산업현장에서의 안전사고 빈도가 높은 지게차 전복의 주요 원인인 과적을 방지하기 위해 개발된 앵커(anchor) 볼트 형태의 strain 게이지 센서의 초기 값 오차를 보정하는 방법을 제안하였다. Strain 게이지 센서의 초기 값 오차는 앵커 볼트의 물리적이고 기계적 오차와 환경적 문제에기인하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 원인들을 제조 공정에서 제거하는 것은 본 연구의 범위를 벗어나는 것이기 때문에 제반 원인들을 고려한 보정 값을 찾고, 이 보정 값으로 strain 게이지 센서부를 구성하는 ADC 모듈의 초기 값을 보정하는 방법을 적용하였다. 보정 값 도출을 위하여 선형 보간법을 채택하였다. 도출한 보정 값을 4개의 strain 게이지 센서에 적용하여 시험한 결과 4개의 센서 모두 실제 중량 값과의 차이가 5% 이내가 되는 것을 확인하였다. 아울러 초기 값 보정 전에는 센서들의 ADC 값과 적재 중량 실제 값의 상관성이 없었던 점도 동시에 해결할 수 있었다.

Wireless LAN Voice over IP(VoIP) equipment needs Quality-of-Service(QoS) with priority for processing real-time traffic. This paper shows transmit function implementation of wireless LAN(WLANs) media access control(MAC) support VoIP, and it has an advantage of guarantee of QoS and is adaptable to VoIP or mobile wireless equipment. The IEEE 802.11e standard in progress has four queues according to four access categories(AC) for transmit and the MAC transmits the data based on EDCA. The value of AC is from AC0 to AC3 and AC3 has the highest priority. The transmit method implemented at this paper ensure QoS using one transmit FIFO in hardware since real-time traffic data and non real-time traffic data has the different priority. The device driver classifies real-time data and non real-time data and transmit data to hardware with information about data type. The hardware conducts shorter backoff and selects faster AIFS slot for real-time data than it for non real-time data. Therefor It make give the real-time traffic data faster channel access chance than non real-time data and enhances QoS.

The real estate portal has grown into a successful e-Business model that is combined on and off line. Although IT technologies have shown rapid growth, the real estate portals have failed to satisfy the expectations of the Internet users. Based on Michael Porter's competitive forces framework, this study proposes five competitive strategies for continuing growth of the real estate portals. First, to strengthen bargaining power against supplier, buyer and potential new entrants, the real estate portals need to construct a basic network that is cost efficient and maintains real estate goods and makes profits by collaborative deals. Second, strengthen brand value and endeavor to escape from dependency on the Internet portals. Third, develop services to consider changed circumstances and give a lot of sources to make profit to real estate agencies. Fourth, concentrate on marketing to draw in the Internet users and adapt strategies that have been successful in other fields. Finally, real estate fields can seek out ideas for developing new business models from other successful e-Business models and should benchmark them to reduce expenses to a minimum and increase benefits to a maximum.

최근 다양하고 방대한 양의 데이터를 처리하기 위해 빅데이터의 특성인 5V(Volume, Variety, Velocity, Veracity, Value) 중에서도 속도(Velocity)의 중요성이 강조되면서 대량의 데이터를 빠르고 정확하게 처리하는 기술인 실시간 스트림 처리(Real-time Stream processing)를 위해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 빅데이터 처리를 위해 대표적인 실시간 객체 모델인 TMO(Time-triggered Message-triggered Object) 개념을 도입한 Squall 프레임워크를 제시하고, 단일 노드에서 동작하는 Squall 프레임워크와 그 동작들에 대해 기술한다. TMO는 작업을 수행할 때, 특정 조건에 대해 실시간으로 처리하는 비주기적인 처리방법과 일정 시간 간격동안 주기적인 처리를 지원하는 객체 모델이다. 따라서 Squall 프레임워크는 실시간 빅데이터의 실시간 이벤트 스트림 및 마이크로-배치 처리를 동시에 지원하고, 기존 아파치 스톰과 스파크 스트리밍 대비 상대적으로 우수한 성능을 제공한다. 하지만 Squall은 대부분의 프레임워크에서 제공되는 다중 노드에서의 실시간 분산처리를 위한 추가적인 개발이 필요하다. 결론적으로, TMO 모델의 장점은 실시간 빅데이터 처리시 기존 아파치의 스톰이나 스파크 스트리밍의 단점들을 극복할 수 있다. 이러한 TMO 모델은 실시간 빅데이터 처리에 있어 유용한 모델로서의 가능성을 가지고 있다.

A single outlier can influence on the least squares estimators and can invalidate analysis based on these estimators. The Cook's statistic has been introduced to measure influence of individual data point on parameter estimation and the quantile of the F distribution is recommended as a reference value. but in practice subjective judgement is applied in the choice of appropriate quantile. A simple reference value is introduced in this paper which is developed by approximating conditional quantities of Cook's measure. The performance of the proposed criterion is evaluated through analysis of real data set.

This paper proposes a value-based pricing suitable for deregulation situation in electricity market, where the value is measured based on the service quality such as system reliability. The proposed approach makes it possible to maximize social welfare, in that diversified service can produce the optimal combination set of demand and supply. The proposed pricing can also be applied to a direct load control.

In this paper, we presented a switching-based control algorithm for improving the speed of response on temperature control of an extruder. We proposed a switching actuating value method in a temperature control of extruder and showed the effect of H$\infty$ control and PID control. Recently, the memoryless feedback control had proposed, which was not only the real time integration element, but also the memory elements. We examined the application of a switching actuating value method to a memoryless feedback, in a unit barrel temperature control of an extruder.

In this paper, we suggest theoretical grounds on the problem of R&D portfolio with different option premiums utilizing the Real Options Model, which has received intensified attention as the method of assessment of R&D project with high risk. Even though there have been many studies focused on the evaluation of option value of single project from technology valuation's perspective. there are few study on the portfolio of multiple technology investment by option value using. This paper bears practical importance by showing simple examples with the option value of investment alternatives and the valuation of related risk, the construction of optimum portfolio in technology investment alternatives.

In this paper we consider weak convergence of some rescaled transi-tion probabilities of a real-valued, k-th order (k $\geq$ 1) stationary Markov chain. Under the assumption that the joint distribution of K + 1 consecutive variables belongs to the domain of attraction of a multivariate extreme value distribution, the paper gives a sufficient condition for the weak convergence and characterizes the limiting distribution via the multivariate extreme value distribution.

This paper presents Dynamic-Simulation to estimate the inductance of a permanent magnet type transverse flux rotating motor by applying the real-time parameter estimation theory. As transverse flux rotating motor has the complex structure, it can be happen to some errors between real value and designed one with respect to the inductance. To reduce this kinds of errors, the real-time parameter estimation theory was applied to dynamic-simulation. And then, By comparing the estimated inductance and designed one, it is realized that the real-time parameter estimation theory can be applied in the permanent magnet type transverse flux rotating motor.
