우리나라는 수도권 과밀화해소를 위해 기업들의 수도권 입지에 대해 규제하고 있으나 그 기준이 행정구역상 위치에 의존하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 입지규제 차이가 기업의 경영성과나 혁신성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 인접해있는 평택(수도권)과 천안(비수도권)의 KIS-Value 기업자료를 이용하여 다중회귀분석과 음이항회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 경영성과측면에서는 두 지역기업 간에 차이를 발견할 수 없었으나 혁신성에서는 천안에 위치한 기업이 더 나은 성과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 입지규제가 기업의 혁신성에 부정적 영향을 미칠 가능성이 높으며 기업입지규제가 보다 정밀한 방식으로 개선될 필요가 있는 것으로 판단할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the heating regulation systems and the thermal environment of the Co-Generation apartment house in winter. Personal self-administration and interview method were used in the survey of this study. The respondents were 352 housewives who resided in Mokdong apartement using Co-Generation heating systems. Data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ computer package. The results of this study were summarised as follow; The typical patterns of heating regulation systems were intermittent and partial heating in the living room and bedroom exclusive of kitchen area. The present condition of the thermal environment were relatively warm in winter and Heatng regulation systems were influenced by type of location. Determinants of the thermal sensation and thermal comfort were the type of location of apartment as a architectural factor, clo as a personal factor.

위치기반서비스는 위치정보를 기반으로 하는 다양하고 광범위한 서비스를 의미한다. 이러한 위치기반 서비스들은 개인 위치정보 보호를 위하여 위치정보보호법에 의한 규제를 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위치정보보호법에 의한 위치정보의 형태와 의미를 살펴보고, 위치정보 흐름을 분석하여 그 사용방법 및 한계에 대하여 살펴보도록 한다. 이를 바탕으로 위치정보가 다양한 분야의 서비스 개발 등에 활용되어 보다 광범위하게 활용되었으면 한다.

본 연구는 2008년 국가경쟁력강화위원회의 발표를 필두로 현 정부가 추진하고 있는 수도권정책의 변화의 방향과 그 영향을 고찰하기 위하여 수도권정책의 변화에 민감하게 반응하는 기업의 공간수요 변화를 분석하였다. 연구내용은 수도권 정책이 기업의 입지에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 현 정부의 수도권 규제완화 정책에 따른 기업들의 입지행태 변화 및 공간수요의 변화방향을 분석한다. 연구방법은 실증분석과 설문분석을 활용하였다. 실증분석은 1980년대 이후 통계자료를 활용하여 제조업체의 공간수요 변화추이를 분석하였다. 설문분석은 외생적 충격인 수도권 정책 변화가 기업체의 의사결정에 미치는 영향을 고찰하여 향후 기업들의 제조업용지 수요방향을 도출하였다. 연구결과 기업체들은 그동안 수도권정책으로 인하여 기업입지 결정이나 공장규모결정에 영향을 많이 받았으며 가장 큰 규제정책은 수도권정비계획법상의 권역규제와 공장총량제인 것으로 조사된다. 현 정부의 수도권규제완화로 인하여 제조업용지 수요증가가 예상된다. 특히 수도권과 충청권을 중심으로 제조업용지 수요가 증가될 것이며 강원도는 수요감소가 전망된다. 이는 수도권지역이 우리나라 중에서 가장 교통 물류 조건과 시장조건이 양호한 지역이므로 이 지역에 대한 기업선호도가 높은 까닭이다. 그러나 독자적인 경제권을 형성하고 있는 동남권이나 대경권의 경우 수도권 정책변화로 인한 영향력이 적다. 수도권지역 경우도 전체 지역에서 수요가 증가하는 것이 아니라 성장관리권역에서의 수요증가가 예상된다.

In this work, the problem of regulating and tracking available bit rate (ABR) traffic in ATM network. The issue of providing control signals to throttled sources at distant location from bottlenecked node is of particular interest. Network modeling and design of controller is outlined. To obtain optimal control, receding horizon control (RHC) theory is applied. Simulation results are presented in views of regulation and tracking problems with or without constraints.

This paper presents an approach to extract license plates from parking regulation images which is captured in various photographing direction and complex background. first, we search each row at regular intervals starting from the bottom of a license-plate image, and we set up a rough region for a certain zone in which the sign of intensity vector changes frequently enough and color of license plate is detected enough, assuming it as a candidate location of a license plate. And then, we extract an elaborate area of a license plate by horizontally and vertically projecting vertical edges. Here, tar types of the private and the public, are easily classified according to the color of extracted plates. To evaluate proposed method, we used 200 actual regulation images. As a result, the proposed method showed extraction rate of 96%, which is 9% higher than the previous method using only intensity vector.

Recently the power window system is widely used in automobiles to increase convenience of passengers and drivers. However some accidents or injuries have been caused by malfunction or misusage of the system. Therefore safety regulations of the system to cope up with these accidents have been strengthened gradually in many countries. Especially in America, since 2005, all vehicles which had power window system should be contented with FMVSS 118-S5 regulations. We suggest very low-cost anti-pinch window control system satisfying the regulation in this paper. Hall sensors are used and installed around a motor rotor with ring magnet to detect motor speed for anti-pinch. The optimum number of hall sensor and location angel of them are mainly investigated to get sufficient speed resolution for anti-pinch. Through some experiments, the validity of the suggested system was verified to satisfy the regulation.

In recent year, US government requires local investment ,unlike in the past, when import restrictions and tariff were imposed. In this situation, many companies are considering new investment in the US and entering the local market. However, research on the optimal investment plan along with the case analysis on trade regulation is extremely limited and more research needs to be conducted. Accordingly, this study aims to suggest the implications and countermeasure of the SCM and logistical perspective by studying the optimal measures for the new investment of each company due to trade regulation. As a research method, the gravity location model, Mixed Integer Linear Programming Model were used to select the optimal automobile manufacturing factory considering each state's population. This study will be implication of SCM and logistics perspective not only for companies considering new investment in the US but also for the government to conduct trade negotiations. In the future, it is expected that the US trade pressure will increase and affect Korea in many ways. Therefore, in order to cope with such difficult situation in a timely manner, continuous research considering various possibilities is needed in the future.

With the development of industry and the improvement of living standards, better quality in power electric service is required more than ever before. Under these circumstances, to deliver reasonable voltage regulation methods in distribution systems need to be developed. So, This paper deals with optimal introduction of the line voltage regulator (SVR : Step Voltage Regulator) in power distribution systems. First, This paper investigates characteristics of SVR and performs economic evaluation of SVR's introduction by using Present Worth Method. This paper, also suggests proper location and optimal voltage regulation algorithm. In order to deliver suitable voltages to as many customers as possible, the optimal sending voltage of SVR should be decided by the effective operation of voltage regulators at the distribution feeders. The simulation results using a model distribution system and real distribution systems show that the proposed methods can be a practical tool for the voltage regulation in distribution systems.

The location based service means the service using the location information and the service used based on the location information comes into the spotlight as the critical information of the future mode townsman ubiquitous-City construction. LBS settles down as the core element of ITS or the telematics as the cutting edge technology appearing according to the power generation of the mobile communication technology and recently gradually broadens a range to the public safety service including the distribution management, the asset management, a children and old and the weak protection means, the disaster preparation rescue service like the E-911 of U.S. In the national, the technical regulations about the ground wave LBS was established at November 2005 for the first time in the country. but it actually operated and problems were deduced. Therefore, in this paper, domestic and foreign LBS usage trend and technical standards case try to be analyzed for the revision of the technical regulations of the ground wave LBS serviced in the national and the national technical standards bill for the revision tries to be prepared based on this.
