일부 남자 고등학교 태권도 선수들의 영양상태와 식이 조사 시점 및 조사 일수의 평가 (An Evaluation of the Nutritional Status and the Desirable Time and Period for Dietary Record in Male High School Taekwondo Athletes)

  • This study was done to evaluate the nutritional status and the desirable time and period for making dietary records in male high school Taekwondo athletes. Nutrient and flood intake was investigated using dietary record method during usual training (UT, for 29 days) and special training (ST, for 17 days) periods in nine Taekwondo athletes. Nutrient intake by 7-d and 3-d dietary record were compared to the standard nutrient intake, which was computed from dietary record during total period of UT or ST. Total mean energy intake was 2278 kcal, 84% of RDA, and mean intakes of riboflavin, Ca and Fe were less than 77% of RDA. Mean intakes of energy, carbohydrate, protein, fat, cholesterol, thiamin, riboflavin, and P decreased during ST (p < 0.05 or p < 0.01). Mean intakes of vegetables and grains ware the highest in the two periods and following were beverages and instant floods in UT, and meats and fruits in ST. During ST, mean intakes of mushrooms, meats and their products, and instant floods decreased, and sugars and sweets increased (p < 0.05 or p < 0.01). The contribution of grains and their products, instant floods, and meats and their products to mean intakes of energy, carbohydrate, protein and fat were high. In snacks, the contribution of instant floods, breads and confections and beverages was high. During UT, cholesterol intake at weeks 1 and 3, and intakes of protein, fat, thiamin, riboflavin and niacin at week 4 by 7-d dietary record were different from their standard intakes (p < 0.05 or p < 0.01). Intakes of VA, Ca and Fe at week 1, and intakes of carbohydrates, cholesterol rind crude fiber at week 4 by 3-d dietary record were different from their standard intakes (p < 0.05 or p < 0.01). During ST, VC intake at week 5, and energy intake from carbohydrate and cholesterol intake at week 6 by 7-d dietary record were different from their standard intakes (p < 0.05 or p < 0.01). Cholesterol intake at week 7, and energy intake from carbohydrates and fat, and intakes of protein, fat, cholesterol and riboflavin by 3-d dietary record were different from their standard intakes (p < 0.05 o. p < 0.01). In conclusion, empty-calorie floods can be a main source of diet and snacks for Taekwondo athletes, and education about desirable nutrients and floods intakes is needed to help them control their weight. When investigating the nutritional status of Taekwondo athletes in the future, the 7-day or 3-day dietary record is desirable provided they are conducted in the milddle of each period artier distinguishing UT from ST period.

기록물관리법의 제정과 국회기록관리체제의 개편(1999~2008) (The Enactment of Record Management Act and the Reform of the National Assembly Record Management System(1999~2008))

  • 국회의 기록관리체제는 1999년에 기록물관리법이 제정되면서 대폭 개편되었다. 원래 국회는 총무과, 의안과, 속기과 등에서 영구보존기록물을 관리하였으나 기록물관리법이 제정되면서 국회기록물의 보존체제가 크게 개편되었다. 1948년 국회가 설립된 이래로 최초로 전문적인 기록물관리부서로서 국회기록보존소가 설치되었고, "국회기록물관리규칙"의 제정을 계기로 의안과, 속기과 등의 기록물 보존권한이 부정되었다. 이에 따라 국회기록보존소는 종전 국회사무처와 국회도서관의 각 부서에 분산되어 있던 기록물의 수집 보존 등의 업무를 모두 관할하게 되어 국회의 종합적인 기록물 수집 보존 및 편찬 부서로서의 위상을 확보하였다. 기록물관리법의 제정과 국회기록물관리체제의 개편은 한국국가기록관리체제가 헌법기관에서 어떻게 구현되는지를 잘 보여주는 사례이다. 기록물관리법의 제정 이전에는 "정부공문서규정" 등이 행정부의 기록관리에 관한 법령이었으나 이 같은 규정을 국회에까지 적용할 의무는 없었다. 그러나 1999년에 '법률'의 형식으로 기록물관리법이 제정되면서 국회는 기록물관리법의 시행을 위한 후속조치가 필요하게 되었다. 국회는 이 같은 후속조치의 일환으로서 국회기록보존소 설치와 "국회기록물관리규칙" 등의 개선작업을 추진하였다. 이 연구에서는 기록물관리법이 국회에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤고 국회는 기록물관리법의 국회 시행에 어떻게 대응하였으며 국회기록물 관리실태가 어떻게 개편되었는지를 중심으로 분석하였다.

  • HwaSungSungYouk was one of the construction project in viewpoint of today's construction management and various information how to build the HwaSung at the last of the eighteen century had been recored in HwaSungSungYoukEuGye. The purpose of this study is to analyse the HwaSungSungYoukEuGye' management technic in viewpoint of today's construction management. In the record, there are a lot of informtion relate to record management, time management, cost management, etc. and the concept of the managements can be applied to today's construction project effectively. The concept and detail of the HwaSungSungYouk's project management should be analysed more.

The first record of Conchodytes nipponensis (De Haan, 1844) (Crustacea: Decapoda: Palaemonidae) associated with pen shell Atrina pectinata (Linnaeus, 1767) (Mollusca: Bivalvia) from Korea

  • Conchodytes nipponensis (De Haan, 1844), a caridean shrimp living in the mantle cavity of a pen shell (Atrina pectinata) is reported for the first time from Korea. It was collected from a depth of 15 m depth. Its morphology is described and illustrated, and a color image of a living specimen is provided. This is at the same time the first record of the genus Conchodytes, and the first record of a bivalve mollucs associated shrimp, from Korea.

충격햄머 실험에 의한 1자유도 주파수응답함수의 오차와 해결방법 (The Errors and Reducing Method in 1-dof Frequency Response Function from Impact Hammer Testing)

  • The spectrum of impulse response signal from an impulse hammer testing is widely used to obtain frequency response function(FRF). However the FRFs obtained from impact hammer testing have not only leakage errors but also finite record length errors when the record length for the signal processing is not sufficiently long. The errors cannot be removed with the conventional signal analyzer which treats the signals as if they are always steady and periodic. Since the response signals generated by the impact hammer are transient and have damping, they are undoubtedly non-periodic. It is inevitable that the signals be acquired for limited recording time, which causes the errors. This paper makes clear the relation between the errors of FRF and the length of recording time. A new method is suggested to reduce the errors of FRF in this paper. Several numerical examples for 1-dof model are carried out to show the property of the errors and the validity of the proposed method.

환자의 의무기록 관련 의료인의 법적 지위 (Legal Status of Medical Personnel on Medical Records)

  • This study is a paper reviewed legal status of medical personnel and issues of law on recently discovered medical records. As the increase of medical personnel who have gone through the administrative disposal in regards to the medical records, it is needed to examine the legal issue or dispute on the medical records under the current law. Medical records are the statement on patient's medical conditions made by the medical personnel. This records are used as important source for patient's further treatment. This becomes the communication route between the patients and the other medical personnel, and it provides the patients a right to find out their medical information. According to the Medical Service Act (Article 21), a medical personnel shall prepare respectively a record book of medical examination and treatment. And medical personnel shall make a signature. Furthermore, the medical personnel or the opener of the medical institutions must preserve the record book (including an electronic medical record). Meanwhile, the issues of a ban on false entry, additional record, revision or manipulation on the medical record have been recently on the rise. This paper briefly examined the major issues in regards to the medical records. It especially clarified the legal duty on medical records and its major-contentious-issues. At the same time, it pointed out the problems of the unreasonable over interpretation of the law. Furthermore, this suggested the guidelines for the further discussion and review.

시각과 시간에 대한 초등학생의 수학적 이해 분석 (Analysis on Mathematical Understanding of Elementary School Students about Time)

  • 시각과 시간은 학교수학의 내용 요소 중 일상생활에 필수적인 수학적 개념이다. 본 연구는 초등학생들의 시각과 시간에 대한 수학적 이해 실태를 분석하고, 그 결과에 기초하여 시각과 시간에 대한 이해 신장을 위한 효과적인 수업 설계 및 교재 개발에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 초등학교 1~5학년 각 1개 학급 학생 약 130명을 대상으로 시각 인식 및 시간 계산 수행 검사지를 적용하고, 그 결과를 토대로 하여 연구 대상의 수학적 이해 정도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 학생들의 시각 인식 능력은 높았으며, 학교수학에서 몇 시 몇 분의 학습이 완료되는 2학년 시기에 완성됨을 알 수 있었다. 시간 계산은 학년에 따라 차이가 있고, 시각과 시간 학습이 완료되는 시기인 3학년 이상의 학생들도 어려움을 겪는 문항이 있음이 확인되었다. 분석 결과에 기초한 논의로부터 시각과 시간의 수학적 이해 제고를 위한 교수학적 시사점을 제안하였다.

조선시대(朝鮮時代) 중기(中期)의 포백척(布帛尺)에 관한 연구(硏究) - 조선왕조실록(朝鮮王朝實錄)을 중심으로 - (A Study on Pobeckchuck in the Middle period of Chosun Dynasty(Second) - Focusing on the History of Chosun Dynasty)

  • The remarkable fact regarding the History of Chosun Dynasty(from Jungjong- Youngjo) is that any slightest evidence can't be found that Pobeckchuck was used to measure clothes or various Pobecks. There remains the document that in the 22nd years of Myeonjong, Japan required that Pobeckchuck be used, but it couldn't be allowed because of the reason it was made in the former king. This fact raises the high possibility that Pobeckchuck could be the most trustworthy standardized ruler at that time, and in other point of view, it can be presumed that the measurement in the period of King Sejong continued to have been used until this time. It can be seen that the length of one Chuck of Pobeckchuck at this time must have been equivalent to 46. 73cm of Pobeckchuck of Samchuck in the period of Sejong. In the History of Sunjo Period, many records on Pobeckchuck can be found, which fact seemed to have rectified the measurement system which was disordered by military revolt, though the reason is not clear. Also a record can be found that in the period of Sunjo, Chinese envoy required the Sunjo Regime to use Pobeckchuck for the measurement of copper pillar, which record supports the fact that Pobeckchuck is the standardized ruler. Another record that in the 26th period of Youngjo, Pobeckchuck of Samchuck was corrected according to the Kyeongkukdaejeon shows that the length of Pobeckchuck was 46.80cm at that time. Also, the record which rectified many rulers with the comparison of Hwangjong-chuck, Ju-chuck, Joryeki-chuck, Yongjo-chuck, etc. with one another reveals that the rulers used in the period of Sejong continued to have been used unchanged until in the period of Youngjo.
