항공에서 부주의 또는 무모한 운항 형태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the careless or reckless flight in aviation)

  • "The prohibition of careless or reckless flight" is the regulation specified not only in the national air law but ICAO ANNEX and FAR. This article(item) has not been categorized properly unlike other items and the question such as why this is described as a fundamental and essential act can be answered only by the party subjected to administrative measures in case of Korea and this kind of violation is so rare that it is not easy to understand the legal meaning and the function of the term, "The prohibition of careless or reckless flight" In case of U.S where aviation cases are common, the distinction between the term "careless" or "reckless" operation depends on whether to recognize the given situation. Some incidents happened by failing to aware NOTAM, violating ATC, or T/W landing where a pilot did not recognize the violation itself are considered to be "Careless" flight. Others such as low altitude high speed flight, approximate flight, Rejecting ATC instruction where a pilot intends to or is remiss in safety are regarded as "Reckless" flight. For pilots who are required to take the highest level of care from preparing for flight to stopping engines or completely disembarking passengers from a plane, the clear understanding of the most basic concept of "careless" or "reckless" flight should be emphasized for the safe flight and it is the time for the authorities to set a standard for proper measures by definite legal interpretations.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of sensation seeking and driving confidence level on reckless driving behavior in motor sports club's members. Data was collected from 265participants of the Trackday, driving school. Subjects answered the questionnaire using convenient sampling method. Data which is obtained through self-administration was analyzed by using the frequency analysis and multiple regression. Results are as follows. First sensation seeking has influenced on reckless driving behavior such as, drunken driving and errors. Second, driving confidence level has influenced on reckless driving behavior such as, drunken driving, overspeed driving and errors.

  • This study aims to suggest the applied zoning system for preventing reckless developments due to individual industrial facility construction. According to the types of reckless developments which has been found in Hwasung, the applied zoning system including 4 kinds of districts can be proposed. Collective Inducement District can be designated to where many industrial facilities have already existed with poor infrastructure, and the other districts such as Residential Area Protection District, Reservoir-Around and Agricultural Area Protection District, or Landscape Protection District may be designated to the sites where reckless developments due to individual industrial facility construction may happen. This zoning system seems to be used as a guideline of new zoning of revised NLUPL(National Land Use and Plan Law) after the execution.

운전행동 결정요인의 구성과 위험운전행동과의 관계 (The Structure of Driving Behavior Determinants and Its Relationship between Reckless Driving Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 운전행동 결정요인 구성요인의 내용을 확장시켜 위험운전행동 및 운전 경험과의 관련성을 살펴보기 위한 목적으로 시행되었다. 기존의 운전행동 결정요인 관련 연구에서는 다뤄지지 않았으나, 다른 연구자들이 위험행동과 관련성을 가지고 있다고 주장한 분노, 내향성 및 A형 성격유형 등의 인적요인을 기존 모델에 더 추가하여 운전행동 결정요인을 재구성하고, 재구성된 요인들과 위험운전행동, 운전자의 개인특성 및 실제 운전경험 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 270명의 운전자로부터 얻은 자료를 분석한 결과, 운전행동 결정요인은 문제회피, 이익/자극 추구, 대인불안, 대인분노 및 공격성의 5개 요인으로 재구성 되었으며, 위험운전행동 부문 역시 과속운전, 대처미숙, 난폭운전, 음주운전 및 주의산만의 5개 요인으로 구분되었다. 전반적으로 운전행동 결정요인 수준에서 부정적 성향이 강할수록 운전자들의 위험운전행동 수준이 높았으며, 실제 운전경험에 있어서도 과속적발 경험이나 음주운전 시도경험, 교통사고 경험이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 높은 관련성을 볼 때, 향후 운전행동 결정요인의 측정을 통해 개인의 위험운전행동 유발 가능성을 미리 예측하고 위험 운전자들을 사전에 판별하여 교육서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

난개발 발생원인 분석과 개선방안 (A Reason of Reckless Development and Method of Improvement)

  • Virtues and advantages of urban areas would be tarnished if benefits and convenience of the cities were overwhelmed by the logics of selfish development and reckless expansion. Reckless development, which is not limited to a certain point of time and space, has become a social and environmental problem for a long period of time, taking advantage of legal and administrative loopholes. In the metropolitan area surrounding the capital, especially Yongin, where semi-agricultural zones have been developed recklessly, serious problems have already emerged including the lack of infrastructure, environmental contamination, destruction of scenic landscapes, encroachment of good farmland and forest and invitation of natural disasters. This study assumed all these problems as the consequence of the inadequacy of the legislative system and analyzed the causes. The study also suggests some countermeasures. Most of all, a "planning-first, development-later" practice should be brought into place so that various experts could participate for a detailed planning. Public development should also be expanded so that beneficial public facilities could be set up in the first place. A system for reasonable development charges should also be come up with. In this process, the role of the administrators becomes yet more important for a long-term, systematic planning of future cities, accompanied by public housing developments.

  • 본 논문에서는 운전자의 주행습관 속에서 안전운전에 지원을 위한 정보 획득 및 분석 장치를 구현하였다. 안전운전 지원을 위하여 공격적 운전행동을 정의하고 운전 중 행동을 인식할 수 있는 정보 획득 방법을 고안하였다. 정보 수집 장치와 정보 분석모듈 그리고 운전행동 비교모듈을 설계하여 정보의 정확성을 높였으며. 운전자의 평소 운전행동과 비교하여 이상행동을 검출하여 경고할 수 있도록 시스템을 설계하였다.

사고 및 음주운전자들의 운전행동결정요인 특성이 위험행동 및 교통사고에 미치는 영향: 경로분석 연구 (The Effects of Driving Behavior Determinants on Dangerous Driving and Traffic Accidents in the Reckless Drivers Group: A Path Analysis Study)

  • 과속과 음주운전 행동은 운전자로 하여금 교통상황에 잠재된 위험을 발견하고 적절하게 대처하지 못하도록 하여 교통사고 발생 확률을 높일 뿐만 아니라 사고 발생시 피해정도가 심하고 이 행동들에 내포하고 있는 위법성은 심각한 사회적 문제라고 할 수 있다. 사고 및 음주운전자 집단과 일반운전자들의 운전행동결정요인과 운전행동을 비교한 결과, 사고 및 음주운전자들의 '과속운전행동 점수와 '음주운전행동 점수가 일반운전자들보다 높았다. 또 사고 및 음주운전자들은 실제 운전행동에서도 일반운전자들보다 과속운전과 음주운전을 더욱 많이 하고 있었으며, 교통사고에서 가해자가 된 경험도 더 많았다. 경로모형 결과에서는 사고 및 음주운전자 집단의 위험감수성 부족 요인과 상황적응성 부족 요인, 과속운전행동 요인이 교통사고 가해경험에 미치는 영향이 일반운전자 집단에 비하여 더욱 크게 나타났고, 사고 및 음주운전자들의 운전행동결정요인들 가운데 위험감수성과 상황적응성의 수준이 교통사고 가해경험을 더 잘 설명하였다.

  • In this paper, we proposed a method for vehicle monitoring with trajectory reconstruction. For safety, it is important to monitor the driving habit of driver. Every year, many accidents occur due to the reckless driving of the driver. Continuous monitoring of the status of commercial vehicles is needed for safety through the entire path from start point to the destination. To monitor the reckless driving, we try to monitor the trajectory of the vehicle by using vehicle's lateral acceleration data. Compared with steering angle and lateral acceleration, these resemble each other. So, we find the relationship of steering angle and acceleration, and find the global direction of vehicle. We find the position of non-GPS section with EKF (External Kalman Filter) and reconstruct the whole trajectory during vehicle driving.

  • Our global environment and ecology are now facing crisis due to the hrincreased waster materials caused by reckless abuse of resources and energy with the continuous development of our society. Therefore the whole nation should recognize the environmental pollution seriously and should accept sustainable development principles. The country is looking for actions against the problems in various ways. The introduction of reckless and duplicating western housing plan should be ceased but a new housing plan conforming to our nature should be found. In this regard, it is believed that it is a good alternative to succeed tradition and identity of Korean housing plan and suggest a new plan for better ecological housing by analyzing the environment friendliness of our traditional Korean houses. In this study, the traditional residential components were divided into physical and design aspects and the characteristics of environment friendly Korean traditional houses were analyzed.
