The results were compared with those of the physical status of students all over the country in 2008. Result: The children in poverty were relatively poor in the growth state such as height and weight, compared with those in non-disadvantage family children. In eyesight to be corrected, the children in poverty reached 26%. As a result of a blood laboratory test, the children with high T-cholesterol reached 5.84%; high SGOT/GPT 6.3%. In anemia, 41.4% of boys in poverty were suffering from it, compared to 7.5% of girls. In Internet addiction, children in poverty showed lower value than those in non-disadvantage children, but there are correlated between CDI and internet addiction test. These matters mean that the management by professional health care should be provided, and the plan and policy for promoting health for the children in vulnerable group should be established and provided.
Purpose: Thisstudy aimsto explore the mechanism by which poverty alleviation labelsinfluence purchase intentionsin the e-commerce environment, as well as the role of mediating factors within this process. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: The research employs a questionnaire survey method, targeting a sample of 1668 consumers in Anhui Province, China. It focuses on understanding the impact of poverty alleviation labels on e-commerce platforms and the involvement of mediating factors like capability trust, benevolence trust, and honesty trust in this relationship. Results: The results indicate that poverty alleviation labels on e-commerce platforms significantly enhance consumers' purchase intentions. Regression analysis validates the positive impact of poverty alleviation labels on purchase intentions, capability trust, benevolence trust, and honesty trust, revealing the existence of mediating effects. Conclusions: The study provides empirical support for e-commerce poverty alleviation marketing, emphasizing the importance of focusing on and strengthening consumer trust in products. It offers profound insights for both academic research and practical operations in related fields. However, the research is limited to Anhui Province, and future studies could consider expanding the sample size to gain a deeper understanding of regional and cultural variations. Additionally, further research is encouraged to explore the applicability of the findings to other sales channels.

The relevance of the research is due to the fact that the issue of poverty is one of the most acute social problems of the beginning of the third millennium. The phenomenon of poverty is widespread in third world countries as well as it is observed in relatively developed countries. Poverty rates in Latin America are threatening. Consequently, the issue of social and economic inequality in these countries has become extremely acute. The purpose of the research: to identify the causes of poverty and social inequality and substantiate the main directions of poverty reduction in third world countries. The research methods: comparative analysis; index method; systematization; grouping; generalization. Results. The classification of the causes of poverty has been carried out and the directions of its overcoming in the countries of Latin America on groups of indicators have been defined, namely: 1) political; 2) economic; 3) demographic; 4) regional-geographical; 5) social; 6) qualification; 7) personal. Based on the Net Domestic Product indicator, a comparison of economic indicators of the studied countries has been carried out. It has been revealed that from 1990 to 2018 income inequality increased in 52 of 119 countries studied, and decreased in 57 states. Inequality has increased in the world's most populous countries, particularly China and India. In general, countries with growing inequality are home to more than two-thirds (71%) of the world's population. Trends in the distribution of income in the world have been investigated by applying the Gini index, the high level of which is observed in Latin America (Colombia 48,9%, Panama 46,1%, Chile and Mexico 45,9%). The forecast of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on this issue has been outlined; the ways of its impact on the economies of the countries have been studied. As a result of the study, the main directions and mechanisms of the strategy for poverty reduction and social inequality in the third world countries have been identified. The implementation of the poverty reduction strategy presented in this academic paper may have a positive impact on the economic situation of the population of Latin American countries.
This study developed the Climate Variability Index (CVI) to assess the water resources through adding detail indicators into the existing regional Water Poverty Index (WPI) to consider climate variability and flood damage. This study aims at selecting indicators of WPI focused on water availability and regional climate variability, assessing regional variability of the indices during 1998-2007, and providing information to help determining the priority of water sector policies, investment, and applications. The WPI represents the relationship between the level of welfare and the water use. Considered with flood management and climate variability, CVI added by regional characteristics may be used in water resources management as well as flood mitigation for coping with climate change.
This study intends to verify the poverty characteristics of the rural elderly households so as to provide more specific data for the intervention of social welfare in the improvement of quality of life of the rural elderly. According to my study of the absolute poverty ratio, the poverty gap, the relative poverty ratio, the subjective poverty ratio, the subjective economic level and the life satisfaction level of the rural elderly households in comparison with those of the other groups, the conclusion is as follows: First, the total living cost of the rural elderly households is rather low with the food cost taking about 30% of the total living cost. Second, in terms of the poverty ratio based on socio-demographic characteristics, higher poverty ratio show among women, older people and households of fewer members. Third, 82.2% of the rural elderly households living with an income below the minimum living cost is found around the poverty line. Fourth, the rural elderly households show a comparatively higher poverty ratio than the other groups in the absolute and relative poverty, but lower economic strain than other groups in the subjective poverty ratio and life satisfaction level. In short, the rural elderly households' poverty level is generally high and therefore need ways of active economic supports, while a political approach to the subjective needs of the regional and intergenerational groups is also required.
The Japanese economy has been unstable since 1990. Economic instability and changes in working conditions have made the acquisition of housing and the improvement in housing standards difficult. Unstable working and habitation conditions have also spread, and the Nagoya Metropolitan Area is recognized as a traction community in the Japanese economy. This study employed existing statistics and helpline consultations in 2013 to clarify the state of housing poverty in the Nagoya Metropolitan Area. Moreover, it clarified the conditions for improvement in the housing standards for the low-income households, a regional gap, and reasons for the deteriorating housing levels of low-income households by investigating the "Housing and Land Survey." Furthermore, it clarified housing difficulties that do not appear in existing statistics by investigating the examples of "toll-free call consultations" in 2013.

The inclusive growth is analyzed by using Ramos, Ranieri, and Lammens' index that has three indicators which are employment, poverty, and income inequality. Research design, data, and methodology: This study uses panel data of 13 districts/cities in Central Sulawesi Province from 2015 to 2019. The statistical regression used is the panel regression method to analyze the determinants of inclusive growth there. Results: The study found that the average inclusive growth of districts/cities in Central Sulawesi is increasing from the low-level in 2015 to mid-level in 2019. The panel's data regression using fixed effect model FGLS-SUR found Investment (GFCF), Road Infrastructure, HDI, and Processing Industry have a significant positive effect. Regional minimum wage (RMW) has a significant negative effect. Government Expenditure on Education and Health Function has no significant positive effect on inclusive growth. Recently global society has been interested in the alleviation of poverty in the developing countries. Fair trade has gotten lots of attention as the new way to release the poor situation of the developing countries through the favored trade deal. This research endeavored to reveal the problems of fair trade in the context of the subalternity of producers in the developing countries. Fair trade as a social movement has been carried out under the principle of fairness with the partnership between developed and developing countries, pursuing on the sustainable development of the developing countries. However, it has been revealed that fair trade is not the right way to overcome the poverty of developing countries. The main reason for the unfairness of fair trade was due to the developed countries led programs which are very similar to aid programs, thus this study suggests the necessity of producer-led development program as a practical performance of the producers in the developing countries for fair trade. For this development, this research put emphasis on the perceptual transition for development, renewed understanding of market value, development as freedom, and the importance of individuality for local development in the context of postdevelopment.
