법정근로시간 단축의 거시경제 효과 분석 (An Empirical Analysis on Macro-economic Effects of the Proposed Reduction of Legal Working Hours in Korea)

  • 본 논문은 법정근로시간 단축에 대한 이론적 및 실증적 효과를 분석한다. 법정근로시간 단축은 이론적으로 임금소득을 상승시키며 소비를 촉진하는 효과가 있는 반면 실근로시간은 약간 줄어들거나 정체하며 비용 상승이 클 경우 고용이 감소하는 효과를 일으킨다. 거시모형을 통한 실증분석은 법정근로시간 단축으로 실질임금이 상승하고 소비가 증대하는 반면 실근로시간의 단축은 법정근로시간 단축 크기의 절반 정도에 그치고 비용 인상 인플레이션이 일어나 GDP와 투자가 감소하는 결과를 낳는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 법정근로시간 단축이 단계적으로 시행될수록, 그리고 월차휴가, 생리휴가 폐지와 같은 보완장치가 더불어 시행될수록 이 같은 부정적인 효과는 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다.

사암침법(舍巖鍼法)의 보사수기법(補瀉手技法)에 관한 연구(硏究) (The Study of Saamchimbeop's Method of Reinforcement and Reduction)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is what Saamchimbeop's method of reinforcement and reduction. Methods : 1. We reffered to the Bo-Sa method of DongeuiBo-gam(東醫寶鑑), Uihakim-mun(醫學入門), Uihakjeong-jeon(醫學正傳), Chimgugyeongheom-bang(鍼灸經驗方), Biaoyou-fu(標幽賦) in Cimgudaeseong(鍼灸大成), Nei-Jing(內經). 2. We make a conjecture that Zheng(正), Ying(迎), Sui(隨), Xie(斜) Yingzheng(迎正), Duo(奪), Zhenghuoxie(正或斜), Wen(溫), Liang(凉), JongYang-Inyin (從陽引陰) in Saamchimbeop are another expression of method of reinforcement and reduction and compared with the method of reinforcement and reduction of DongeuiBo-gam(東醫寶鑑), Uihakim-mun(醫學入門), Uihakjeong-jeon(醫學正傳), Chimgugyeongheom-bang(鍼灸經驗方), Biaoyou-fu(標幽賦) in Cimgudaeseong(鍼灸大成), Nei-Jing(內經). Results : 1. Zheng(正) and Xie(斜) are angle of acupuncture manipulation. The descending inserting of Yang-meridian is acupuncture manipulation for the Tonifying effect(補法) and the direct inserting of Yin-meridian is the Dispersing effect(瀉法). 2. JongYang-Inyin(從陽引陰) is the contralateral acupuncture. 3. Ying(迎) and Sui(隨) in the Saamchimbeop are same meaning the method of reinforcement and reduction(補瀉手技法). 4. Saamchimbeop's the final aim is the Wen-Liang(溫凉) according to the disease strong and weak in the Ohaeng-seo of Saam-acupuncture. Conclusions : Saamchimbeop's method of reinforcement and reduction is reinforcement-reduction by lifting and thrusting the needle, breathing reinforcement-reduction method, reinforcing and reducing achieved by rapid and slow insertion and withdrawing of the needles, reinforcement and reduction by opening and closing of needles with contralateral acupuncture by Yin-meridian or Yang-meridian. Saamchimbeop's the final aim is the Wen-Liang(溫凉) according to the disease strong and weak.

철도건설 사업관리시스템 도입에 따른 탄소저감 효과 분석 (An Analysis of Installation of Railway Construction Project Management System on Carbon Reduction)

  • 지구온난화로 인한 범세계적 위기가 초래됨에 따라 1997년 선진국을 중심으로 교토의정서가 체결되었고 2015년 개발도상국까지 공동의무를 부과하는 파리협정이 체결되어 이를 계기로 온실가스 감축 규제 및 국가적 노력이 본격화 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국철도시설공단에서 효율적인 철도건설을 위해 전통적인 건설사업관리 업무를 전산화함에 따라 저감되는 탄소배출량을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 '방문감소에 의한 탄소발생 저감'과 '종이감소에 의한 탄소발생 저감'효과를 측정하는 산출모델을 제시하고자 한다. 수립된 산출모델을 활용하여 건설사업관리시스템 도입에 따른 탄소저감량을 산출하고 이를 경제적 비용으로 환산한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 산출모델 및 산출방식은 정보화사업 추진으로 인한 탄소저감 효과를 분석하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

볏짚 피복에 의한 밭 비점오염원 유출저감효과 분석을 위한 HSPF와 SWAT 모델링 (HSPF and SWAT Modelling for Identifying Runoff Reduction Effect of Nonpoint Source Pollution by Rice Straw Mulching on Upland Crops)

  • This study is to assess the reduction of non-point source pollution loads for rice straw mulching of upland crop cultivation at a watershed scale. For Byulmi-cheon watershed (1.21 $km^2$) located in the upstream of Gyeongan-cheon, the HSPF (Hydrological Simulation Program-Fortran) and SWAT (Soil and Water Assesment Tool), physically based distributed hydrological models were applied. Before evaluation, the model was calibrated and validated using 9 rainfall events. The Nash-Sutcliffe model efficiency (NSE) for streamflow using the HSPF was 0.62~0.76 and the determination coefficient ($R^2$) for water quality (sediment, total nitrogen T-N, and total phosphorus T-P) were 0.72, 0.62, and 0.63 respectively. The NSE for streamflow using the SWAT were 0.43~0.81 and the $R^2$ for water quality (sediment, T-N, and T-P) were 0.54, 0.87, and 0.64 respectively. From the field experiment of 16 rainfall events, the rice straw cover condition reduced surface runoff average 10.0 % compared to normal surface condition. By handling infiltration capacity (INFILT) in HSPF model, the value of 16.0 mm/hr was found to reduce about 10.0 % reduction of surface runoff. For this condition, the reduction effect of sediment, T-N, and T-P loads were 87.2, 28.5, and 85.1 % respectively. By handling soil hydraulic conductivity (SOL_K) in SWAT model, the value of 111.2 mm/hr was found to reduce about 10.0 point reduction of surface runoff. For this condition, the reduction effect of sediment, T-N, and T-P loads were 80.0, 83.2, and 78.7 % respectively. The rice straw surface covering was effective for removing surface runoff dependent loads such as sediment and T-P.

침투형 빗물받이의 배수 및 비점오염물질 저감 효과 (Reduction Effect of Nonpoint Source Pollutants and Drainage of Infiltration Grate Inlet)

  • This study was to estimate the reduction effect of nonpoint source pollutants according to the rainfall intensity and drainage of infiltration grate inlet. Soil infiltration flow was measured on-site and SS load by the filter part was calculated by the experimental data in laboratory reactor test. Soil infiltration flow was measured to be about $1m^3/hr$ in soil condition saturated with water. The filter part of the infiltration grate inlet was a hydraulic equipment unhindered by soil infiltration on the bottom of the storage tank, because the infiltration flow was measured to be about $3m^3/hr$ continuously in the closing infiltration hole condition. Infiltration flow and SS load were over about $1m^3/hr$ and 1.71 kg according to laboratory results by the filter part using the artifical sample. Therefore, the above values could be presented as the limitted value to start the reduction of filtration effect. Reduction efficiencies of SS load by the filter part for the rainfall intensity were about 87 % at 5 mm/hr and about 61 % at 10 mm/hr in consideration of one infiltration grate inlet got the drainage area about $200m^2$. The reduction efficiency of nonpoint source pollutants was very effective in the first flush rainfall. However, the reduction efficiency by rainfall density was higher than by flow.

New Application of Clay Filler for Carbon/Carbon Composites and Improvement of Filler Effect by Clay Size Reduction

  • To investigate new potential application of a clay material for C/C composites, illite added C/C composites were prepared with various illite contents. The improvement of filler effect by illite size reduction was also investigated using wet ballmilling by evaluating illite/phenolic resin infiltration using bulk density and porosity measurements, chemical structural changes of the composites using XRD, and thermal oxidation stability in air of the composites using TGA. The size reduction of illite resulted in narrower particle size distribution and improved illite infiltration into carbon preform. And the resultant C/C composites prepared with illite had even more improved thermal oxidation stability in air, showing more increased IDTs up to $100^{\circ}C$, compared to those of the C/C composites with pristine illite, due to the SiC formation through carbothermal reduction between illite and carbon materials. The illite induced delay in oxidation of the illite-C/C composites was also observed and the delayed oxidation behavior was attributed to the layered structure of illite, which improved illite/phenol resin infiltration. Therefore, the potential use of illite as filler to improve oxidation stability of C/C composite can be promising. And the size reduction of illite can improve its effect on the desired properties of illite-C/C composites even more.

유출저감을 위한 유역내 침투시설의 적용 (An Application of Infiltration Facilities for Reducing the Runoff in the Basin)

  • 유역의 도시화는 유출총량과 첨두유량의 증가와 도달시간이 감소시키며, 홍수피해의 위험성을 더욱 크게 만든다. 침투시설은 도시유역의 유출총량과 첨두유량을 감소시킬 수 있고, 그 종류에는 침투트렌치와 투수성 포장재 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 침투시설 설치에 따른 우수유출저감효과를 알아보기 위하여 경북 구미시 옥계동의 $0.18km^2$와 공단동의 $0.67km^2$의 면적을 가진 도시유역을 대상으로 하여 각각의 유역특성을 분석하고, 유출총량 및 첨두유량의 저감량을 WinSLAMM 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 또한, 침투시설 설치에 따른 첨두유량저감효과를 분석하였고, 침투시설 면적비와 유출저감률과의 관계식을 도출하였다.

머리 CT영상에서 흔히 발생하는 선속경화인공물 감소를 위한 금속인공물감소 알고리즘 적용의 유용성 평가 (Usefulness Evaluation of Application of Metallic Algorithm Reducing for Beam Hardening Artifact Occur in Typical Brain CT Image)

  • 본 연구는 두부 인체모형 팬텀을 컴퓨터 단층촬영 장치를 이용하여 스캔 후 영상에서 발생한 선속경화현상을 고 관전압 적용 방법과 본 연구에서 적용한 금속인공물감소 알고리즘 적용 영상을 비교하여 금속인공물감소 알고리즘 적용의 유용성을 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 관전압을 140 kVp로 높여 스캔 시 CT value가 0.02~0.05 % 감소하여 선속경화현상 감소 효과가 상대적으로 낮았으며(P>0.05), 금속인공물감소 알고리즘 적용 시 CT value가 12.4~26.9 % 감소하여 선속경화현상 감소 효과에 상대적으로 의미가 있는 것으로 분석되었다(p<0.05). 또한 임상영상평가표에 의한 정성적 평가에서도 인공물의 경우 MAR알고리즘 적용 후 1.8점으로 평가 되었고, 해상도 및 대조도 평가에서 MAR알고리즘 후 7.2점으로 평가되어 선속경화현상 감소에 있어 금속인공물감소 알고리즘 적용이 의미가 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 따라서 불가항력적으로 발생하는 선속경화 현상에 의한 인공물의 경우 기존연구에서 도출한 다양한 방법과 더불어 본 실험을 통해 제시한 금속인공물 감소 알고리즘을 적용하여 스캔한다면 선속경화현상에 의해 발생한 인공물 감소에 유용할 것으로 사료된다.

청소년기 여성의 척추측만증 검사에서 유방입사선량 저감효과 (Dose Reduction of the Adolescent Female Breast during Scoliosis Radiography)

  • 본 논문에서는 척추측만증 환자의 진료를 위하여 필요한 Whole Spine Scanography 검사에서 촬영거리, 환자자세(전후 후전 방향), 흉부벽두께, 갈비뼈두께, 폐조직두께, 관전압, 고전압정류방식의 변화에 따른 유방의 입사선량의 차이에 대한 정량적인 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 환자의 자세(전후방향과 후전방향)에 따른 유방 입사선량의 저감효과를 확인하기 위하여 관전압 90 kVp, 커마 0.1 mGy, 촬영거리 260 cm, 관전압의 리플율이 0인 인버터정류방식, 필터의 두께 3.5 mm, 환자의 흉벽의 두께 120 mm를 조건으로 Simulation of X-ray Spectra program을 이용하여 시뮬레이션 하였다. 그 결과 알루미늄 필터 두께 3.5 mm에서 2.6배, 흉벽의 두께 120 mm에서 25.7배, 고 관전압에서 1.43배, 관전압 리플율 0에서 1.14배의 선량 저감효과가 있었다. 각각의 입사 선량저감효과의 총합은 약 109배이었다. RANDO phantom의 자세(전후방향과 후전방향)에 따른 선량 저감효과를 확인하기 위하여 촬영거리 260 cm, 관전압 90 kVp, 관전류 270 mA, 촬영시간 0.31 sec, 관전압의 리플율이 0인 인버터정류방식, 필터의 두께 3.5 mm을 조건으로 측정한 결과 유방의 입사선량은 전후 방향에 비하여 후전방향이 평균 20.56배의 선량 저감효과가 있었다.

판별분석을 활용한 노면요철포장의 교통사고감소 효과분석 (A Safety Evaluation of Shoulder Rumble Strips on Expressway using Discriminant Analysis)

  • In general, the crash reduction effect of the rumble strip is reported to be about 30% in Korea, while it is about 40-60% in the United States. However, the effect is erroneously overestimated because the simple comparison was only made before and after the installation. Accordingly, this study will reassess the crash reduction effect of the rumble strip. The study will also examine the former's geometric characteristics as well as its effect on the causes of the crash. This study analyzed the crash effect while taking into consideration the changes in the horizontal and vertical alignment, including the width of pavement shoulders, using the crash data for two years before and after the installation of the rumble strip. The types of crash caused by the rumble strip were identified using the classification discriminant function. The crash effect on the rumble strip is estimated to be 28.3%, but the pure effect, with the exception of the effect by other elements, was analyzed to be 7.4%. For each expressway design element, the downhill section (2.0-3.0%), the section with less than 3,000 m and more than 10,000 m of the curve radius, and the section with less than 3.0 m of the pavement shoulder width were found to be effective in crash reduction. For each cause of crash, the rumble strip was analyzed to be effective in the reduction of crash caused by "not keeping the safe distance", "sleeping", "negligence in keeping eyes forward", and "excessive handle operation". In particular, the rumble strip was analyzed and seen to be especially effective in preventing crash caused by "not keeping a safe distance," and "sleeping". The installation of the rumble strip was found to be effective in the prevention of crash caused by "not keeping the safe distance" and "sleeping". The results of this study may thus be used in deciding the causes of crash and the installation location of the tailored rumble strip that would be suitable for the geometric characteristics of the roads. This study will also be helpful in the establishment of future traffic safety measures.
