표식 지도를 이용한 이동로봇의 광역 위치인식 및 kidnap recovery (Implementation of Global Localization and Kidnap Recovery for Mobile Robot on Feature Map)

  • We present an implementation of particle filter algorithm for global localization and kidnap recovery of mobile robot. Firstly, we propose an algorithm for efficient particle initialization using sonar line features. And then, the average likelihood and entropy of normalized weights are used as a quality measure of pose estimation. Finally, we propose an active kidnap recovery by adding new particle set. New and independent particle set can be initialized by monitoring two quality measures. Added particle set can re-estimate the pose of kidnapped robot. Experimental results demonstrate the capability of our global localization and kidnap recovery algorithm.

  • 손상된 저장매체에 대해서 디지털포렌식 조사를 진행할 때 복구 도구를 활용한다. 하지만 사용하는 복구 도구에 따라서 복구 결과가 다른 문제가 존재한다. 그러므로 정확한 조사를 위해서는 도구의 성능과 한계점을 파악하여 사용할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 파티션 복구 도구의 성능을 검증할 수 있도록 MBR, GPT 디스크 인식 방식과 FAT32, NTFS 파일시스템의 구조적 특징을 고려한 검증 시나리오를 제시한다. 그 후 검증 시나리오를 바탕으로 제작한 데이터 세트를 통하여 기존 복구 도구에 대한 성능 검증을 진행한다.

  • As a means of human interface, this study designs Developed-ERES/WCS with voice recognition capability and fuzzy set theory. In the advanced teleoperator system, when an error occurs on the automatic mode, the error is recovered after the automatic mode is changed into the manual mode intervened by a human. The purpose of this study is to reduce human work load and to shorten error recovery time during error recovery.

수증기 처리에 의한 열압밀화목재의 압축 고정 (Fixation of Compression Set of Heat-Compressed Wood by Steaming)

  • This study investigated the effect of steaming on fixation of compression set and the effect of these treatments on mechanical properties of heat-compressed wood specimens. To determine the effect of steaming after compression set, wood specimens were compressed for 100min at 180f and then steamed for 20-100min at $120^{\circ}C$. Swelling tests were used to evaluate recovery of compression set. Bending, compression, and Brinell hardness tests were carried out for evaluating mechanical properties. Compressed wood steamed for 100 min at $120^{\circ}C$ showed 1.9% recovery of set, increases in bending and compressive properties, and no hardness change. We concluded that almost complete fixation of compression set in wood can be achieved by steaming compressed wood.

  • 본 논문은 안드로이드 기반의 고정된 네트워크 하드웨어를 가진 셋톱박스에서 Network Time Protocol(NTP)을 활용한 효과적 시스템 복구 방안에 관한 연구이다. 셋톱박스의 경우 제품의 특성상 사용자의 요구에 대한 대응이 여타 전자제품에 비해 빠르게 반응해야 하기 때문에 항시 전원이 공급되어 동작하는 특징을 가진다. 하지만, 안드로이드와 같은 범용 OS기반의 셋톱박스의 경우 주기적인 시스템 리셋을 통한 캐쉬 및 메모리 초기화가 불가피한 단점이 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 시스템의 시간을 가져오는 NTP 클라이언트 프로그램을 활용하여 시스템 리셋하고, 복구하도록 하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 광파장다중화(WDM) 기반 광인터넷 환경에서 논리적인 다중 링 구조에 의한 통신망 복구 기법의 대역폭 효율성을 연구한다. 이 방법은 링 토폴로지의 특성을 이용해 빠르고 간단한 복구 동작을 제공하며, 지역적인 복구를 수행한다. 동시에 다중 링 구성을 통하여 대체 경로의 분산과 공유 정도를 높이고 단위 링크당 예약되어야 하는 예비 광파장의 수를 줄임으로써 전체 통신망 자원 이용의 효율성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 위험공유링크그룹(SRLG) 개념을 이용하여 링크 손실을 복구하는데 필요한 예비대역폭 비율을 토폴로지상의 Cut-Set을 이용해 계산하고 이를 실험을 통해 비교 확인하였다.

전압증가 시 재폐로 동작에 따른 변압기형 초전도 한류기의 특성 분석 (Characteristics on the Transformer-Type SFCL According to Reclosing Operation the Voltage Increase)

  • Fault current in power system is expected to increase by demand of power capacity. Therefore, when the fault occurred, fault current was increased in the power system. Many studies have been progressed to limit the fault current. Superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is one of them which has been studied in worldwide. In this paper, we will analyze characteristics of a transformer-type SFCL by reclosing operation when the voltage increases. Twice opening times in the reclosing of circuit breaker were set as the 0.5 and 15 seconds, respectively. Turn's number of primary and secondary coils set 4:2 and we increased voltages from 120V to 280V for each experiment. By the current waveform, maximum fault current in second and third cycles was lowered when the voltage was increased. In the recovery waveform, recovery time was increased as the voltage was increased. The reason was that power burden of the SFCL increased when consumption power was increased, so the time to get back to SFCL took longer. We compared the characteristics of a resistive-type and transformer-type SFCL. As a result, we found that the fault current of a transformer-type was lower than resistive-type and recovery time of the SFCL was shorter. Consequently, transformer-type SFCL was more profitable for limitation of fault current and recovery time under the same condition for reclosing operation.

  • Physical therapists use assumptions about motor control in every aspect of their work in treating stroke patients. An understanding of the recovery process after stroke, some neural mechanism of recovery and therapeutic model is critical factor for physical therapist to evaluate and obtain a higher final stage of recovery. The purpose of this article was to review the recovery process after stroke, some neural mechanism of recovery, the role of rehabilitation in the process of recovery, therapeutic model and its limitation. This article will help understanding of recovery process. evaluation, and treatment of the stroke patients. Each therapeutic method consists of a different set of assumptions and they are not completely independent of one another. Therefore specializing in any techniques of physical therapy will not be enough to treat stroke, so we are in need of integrated approach and objective measurement instrument to adequately evaluate and treat stroke patients.
