, the team cohesion had a positive influence on knowledge creation. The study provided some implications that practitioners should consider the stress when they design jobs for team members and suggest them the way to manage their job stress when they work.

수술실 간호사의 직무 만족과 조직몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment among Perioperative Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the relationship of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of perioperative nurses. Method: The subjects of this study were 500 perioperative nurses from 11 hospitals. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from Sep. 19 to Sep. 27, 2009. Results: There was statistically significant relationship among the five variables. The analyses of covariance of these five variables revealed overall significant (p<.05). Stepwise linear multiple regression analyses were used to examine the influence of these five variables. Results indicated that the variables for verbal abuse (p<.01), workplace climate (p<.01), internal marketing (p<.001), and job transfer (p<.001) contributed significantly to the job satisfaction (adjusted R square=.426), while the verbal abuse (p<.01), internal marketing (p<.01), leadership style (p<.001) and workplace climate (p<.001) did to the organizational commitment (adjusted R square=.351). Canonical correlation analyses revealed that internal marketing and workplace climate contributed most significantly both to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Conclusion: This study found that all these five nursing managerial factors were important influential on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment of perioperative nurses. Addressing these factors with further research will surely improve the commitment of these nurses and ultimately lead to better perioperative nursing care.

  • 기후변화와 교통의 관계는 크게 기후변화가 교통에 미치는 영향과 교통이 기후변화에 미치는 영향으로 나눌 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자의 관점에서 폭설이 도시교통에 미치는 영향을 파악하였으며, 통행자의 불편익에 대한 방안을 제시함으로 폭설에 대해 효과적으로 대처하고자 하였다. 예기치 못한 기후변화의 파급효과는 통행시간과 운행비용, 사고비용 등으로 분석되었으며, 이를 기반으로 해당구간의 융설시스템(Snow Melting System) 도입에 따른 사업의 효과성을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기후변화로 인한 교통불편익을 최소화하는 방재시설물 설치를 위한 평가기준으로 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

병원 간호조직의 유효성 결정요인 (Determinants of Organizational Effectiveness on Hospital Nursing)

  • Purposes: This study was to provide basic data to explain the effect of the organizational effectiveness factor on hospital nursing, to construct an appropriate model to examine the validation and relationship with variables and to provide basic data for improving the organizational effectiveness of hospital nursing. Method: This study was a descriptive correlation research. Subjects of the study were 348 nurses, 219 patients, and 89 nurses for nursing quality. Twelve measurement variables and nine paths were established in the hypothetical model. Results: The fitness indices of the model were GFI=0.91, NFI=0.90, and PGFI=0.49. Five among the nine paths proved to be statistically significant : level of nurse manpower to organizational effectiveness, conflict to organizational effectiveness, organizational climate to organizational effectiveness, level of nurse manpower to organizational climate, and leadership to organizational climate. Level of nurse manpower and leadership influenced organizational climate. Organizational climate accounted for 43% by the predictor variables, and the level of nurse manpower, conflict, and organizational climate influenced the organizational effectiveness, which accounted for 77% by the predictor variables. Conclusion: This study identified that the level of nurse manpower, leadership, conflict, and organizational climate are important factors affecting organizational effectiveness.

침묵분위기, LMX, 혁신행동의 관계에 대한 실증연구 (A Study on the Relationship of Climate of Silence, LMX, and Innovation Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the negative effects of silence climate on the innovation behavior and LMX (Leader-Member Exchange). In order to test our model, we conducted a survey based on the questionnaire. Results showed that silence climate had a negative effect on the innovation behavior and LMX. Secondly, The LMX had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Moreover, the LMX partially mediated silence climate and the innovation behavior. Finally, we drew a conclusion by discussing limitations and implications of the research, and suggested directions for further researches.

간호사의 환자확인 행동 관련 요인 및 개인-조직 가치일치 분위기의 상호작용 효과 (Factors related to Nurses' Patient Identification Behavior and the Moderating Effect of Person-organization Value Congruence Climate within Nursing Units)

  • Purpose: This research was an empirical study designed to identify precursors and interaction effects related to nurses' patient identification behavior. A multilevel analysis methodology was used. Methods: A self-report survey was administered to registered nurses (RNs) of a university hospital in South Korea. Of the questionnaires, 1114 were analyzed. Results: The individual-level factors that had a significantly positive association with patient identification behavior were person-organization value congruence, organizational commitment, occupational commitment, tenure at the hospital, and tenure at the unit. Significantly negative group-level precursors of patient identification behavior were burnout climate and the number of RNs. Two interaction effects of the person-organization value congruence climate were identified. The first was a group-level moderating effect in which the negative relationship between the number of RNs and patient identification behavior was weaker when the nursing unit's value congruence climate was high. The second was a cross-level moderating effect in which the positive relationship between tenure at the unit and patient identification behavior was weaker when value congruence climate was high. Conclusion: This study simultaneously tested both individual-level and group-level factors that potentially influence patient identification behavior and identified the moderating role of person-organization value congruence climate. Implications of these results are discussed.

국제곡물가격에 대한 기후의 고차 선형 적률 인과관계 연구 (Linear causality in moments from climate to international crop prices)

  • 본 논문은 기후와 국제곡물가격의 인과관계를 분석한다. 기후는 곡물시장에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이지만 국제곡물가격의 인과관계를 분석한 선행연구는 제한적이다. 본 논문은 대표적인 세계기후 변수인 해양표면온도 (sea surface temperature; SST)와 세계 3대 곡물인 밀, 옥수수, 콩의 국제가격을 이용하여 1987년 5월부터 2013년 7월까지 기간의 월별자료를 분석하였다. 분석방법으로서 비모수 커널방법으로 제시된 고차 적률 인과관계 개념 (Nishiyama 등, 2011)을 모수적인 방법으로 변환하여 적용하였다. 분석결과, 기후는 1차 적률에서 3개 곡물가격 모두에 대해 그리고 2차 적률에서 옥수수와 콩의 가격에 대해 각각 인과관계를 가지며 3차 적률에서는 3개 곡물가격 모두에 대해 인과관계를 갖지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

여행사에서의 윤리적 풍토와 이직의도 -신뢰와 조직 동일시의 매개효과- (Ethical Climate and Turnover Intentions in Travel Agency -Mediating of Trust and Organizational Identification-)

  • 본 연구는 여행사 종사원을 대상으로 하여 윤리적 풍토, 신뢰, 조직 동일시 및 이직의도와의 관계를 연구하였다. 윤리적 풍토는 윤리적 내용에 대한 전형적인 조직관행과 절차에 있어서의 지배적인 인식이다. 즉 조직 작업환경 내에서의 옳고 그름에 대한 지각과 기업 내에서 수용하거나 수용할 수 없는 행동에 대한 규범을 세우는 것을 포함한다. 이에 본 연구는 윤리적 풍토에 대한 인식이 신뢰와 조직 동일시 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증적으로 규명하고자 문헌연구와 더불어 여행사의 종사원들을 대상으로 231부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 윤리적 풍토는 신뢰와 조직 동일시 및 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신뢰와 이직의도는 유의성이 없는 반면, 조직 동일시와 이직의도는 유의성이 검증되었다. 마지막으로 윤리적 풍토와 이직의도간의 관계에서 조직동일시의 매개효과만 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 윤리적 풍토의 측면에서의 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

기후변화에 따른 살오징어(Todarodes pacificus) 산란장 환경 변화 (Changes in the Spawning Ground Environment of the Common Squid, Todarodes pacificus due to Climate Change)

  • This study analyzed the influence of climate change on the spawning ground area of the common squid, Todarodes pacificus. To estimate long term changes in the area of the spawning ground of the common squid, water temperature at 50 m deep that can be inferred from sea surface temperature (SST) based on both NOAA/AVHRR (1981.07-2002.12) and MODIS/AQUA (2003.01-2009.12) ocean color data was analyzed. In addition, five climate indices, Arctic Oscillation Index (AO), Siberian High Index (SH), Aleutian Low Pressure Index (ALP), East Asia Winter Monsoon Index (EAWM) and Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO) which are the main indicators of climate changes in the northwestern Pacific were used to study the relationship between the magnitude of the estimated spawning ground and climate indices. The area of the estimated spawning ground was highly correlated with the total catch of common squid throughout four decades. The area of the estimated spawning ground was negatively correlated with SH and EAWM. Especially, PDO was negatively correlated with the area of the spawning ground in the northwestern Pacific (r = -0.39) and in the southern part of the East Sea (r = -0.38). There was a positive relationship between the AO and the area of the spawning ground in the northwestern Pacific (r = 0.46) as well as in the southern part of the East Sea (r = 0.32). Temporally, the area of the winter spawning ground in the southern part of the East Sea in the 1980s was smaller than those areas in the 1990s and 2000s, because the area was disconnected with the western coastal spawning ground of Japan in the 1980s, while the area had been made wider and more continuous from the Korea strait to the western coastal water of Honshu in the 1990s and 2000s.

일-정 촉진과 지각된 팀성과 간의 관계: 웰니스 분위기의 조절효과 (The Relationship between Work-Family Facilitation and Perceived Team Performance: Moderating Effect of Wellness Climate)

  • 본 연구에서는 조직 내 신세대의 가치관 등장 및 일-가정에 대한 인식의 변화로 인해 일과 가정은 분리된 것이 아닌 긍정적 상호작용 한다는 일-가정 촉진(work-family facilitation)(Grzywacz & Marks, 2000)과 팀성과 간의 관계를 실증분석 하였다. 또한 일-가정 촉진을 지원하는 조직분위기라 할 수 있는 웰니스 분위기의 일-가정 촉진과 지각된 팀성과 간의 조절효과도 실증분석 하였다. 분석은 위계적회귀분석(Hierarchical Linear Regression)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 일-가정 촉진은 팀성과와 정(+)의 관계를 가질 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 웰니스 리더십은 일-가정 촉진과 팀성과 간의 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 일-가정 촉진이 팀성과에 긍정적 영향을 줌으로써 향후 조직 내 직무설계시 직무 그 자체뿐만 아니라 개인의 가정에도 직간접적 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있도록 설계를 해야 됨을 시사 한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 웰니스 분위기의 조절효과를 입증함으로서 일-가정 촉진을 지원하는 분위기를 조성하고 유지 발전시키는 활동도 수반 되어야 함을 시사 한다고 할 수 있다.
