  • The objective of this was to improve a transportation cost relation between Central Distribution Centers(CDCs) and Regional Distribution Centers(RDCs), to control inventory cost concerning safety stock for each service level, by reviewing distribution steps connecting CDCs and RDCs under the price discount. It was also to examine and compare operating costs for the following two alternative suggestions for setting the service standard as a counter measure for a stock-out of the distribution network system management. First, provision by dispersing the safety stock to the CDCs and RDCs; and second, exclusive provision of the safety stock only to the RDCs. The cost comparison analysis was made for each category of purchase costs, regular transportation costs, express transportation costs, and inventory holding costs.

  • In this paper, we develop noninformative priors for two parameter Pareto distribution. Specially, we derive Jeffrey's prior, probability matching prior and reference prior for the parameter of interest. In our case, the probability matching prior is only a first order and there does not exist a second order matching prior. Some simulation reveals that the matching prior performs better to achieve the coverage probability. And a real example will be given.

  • Agricultural Co-operation chain stores were highly the utility of distribution rationalization for commercial distribution by informatisation and by multi-polarizied of large physical distribution center of Inventory intensive type consisted of intensive physical distribution. and transportation of commodities from physical distribution center have act by outsourcing. Therefore, the methods of distribution of commodities of life and agricultural products are distinguished from route distribution and regular time collective distribution. the method of distribution is formated the distribution field b\ulcorner characteristic of commodity. On the other hand, spatial characteristics by sales activities of commodities was clarified by types of stole commodity according to level of paddy agriculture development and level of service industrial employment. But manufactured foodstuffs and miscellaneous goods. that is commodities of life clarified the fact selling that is not influenced by regional type.

  • The algorithm of customer demand decomposition suggested by this study is a reconstruction method of distribution network under the allowance of same level supply. Regional distribution center(RDC) distributes additional inventories of some of the supplying items to retailers under its charge to reduce the time needed for emergency delivery to neighborhood retailer where backlog happened. This also restrict the purpose of the inventories held by RDC as only regular supply. All of which leads to the creation of more realistic method allowing the affiliation of closing related RDC with one in the vicinity. In this study, the role of RDC is restricted only as supplying items regularity and the conruction of distribution system processing through the closing by consideration of the possibility of supplying retailers from the RDC in the vicinity is discussed.

  • Two Korean species of Centroceras K tzing, Ceramiaceae was investigated taxonomically. C. clavulatum (Ag.) Montagne collected at several sited along the coast of Korea was characterized by regular dischotomous branches with whorl spines at every node, whereas, C. distichum Okamura collected at Soando in the southern coast was by alternate branches with gland cells around nodes. Biogeographic data show that Korea is almost northern limit in distribution of the former species.

  • The anti-aging effects of Lactococcus lactis are extensively investigated. Nisin is an antimicrobial peptide produced by L. lactis subsp. lactis. We previously reported that 24-hour nisin treatment disturbs the intermediate filament distribution in human keratinocytes. Additionally, we showed that the ring-like distribution of the intermediate filament proteins, cytokeratin (CK) 5 and CK17 is a marker of nisin action. However, two questions remained unanswered: 1) What do the CK5 and CK17 ring-like distributions indicate? 2) Is nisin ineffective under the experimental conditions wherein CK5 and CK17 do not exhibit a ring-like distribution? Super resolution microscopy revealed that nisin treatment altered CK5 and CK17 distribution, making them spherical rather than ring-like, along with actin incorporation. This spherical distribution was not induced by the suppression of endocytosis. The possibility of a macropinocytosis-like phenomenon was indicated, because the spherical distribution was >1 ㎛ in diameter and the spherical distribution was suppressed by macropinocytosis inhibiting conditions, such as the inclusion of an actin polymerization inhibitor and cell migration. Even when the spherical distribution of CK5 and CK17 was not induced, nisin induced derangement of the cell membrane. Nisin treatment for 30 minutes deranged the regular arrangement of the lipid layer (flip-flop); the transmembrane structure of the CK5-desmosome or CK17-desmosome protein complex was disturbed. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to report that CK5 and CK17 in a spherical distribution could be involved in a macropinosome-like structure, under certain conditions of nisin action in keratinocytes.
