Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of hygiene education for hotel chefs, in terms of the level of performance and importance of food hygiene inspections, as well as hygiene practices related to food cooking, storage, personal hygiene, and facility environment. We aim to identify what areas of education require priority improvement and derive implications. Methods: A survey on hygiene status, importance, and performance was conducted among 289 chefs working in six luxury hotels in Busan, South Korea. Frequency analysis and cross-analysis were conducted to evaluate the current status of hygiene education, while Borich Needs analysis was conducted to evaluate its importance and performance. The areas needing priority improvement were identified using the Locus-for-Focus model. Results: First, the most common frequency of hygiene education was once or twice a year. Participants who were older and with more years of experience were more likely to participate in annual training. Second, based on the degree of discrepancy between importance and performance and the results of Borich Needs analysis, the areas needing the highest priority were food inspection and hygiene. Third, according to the results of applying The Locus for focus model and visualizing it as a portfolio in a 2 ', 'Chopping boards and knives are frequently washed, sterilized and dried', 'Wash your hands with soap before starting cooking', 'Perform regular quarantine and disinfection to prevent pest invasion'. Conclusion: This study contributed to the understanding of the current status of hygiene education for chefs working in luxury hotels and confirmed the importance of hygiene management. Future research should aim to develop a more comprehensive hygiene education program by including participants from a more diverse pool of hotels and restaurants. This will significantly improve the hygiene management practices of chefs, thereby helping to prevent food hygiene-related accidents.
Diagnostic radiation devices that is used in the country has reached to 78,000 units. When used for human subjects diagnostic purposes, it is subject to Medical Service Act, when used in diagnostic purposes in animal subjects, the subject to Veterinarians Act. When used for other purposes are subject to the Nuclear Safety Act. Even the same radiation devices varies the legislation that is applied depending on the intended use and object. Diversified been p rovisions a re necessary compared to t he analysis o f l egal content in o rder t o prevent confusion of the legislation is a matter to be applied. It is a qualitative study that Nuclear Safety Act, Medical Service Act and Veterinarians Act administrative procedures for the introduction of the applied diagnostic radiation devices, safety inspection, human resources management, area management and the content related to administrative punishment. The Nuclear Safety Act sub-provisions, the introduction of diagnostic radiation generating devices, there are many complex and complete requirements administrative procedures on the concept of a permit. Inspection of safety associated with the use, would be subject to periodic inspection auditing characteristics over the entire field of radiation safety management. It must receive court regular education for the safety administrator and workers. Unlike the reference of the radiation dose rate to specify the radiation controlled area there is a measurement obligation of radiation dose rate. Depending on the use mainly under the current legal system, radiation can be lacking in fairness of the contents of the legislation for safety management, there is a risk of confusion. Alternatives such as centralized and standardization of legislation by diagnostic radiation devices use is expected to be necessary.
Condition Monitoring System (CMS) has been used to detect unexpected faults of wind turbine caused by the abrupt change of circumstances or the aging of its mechanical part. In fact, it is a very hard work to do regular inspection for its maintenance because wind turbine is located on the mountaintop or sea. The purpose of this study is to find out distribution patterns of vibration signals measured from the main mechanical parts of wind turbine according to its operation condition. To this end, acceleration signals of main bearing, gearbox, generator, wind speed, rotational speed, etc were measured through the long period more than 2 years and trend analyses on each signal were conducted as a function of the rotational speed. In addition, correlation analysis among the signals was done to grasp the relation between mechanical parts. As a result, the vibrations were dependent on the rotational speed of main shaft and whether power was generated or not, and their distributions at a specific rotational speed could be approximated to Weibull distribution. It was also investigated that the vibration at main bearing was correlated with vibration at gearbox each other, whereas vibration at generator should be dealt with individually because of generating mechanism. These results can be used for improving performance of CMS that early detects the mechanical abnormality of wind turbine.

The primary responsibility for the oral hygiene of the disabled is usually the parents. Dental care of the disabled is early detection and recovery of lesions and continuous management. For this to be successful it is necessary to use diagnostic tool that can detect the early stages of dental caries which is difficult to detect with the naked eye. It is also important to educate and motivate the caregivers on oral hygiene management. Quantitative Light-induced Fluorescence-Digital (Billuminator, Inspektor Researh Systems BV, Amsterdam, The Netherlands), which provides overall caries inspection and visual information, can be useful for caregiver education. A 3-year-old girl who was hospitalized with Pallister-Killian syndrome, Hypothyroidism visited our clinic with chief complaint of rugged upper incisors. This girl had multiple dental caries and oral hygiene was very poor. Periodic QLF-D images were taken to provide caregiver education and oral hygiene management was improved. A 13-year-old girl with cerebral palsy visited our clinic for regular check up. Using QLF-D, we explained to the parents that there is a need for treatment of dental caries, and education of oral hygiene management was conducted. Improvement of oral hygiene in the disabled can be achieved through caregiver education. QLF-D is a diagnostic device that can detects early caries by irradiating light in the visible ray area to the teeth. It can also detects microleakage of restoration, plaque and calculus without disclosing agent. Clinicians can use the QLF-D to perform a general oral examination for the disabled. Also, QLF-D can be used to store visual information and educate caregivers. The accumulation of information using QLF-D makes it possible to provide feedback on oral care of parents, which is more advantageous for caregivers education.
In dentistry, bony defects can be formed by cyst, tumor, inflammation, trauma and surgery in maxilla and mandible. If the overlying soft tissue invades and preoccupies the jaw bony defects, regenerated bony tissue same as adjacent bone can not replace whole space of the defects, thus preventing osteogenesis from occurring. Guided bone regeneration(GBR) is based on the prevention of overlying soft tissue from entering the bony defect during the initial healing periods. E-polytetrafluoroethylene(e-PTFE) is one of an effective and widely used barrier membrane for GBR, but it has the disadvantages such as surgical removal and high price. To overcome such disadvantages of e-PTFE, many investigators have proposed various absorbable barrier membranes. Inexpensive oxidized cellulose($Surgicel^{(R)}$) membrane was shown to have potential for use as an absorbable barrier membrane for regenerative procedure and it would not require surgical removal. The purpose of this study is to investigate the absorption periods of oxidized cellulose at the implant site and usefulness as a mechanical barrier, preventing the ingrowth of the overlying soft tissue into the bony defects. Two bony defects were made in each tibia of a dog using drill and one defect covered with oxidized cellulose and the other covered with periosteum directly as control. The experimental animals were sacrificed at 1st-7th, 10th, 14th, 21th, 28th day postoperatively, Inspection of the specimens was done to evaluate gross changes. Specimens were examined histopathologically by hematoxylin-eosin and Masson's trichrome staining under light microscope. The results were as follows : 1. There was no significant differences of inflammatory reaction between the experimental and the control group. 2. The resorption of oxidized cellulose was almost completed within 14th day. 3. Histologically, bone formation in the experimental group was somewhat more than that of the control group at 10th, 14th, 21th and 28th day postoperatively. The bone forming pattern of the experimental group was more regular than that of the control group. 4. There was no evidence of soft tissue invasion into the bony defect in the experimental group. In conclusion, oxidized cellulose membrane might be used as an alternative absorbable barrier membrane to prevent overlying soft tissue invasion into the bony defects.

National groundwater monitoring stations have been managed throughout the country by Korea Water Resources Corporation (KOWACO) in order to monitor variations in quantity and quality of groundwater resources. A multi-sensor installed in each monitoring station well measures groundwater level, water temperature and electrical conductivity every six hours and the logged data are automatically transmitted to a host computer in KOWACO. Meanwhile despite regular station inspection and replacement of deteriorate or broken devices, abnormal values or outliers often occur due to intrinsic limitations of automatic monitoring and transmission. Thus prompt recognition and measures to these values are essentially required to reduce disturbance and missing period of the data. In this study, time and frequency of outlier occurrence were analyzed for the water level data obtained from national groundwater monitoring stations within the Han river basin in 2000. The analysis results indicated that the most prominent patterns of the outliers were rapid decline for water level, no variation for temperature and steep decline for electrical conductivity. This study provided a sample criterion for determining the outlier for each parameter.
The Geumran-gasa (Kasaya) and Jangsam of the monk Samyeong are historical relics and were designated as object No.29, a Buddhist costume of the Joseon Dynasty, by the National Folklore Cultural Heritage, in 1973. In 1984, after being treated for the purposes of washing and preserving the shape of the garments, the object was kept in the Temple Museum of Pyochungsa, as their holding institution. However, regular inspection conducted by the Cultural Heritage Administration in 2013 determined the need for a re-treatment. The Geumran-gasa had been originally made with 25 strips, but it had been separated into two parts and many pieces were lost. A part of the collar in the Jangsam was lost as well. Therefore, both relics needed to be restored. The re-treatment process involved pre-investigation, washing, reinforcement fabric dyeing, restoration, and fumigation. In particular, we focused on reinforcing the damaged parts and restoring the missing parts by applying advanced materials and methods in order to restore the original form as much as possible. This conservation is the result of the re-treatment of the cultural properties by replacing the old material used in past treatments and applying advanced methods under the basic principle of reversibility in conservation treatment.

Recently, many accidents occur frequently because sprinklers aren't installed or don't work right when there are outbreak of fire in houses and aggregate buildings. Therefore, they can result in damage for humans and loss of property. Sprinklers are the most appropriate which can extinguish buildings' fire in the initial stages. Through lack of legal system, in domestic cases, sprinklers cannot operate their inherent performance. Domestic standard simply classifies installation objects according to types of business and forms of buildings, also divides into uses and floors of buildings. Especially it only regulates that sprinklers must be installed every floors in particular fire buildings that have more than eleven floors. While it doesn't need to install sprinklers below ten floors, so we are threatened the safety. In this study, we derived causes and implications by analyzing concepts of sprinklers facilities, installation standards in domestic and foreign legal system, and recent cases that expanded damages in fire accidents because of weak point of installation and control standards. In domestic cases, as a result, government has to provide an institutional strategy and law that regulate duty to install sprinklers to all aggregate buildings regardless of floors in terms of new buildings. Also, if someone who has existing buildings wanted to install them, government would guarantee subsidy to encourage installation. In addition, government supervises fire-fighting activities when there are fire by compensating standards about regular inspection by a qualified technician, operation and maintenance of sprinklers as well as reinforcement of administrative criteria.
This study was conducted to investigate the milk quality produced from dairy farms in Jeju province and to analyze the variety of pathogenes and the number of somatic cells in the milk. Data were collected from 262 lactating cows from 8 farms of three regions and the results obtained are summarized as follows. 1. The average daily milk yields and milk fat contents from June and October were 22.3 kg and 3.7%, respectively. 2. The average number of bacterial counts in raw milk was 1.5${\times}10^4$/ml, but that in farm A was over 3.0${\times}10^4$/ml. 3. The somatic cell counts were 2.5${\times}10^5$/ml in average and those in farm G and H were higher than those in other farms. Their distribution in 262 lactating cows from June to October was as follows; less than 2.0${\times}10^4$ /ml in 68.8% of cows, 2.0-5.0${\times}10^4$/ml in 18.8% of cows and more than 5.0${\times}10^4$/ml in 12.4% of cows. 4. Of the 113 isolates (compartments of cow udder) from mastitic milk, Staphylococcus aureus was found in 47, Streptococcus ogalatiae in 17 and Bacillus in 12. 5. The average monthly income of the farmers was 407 thousand won/head, and that in farm A or E was higher than that of farm H (456-475 thousand won vs. 314 thousand won) In conclusion, to improve income dairy farmers should reduce the somatic cell counts in the milk and mastitis infection through regular disinfection and inspection.
The Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP) is a set of rules on the issuance and use of letters of credit. Historically, the commercial parties, particularly banks, have developed the techniques and methods for handling letters of credit in international trade finance. This practice has been standardized by the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) by publishing the UCP in 1933 and subsequently updating it throughout the years. The ICC has developed and moulded the UCP by regular revisions, the current version being the UCP600. This latest version, called the UCP600, formally commenced on 1 July 2007. During the revision process, notice was taken of the considerable work that had been completed in creating the International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Credits (ISBP), ICC Publication 745. This publication has evolved into a necessary companion to the UCP for determining compliance of documents with the terms of letters of credit. It is the expectation of the Drafting Group and the Banking Commission that the application of the principles contained in the ISBP, including subsequent revisions thereof, will continue during the time UCP 600 is in force. This paper focuses on documents including various certificates, Packing List, Weight List, Beneficiary's Certificate, Analysiis, Inspection, Health, Phytosanitary, Quantity and Quality Certificates, Courier Receipts, Shipping Advice etc. and suggests some implications in the field.
