수송기계구조물의 대기권 재진입 기준궤도 설계 (Reference Trajectory Design for Atmosphere Re-entry of Transportation Mechanical Structure)

  • The entry guidance design involves trajectory optimization and generation of a drag acceleration profile as the satisfaction of trajectory conditions during the entry flight. The reference trajectory is parameterized and optimized as piecewise linear functions of the velocity. A regularization technique is employed to achieve desired properties of the optimal drag profile. The regularized problem has smoothness properties and the minimization of performance index then prevents the drag acceleration from varying too fast, thus eliminating discontinuities. This paper shows the trajectory control using the simple control law as well as the information of reference drag acceleration.

  • 본 연구는 최근 우리나라 고층아파트에서 많은 문제가 되고 있는 승강장 부속실의 급기가압 시스템에 있어서 댐퍼 적정차압의 기준 압력에 대한 문제를 FDS 화재모델링을 이용하여 현상학적으로 살펴보았다. 화재 초기 누설틈새만 있는 밀폐된 화재실의 온도와 압력은 연소에너지와 고온 연소가스의 발생으로 온도와 압력이 크게 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 자동차압조절 급기댐퍼의 기준압을 옥내 대기압으로 설정 시에는 화재 시 실제 차압의 감소와 방연풍속 부족으로 상황에 따라 피난안전 공간인 부속실로의 연기 유입이 발생할 우려가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • According to recent trend, hard disk drive(HDD) has been smaller and less weight. Therefore, it needs new method of writing position information. In this thesis, a new controller that is suitable for SSW is proposed. The controller accepted SSW technology that is used to write position information in current HDD industry. The important condition to perform SSW is to reach constant velocity decided from the head velocity profile as fast as possible. The constant velocity decides the positional accuracy of spiral pattern and setup time decides the capacity of HDD. The head velocity profile as a reference signal must be designed not to cause resonance mode. The proposed controller was designed with consideration of these 3 elements, and it properly works for SSW. The velocity profile designed with SMART control not only minimizes the jerk, but also does not cause the resonance mode of a plant. After designing a conventional PID controller, it compared with electrical spring technique and ZPET technique.

  • In this paper, we proposed the decoupling VSS controllers for a trajectory control of a two degrees of freedom SCARA type manipulator. We decoupled the position and velocity of a manipulator tip by using a nonlinear error functions. The reference inputs of the controller can be decided directly from the desired position and velocity. Simulation result is provided to verity the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

  • This paper proposes tracking control method using pseudo-backstepping control for wheeled mobile robots with nonholonomic constraints. First, the pseudo commands for forward linear velocity and angular velocity are chosen based on the kinematics. Then, the actual torque control inputs are designed to make the actual forward linear velocity and angular velocity follow the pseudo commands. Both semi-global practical posture(position and heading direction angle) stabilization and trajectory tracking are achieved for reference trajectories such as straight line and sinusoidal curve. The stability and performance analysed and numerical simulations are performed to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

  • The ink jet printer media advance system is required to be exactly driven to the target position via tracking the reference velocity profile to obtain the high quality print image. A single gain PID controller is not sufficient to fulfill the control objectives, the exact velocity tracking and the accurate positioning, at the same time. A dual PID controller and its switching strategy are presented in this paper to achieve the control objectives. The media advance system is controlled by two separate PID controllers, one of which is for velocity control, and the other is for position control. A PID controller controls the velocity of the media advance system until it reaches the predetermined switching position. When the media advance system passes the predetermined position, the controller is switched to the other PID controller which is more profitable for exact positioning. The switching position is determined by the estimated stop distance. The simulation and experimental results are presented to show the validity and effectiveness of the proposed controller.

  • The paper presents a speed control algorithm for a full pitch-controlled wind turbine system. Torque of a blade generated by wind energy is non-linear function of a wind speed, angular velocity, and pitch angle of the blade. The design of a cor_troller, in general, is performed by linearizing the torque in the vicinity of a operating point assuming the angular velocity of the blade is constant. For speed control, however, the angular velocity is no longer a constant, so that linearization of the torque in terms of a wind speed and pitch angle is impossible. In this study, a reference pitch model is derived in terms of a wind speed, angular velocity, and pitch angle, which makes it possible to design a controller without linearizing the non-linear torque model of the blade. The validity of the algorithm is demonstrated with the results produced through sets of experiments.

  • In position control system using variable structure control, the velocity of control object is controlled to approach the desired specified velocity patterns, and eventually the position of control object is correctly at reference position. Here, this intention can be success by means of variable structure control. In this paper, the PI velocity feedback control is also used sliding mode controller. The design of position controller under specified velocity profiles in variable structure control's constraints is studied.

Vehicle Reference Dynamics Estimation by Speed and Heading Information Sensed from a Distant Point

  • As intelligent autonomous driving vehicle development has become a big topic around the world, accurate reference dynamics estimation has been more important than before. Current systems generally use speed and heading information sensed from a distant point as a vehicle reference dynamic, however, the dynamics between different points are not same especially during rotating motions. In order to estimate properly estimate the reference dynamics from the information such as velocity and heading sensed at a point distant from the reference point such as center of gravity, this study proposes estimating reference dynamics from any location in the vehicle by combining the Bicycle and Ackermann models. A test system was constructed by implementing multiple GNSS/INS equipment on an Robot Operating System (ROS) and an actual car. Angle and speed errors of 10° and 0.2 m/s have been reduced to 0.2° and 0.06 m/s after applying the suggested method.

  • 표면영상유속계(SIV)는 영상 처리 기술을 이용하여 수표면의 유속을 측정하는 장비이다. 표면영상유속계는 하천의 유속을 매우 간편하게 측정할 수 있도록 한다. 그러나, 표면영상유속계를 이용하여 유량을 산정하고자 할 경우, 하천 표면의 평면 측량 자료와 하천의 단면 측량 자료가 반드시 필요하다. 이 때문에 표면영상유속계의 간편성과 유용성에도 불구하고, 이용자들이 쉽게 이용하기 어렵다는 그릇된 인식을 줄 수 있다. 만일 효율적이고 간편하게 하천의 평면을 추정할 수 있다면, 표면영상유속계를 마치 일반적인 프로펠러 유속계처럼 쉽게 이용할 수 있을 것이며, 그 적용성도 크게 증진될 것이다. 이 연구는 보정된 카메라를 이용하여 실제의 평면 좌표(물리 좌표)를 추정하는 방법에 대한 것이다. 이 방법을 이용하면 유속장을 추정하는 과정을 반자동화할 수 있다. 보정된 카메라에서 평면 좌표를 산정하기 위해 사진 측량학적 기법을 채택하였다. 이 기법들은 컴퓨터 시각 분야에서 오랜 동안 연구되어 온 것이다. 이 기법을 표면영상유속계에 적용하여 사영 변환을 위한 참조점들의 좌표를 구할 수 있다. 이를 통해 참조점 측량에 대한 번거로운 과정을 생략할 수 있다. 개발된 방법을 실제 적용해 본 결과는 오차를 무시할 수 있을 정도임을 입증하였다.
