효율적인 비용을 갖는 자동장애극복 네트워크의 설계방안 (Automatic Recovery Network Design for the Efficient Costs)

  • 일반적으로 서바이벌 특성이란 네트워크 장애 시 고객이 인식하기 전에 서비스가 복구 될 수 있는 것을 말한다. 예를 들면 데이터 전송 중에 링크장애가 발생하면 즉시 대체 경로를 찾아 데이터 전송이 중단되지 않도록 하는 것이다. 이때 이용되는 것이 이중경로를 찾는 알고리즘이고 이때 주요요소가 경로 비용이 된다. 한 노드에서 다른 노드로 데이터 전송을 할 때 최소비용경로를 찾는 것이 효율적이다. 이때 찾아진 최소비용경로는 네트워크 장애가 발생하지 않는 경우에는 최적의 경로가 될 수 있다. 다만 네트워크 장애가 발생한 경우 대체 경로를 찾아야 하는데 이때 대체 경로의 비용이 매우 높다고 하면 비용 면에서 비효율적일 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 네트워크 설계 시 서바이벌 특성을 고려하여 최소비용을 갖는 이중경로가 각각의 두 노드 사이에 최대한 존재 할 수 있는 방법을 찾는다.

  • 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경은 네트워크가 손상되기 쉬우며 모바일 호스트(Mobile Host: MH)를 지원하는 모바일 서포트 스테이션(Mobile Support Station: MSS)이 안정적이지 못하다. 따라서 오류가 발생했을 경우, 저장된 정보를 복구하기 위해서는 많은 양의 네트워크 비용이 요구된다. 안정적인 복구를 위해서는 이미 보내진 메시지를 어떤 방식으로 저장할 것인가 하는 것과 어떤 핸드오프 기법을 사용해서 복구해 낼 것인가 하는 점을 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 호스트의 이동성에 따라 복구 기법을 달리하는 ST(Switching Trickle) 기법을 제안한다 제안된 기법의 성능평가를 위해 이동성에 따라 점차 증가하는 누적비용을 시뮬레이션 한다. 실험 결과를 통해 기존에 구현된 기법들과 비교하여 제안된 기법에서 전체적인 비용이 감소된 것을 확인할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 제안된 기법은 MH의 이동성이 크지 않을 경우. 체크포인트(checkpoint)와 메시지 로그 정보를 안정적으로 저장할 수 있다.

활동기준 원가분석을 통한 건강보험수가의 적정성 분석 (An Analysis on Appropriateness of Health Insurance Fee Using the Activity Based Costing(ABC) Approach)

  • The Activity Based Costing(ABC) means the process that makes clear how the actions and input resources have changed into service to calculate medical services costs. These days, the number of hospital which is using the ABC system is increasing to make their policy decision making efficient and run the hospitals more resonable. This study analyzes the unbalance in the level of health insurance service fee and the improvement plans based from 8 hospitals(ABC system) and 95 clinics(ABC survey). The cost recovery ratio has shown different levels according to each service type. A surgery service type recorded 76.8% and an evaluation & management service type is 84.6%, a treatment procedure type(85.8%), a function test type(91.6%) and health insurance fee even did not reach to the original cost. Meanwhile, a laboratory test type and imaging test type show high level of cost recovery ratio. they recorded 188.3% and 158.8%. Resultingly now of unbalance in the level of health insurance service fee accelerates supply of every test. so there is a need to make laboratory test type and imaging test type lower to keep balance with the surgery and medical service. These methods should be performed gradually with monitoring the unbalance fee ratio and for this, a panel medical institution have to be established for generalizations of studying result, fairness of selecting researching sample.

회귀분석을 이용한 소각장의 소각열 회수 경제성 분석 연구 (Economic Assessment of the Heat Recovery from Incineration Plants Based on Regression Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 대표적인 폐기물 최종 처리시설인 소각장을 대상으로 소각열 회수에 따른 경제성 분석을 수행하였다. 국내에서 운영 중인 소각장의 건설 및 운영비용, 소각열 회수량에 대한 함수식을 회귀분석을 통해 도출하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 생애주기비용을 비교함으로써 소각열 회수에 대한 경제성을 비교 분석하였다. 도출된 회귀식으로 일일 80톤 처리규모의 소각장을 기준으로 경제성 분석을 진행한 결과, 소각열 회수시 추가 설비 및 인건비로 인한 초기투자 비용 및 운영비용이 크지만, 열회수에 따른 LNG 대체효과로 계산시 11년 이상 운영할 경우 미회수 소각장과 비교하여 경제적 우위성이 있었다. 또한 열 판매와 온실가스 감축효과를 편익으로 계산할 경우 19년의 자본회수기간이 소요됨을 확인하였다.

  • This study is to optimize design parameters for waste heat recovery boiler with water tube and three drum. The design optimization considered here is to find the most economic dimension of the boiler considered which results in a minimum cost in producing a unit amount of steam per given period of operation. For this purpose, optimize design have to determine what are the main parameters of affecting the total cost of producing a unit amount of steam which is comprised of manufacturing cost of the boiler, operating cost of the fan etc.

  • Electric generation cost in district Heating CHP system has close relationship with the level of heating price. So far, the calculation of CHP generation cost has been based on cost recovery system in which revenue requirement deducted the revenue from heating-sales. The restructuring of electricity industry determines the market-clearing price every hour and made it impossible that the loss due to the above market cost can be attributed to the generation cost. Hence, the loss is compensated by energy subsidy program in public benefit charge. This analysis derives an efficient action plan for future subsidy program.

  • Heavy metals recovery from Printed Circuit Boards industrial wastewater is crucial because of its cost effectiveness and environmental friendliness. In this study, a copper recovery route combining the sequential processes of acid leaching and LIX 984N extracting with an electrowinning technique from Printed Circuit Boards production's sludge was performed. The used residual sludge was originated from Hanoi Urban Environment One Member Limited Company (URENCO). The extracted solution from the printed circuit boards waste sludge containing a high copper concentration of 19.2 g/L and a small amount of iron (0.575 ppm) was used as electrolyte for the subsequent electrolysis process. By using a simulation model for multi-step current electrolysis, the reasonable current densities for an electrolysis time interval of 30 minutes were determined, to optimize the specific consumption energy for the copper recovery. The mathematical simulation model was built to calculate the important parameters of this process.

  • In this study traditional depreciation method has been analysed carefully and then compared with the depreciation on current cost basis for the purpose of reviewing the basic theory underlying depreciation on current cost basis in view of the current situation demanding new method of depreciation. In this treatise the inevitability of rejecting the basic theory of depreciation and traditional depreciation method has been treated. Furthermore the probable consequence when such refutation of traditional depreciation occurs is studied. How to resolve such problems and what is the basis for claiming for depreciation on current cost basis have been also analysed. Through this analysis and research the following conclusions have been drawn: 1. For the purpose of complete recovery of invested capital depreciation on current cost basis is demanded. 2. For the purpose of undertaking realistic profit computation and accounting to apply to comparison and analysis of business operation depreciation on current cost basis is required. 3. When the feasibility of depreciation on current cost basis is guaranteed' then depreciation on current cost basis can be promoted. 4. Depreciation on current cost basis should be studied from the standpoint of evaluation position.

  • Depending on applications where transmission bandwidth, wire distance, power consumption and EMI environments vary, design trade-offs must be made to optimize the display interface. After introducing the digital display interface architecture, topics such as cost, EMI, signal integrity, scalability and content protection are discussed with available techniques. Implementation issues are discussed regarding their cost and design complexity. Existing standards are reviewed and comparison on their strengths and shortcomings are discussed.

  • The introduction of electricity industry provides generators incentives to recover the related cost through the market. Hence, the generator should sell his/her electricity at high market-clearing price with optimal operation of his/her power plant. The maintenance of power plant is the most critical factor in affecting generators' decision-making. This paper analyzes technique for establishing maintenance schedule reflecting recovery cost and considers differences in monthly load pattern in minimizing LOLP.
