Landscape elements of historical and cultural value and elements that have negative impact on landscape due to reckless development teem in rural area. Due to this, local government has established a visual landscape plan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process and content of domestic rural landscape planning process and to suggest improvements for it. For that, this study measure guideline of Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs against guideline of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. To analyze the landscape planning guideline of australia which is similar to domestic rural landscape planning process, and to compare both guidelines. The results of this study are as follow. The stage of landscape resource survey and assessment progressed systematically, but it was not practical because for the lack of survey and assessment method. Therefore, it should be suggested for the survey and assessment technique. The rural landscape plan, established in master planning stage, do not necessarily reflect local government's landscape management on the ground of abstract technic of landscape management. For this sake, to develop evaluation method for development of landscape element seems necessary.

The 1st Incheon Rapid Transit Line opened in October, 1999. However, the current development plans for areas near stations do not involve plans for the both urban planning and transportation together. As the focus on only the aspect of installing a new transportation mode, the developments even make the problems such as reckless development and traffic congestion gets worse. It is required to analyse status of the current land uses and land use plans in the future and consider distribution of functions of the areas near stations and aims of development plans so as to harmonize the functions of each region in view of making balance in the whole city. The aims of developments of areas near stations has to focus on the study follows steps to find and suggest aims and strategies for the revitalization plan for areas near stations with considering the both transportation and land uses together. The plans for the areas near stations of the Incheon 1st Rapid Transit Line are analysed and then the features and rational strategies are derived. The impact is analysed as applying the development strategies derived from the step into the areas near the stations of Incheon 1st Rapid Transit line.

Due to rapid and reckless economic development, natural resources of the national land have been damaged and polluted. Accordingly, the necessity for environment-friendly development has been on the rise and many have made efforts to assess the environmental value of the national land. This study divides the conservation areas by means of using relative elevation, slope, and development of housing land based on environmental evaluation of the national land. The relative elevation is obtained by the difference of altitude at the edge of the forest patch extracted from the land cover classification map based on the ridgeline, and the slope is obtained by environment-oriented land suitability analysis. The development of housing land is classified in accordance with the progress of each project. Twenty-six evaluation criteria are divided into five different grades using the minimal indicator approach and then sub-divided into ten grades by means of using the following two scenarios. The first one uses the weight of input materials while the second one relies on the size of patches that are emphasized in landscape ecology. Consequently, such a study demonstrated the following results. The method relying on the weight of input materials revealed the limitation of emphasizing input materials excessively, whereas the method of considering the size of patches resulted in the division of conservation areas that embody regional characteristics. This study is meaningful in that it classifies the conservation areas by reflecting the regional characteristics and the ecological values of animals and plants.

Major and reckless development which have been continued during the last half century, have caused decrease and damage of urban green spaces in the point of qualitative and quantitative view. Particularly, it brought about reduction to urban neighborhood park which has taken the main role for landscape ecological value. Recently, neighborhood park planning based on the landscape ecological results has been increasing gradually. Most of all, diverse attempts such as the application of shape character analysis and the step of landscape ecological planning in urban park planning have been proposed. Today, we recognize the importance of comprehensive approach in urban green planning and neighborhood park planning, but landscape ecological approach which is analyzing character and making proposal with isolation, connection and circulation is still insufficient. Most of neighborhood parks in Korea are surrounded by buildings and isolated from adjacent green spaces. Besides, these parks have landscape ecological problems such as reduction of size, isolation from adjacent green spaces, decline of nature, and excessive pavement which we ignored during urban development process. We have sympathy for understanding landscape ecological characters and considering improvement proposals for neighborhood parks Therefore, the purpose of this study was to 1) select five neighborhood parks in Daegu, 2) analyze landscape ecological characters with isolation, connection and circulation, and 3) compare data. It is certain that these results should be the main data for the arrangement of improvement proposals which landscape ecological characters were appled to.

The features of the cultural phenomenon, 'Hybrid Culture,' can be analyzed through the concept of 'Meme,' the cultural gene continuously evolves. The architectural meme also has an effect as the cultural symbol on a space. It can be the solution to the urban problems, lack of contextualization caused by reckless development. Therefore, this study aims to examine the characteristics of the sustainable and effective renewal space by applying the concept of Meme. Theoretical analysis, characteristics of expression, and case study are conducted to analyze the Meme features of the renewal space. Particularly, this study focuses on the Meme features appeared in the Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex in German. The results obtained from this study is as written below. First, Meme renewal space is a design that can solve the contextual deficiency of architecture through the cultural renewal. Second, the true renewal space has the characteristics of meme space that organically changes as if an organism. Third, it is possible to conduct a detailed analysis on the organic characteristics according to the evolving phases-Mimesis, Memeplex, and Metameme. Fourth, the true meaning of sustainable renewal space is the Meme space encompasses the scope of urban. Lastly, the Meme space has a circulation system that each evolving phase, and new and old continuously exchange feedbacks.

It has been reported that reckless marine structures located in the coastal zone deteriorate environment and tourism due to industrialization and tourist development. Therefore, it needs to analyze am appropriate remodeling plan for environment, tourism, and safety in current marine structures and then establish the standard for the optimum remodeling design and the guidance for maintenance. Furthermore, it needs a precise simulation program about typhoons and tidal waves for the environment, safety and a three-dimensional positioning and structural modeling currently built in structures. This research has a purpose of suggesting a theoretical method for the establishment of GIS information.

Private land within national parks has raised acute questions for impact assessment practitioners as to whether it is ecologically resourceful enough to be conserved or whether it should be removed from national parks and compensated accordingly. The purpose of this study is to provide a framework for spatial decision support through assessing ecological resource of private land within national parks. In order to assess the ecological resource, private land within national parks was analyzed and quantified based upon topography, flora and fauna. National parks, according to the ecological resource assessment, have been divided into three groups : the parks in need of careful attention for conservation; the parks needed to be retained as buffers, and; the parks that can be released to private land. According to the analysis, part of Mountain Joowang is the third-tier land that does not require conservation efforts. This case study intends to help policy-makers decide whether some private land within national parks can be released and, after the release, what should be done to prevent reckless development of the released land.

The objective of this study is to stress the importance of sexuality education at school, to define its goals and to discuss ways on how to reinvigorate sexuality education. The negative conditions for adolescent sexual issues are now being expanded into all areas of Korean society. In particular, they should be regarded as one of serious social issues because of their adverse influences on adolescent groups. Various reports on juvenile sexual delinquencies have expressed serious concern over reckless and impulsive juvenile sexual deviations because they are closely related to the confusion of the youth in their sexual values and their common sexual deviations. Thus, for the youth who have attracted serious public concern, it is most important to have sound sexual awareness and attitude for the development of their healthy personality. In general, sexuality education should be conducted under individual responsibility of various levels of schools, families and communities. However, the role of schools where sexuality education should be conducted with concrete goals, that is, to interpret physical and psychological developments of youth in terms of education and teach them on the systematic goals of sexuality education, this role of schools is the most important than anything else in conducting sexuality education for youth.

Environmental pollution by Using of a fossil fuel, a reckless and growth-oriented development since the Industrial Revolution has caused global change of environment. An issue largest among this is a climate change. A global mean temperature since 19th century has climbed up $0.4{\sim}0.8^{\circ}C$. After The Kyoto Protocol regarding a greenhouse gas reduction goal took effect, be situations that decrease of greenhouse gas was acutely required. Interest of utilization of the new & renewable energy is increasing every day. This study shows that at first divided a country to nine range by natural geography, and second executed Meteorological data analysis of recent 30 years considering level of significance by nine range. The results of this study are that in heating load calculation of building, periodic temperature data management is required because facility capacity and cost are affected greatly by outdoor temperature, and temperature by climate range needs consideration of pertinent area. Lastly, ground temperature was assumed of the weather in region, the ground and soil.

One of the most striking features of modern society in the 21st century, is increased levels of aggression. Aggression refers to aggressive or hostile behavior, and is manifested in suicide or an attack against others. Aggression in modern society is more accidental, reckless, and aimless than before. As more patients visit hospitals due to the serious problem of aggression control, we need to address the nature of this growing aggression. The authors analyzed sources and the nature of aggression, based on the movie 'American Psycho.' The main character of the movie, Patrick, is similar to many people today, with traits such as egotistical thinking, lack of empathy, demand for attention and admiration, and exploited and superficial relationships. Patrick's aggression is in reaction to narcissistic injury. Through this, one can think of pathological narcissism, behind growing aggression in modern society. There are a number of social and environmental factors, attributable to increasing narcissism in modern society. Among them, change in parenting practices, and parent-child relationships, is likely to have affected increase in narcissism in terms of personality development. In conclusion, when treating patients exhibiting aggression in psychotherapy, it is critical to fully consider the possibility of pathological narcissism and its use in analysis.
