There is the need of regulating chestnut production because of being expected with chestnut trees cultivation farmhouses to be in a difficult situation by means of FTA negotiation promotion hereafter in Korea. And this study is aim to establish compensation criteria and plan for depreciation of income of farmers who take part in chestnut production regulation. We surveyed one hundred and thirty three among chestnut trees cultivation farmhouses in chief producing districts Kyung-nam, Jeon-nam and Chung-nam in Korea. As the result of this study, this study showed compensation criteria and plans for depreciation of income for farmers's participate in chestnut production regulation and showed criteria for closing chestnut old tree orchard and working process of cutting chestnut old tree. Procedures in closing chestnut old tree orchard in a day per hecta were felling operation and crude manufacture of thirty trees per one man, five forklains in loading and unloading chestnut log from a truck and building of workroad, the two number of assistance persons in loading and unloading chestnut log from a truck, the 6.94 trucks in carrying chestnut log. After farmers close chestnut trees orchard, government cost of old trees cuts and net income decrease for 3 years in case of planting trees for landscape and environment preservation.

Leisure boat and yacht should be designed to meet the domestic regulation and international standards as large merchant vessels do. Recently, each countries are encouraged to follow the regulation of International standards organization. Furthermore domestic organization has not yet announced the design rule and regulation for FRP-catamaran yacht design. Therefore, it has been required to make the regulation for domestic situations of FRP-catamaran. This study deals with the structural strength evaluation of 50ft catamaran by using finite element analysis. Design load of the regulation of International standards organization are compared with the regulation of Korea Register of shipping and Lloyd's Register.

The purpose of this study is to classify individualism-collectivism into groups and analyze the difference of attitude toward uniform and evaluation criteria toward uniform. Questionnaires are being administered to 369 middle and high school girls in Deagu province. The Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA, Duncan-test, and t-test are used for data analysis. Individualism-collectivism factors are found to be other focus, individuality focus, competition consciousness, love of family, and self-esteem. Attitude toward uniform are categorized into fashion pursuit, symbol of role, conformity, color, and neatness. Evaluation criteria toward uniform is categorized into 7 factors: practicality, care, promotion, aesthetics, service, brand focus, and regulation focus. Individualism-collectivism are classify into three groups such as high individualism-collectivism, low individuality, and high individuality. Individualism-collectivism shows a significant correlation with the sub-variable attitude toward uniform and evaluation criteria toward uniform. The groups show a significant difference in the attitude toward uniform and evaluation criteria toward uniform. There is a significant difference among individualism-collectivism, attitude toward uniform, and evaluation criteria toward uniform by the middle and high school girls.

International Maritime Organization (IMO) have recently discussed the technical problems related to the second-generation intact stability criteria of ships. The second-generation intact stability criteria refer to five modes of vulnerability when the ship sailing in the ocean. In this study, we described a method to verify the criteria of the surf-riding/broaching. In case that Lv1 (Level 1) vulnerability criteria is not satisfied based on the relatively simple calculation using the Froude number (Fn), we presented the calculation procedure for the Lv2 (Level 2) criteria considering the hydrodynamics in waves. The results were reviewed based on the data for given previous ships. In absence of ship-specific data, a similar Lv2 result was confirmed by comparing the result obtained by calculating the added mass with the case where the added mass was 10% of the ship mass. This result will contribute to basic ship design process according to the IMO draft regulation.

Charicteristics of piggery waste and treatment processing sludges for reuse were investigated. If it was thoroughly regulated in disinfectants, antibiotic substances and heavy metals, raw piggery waste can be gratified in criteria for fermentative compost (liquid) for flowers cultivation. Also, Because it is satisfied with various criteria of heavy metals and fertilizer contents for reuse except water content, primary pre-treatment sludge is very good material for composting. If provated goods on heavy metals are used in coagulation & dewatering process, coagulation & dewatering sludges are suitable for criteria of special waste regulation and by-product compost. This study proves that, if they are accomplished with suitable composting and mature process, piggery waste and processing sludges are free from microbiological problems as well as criteria of composting.

Korea Shipping Act admits shipping conferences' joint actions like rate agreement, sailing agreement in some degree for development of shipping transport industries for decades. Meanwhile, EU has prohibited all kinds of shipping conferences' joint actions since October 2008, and many advanced countries also have similar position on shipping conference. The balance development between shippers and ship owners is very important in terms of national economic growth. So it is appropriate time to revise related laws such as Shipping Act and Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act. First, It is direction for revision of Korean Shipping Act. The act has to define precisely the criteria of "unfairness" in case of admitting of shipping conferences' joint actions. Shipping conferences have a conference with shipper or shipper's delegation substantially on freight and transport conditions and so on. Second, It is direction for revision of Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act. The fair trade commission has to perform fair roles between shippers and ship owners. The judgement of fairness has to confirm according to the spirit of not Korea Shipping Act but Korea Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act itself.

For the protecting the gambling in arcade game market, regulation paradigm needs the shift. To game center & speculative behavior, from game & gambling criteria. The regulation on arcade game in China is a meaningful case, when we make the new paradigm.

Objective : To establish the fundament for EBM of Traditional Korean Medicine, the papers on Bojungikgitang(Buzhongyiqi-tang) frequently used in medical institutions of Traditional Korean Medicine were analyzed through researching domestic and international papers. Methods : The papers were classified by the registration of domestic or international journals, the year of publishment, experimental fields and the kinds of studies on biological activities. Results : Among 2005 volumes of papers on Bojungikgi-tang(Buzhongyiqi-tang), 219 volumes were selected according to selective criteria. 71 volumes were published in domestic journals, 52 volumes were in Chinese journal, 96 volumes were in Japanese journal. The papers on instrumental analyses reported the quantification of standard compounds of herbal medicines in Bojungikgi-tang(Buzhongyiqi-tang) using HPLC method. The papers on biological activities of Bojungikgi-tang(Buzhongyiqi-tang) showed mainly immune regulation, anti-infection, anti-cancer, gastrointestinal activity, neuropsychiatric regulation, anti-inflammation, hepatoprotection, musculoskeletal regulation. Among biological activities, papers on immume regulation were reported mostly. Conclusions : The efficacy of Bojungikgi-tang(Buzhongyiqi-tang) could be related to immune regulation, gastrointestinal activity, anti-fatigue and further study need to be preceeded to establish the fundament for EBM of Bojungikgitang(Buzhongyiqi-tang).

The purpose of this study is to compare the national quality regulation schemes among four countries, and to find out implications to Korean quality regulation system of social services. For this, this study fixed comparative criteria on national quality regulation schemes, and compared the quality regulation schemes of 4 countries such as England, United States, Singapore and Japan. By reviewing prior relevant studies, three criteria could be suggested.: the level of user centeredness, the effectiveness of regulatory enforcement and stability of operation system. All analysed nations share similarities in that they all eager to provide quality information to their service users and develop nationally acceptable quality standards of social services. On the contrary, differences are identified in the level of regulatory enforcement and establishment of independent body for national quality control. By these results, this study discussed the meaning of these findings and their implications on the development of Korean quality regulation system.

In this paper, the definition of mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), business situations of operators, regulations, and main benefits are analyzed to discuss the introduction of MVNO system in Korea. In addition to, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is performed to study the efficient business model for MVNO under the government's regulation. The three alternatives such as self-regulation, partial-regulation and full refutation are considered for the main criteria of competitiveness activation, investment increment, and economics.
