정신분열병 환자의 도파민 $D_5$ 수용체 유전자형과 치료반응과의 연관 (The Association between the Dopamine $D_5$ Receptor Genotype and Treatment Response for Korean Schizophrenic Patients)

  • Background : Dopamine receptors are strong candidates for involvement in schizophrenia and are target of a wide variety of antipsychotics. Dopamine $D_5$ receptor(DRD5) gene polymorphisms may be associated with various treatment response. The purpose of our study was define to what significance can be held as a predictor of treatment response in this polymorphism. Method : The total number of 116 Korean chronic schizophrenic patients was assessed after 48 weeks treatment. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) was rated for the clinical response to various antipsychotics. With the use of polymerase chain reaction amplification, we assessed this dopamine $D_5$ receptor polymorphism in schizophrenic patients who had been treated with antipsychotics, and related genotype with treatment response, to test the hypothesis that DRD5 polymorphism may lead to varying response to antipsychotics. Result : DRD5 polymorphism was not associated with treatment response to a variety of antipsychotics in chronic schizophrenic patients. Conclusion : Genetic variation of $D_5$ receptors do not predict treatment response to antispychotics.

패션 점포의 서비스 품질 차원이 소비자 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction of Fashion Retail Stores)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop service quality dimensions for fashion retail stores and to identify significant service quality dimensions influencing customers satisfaction for each fashion retail store. 687 young adults completed written questionnaires consisting of items related to service quality. For analysis of data, confirmatory factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, scheffe test, and stepwise regression analysis were applied. The results were as follows: 1. The service quality dimensions of fashion retail stores were tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, fashionability and variety, price, convenience, merchandise quality and credit card usability. Among those 10 main dimensions of service quality were grouped as experience attributes and search attributes. 2. In examination of the highest valuable service quality dimension based on the types of stores, imported fashion stores were evaluated the highest in terms of all factors except price, tangibles and credit card usability. 3. To predict consumer satisfaction, service quality dimensions such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, fashionability/variety, price, convenience, merchandise quality and credit card usability should be considered.

네온 컬러 패션에 나타난 배색 특성과 이미지 (Attributes and Image of Color Schemes in Neon Color Fashion)

  • The research is committed to inquire about the attributes of color schemes and their image, and the results are as follows : One, the preference of ranges of neon colors was explicit, and the frequency of use of neon colors distinctively diverged season by season. Two, it was observed that, with neon colors, an achromatic color scheme was a more preferred arrangement. As for chromatic colors, neutral and mid-tone natural colors were more favored since they did not tarnish the properties of neon colors and, yet, more effective exhibiting images in diversity and variety. Three, the neon color fashion generally displayed a dual image: its original classification embellished with neon colors rendering the image of powerful and futuristic sensation. Having been around since the early 2000's, the frequency and range of use of neon colors have been increasing rapidly mostly by the sports, leisure and related industries. Regardless of the fact, neon colors will be rediscovered with a variety of color schemes and expand their application.

폐경 후 여성의 식사의 질과 관련 요인 분석 (The Analysis of the Factors Related to Diet Quality in the Postmenopausal Women)

  • This study was performed to assess the relationship between diet quality and general characteristics, stress, exercise habits, and nutritional knowledge score in the postmenopausal women. The data of dietary intakes were obtained using food frequency questionnaires which were collected from 151 postmenopausal women in urban area. Diet quality was assessed by INQ(index of nutritional quality), MAR(mean adequacy ratio), DDS(dietary diversity score), DVS(dietrary variety score), DQI(diet quality index). The results are summarized as follows. The mean age of the subjects was 59.9 years old. The means of height, weight, and BMI were 154.7cm, 57.2kg and 23.9 respectively. The subjects who did not exercise regularly were 70.9% and those who excercised at least once a week were 29.1%. The subjects who had regular meal time were 69.5% and those who ate breakfast regularly were 72.6%. More than 2/3 of subjects had regular eating behavior. Overall dict quality was significantly(p < 0.05) associated with INQ, MAR, DDS, DQI. However, there was no significant association between income level and diet quality. In conclusion, it would be beneficial to provide nutritional education included dietary diversity, dietary variety, dietary guideline, and adequate flood amount, to prevent chronic degenerative disease and maintain healthful life in the postmenopausal women.

  • 2010년 Jeon-Kim은 상호인증 기법, 해시함수 및 비밀 키 업데이트를 이용하여 RFID 시스템에서의 다양한 보안상 문제점을 해결한 HMAP(Hash-based Mutual Authentication Protocol for RFID Environment)를 제안하였다. 안전성 분석을 통하여 Jeon-Kim은 HMAP가 도청공격을 포함한 다양한 공격들에 안전함을 증명하였다. 하지만 그들이 주장한 바와는 달리 HMAP 프로토콜은 도청공격으로 인해 다음 세션에서 사용하게 될 비밀 키가 노출되는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 보안성 분석을 통하여 HMAP의 문제점을 분석 및 증명하고 이를 해결하기 위해 개선된 해시기반의 RFID 상호인증 프로토콜을 제안한다.

Health Effects of Small Volatile Compounds from East Asian Medicinal Mushrooms

  • Medicinal fungi, taken whole or as various forms of extracts, have been used to alleviate, cure or prevent human ailments since pre-historic times. In particular, Asian cultures have incorporated a variety of mushrooms into their medical practices. Chemically pure, bioactive metabolites from fungi have been a mainstay of modern pharmacological research and in addition to antibiotics, include anticancer agents, immunosuppressants, enzyme inhibitors, antagonist and agonists of hormones, and a variety of psychotropic substances. However, to date not many studies have focused on the possible health benefits of odorant volatile organic compounds (i.e., gas phase compounds). An analysis of these compounds for their health related effects will expand the range of compounds available for the treatment of chronic and acute diseases. This review highlights phenolic acids and monoterpenes from Asian medicinal mushrooms (AMMs), which not only produce pleasant odors but also have antioxidant and antibacterial effects. Odorant bioactive volatile phase compounds from medicinal mushrooms remain an essentially untapped source for future medicines, and AMMs remain a promising resource for future pharmacological research.

싱글 소비자의 심리적 특성변수와 대인영향력에 대한 민감성이 의류쇼핑 추구가치에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Single Consumers' Psychologic Characteristics and Susceptibility to Interpersonal Influence on Clothes Shopping Pursuing Value)

  • Many researchers have focused on consumers' clothes purchase behavior, These researches could not reflect the characteristics of the single consumers' clothes purchase behavior. In addition, little has been written on the single consumer. The purposes of this study are to identify the concept and psychologic characteristics of single consumer and investigate the effects of single consumers' psychologic characteristic and susceptibility to interpersonal influence on clothes shopping pursuing value. Also, It was analyzed how single consumer' pursuing values are different based on the type of single motivation. To test research problems, Data were collected by means of a survey questionnaire, which was sent to 300 single in Pusan and Ulsan. In total, 274 were returned and 14 were unusable because of unacceptable levels of missing data. The Results were summarized as follows: First, self-efficacy, informative and normative influence were positively related to utilitarian pursuing value employee satisfaction. Also, self-efficacy, variety seeking, innovativeness and informative influence had a positive effect on hedonic pursuing value. Second, voluntary single and nonvoluntary single group had different perceptions about self-efficacy, variety seeking, innovativeness, informative influence, and hedonic pursuing value.

다차원 데이터를 위한 시멘틱 웹 연구 (A Study on Semantic Web for Multi-dimensional Data)

  • 최근 공간 데이터와 같은 2차원 데이터를 위한 Semantic Web에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 2차원 Semantic Web은 기존의 Geospatial Web과 Semantic Web이 접목되어 다양한 지리 공간 정보와 일반 웹 상의 방대한 비공간 정보를 효율적으로 연계 및 통합하여 제공할 수 있는 지능적인 지리정보 웹 서비스 기술이다. 하지만 다차원 데이터 처리를 위한 연구는 전체적으로 부족한 편이며, 관련 표준 역시 제정되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 그동안 진행되었던 Ontology 처리 기술과 관련된 다양한 기반 이론 및 기술들을 적용하여 다차원 데이터 처리가 가능한 온톨로지, 질의, 추론에 대한 내용을 제안하였다. 또한 각각 제안한 내용을 다차원 질의가 필요한 가상 시나리오에 적용해보았다.

  • The habitual rooms and other structures related to everyday life are almost always grouped around the courtyard and together make up a house. There are many kinds of variety in types of courtyard houses depending on location, composition, allocation and relationship with inner space of the house. Every type of courtyard house accumulates many factors, which are social and economic circumstances, weather and geographical conditions. They are still well harmonized with life style and weather conditions in each area and basic unit of city organization. A courtyard can be shown as a place for everyday conversation like a community. Everyday space is the connective tissue that binds daily lives together, amorphous and so persuasive that it is difficult even to perceive. In spite of its ubiquity, everyday space is nearly invisible in the professional discourses of the city, like everyday life. Therefore Courtyards are special places that are outside yet almost inside, open to the sky, - a microcosm which gives relief to the inner rooms, gives the inhabitants a sense of ease and calm, and the feeling that they have their own piece of sky to use and protect them. This research will explore a variety of space use and dwelling types through courtyards based on field research and design projects.

  • 디지털 방식이 가져온 변화는 기존사회 가치체계 자체의 변화를 추구하며 남과는 다르게 차별화 시키고자하는 사고방식이 그전보다 훨씬 강해지고 있다. 따라서 변화된 환경에 맞는 다양하고 독창적인 이미지 연출이 필요하며, 이미지 제작을 위한 표현 방법이 필요하다. 본 논고는 디지털 이미지 크리에이팅에 관한 것으로 먼저 개발 대상을 선정하고, 감성차원을 통해 개발대상에서 연상되는 감성어휘를 추출한다. 이 후 대상간의 연계성을 시네틱스의 상징적 유추를 통해 시각화시키는 프로세스로 진행된다. 궁극적인 연구 목적은 단순한 이미지의 왜곡이나 변형이 아니라 본질적인 의미가 담긴 디지털 이미지 제작의 방법 모색과 프로세스 접근에 대한 태도의 전환을 통해 독창적이고 다양한 디지털 이미지 연출에 도움이 되고자 함이다.
