국내 재래식 터널의 변상현황과 배면공동 보강 사례연구 (A Case Study on Deformation Conditions and Reinforcement Method of Cavity behind the Lining of Domestic Old Tunnel)

  • In this study, the whole deformation conditions of domestic old tunnels and reinforcement methods for deformation tunnels were investigated and analysed, and the present conditions, occurrence cause and reinforcement methods of cavity behind the tunnel lining were investigated and analysed comprehensively. The deformation causes of domestic old tunnels could be classified in three kinds : change of earth pressure operating tunnel ground, material problem of concrete lining, mistake of design and construction. As a result of analysis, the tunnel deformation was occurred by not specific cause but various cause As a result of investigation for 455 domestic tunnel data, more than 70% of the tunnel deformation was related to leakage and the other deformation cause also accompanied leakage mostly. An applied reinforcement method was related to leakage and flood prevention measures, but application of reinforcement method for boundary area between tunnel and ground and tunnel periphery which influence on the tunnel stability was still defective. The cavity of domestic old tunnel occupied about 16% of the total tunnel length and about 68% of cavity was located in the crown of tunnel, and besides, the occurrence cause of cavity was analysed to design, construction and management cause. The filling method for cavity using filling material was comprehensively appling to cavity behind tunnel lining.

철근 직진도 개선을 위한 실시간 철근 사출 끝점 추적 방법 (Real-time Rebar Injection Endpoints Tracking Method to Improve the Straightness of Rebars)

  • 본 논문에서는 Median flow와 영상의 Depth 정보를 이용하여 산업 현장의 다양한 환경 조건에서 실시간 철근의 끝점 추적 및 검출이 가능한 방법을 제안한다. 영상의 Depth 정보에 Median filter, Binarization, Morphology, Blob의 알고리즘을 사용하여 2개의 철근 끝점을 검출하는 방법을 제안하였다. 실시간 철근 끝점 추적을 위해서는 Median flow의 알고리즘을 이용하여 철근의 움직임 방향과 위치 추적을 제안하였다. 그리고 Depth 영상에서 검출된 철근 끝점 좌표와 Median flow를 이용한 철근의 위치추적 좌표를 서로 비교하여 최종 위치 좌표를 결정하였다. 그 결과 기존 Median flow 방식만 적용하였을 때 75% 정도의 철근의 최종 위치 판단 성공률이 Depth의 철근 끝점 정보까지 활용하였을 때는 95%까지 추적 성공률이 높아졌다.

  • This paper presents a study carried out for the seismic capacity in reinforced concrete(RC) piers by the confinement effect of transverse reinforcement as such a hooked-tied, welded-tied and spiral reinforcement. In order to assess the seismic capacity with transverse reinforcement, experiment리 and analytical methods were adopted. A RC column survey was conducted based on eight one-fourth scale single circular column specimens designed and tested under slow horizontal cyclic loads. Two cases were analyzed. The confinement effect of concrete by transverse reinforcement is considered not in Case 1 but in Case 2. Also, we studied the propriety of making use of the method in which a carbon fiber rod replace spiral reinforcement in RC piers. In experimental tests, a welded-tied and spiral reinforcement has a good seismic capacity, but a carbon fiber rod presents low ductility in comparison with a hooked-tied reinforcement. In an analytical study, displacement ductility is approximate to the experimental result because of considering the confinement effect of the transverse reinforcement. Even if the confinement effect of the transverse reinforcement is considered, the analytical results for ductility of the specimens with welded-tied and spiral reinforcement show an excessive underestimation of the experimental results.

  • 일반적으로 깊은 보의 개구부 보강을 할 경우 개구부 주변의 부족한 내력에 대해 수직, 수평, 대각, 혹은 혼합된 배근 형태를 사용하게 되는데, 경제성과 구조적 안전성을 고려하기 위해서는 각 배근 형태 및 방법에 따른 깊은 보의 거론 평가와 적절한 조합에 관한 연구가 절실히 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개구부 보강방법을 변수로 한 simulation 모델을 통해 수직, 수평 보강의 효과에 대해 해석적으로 검증을 한 후, 각 규준에서 제시하고 있는 개구부가 있는 깊은 보의 전단 내력식을 분석하고 해당 식을 보완하여 단순지지 1경간 및 연속 경간에 적용 가능한 전단 내력 산정식을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 강화학습(reinforcement learning)은 온라인으로 환경(environment)과 상호작용 하는 과정을 통하여 목표를 이루기 위한 전략을 학습한다. 강화학습의 기본적인 알고리즘인 Q-learning의 학습 속도를 가속하기 위해서, 거대한 상태공간 문제(curse of dimensionality)를 해결할 수 있고 강화학습의 특성에 적합한 함수 근사 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 개선하기 위해서, 온라인 퍼지 클러스터링(online fuzzy clustering)을 기반으로 한 Fuzzy Q-Map을 제안한다. Fuzzy Q-Map은 온라인 학습이 가능하고 환경의 불확실성을 표현할 수 있는 강화학습에 적합한 함수근사방법이다. Fuzzy Q-Map을 마운틴 카 문제에 적용하여 보았고, 학습 초기에 학습 속도가 가속됨을 보였다.

터널 시공 중 보강공법 선전용 퍼지 전문가 시스템 개발 (Development of the Fuzzy Expert System for the Reinforcement of Tunels during Construction)

  • In the study, an expert system was developed to predict the safety of tunnel and select proper tunnel reinforcement system using fuzzy quantification theory and fuzzy inference rule based on tunnel information database, For this development, many tunnelling sites were investigated and the applied countermeasures were studied after building tunnel database. There will be benefit for the deciding tunnel reinforcement method in the case of poor ground condition. The expert system developed in the study has two main parts, pre-module and post-module. Pre-module is used to decide input items of tunnel information based on the tunnel face mapping information which can be easily obtained in in-situ site. Then, using fuzzy quantification theory II, fuzzy membership function is composed and tunnel safety level is inferred through this membership function. Post-module is used to infer the applicability of each reinforcement methods according to the face level. The result of the predicted reinforcement system level was similar to measured ones. In-situ data were obtained in three tunnel sites including subway tunnel under Han River. Therefore, this system will be helpful to make the mose of in-situ data available and suggest proper applicability of tunnel reinforcement system to development more resonable tunnel support method without dependance of some experienced experts opinions.

철근콘크리트 기둥의 성능기반설계를 위한 주철근비 (Longitudinal Reinforcement Ratio for Performance-based Design of Reinforced Concrete Columns)

  • 본 연구에서는 성능기반설계를 위한 기둥의 주철근비에 대하여 연구하였다. 일률적인 현행 설계기준과 달리, 다양한 기둥의 설계변수를 고려하여 기둥의 주철근을 정의하였다. 기둥의 최소철근비는 다음의 2 가지 사항을 고려하여 평가하였다; 1) 사용상태에서 콘크리트의 장기변형에 의한 철근의 조기항복 방지; 2) 내진설계시 기둥의 연성능력을 확보하기 위해 균열모멘트 이상의 극한휨강도 확보. 배근상태와 하중조건에 따른 기둥의 유효강성도 강도설계시 추가적으로 고려하였으며, 3 가지 사항을 고려한 주철근비 결정방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 설계예제에 적용되었다.

Experimental study on effect of EBRIG shear strengthening method on the behavior of RC beams

  • The present experimental study addresses the structural response of reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened in shear. Thirteen RC beams were divided into four different sets to investigate the effect of transverse and longitudinal steel reinforcement ratios, concrete compressive strength change and orientation for installing carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminates. Then, we employed a shear strengthening solution through externally bonded reinforcement in grooves (EBRIG) and externally bonded reinforcement (EBR) techniques. In this regard, rectangular beams of $200{\times}300{\times}2000mm$ dimensions were subjected to the 4-point static loading condition and their load-displacement curves, load-carrying capacity and ductility changes were compared. The results revealed that using EBRIG method, the gain percentage augmented with the increase in the longitudinal reinforcement ratio. Also, in the RC beams with stirrups, the gain in shear strength decreased as transverse reinforcement ratio increased. The results also revealed that the shear resistance obtained by the experimental tests were in acceptable agreement with the design equations. Besides, the results of this research indicated that using the EBRIG system through vertical grooves in RC beams with and without stirrups caused the energy absorption to increase about 85% and 97%, respectively, relative to the control.

구조물 노후도를 반영한 외부긴장 보강 효과에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Strengthening Effect of External Prestressing Method Considering Deterioration)

  • 콘크리트 구조물은 재료의 열화나 초과된 하중 및 환경적 요인에 의해 점차 노후화 되며 그 성능이 감소하여 구조물의 사용성 및 안전성에 영향을 미치게 된다. 노후 교량의 보강 공법 중 외부긴장 공법이 널리 사용 중이지만, 노후도에 따른 보강 효과 및 영향 규명은 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 구조물의 노후도를 콘크리트 압축강도 및 인장철근량의 감소로 가정하고 노후도에 따른 외부긴장 공법의 보강 효과를 확인하기 위해 무보강 및 외부긴장 공법을 적용한 실험체의 4점 재하실험을 수행하여 보강 여부에 따른 거동을 분석하고 보강 효과를 확인하였다. 실험 결과 정착구의 조기 탈락에 따른 극한 상태의 보강량을 확인하기 어려웠으며, 이에 따라 외부긴장 보강 공법의 적용 시 앵커 볼트에 관한 규정 준수가 필요하다. 외부긴장 보강 여부에 따라 균열하중 및 항복하중이 증가하였으나, 균열 이전에는 보강 전, 후의 강성이 유사하여 보강 효과를 확인하긴 어려웠다.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this paper is to examine Zhang Zihe's reinforcement method based on the theory of keeping balance(以平爲期). Methods : Based on his arguments in the Rumenshiqin and formula compositions, Zhang Zihe's reinforcement method was examined. Results & Conclusions : 1. Despite preconceptions that Zhang Zihe must have been critical of reinforcement methods due to his alliance to the offensive purgative group, in reality his criticism was not aimed at reinforcement methods entirely, but rather at warming and tonifying. 2. Zhang Zihe's criticism of warming and tonifying was based on his research of the Neijing, in which he realized the pathogenic effects of fire-heat and the side effects of warming and tonifying in clinical practice. This is a common conception among the Four Great Doctors of the Jin-Yuan period. 3. Zhang Zihe focused on eliminating pathogenic qi so that the body's qi would circulate smoothly to slowly restore the source qi. The theory of keeping balance was emphasized to achieve this goal. 4. Based on the theory of keeping balance, Zhang Zihe used various medicinals with different properties and flavors to allow for the medicinals in each of the sovereign, minister, assistant and courier positions to co-operate with each other, while using food reinforcement to restore the source qi.
