도심지 공사에서의 소음방지 효과에 관한 연구 - 실시공 사례를 위주로 - (A Analysis of the Noise Reduction Measures Efficiency in the Downtown Construction the Remodeling)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the noise reduction measure in the downtown construction. For decades, the life level rise in Korea makes the environmental issues developed the important issues. Specially the noise problems have become the hot issue in the building construction. This study covers the efficiency of the measures, which is used in the construction field to reduce the noise. The case was obtained by Korean E&C company in 2003. It is used as important sources. The results of this study are as follows; the reduction efficiency is higher than that of the old measure. But more efforts are needed to comfort nearby residents.

LEAP 모형을 이용한 가정 부문 온실가스 저감효과 분석 (Application of LEAP Model to Reduce GHG Emissions from Residential Sector)

  • 장기에너지 분석모형인 LEAP 모형을 활용하여 S시 가정 부문의 에너지 소비량 및 온실가스 배출 현황과 온실가스 저감대책에 따른 감축잠재량을 분석하였다. 2009년 S시의 에너지 소비량은 가정 상업부문에서 39.1%로 가장 많이 소비하고 있다. 또한, 가구수 증가로 인해 가정 부문의 에너지 및 온실가스 배출량이 증가할 것으로 전망되고 있어, 가정 부문의 온실가스 저감대책 마련이 시급한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 S시 가정 부문의 에너지 소비량을 파악하고, S시에 적합한 가정 부문 온실가스 저감대책을 수립하였다. 온실가스 감축 잠재량 예측을 위한 시나리오는 기준시나리오, LED 조명 보급, 에너지 대체, 녹색생활 실천, 통합 저감대책 등 총 5개 대책의 효과를 분석하였다. 2020년 기준 저감대책별 온실가스 배출량을 살펴보면, LED 조명 보급은 2020년 온실가스 배출량이 1,181.0천 $tonCO_2eq$로 기준시나리오 대비 약 6.1%의 감축효과가 나타났으며, 에너지 대체는 1,171.6천 $tonCO_2eq$으로 기준시나리오 대비 약 6.8%의 감축효과가 나타났다. 또한, 녹색생활 실천의 2020년 온실가스 배출량은 1,128.7천 $tonCO_2eq$로 기준시나리오 대비 약 10.2%의 온실가스 배출량을 줄일 수 있다는 결과를 도출할 수 있다. LED 조명 보급, 에너지 대체, 녹색생활 실천을 모두 통합한 통합 저감대책은 2020년 966.9천 $tonCO_2eq$로 기준시나리오 대비 약 23.1%의 온실가스 배출량을 줄일 수 있다는 것으로 나타났다.

최소절단집합과 최소경로집합을 이용한 구조 및 신뢰성 중요도 척도의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Implementation of Measures for Structural and Reliability Importance by Using Minimal Cut Sets and Minimal Path Sets)

  • The research discusses interrelationship of structural and reliability importance measures which used in the probabilistic safety assessment. The most frequently used component importance measures, such as Birnbaum's Importance (BI), Risk Reduction (RR), Risk Reduction Worth (RRW), RA (Risk Achievement), Risk Achievement Worth (RAW), Fussel Vesely (FV) and Critically Importance (CI) can be derived from two structure importance measures that are developed based on the size and the number of Minimal Path Set (MPS) and Minimal Cut Set (MCS). In order to show an effectiveness of importance measures which is developed in this paper, the three representative functional structures, such as series-parallel, k out of n and bridge are used to compare with Birnbaum's Importance measure. In addition, the study presents the implementation examples of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) metrics and alternating renewal process models with exponential distribution to calculate the availability and unavailability of component facility for improving system performances. System state structure functions in terms of component states can be converted into the system availability (unavailability) functions by substituting the component reliabilities (unavailabilities) for the component states. The applicable examples are presented in order to help the understanding of practitioners.

서낙동강 유역 해반천의 수질 개선을 위한 비점오염관리대책 효과 분석 (Assessment of the Non-point Source Pollution Control Strategies for Water Quality Improvement in the Haeban Stream of West Nakdong River Watershed)

  • 이 연구에서는 서낙동강을 구성하는 소유역 중 대지면적 비율이 크고 인구밀도가 높은 해반천 유역의 유출 및 수질을 모의하기 위한 HSPF(Hydrological Simulation Program-FORTRAN)모형을 개발하였다. 유역에서 발생하는 비점오염 부하량을 관리하기 위한 세 가지 시나리오가 개발되어 모형에 적용되었고, 오염부하량의 감소와 부하지속곡선에 대비한 수질 기준 초과율이 분석되었다. 시나리오는 비점오염의 발생을 줄이기 위한 도로 청소, 다양한 저영향 개발 기법을 고려한 유출 저감 조치, 그리고 강으로 들어가는 비점오염원을 완화하기 위한 유입 저감 조치로 구성되었다. 첫 번째 시나리오에서는 김해시의 도로 청소 차량 수와 같은 실제 조건이 고려되었으며, 두 번째와 세 번째 시나리오에서는 적용 가능한 토지 이용별 면적의 50%에 저영향 개발 기법을 적용하는 것으로 적용되었다. 모든 세 가지 조치를 적용한 결과, BOD 오염 물질 부하가 58.28%, T-N은 58.49%, T-P는 51.56% 감소할 수 있는 것으로 도출되었다. 또한, 5년간 누적된 수질 측정의 60번째 백분위수를 목표 수질로 설정하고 구축된 유량지속곡선에 의한 초과율분석 결과, 결과적으로, BOD의 경우 조치 적용 전 41.57%의 초과율이 조치 후 16.32%로 감소하여, 초과율이 25.25% 감소하였다. T-N의 경우 조치 전 40.31%에서 조치 후 22.84%로, T-P의 경우 62.43%에서 27.22%로 감소하였다.

지자체 유형별 사회경제적 특성에 따른 온실가스 배출특성 분석 (Characteristics of GHG emission according to socio-economic by the type of local governments, REPUBLIC OF KOREA)

  • Local governments are establishing their own greenhouse gas reduction goal and are playing a important role to respond to climatic changes. However, there are difficulties in quantitative analyses such as estimation of future greenhouse gas emission and computation of reduction potential, which are procedures required to establish mid to long term strategies to realize of low carbon society by each local governments. Also, reduction measures must reflect characteristics of each local government, since the reduction power of each local government can differ according to characteristics of each. In order to establish strategies that reflect characteristics of local governments, types of greenhouse gas emission from cities were classified largely into residential city, commercial city, residential commercial city, agriculture and fishery city, convergence city, and industrial city. As a result of analyzing basic unit of greenhouse gas emission by local government during 2007 in terms of per population, household and GRDP based on the type classification, significant results were deduced for each type. To manage the amount of the national greenhouse gas, reduction measures should be focused on the local governments that emits more than the average of each type's GHG emission.

시멘트공업에 있어서 산성비 원인물질 저감방안 평가에 관한 연구 - 아황산가스를 중심으로 - (A Study on an Reduction Methodology for Acid Rain Causing Material in Cement Industries - Focus on Sulfur Dioxide Emission Reduction Measures -)

  • This study focuses on one of typical energy-intensive industries, the cement industry. The purpose of the study is to propose $SO_2$ emission reduction measures in the cement industry. This study partially employed and modified AIM(Asia-Pacific Integrated Model) developed by Japan National Environmental Research Institute to develop AIM/KOREA SULFUR model for simulation. In the study, a base scenario, and mitigation scenarios(a use of low-sulfur contain fuel, fuel conversion to cleaner energy, an induction of desulfurization systems, and energy saving) were employed. The results of the simulation are summarized below: The sulphur dioxide emission from the cement industry in 1992 was estimated to be 106,000 metric tons; however, according to base scenario, sulphur dioxide emission is expected to be increased to 219,000 metric tons, which is 2.1 times greater than that in 1992 by year 2020. To alleviate such increasement, simulation results under various scenarios proved that some degrees of reduction may be possible by an induction of desulfulization systems although there may be numerous ways to interpretate the simulation results.

사이드스커트와 보트테일을 이용한 대형화물차량의 연비개선 효과 및 온실가스 감축량 추정 (Estimation of GHG Emissions Reduction and Fuel Economy Improvement of Heavy-Duty Trucks by Using Side Skirt and Boat Tail)

  • Recently, the need for technology development of commercial vehicle fuel consumption has emerged. Fuel economy improvement of transport equipment and transportation efficiency, and increasing attention to the logistics cost reduction measures. Increasing attention to the logistics cost reduction measures by fuel economy improvement of transport equipment and transportation efficiency. In this study, we have installed aerodynamic reduction device (side skirt, boat tail) to 14.5 ton cargo trucks and 45 ft tractor-trailers. And the fuel consumption was compared installed before and after. Fuel economy assessment for the aerodynamic reduction value device was tested by modifying the SAE J1321 Joint TMC/SAE Fuel Consumption Test Procedure - Type II test in according domestic situation. Greenhouse gas reductions were calculated in accordance with the scenario, including fuel consumption test results. When the 14.5 ton cargo trucks has been equipped with side skirts and boat tail, it confirmed the improvement in fuel efficiency of 4.72%. One Heavy-duty truck's the annual greenhouse gas reductions value are $6.86ton\;CO_2\;eq$. And if applying the technology to more than 50% of registered 15 ton trucks, greenhouse gas reductions are calculated as $686,826ton\;CO_2\;eq./yr$.

  • A high peak power demand at substations will result under Moving Block Signalling (MBS) when a dense queue of trains begins to start from a complete stop at the same time in an electrified railway system. This may cause the power supply interruption and in turn affect the train service substantially. In a recent study, measures of Starting Time Delay (STD) and Acceleration Rate Limit (ARL) are the possible approaches to reduce the peak power demand on the supply system under MBS.   • With the recent diversification and complication of buildings, the functions of building are also developing. As much as the development of buildings, the machine or equipment used for them is also developing. Thus, all sorts of domestic/foreign industrial facilities and fire stations in the whole nation are using the electric shutter that could meet the insulation just like the exterior wall of general buildings, for bringing-in/storage and crime prevention/fire prevention. Currently, various types of electric shutters are used. Such wrong operation and poor management are causing many panel-falling accidents. This study researched the reduction of electric shutter panel-falling risk by reviewing the domestic/foreign laws and standards, and researching the new safety equipment. First, the causes for falling and accident types were drawn by analyzing the cases of electric shutter accidents. After that, a checklist as the measures for reducing the falling of electric shutter in building was suggested by analyzing the items for the inspection of electric shutter.

쿠르노 경쟁하의 배출권 이월 및 차입과 감축기술개발투자 (Environment R&D Incentives with Emission Banking and Borrowing in a Cournot Model)

  • 배출권 이월 및 차입은 감축기술개발투자에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 배출권거래제하에서 이월 및 차입이 허용되면 감축비용과 배출권 가격에 따라 배출권거래제 참여기업들은 현재의 감축을 미래로 또는 미래의 감축을 현재로 선택할 수 있기 때문에 배출권 이월 및 차입은 감축기술개발에 대한 대체재적인 역할을 한다. 따라서 배출권 이월 및 차입과 같은 간접감축이행수단을 허용하는 경우에는 직접감축이행수단인 감축기술개발투자에 영향을 미친다. 불완전경쟁시장에서 이러한 간접감축조치가 감축기술개발투자에 미치는 영향은 완전경쟁시장하에서와 달라질 수 있다. 왜냐하면 과점시장의 쿠르노 경쟁하에서 감축기술개발투자가 최종소비재시장의 균형에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문이다. 분석 결과, 배출권 이월 및 차입으로 인한 감축기술개발투자 유인 수준은 감축비용, 할인계수, 초기무상할당, 감축기술개발투자효과 등에 의존한다.
