농산물 유통구조 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Agricultural Marketing System)

  • An efficient agricultural marketing system is very important to producers and consumers to keep the reasonable prices. In these days, the main policy for the efficient agricultural marketing system is to enlarge the direct transaction market. But it is not easy to enlarge the direct transaction market in a few years. This paper proposes a new efficient agricultural marketing system that gives a similar effect with the direct market. The proposed system is mainly composed of three associations; producers', consumers' and retailers'association, and the function of the system is devided into material affairs and commercial affairs. The structure of the system also can be simplified as two to three steps. So the system can reduce the cost of logistics and keep the reasonable prices for both producers and consumers.

  • In this paper, we proposed the reasonable design standard and countermeasures of Demand Factor for large office buildings, that was made by the statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investicated electric equipment capacity, electric power consumption, etc. So as to save electric equipment investment, the decrease of power loss, the improvement of facilities utilization and the decrease of electric rates, we can be contributed by the application of the design standard. The result of saving effect is showed to confirm the practical use of the proposed Demand Factor, and also, it is believed that this proposed Demand Factor will be useful in electric equipment operation and planning.

고강도·고인성 구상흑연주철의 피로한도의 개선 (Improvement of Fatigue Limit in Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron with High Strength and Toughness)

  • Rotary bending fatigue tests were carried out to investigate the improvement of fatigue limit in annealed and austempered spheroidal graphite cast iron. Main results obtained are as follows. (1) The tensile strength(hardness) of Series C is higher than that of Series B, and fatigue limits are 245MPa in Series C, 230MPa in Series B and 195MPa in Series A, respectively. (2) The fatigue limits of Series B and Series A are mainly governed by the resistance to fatigue crack initiation. Whereas, the fatigue limit of Series C is governed by the resistance to fatigue crack initiation and growth. The defect size and the resistance to crack initiation and growth should be considered to clarify the fatigue properties in spheroidal graphite cast iron. (3) Improvement of fatigue limit by half-austempering is more reasonable than that of full-austempering treatment in multi defective materials as spheroidal graphite cast iron.

Performance Improvement of Wald Test for Resolving GPS Integer Ambiguity Using a Baseline-Length Constraint

  • In this paper, the baseline-length information is directly modeled as a measurement for the Wald test, which speeds up the resolution convergence of the integer ambiguity of GPS carrier phase measurements. The convergent speed improvement is demonstrated using numerical simulation and real experiments. It is also shown that the integer ambiguities can be resolved using only four actual satellite measurements with very reasonable convergence speed, if the baseline-length information is used just like one additional observable satellite measurement. Finally, it is shown that the improvement of convergence speed of the Wald test is due to the increase of the probability ratio with the use of the baseline-length constraint.

  • 최근 전문건설업종의 대공종화/대업종화가 진행되고 있으며, 건설공사의 기술적인 전문성을 고려하지 않은 채 전문건설 업종을 편리에 따라 통합·신설하고, 고유의 업종을 폐지하는 방향으로 추진하고 있어서 건설산업 생산구조에 혼란을 초래하며, 업종 단순화만을 목표로 하여 설득력이 떨어지므로 전문건설업의 세부 공종 특성에 따라 재편 방안을 검토하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 전문공사업의 전문성에 대한 특수성을 고려한 합리적인 분류체계의 개편을 검토하기 위하여 도장공사, 조경공사의 사례를 대상으로 공사의 구분, 주요 업무내용 및 특성, 기술적 전문성, 대업종화에 대한 문제점을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현행 전문건설업 업종분류체계 개편 시 고려하여야 할 사항을 도출하고 합리적인 업종별 개편방안을 제시하고 한다.

붕괴방지수준(CLE)을 적용한 콘크리트 댐 피어부 내진성능평가 방안 개선 (Improvement of Seismic Performance Evaluation Method for Concrete Dam Piers by Applying Collapse-Level Earthquake(CLE))

  • 이 논문의 목적은 붕괴방지수준의 지진력을 적용한 콘크리트 댐 피어부 동적해석 시 합리적인 댐 축방향 지진하중 재하 방법, 내하력 평가 방법 등에 대한 적용방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 콘크리트 댐 피어부를 대상 시설로 선정하여 다양한 위어부 폭을 적용한 동적해석을 통해 위어부 댐 축방향 동적거동 특성을 분석하고 'U.S. Army Corps, 2007'제시하는 RC수력구조물 평가기법을 적용하여 내하력 평가를 수행하였다. 연구결과 피어부 댐 축방향 지진력 적용 시 위어부 댐 축방향은 강체거동으로 가정하는 것이 보다 현실적이고 'U.S. Army Corps, 2007'에서 제시하는 모멘트와 전단에 대한 내하력 검토방법이 합리적인 것으로 판단되므로 현행 평가방법의 개선이 필요한 것으로 결과가 도출되었다. 연구 결과 개선사항을 적용할 경우 CLE를 적용한 현행 내진성능평가 방법보다 합리적인 평가결과를 도출하는 효과가 있을 것이다. 피어부에 발생하는 비틀림 모멘트에 대해서는 향후 추가적인 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

The Impact of Implementation of ISO9000: 2000 on Technology Improvement: A Case study

  • ISO9000 set of standards has been widely applied in Iranian Automotive manufacturing industry. Regarding the effects of TQM and ISO9000 set of standards various studies have been conducted and different quantitative conclusions have been made. Due to lack of quantitative information, in many of the cases, using qualitative information becomes the best option. The qualitative nature of data in such cases, requires qualitative analysis methods that might lead to some challenging computational issues. This paper examines the impact of ISO9000: 2000 certification and its perceived benefits for an automotive manufacturing company. Using an empirical approach, the paper seeks to ascertain if certification has indeed improved the performance of the company. Our null hypothesis rotates around the effect of ISO9000: 2000 on the 4W's of an enterprise. To carry out the research, first we developed a couple of questionnaires including all criteria of ISO9000 and 4W's. Second, the questionnaires were discussed with two researchers knowledgeable in the field, and then submitted to the quality practitioners and executives of Iran Khodro Enterprise-a leading company in Iranian automotive manufacturing industry. Finally the null hypothesis was tested and the technology improvement dimensions were ranked through nonparametric tests. The results illustrated a reasonable cause and effect relationship, suggesting that ISO9000: 2000 has positive effect on the 4W's of company result. In this work we investigate the effect as technology improvement viz., the improvement of techno-ware, human-ware, info-ware, and organ-ware.

  • Causes of the levee collapse are directly or indirectly associated with geotechnical engineering as well as hydraulics. In this paper, literature survey and analysis were conducted to present the alternatives in geotechnical engineering issues for rational levee design. The alternatives include the reasonable river-bed soil utilization and precautions of numerical analysis and slope stability analysis, disruption type and improvement method of drainage facility.

  • This paper shows a reasonable design standard of electric equipment capacity for office buildings, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated electric equipment capacity, electric power consumption, etc for 121 buildings. The saving of electric equiment investment, the decrease of power loss, the improvement of facilities utilization and the decreasse of electric power rates can be contributed by the application of the design standard.

  • 최근 국내에서 내진성능평가를 위한 실험 시 구조물의 크기, 실험장비의 성능 등 여러 가지 제약 여건을 극복하고자 축소모형을 통하여 유사동적실험과 진동대실험을 수행하고 있지만 상사법칙에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 대해 경제성과 신뢰성을 갖는 적절한 상사법칙을 제안하고자 한다.
