유아 기질 및 교사-유아 관계가 유아 리더십에 미치는 영향 (Effect Young Children's Temperament and Teacher-child Relationship on Young Children's Leadership)

  • 본 연구는 유아 기질 및 교사-유아 관계가 유아 리더십에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 유아기질 검사는 학부모가 설문에 응답하였고, 교사-유아 관계와 유아 리더십은 담임교사와 부담임 교사가 응답하였다. 연구대상은 8곳의 유치원 만 3-5세 유아 333명이다. 유아기질 및 교사-유아 관계, 유아리더십을 검사하기 위한 검사 도구는 선행연구에서 활용된 도구를 바탕으로 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 재구성하여 사용하였고, 이를 근거로 연구 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Statistics 20 for Windows 프로그램을 이용하여 Scheff$\acute{e}$ 검증, Pearson의 적률상관계수, 다중회귀분석, 공차(Tolerance), 분산팽창지수(Variance Inflation Factor, VIF), 상관계수 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과 유아 기질은 규칙성, 활동성, 지속성, 적응성 순으로 높게 나타났고, 교사-유아관계는 친밀관계, 의존관계, 갈등관계 순으로 나타났다. 리더십은 목표달성능력, 인간관계능력, 통솔력, 재창조능력 순으로 높게 나타났다. 유아의 기질중 적응성, 지속성은 유아의 리더십에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교사-유아 관계에서는 친밀관계와 의존관계가 유아의 리더십에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유아 리더십 발달에는 기질 면에서 상황변화에 잘 적응하고 안정된 성향과 교사-유아 관계에서 친밀하고 의존적인 관계가 중요함을 알 수 있다.

초등학생의 올바른 식습관 형성을 위한 연관교과 내 식생활교육의 효과판정 -식습관 변화를 중심으로- (Effect-Evaluation on Nutrition Education in Related Curriculums for Elementary School Children -Focused on Change of Dietary Habits-)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop of nutritional education activities and effect evaluation in related curriculums for all Dongbu Elementary School children in Jinhae by the teacher in charge. This educational purpose was to build a desirable dietary behavior for optimal growth and health in elementary school children. The educational program contents were developed according to 1) selection of content related curriculums 2) analysis of contents related on dietary habits by grade 3) preparation teaching plans to build desirable dietary habits 4) development of teaching manual by turns. Twelve hours of nutrition education at all school classes were done from March 2 to December 10 2004 in Dongbu Elementary School in Jinhae, Gyeongnam. The education effects were evaluated through the questionnaire surveys before and after the education and their comparative analysis. The results of this study were summarized as follows : Forty percent of the underweight group, $22.8\%$ of the normal group, $42.2\%$ of the obese group had the wrong perceptions on their body figures, but after nutrition education $80.5\%$ of the underweight group, $94.3\%$ of the normal group, $97.9\%$ of the obese group gleaned the correct perceptions on their body figures (p < 0.001). As the effects of the education, the subjects who exercise more than 3 times in a week increased in all groups (p < 0.01-0.001), notably in the obese group. Meal regularity (p < 0.001) , skipping meals (p < 0.001), eating rate and snack selection patterns (p < 0.01-p < 0.001) also improved by nutrition education. We could also observe the effects of the nutrition education through the affirmative statements which appeared in their dietary records. These results showed a possibility of nutrition education activities in related curriculums to improve in dietary habits of school children. Next year, we will start with the system of nutrition teachers in elementary school, but nutrition teacher cannot undertake the task of teaching and food service management alone.   • Purpose - Because creativity, which is an intangible resource embedded within the company, can offer a competitive advantage, most companies have an interest in promoting creativity among their employees and division(e.g., marketing organization). Creativity renders a sustainable competitive advantage to a firm because it is a strategic resource that is valuable, flexible, rare, and imperfectly imitable or substitutable. Although most companies broadly recognize the importance of creativity, the methods for developing creativity remain elusive. Therefore, the present study investigates how to structure incentives to motivate employees to be more creative and how to develop tools to facilitate creativity. In detail, the present study aimed to examine the relationship between the regulatory focus of marketing organizations(e.g., promotion focus vs prevention focus) and creativity of marketing organizations. In addition, the present study set out to examine the moderating role of interaction of financial reward and creative training in addition to investigating the direct relationship between creativity and regulatory focus in New Product Development(NPD) context. Research design, data, and methodology - The data used to test the hypotheses are drawn from a survey of full time NPD project members(including project manager, designer, engineer, and marketer). The present study utilized data obtained mainly from a database compiled by the Korea Investors Service-Financial Analysis System which provides comprehensive corporate and financial information on firms listed on the Korea Stock Exchange. A study population comprising 1,000 South Korean firms was obtained from this database. We selected 864 firms from the database, and the firms have experiences of new product development project. We collected a total of 162 responses, for a 18.8% response rate. After we excluded 14 questionnaire because of incomplete responses, a total of 148 questionnaire remained(final response rate: 17.1%). SPSS 18.0 and AMOS software were used in the data analysis. Results - The empirical study confirmed that promotion focus of marketing organization is positively related to creativity of marketing organization. Also, prevention focus of marketing organization is positively affected to creativity of marketing organization. In addition, the interaction between financial rewards and creativity training moderated the relationship between regularity focus(e.g.), promotion focus vs prevention focus) and creativity of marketing organization. These results suggest that managers can improve the performances of their creative efforts by providing the use of financial rewards and creativity training in combination. Conclusion - Based on results of this study that examine the effects of regulatory focused creative efforts on creativity of marketing organization, promotion focus is helpful with marketing organizations to enhance their service innovation and performance. Prevention focused organization should allow monetary rewards and creativity training to increase their creativity for innovation of new products.

Effects of insulin-sensitizing agents and insulin resistance in women with polycystic ovary syndrome

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of insulin sensitizing agents on hormonal and metabolic parameters as well as menstrual patterns in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: One hundred and twenty-three patients with PCOS were included. Metformin was administered to patients at 1,500 mg or 1,700 mg daily for 3 months. If the patients had no improvement of the menstrual cycle or metformin-related adverse effects developed, the patients changed medication to a daily dose of either 15 mg pioglitazone or up to 45 mg. Then resumption of a regular menstrual cycle or recovery of ovulation was evaluated. Hormonal and metabolic profiles were compared between the response and non-response group to insulin sensitizing agents. Results: One hundred and five patients with PCOS were treated with metformin for 3 months. Forty-eight patients (45.7%) showed improvement of menstrual cycle regularity after 3 months of metformin use, whereas 57 patients (54.3%) had no change. The mean free testosterone measured after 3 months of treatment was significantly lower in metformin responders than in non-responders. The other parameters did not differ between the groups. Of the 23 patients who used pioglitazone for 3 to 6 months, 19 patients (82.6%) showed improvement in their menstrual cycles. Conclusion: Metformin treatment seems to be effective for the improvement of menstrual cyclicity irrespective of insulin resistance in women with PCOS. When metformin related adverse effect occurred, pioglitazone would be effective for aiding the resumption of the menstrual cycle.

중.장년층의 혈청 지질 및 아포지단백질의 농도와 관련된 요인 분석 (Association among Serum Lipid, Apolipoprotein Levels and Related Factors in Healthy Adults)

  • This study was carried out to examine the association of age, nutrient intake, alcohol drinking and smoking on serum lipid and apolipoprotein levels in 100 healthy adults (54 males and 46 females). The serum total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (p<0.05), apolipoprotein B (Apo B) levels, LDL-C:high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) ratio, Apo B:apolipoprotein(Apo A-I) ratio and atherogenic index (AI) (p<0.001) were significantly higher in males than females, but HDL-cholesterol level was significantly lower (p<0.01) in males than females. The plasma ascorbic acid concentration had no difference in both genders. Most of nutrient intakes except Ca, vitamin A and vitamin $B_2$ were higher than RI (Recommended intake) in both males and females. The meal frequency per day was significantly higher (p<0.01) in males than females, while meal speed, the heaviest meal, meal quantity and meal regularity had no significant differences. The rates of drinking and smoking were significantly higher (p<0.01) in males (59.3%, 37.2%) than females (17.3%, 6.9%). The age was positively correlated with triglyceride level in males (p<0.05), and with total cholesterol (p<0.001), LDL-cholesterol (p<0.001), Apo B (p<0.01), LDL-C:HDL-C ratio (p<0.01), Apo B:Apo A-I ratio (p<0.05) and AI (p<0.01) in females. The levels of serum lipid and apolipoprotein were more correlated with protein intake than other macronutrient intakes in males, while those in females were more correlated energy, carbohydrate and lipid intakes than protein intake. The effect of drinking on serum lipid and apolipoprotein levels was bigger in males than females, while the effect of smoking on those was bigger in females than males. The plasma ascorbic acid concentration was positively correlated with HDL-cholesterol (p<0.05), Apo A-I levels (p<0.001), whereas negatively correlated with Apo B:Apo A-I ratio (p<0.05) in males. And that was positively correlated with HDL-cholesterol (p<0.05) in females. These results suggest that moderate macronutrient intake, less alcohol consumption and non-smoking were necessary to maintain healthy lipid profile with aging in adults.

어머니의 이유식 준비 태도가 유아의 식습관 및 성장 발달에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Mothers' Weaning Attitudes on Their Children's Food Habits and Development)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of mothers' attitudes on preparing baby foods for their children's food habits and development. The subjects were allocated to 419 preschool children, aged 3 - 5 years. This study surveyed by questionnaire, which was answered by the children's mothers. Subjects were classified by two groups, active and passive, based on their mothers' weaning attitudes. In the active group, mothers tried to make a variety of foods for preparing the baby foods, whereas mothers in the passive group didn't try to make it too much. Family income was higher in the active group and the subject' mothers had more jobs than those in the passive group, whereas their parent's education levels showed no differences. According to Rohrer index, 2.6% of subjects were obese in the active group, whereas 7.7% in the passive group. These data were shown significantly different between the groups. There were no differences in mother's food habits and breast-feeding versus formula feeding between the two groups. However, children's food habits were shown statistically different between the two groups. Higher regularity of meals, higher frequencies of snacks at home, higher frequencies of fruit, com, sweet potato as a snacks and less instant foods were revealed in the active group more than in the passive group. The major problem of children's food habits was an unbalanced diet (52.7%) and the major reasons for unbalanced diet were the taste (58.7%) and the texture (23.2%). The active uoup used more fruits and vegetables than the passive group. Also there were significant differences to solve problems of children's unbalanced diets. In the positive group, 14.4% of mothers tried to develop new cooking methods for solving the problem of an unbalanced diet, but 8.2% did in the passive group. furthermore, 2.3% of mothers in the positive group removed unpleasant items of the food, whereas 6.9% did in the passive. The average nutritional knowledge scores on a 10 scale were 7.2 and 6.9 in active and passive groups, respectively, and they were statistically different. Mothers among the active group explained the knowledge for food and nutrition to their children more than those in the passive group. These results suggest that mothers' attitudes for baby food are an important factor for forming their children's food habits. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a nutritional education program, materials and new recipes for a variety of baby foods to mothers.

초등학교 아동의 치아우식성 식품섭취 및 영양교육 효과에 관한 연구 (A study on the intake of foods causing dental caries and the effect of nutrition education for primary students)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 아동의 식습관, 간식습관 및 섭식실태를 급식교와 비급식교에 따라 비교 분석함으로서 치아우식증 발생과의 관련성을 규명하고, 조사대상 아동들에게 영양교육 프로그램을 실시한 후 교육효과를 평가하고자 실시되었다. 1. 급식여부에 따른 식습관 조사 결과, 급식교 아동이 비급식교의 아동보다 아침식사의 규칙성, 식사속도, 식사량의 적당성 및 식사시간의 규칙성에 있어 바람직한 편이었고, 고기나 생선, 해조류, 우유나 유제품의 섭취정도도 약간 높게 나타나 급식을 통하여 올바른 식생활 태도가 형성되는 것으로 보여졌으며 전반적으로 영양교육 후 식습관에 있어 긍정적인 변화를 나타내 영양교육의 효과가 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 2. 카라멜, 초콜렛 및 사탕류, 비스켓류 등의 치아우식유발 지수가 높은 우식성 식품을 간식으로 자주 섭취하고 있었고 충치유발 요인 인지 시 간식을 덜 사먹겠다는 아동이 급식교에서 다소 많았으며, 물리적 청정작용을 하는 껌을 간식으로 씹는 경우는 1주일에 2∼3회가 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 영양교육 후 치아우식에 영향을 줄 수 있는 시간인 저녁 식사 후에 간식을 먹는 아동과 TV 광고로 인해 간식을 선택하는 아동의 비율이 낮아졌으며, 세정식품인 채소와 과일, 단백질, 해조류, 우유 또는 유제품의 섭취는 교육 후 약간 증가하였다. 3. 치아우식과 관련이 있는 당질군을 제외한 모든 식품군에서 비급식교 아동보다 급식교 아동의 섭취횟수가 높게 나타났으며 1인 1일 우식성 식품의 평균 섭취 횟수는 평균 5.04회였고, 고체식품보다는 액체식품으로 섭취하는 횟수가 다소 높았다. 치아표면에서 청청작용을 하여 치면세균막의 형성을 감소시켜 우식증을 예방하는 세정식품의 평균 섭취 횟수는 1인 1일 기준식품 표준섭취 횟수보다 높은 9.33회로 나타났다. 1인 1일 우식발생 가능 시간은 100.9분이었는데, 액체 식품의 우식발생 가능 시간은 56.2분으로 44.6분인 고체 식품에서 보다 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 식습관이 치아우식발생과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있으므로 초등학교 아동에 있어 치아우식을 유발할 수 있는 간식의 섭취를 줄이되 우식성 식품을 간식으로 섭취한 후에는 잇솔질을 반드시 실시하도록 하며 정규식사에서 치아를 보호하는 세정식품의 섭취에 대한 영양교육이 지속적이고 단계적으로 꾸준히 이루어져야 한다고 본다.

유아의 영양상태에 영향을 미치는 식행동 유형 분석 : 어린이 식행동 검사 (DBT)와 어린이 영양지수 (NQ) 활용 (Analysis of the types of eating behavior affecting the nutrition of preschool children: using the Dietary Behavior Test (DBT) and the Nutrition Quotient (NQ))

  • 본 연구는 유아의 영양상태에 미치는 행동적 요인을 확인하기 위하여, 어린이 식행동 검사 (DBT)와 어린이영양지수 (NQ)를 활용하여 경산시 소재 어린이집과 유치원에 다니는 만 2~6세 유아의 부모 1,103명을 대상으로 식행동과 식품섭취상태를 평가하였다. 아이의 식행동을 접근회피성, 감각예민성, 과활동성 그리고 불규칙성의 4가지로 분류하고, 식행동 유형별 위험군을 분류하였다. 4가지 식행동 유형별 위험군 어린이들의 식습관과 영양섭취 수준을 파악하고자 양호군과 비교분석하여 유아의 영양상태에 영향을 미치는 식행동 요인을 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 조사대상자의 NQ점수는 절제요인 (80.5점), 규칙요인 (63.9점), 실천요인 (63.2점), 균형요인 (56.2점), 다양요인 (45.5점) 순으로 나타나 절제요인을 제외한 모든 요인에서 영양불량으로 판정되었으며, 5개 등급을 구분한 결과 하위등급 (22.2%)과 최하위등급 (12.6%)이 전체 조사대상자의 1/3에 달하였다. 둘째, 4가지 식행동 유형별 위험군을 판정한 결과, 감각예민성은 28.7%, 접근회피성은 26.4%, 불규칙성은 25.7%, 과활동성은 22.2%으로 나타났다. 셋째, 4가지 식행동 유형별 위험군 어린이들의 식습관과 영양섭취수준을 파악하고자 양호군 어린이들의 어린이 영양지수 (NQ)와 비교분석 한 결과, 각 식행동 유형별 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 접근회피성과 감각예민성 유형에서는 양호군에 비해 위험군이 균형과 다양요인 점수가 유의하게 낮았다. 균형요인의 세부항목 중 잡곡밥, 과일, 콩 또는 콩제품, 달걀 섭취와 다양요인의 세부항목 중 반찬을 골고루 섭취하는지, 채소반찬의 섭취 가짓수, 김치섭취에서 유의하게 낮은 섭취빈도를 나타냈다. 과활동성 유형에서는 양호군에 비해 위험군이 절제요인 점수가 유의하게 낮았다. 세부항목 중 단 음식 섭취에서 유의하게 높은 섭취 빈도를 보였다. 불규칙성 유형에서는 양호군에 비해 위험군이 다양과 규칙 및 실천요인에서 유의하게 낮은 점수를 나타냈다. 다양요인의 세부항목 중 반찬을 골고루 섭취하는지, 채소반찬의 섭취 가짓수, 김치섭취에서, 규칙요인 중 아침식사와 규칙적인 식사 빈도에서, 실천요인 중 음식 꼭꼭 씹어먹기와 식사 전 손씻기 빈도에서 유의하게 낮은 빈도를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 하여 기존의 획일적인 영양교육프로그램이 아닌 각 아이의 기질을 바탕으로 한 맞춤형 영양교육프로그램이 개발되는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있기를 기대한다.

기부와 자원봉사에의 참여 행동에 관한 연구 -누가 선택적으로 참여하고 누가 결합적으로 참여하는가?- (An Empirical Exploration on Selective & Combined Giving -Comparison of General Participation and Intensive Participation-)

  • 본 연구는 나눔행동이 선택적으로 혹은 결합적으로 전개될 수 있다는 사실에 기반하여 나눔행동을 네 가지(비참여, 기부에만 참여, 자원봉사에만 참여, 기부와 자원봉사 모두 참여)로 세분화 한 후 다양한 형태의 나눔행동에의 영향 요인을 탐색해 보았다. 분석을 위해서는 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 활용하였고, 자료로는 서울복지패널 1차 및 2차 자료를 활용하였다. 다양한 나눔행동에의 참여여부 및 정기적 참여를 구분하여 분석한 결과, 전반적으로 과거의 나눔경험과 종교활동은 현재의 나눔행동과 밀접한 관련성을 지니는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 인구사회학적 변수중, 성별(여성), 소득수준(+), 교육수준(+), 취업상태 등은 기부와 관련된 나눔행동과 밀접한 관련성을 지니는 것으로 나타났는데, 취업상태의 경우 미취업은 자원봉사행동과, 취업은 기부행동과 보다 큰 관련성을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인의 주관적 행복감 역시 기부와 자원봉사 모두에의 정기적 참여를 이끌어내는데 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지금까지 간과되어온 질문인 '누가 각기 다른 형태의 나눔행동에 참여하는가?'와 관련해서 이의 영향 요인을 종합적으로 밝히고 있다는 점에서 연구의 의미를 지닌다.

외국계 생명보험 설계사의 감성지능이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Emotional Intelligence Effects on Foreign LCs' Self-Efficacy and Job Stress)

  • Purpose - This study is to investigate the relationship among emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and job stress of foreign life insurance consultants focusing on the mediating effect of self-efficacy. Regarding job security, in general foreign life insurance companies in Korea have more severe working conditions in terms of required contract performance. For foreign life insurance consultants, they are assumed to need higher level of emotional intelligence and self efficacy to meet the conditions. In this study, focus is cast on these aspects. Research design, data, and methodology - Basically the research is conducted upon questionnaires responded by foreign life insurance consultants. That is, data are collected from 255 sample of insurance consultants who work for a foreign owned life insurance company. The Questionnaire measure the level of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and job stress of insurance consultants. The data are analyzed using pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Durbin-Watson test. Results - The general characteristics of respondents are gender, age, marital status, education level, income monthly, career length, change jobs no, working day per week, call no. per week, meeting no. with client per week, contract regularity, contract no. per month and cancellation contract per year. The mean of emotional intelligence is 2.63, self-efficacy is 3.44 and job stress is 2.20. Emotional intelligence is composed with mean value of self emotion appraisal(3.93), other's emotion appraisal(3.78), regulation of emotion(3.29) and use of emotion(3.52). The mean of self efficacy is composed with mean value of self-confidence(3.41), self-regulated efficacy(3.59) and preference task difficulty(3.30). The job stress is composed with mean value of job requirement(2.61), lack of job autonomy(1.99), conflict of personal relations(1.99), job instability(2.38), organizational system(2.19) and inappropriate compensation(2.07). There is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy. The emotional intelligence and self-efficacy are significantly negative correlation with job stress. The self-efficacy is showed a mediating variable between emotional intelligence and job stress. Conclusions - To decrease job stress level, foreign life insurance company should find the factors to improve the emotional intelligence and self-efficacy of life insurance consultants, and develop appropriate plans using a mediating role of self- efficacy between emotional intelligence and job stress.
