대통령기록관에 이관된 참여정부 대통령기록은 e지원시스템 문서관리카드로 상징되는 기록 생산시스템 혁신의 결과물이다. 기록은 의사결정과정을 기록화하여 정책 결정 과정을 드러낸다. 본고는 대통령비서실 기록관리비서관실에서 생산한 기록관리 혁신 관련 기록의 존재 형태를 파악하고, 기능-활동-주제-행위로 재조직하였다. 주제별 기록 유형은 관련 사안의 전개 과정과 기록의 특성을 체계적으로 이해하는 데 도움을 준다. 기록 건 상세정보를 작성하여 개별 기록 건의 성격을 파악하였다. 이러한 시도는 대통령기록의 평가, 이용 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에 그 의미가 있다.

주한미군기지 이전사업은 전국에 산재해 있는 미군기지를 평택을 중심으로 재배치함으로써 전 국토의 균형발전을 도모하고, 주한미군의 안정적인 주둔여건을 보장함은 물론 미래 지향적 한 미동맹을 강화하기 위한 목적으로 시행되고 있는 대형 국책사업이다. 본 연구의 목적은 사업 주체인 주한미군기지 이전사업단을 비롯하여 이전사업에 참여한 여러 기관으로부터 생산된 기록의 분류 현황을 기록관리기준표를 중심으로 살펴보고 향후 체계적인 기록관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있으며 궁극적으로는 국민의 알 권리를 보장하고 국방 기록유산의 공유 및 전승이라는 거시적 수준에서의 목적을 달성하는데 있다.

고려대학교 아세아문제연구소의 '구 조선총독부 경무국 항일 독립운동관계 비밀기록'과 국사편찬위원회의 '경성지방법원 재판기록'(A)과 '경성지방법원(검사국) 편철문서'(B)는 경성지방법원 검사국이 접수 또는 작성하여 보관한 동일한 기록군이다. 'A'는 경성지방법원 검사국의 사건기록, 'B'는 동 검사국의 서무기록이며, 아세아문제연구소의 기록은 동 검사국의 사건기록과 서무기록이 함께 수집된 것이다. '사상' 탄압 통제와 관련된 내용이 많으며, 편철자명이나 열람자 보고자명, 접수문서의 분류로 보건대, 생산자는 경성지방법원 검사국 '사상부(思想部)'인 것 같다. 경성지방법원 검사국 서무기록에는 1925년 치안유지법 시행과 1928년 사상계 검사 배치, 사상부 설치라는 변화 과정이 담겨 있다. 이전에 비해 관할 경찰서의 일상적인 정보 보고가 많아졌고, 내용이 사상에 집중되었다. 사상 정보는 일반 민정(民情)에서 분리되었으며, '사상(계)' 우선의 기록관리가 이뤄졌다. 이제 검찰의 사무는 사상과 사상 아닌 것으로 나눠지며 전자에 비해 후자는 '경미'한 것으로 치부되었다. 또한 전 조선과 일본의 지방검사국 간에 사상사건 정보의 공유체계가 구축되었고, 간도관련 정보의 수집이 늘었다.

본 연구는 중앙행정부처 기록전문직을 대상으로 직무 영역을 파악하고 중요도-수행도 분석 기법으로 분석하여 그에 따른 직무 중요도와 수행도를 연구하는 데 목적이 있다. 기록전문직의 역할과 정체성 확보를 위하여 직무에 대한 명확한 분석이 필요하다는 인식 아래, 직무영역 및 요소 분석을 실시한 본 연구는 기록전문직의 직무를 기록물 관리, 기록관 운영, 기록관리 인프라, 기록정보 서비스의 4개의 책무와 19개의 업무, 78개의 업무요소로 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 각각의 중요도와 수행도 빈도를 조사하는 IPA기법을 적용하였다. 분석 결과 법령에서 규정하고 있는 업무 영역인 평가 및 폐기 업무가 중요도와 수행도가 가장 높은 순위를 차지하였으며 서비스관련 업무는 중요성과 수행도가 가장 낮게 분석되었다. 전체적으로 1인 1체제의 기록관에서 모든 기록관리 업무를 수행하기에는 과중한 상태로 파악되었으며 조직 내 직무 재배치를 통한 업무량의 조정이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

사진기록물은 이용자가 이해하기 쉽다는 관점에서 매우 유용하고 의미 있는 기록물이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 높은 비용과 관리의 어려움으로 인하여 상대적으로 인쇄기록물에 비교하여 디지털화가 수행된 사례가 매우 적다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 아날로그 사진기록물의 디지털화를 위한 개선방안 및 고려사항을 제시하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 위하여 본 연구에서는 16개의 광역자치단체의 사진기록물 관리현황을 분석하였다. 또한, J광역자치단체에서 사진기록물의 디지털화와 디지털화된 사진기록물 데이터베이스 구축에 대한 사례조사를 수행하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 기반으로 사진기록물의 디지털화 및 디지털화 사진기록물에 대한 방법을 제안하였다.

The paper analyzed the excavational data from Bupyeong-office in Ulsan county in Chosun Dynasty, examined the composition of the community estimated at station community, and studied the duration of the community by using the excavated relics. In addition, the paper compared the excavational data with documentary records, studied the location Bupyeong-office, and investigated the size of station community overall. Community compositions such as buildings, residential place, pits, stoves, hemp kilns, cremation tombs, and farming appliances were identified. When compared to excavated relics such as tiles, white porcelain jars, agrayish-blue-powdered celadons, and celadon porcelains from building, residance, and pits, the community existed during 14C~17C. The station location was on the west side to the quarters for Byongmajuldosa of the Left Gyeongsangdo at King's location according to the old maps and documentary records. It is widely expected that No, 201 foundation stone buildings at Pyungsan relic I was related to the station because there was a distinctions on the stone pillar waterway and high quality of location in the size(the front 9 sections ${\times}$ the side 1 section) and the community. According to the building's functions and duplication relations in the community, it is regarded that there were 33~40 ground buildings, 40~45 pitting buildings, storages or 15~30 other purpose buildings, and 5~7 public buildings around No, 210 building in Bupyeong-office town.

본 연구는 16대 대통령기록(기록관리비서관실)을 대상으로 기록인식론적 관점에서 조사·분석하여 그 결과를 기반으로 대통령기록관리 재설계 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 기록관리비서관실의 기능을 분석하고, 대통령기록관에 이관된 16대 대통력기록을 전체적인 시각에서 개관하였다. 다음으로 '업무기능 및 단위과제', '기록 철·건', '기록 건'을 중심으로 '생산시스템 유형', '보존기관', '보존기간 책정 사유', '관리부서', '이관일 및 입수유형', '기록형태', '전자기록 유형', '공개여부', '생산연도' 등을 정량적으로 분석하고 연역적(top-down)인 방식으로 기록의 성격을 규명하였다. 마지막으로 기록분석 과정에서 드러난 특징 및 문제점을 정리하고, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 기록의 '재조직', '서비스'부분에 대한 대통령기록관리 재설계 방안을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the utilization level of forecasting methods in contract foodservice management companies. Questionnaires were distributed and collected from 30 foodservice management companies contracted with universities and 49 university foodservices in Seoul and Kyungki area. Statistical data analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 10.0 based on the production records of Yonsei University foodservices and the weather reports from a meteorological observatory. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The objectives of the fore-casting systems were identified as saving costs through eliminating the leftover, meeting the customer demands, and improving efficiency in food preparation.2) All of the university foodservices were already performing the forecasting methods but in foodservice management companies as a whole,89.7 percents were applying the method and only 55.2 percents had the separate forecasting department. 3) A large number of foodservice staffs in the head office (65.5％) answered that they often utilized intuitive estimates based on the past experiences and records for forecasting while 65.3% managing staffs in the university foodservices answered the same.4) Both in the head office and university foodservices, actual number of meals served were recorded. In the head office, mostly estimated numbers and actual numbers of meals were recorded while estimated, prepared, and actual numbers of meals served were recorded for most of the cases in university foodservices. 5) The primary factors considered for forecasting were the actual production records for the last month, the customer preference for the selected menu items, and the specific day of the week.

이 논문은 제16대 대통령기록 중에서 기록관리비서실이 대통령 행사와 관련해서 생산한 '말씀록'의 생산 과정을 둘러싼 기록들의 내용을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 대통령기록관에 이관된 참여정부의 대통령 행사 기록의 생산 맥락을 올바로 이해한 가운데 관련 기록을 연계, 조직하여 적극적으로 활용하는 방안을 제안하였다.
