This study investigated the aging reactions of three kinds of igniters(BKNO3, THPP, ZPP). The life-time of igniter depends on oxygen and moisture in the air. For example, Magnesium contained in the $BKNO_3$ reacts with oxygen and water to form oxide and hydrate. This reaction has an adverse effect on ignition reaction and could be information to analyze aging. Thermodynamic calculation could interpret the aging reaction by calculating flame temperature applying several variables(initial temperature, composition, etc.). If combustion is not completed because of aging igniters, flame temperature will be formed at a low range. The result of this research is expected to support the analysis of igniters aging reactions.
The reactions of thermal hydrogen atoms H(g) with the Ge(100) surface were examined with temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) mass spectrometry. Concomitant $H_2$ and $CH_4$ TPD spectra taken from the H(g)-irradiated Ge(100) surface were distinctly different for low and high H(g) doses/substrate temperatures. Reactions suggested by our data are: (1) adsorbed mono(${\beta}_1$)-/di-hydride(${\beta}_2$)-H(a) formation; (2) H(a)-by-H(g) abstraction; (3) $GeH_3$(a)-by-H(g) abstraction (Ge etching); and (4) hydrogenated amorphous germanium a-Ge:H formation. While all these reactions occur, albeit at higher temperatures, also on Si(100), H(g) absorption by Ge(100) was not detected. This is in contrast to Si(100) which absorbed H(g) readily once the surface roughened on the atomic scale. While this result is rather against expectation from its weaker and longer Ge-Ge bond as well as a larger lattice constant, we attribute the absence of direct H(g) absorption to insufficient atomic-scale surface roughening and to highly efficient subsurface hydrogenation at moderate (>300 K) and low (${\leq}300K$) temperatures, respectively.
Antigenic components in the crude extracts of Spirometra mansoni plerocercoid were analyzed in early experimental infections and in IgG subclass observed in clinical sparganosis. By IgG immunoblot, sera obtained serially from experimental mice, fed 5 spargana each, were reacted with the crude extracts. Protein bands at 36-26 kDa and 103 kDa showed positive reactions since two weeks after infection. In a differential immunoblot, in which a monospecific antibody against sparganum chymase at 36 kDa was pre-treated, the reactions at 36-26 kDa disappeared, indicating that the sparganum chymase and its degradation products invoked IgG antibody reactions. When 69 patients sera of human sparganosis were examined for their IgG subclass responses, IgG4 levels showed the highest reaction which was followed by IgG 1 The IgG4 antibody also reacted mainly with 36-31 kDa protease. These results indicate that 36 kDa chymase of 5. nansoni plerocercoid is the main antigenic component inducing Ige antibody response in early stage of experimental sparganosis and for specific IgG subclass reactions in human sparganosis.

The modelling of carbon substances obtaining, for instance, carbon fibers which have high fire resistance, has been realized on the example of the polyacrylonitrile pyrolysis modelling. The pyrolysis is considered as a double step process when the formation of a liquid phase and the oxidation of substance are excluded. Three main reactions are considered: a) with the evolution of ammonia; b) with the evolution of hydrogen cyanide; c) with the evolution of hydrogen. Reactions b) and c) are sequential, and a) and b) are parallel. The problem is formulated as one-dimensional. The equations of energy, masses or concentrations, porosity and thermal conductivity are proposed. The mathematical model of the carbonization process is designed using tile kinetic characteristics of the above reactions and the thermodynamic parameters of reagents and products in these reactions. The equations received are calculated by Runge-Cutta method and by Adams method of the fourth order accuracy.
Many researchers have studied the effectiveness of ultrasound in chemical and environmental engineering fields including material synthesis, pollutant removal, cleaning, extraction, and disinfection. Acoustic cavitation induced by ultrasound irradiation in aqueous phase can cause various sonophysical and sonochemical reactions without any chemicals. However most of the previous studies focused only on the relationships between ultrasonic conditions and the results of sonochemical reactions in lab-scale sonoreactors. As a results of this, only a few studies have been devoted to design and optimization of industrial scale sonoreactors. In this study, the effect of the distance between two opposite transducer modules on sonochemical reactions was investigated in single and dual irradiation systems (334 kHz) for four distances including 50, 100, 150, and 200 mm using KI dosimetry. It was found that the dual irradiation systems provided higher performance in terms of the zeroth reaction coefficient and the cavitation yield compared to the single irradiation systems. The sonochemiluminescence (SCL) images for the visualization of the cavitation field showed that cavitation active zone was larger and sonochemical reaction intensity was much higher in the dual irradiation system than in the single irradiation system.

This research investigates the media consumers' behavior with behavioral economics perspective, especially regarding TV content viewers' behavior; how do online communications influence TV viewers' decision when choosing a new TV content among options. We focus on quantity and attribute of comments or reactions on the online news articles. We analyze that online communications data, which were generated before the first broadcast, affect the TV content consumers' choice for a new TV series. Here we identify a predicted utility, experienced utility and distinction bias in TV media consumption to find the effectiveness of the first viewing choice on whole TV series' episodes. To avoid the crucial influence by exogenous factors, such as season and social issue, the test was done with specific conditions. This research found that the total number of reactions to the comments by itself positively affects the audiences' decision-making behavior for a new TV content choice. This influence was regardless of favor/ non-flavor reactions. This study contributes to the literature on media economics and management by exploring the media content users' consuming behavior and making a first step for finding an important influencer on the media content consumption.

The etiology and pathophysiology of delayed inflammatory reactions caused by hyaluronic acid fillers have not yet been elucidated. Previous studies have suggested that the etiology can be attributed to the hyaluronic acid filler itself, patient's immunological status, infection, and injection technique. Hyaluronic acid fillers are composed of high-molecular weight hyaluronic acids that are chemically cross-linked using substances such as 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDDE). The mechanism by which BDDE cross-links the two hyaluronic acid disaccharides is still unclear and it may exist as a fully reacted cross-linker, pendant cross-linker, deactivated cross-linker, and residual cross-linker. The hyaluronic acid filler also contains impurities such as silicone oil and aluminum during the manufacturing process. Impurities can induce a foreign body reaction when the hyaluronic acid filler is injected into the body. Aseptic hyaluronic acid filler injections should be performed while considering the possibility of biofilm formation or delayed inflammatory reaction. Delayed inflammatory reactions tend to occur when patients experience flu-like illnesses; thus, the patient's immunological status plays an important role in delayed inflammatory reactions. Large-bolus hyaluronic acid filler injections can induce foreign body reactions and carry a relatively high risk of granuloma formation.

The production cross sections of 55,56,57Co, 52gFe, 52g,54Mn, 51Cr, and 48V from the natFe (p,x) reactions were measured using a proton energy of 57 MeV at the Korea Multi-purpose Accelerator Complex (KOMAC) in Gyeongju, Korea. The conventional stacked-foil activation method and offline γ-ray spectroscopy were used to determine the excitation functions of proton induced nuclear reactions on iron. The measured excitation functions were compared with experimental data in literature and theoretical data from the TENDL-2021 library. The present data show generally good agreement with other experimental data, but discrepancies were found between the present data and the excitation functions of the TENDL-2021 library in the investigated energy range, except for 56,57Co and 54Mn.
The geometries and isomerization of the alkylidene silylenoid $H_2C$ = SiLiF as well as its insertion reactions with R-H (R = F, OH, $NH_2$) have been systematically investigated at the B3LYP/6-311+$G^*$ level of theory. The potential barriers of the three insertion reactions are 97.5, 103.3, and 126.1 kJ/mol, respectively. Here, all the mechanisms of the three reactions are identical to each other, i.e., an intermediate has been formed first during the insertion reaction. Then, the intermediate could dissociate into the substituted silylene ($H_2C$ = SiHR) and LiF with a barrier corresponding to their respective dissociation energies. Correspondingly, the reaction energies for the three reactions are -36.4, -24.3, and 3.7 kJ/mol, respectively. Compared with the insertion reaction of $H_2C$ = Si: and R-H (R = F, OH and $NH_2$), the introduction of LiF makes the insertion reaction occur more easily. Furthermore, the effects of halogen (F, Cl, Br) substitution and inorganic salts employed on the reaction activity have also been discussed. As a result, the relative reactivity among the three insertion reactions should be as follows: H-F > H-OH > H-$NH_2$.
Second-order rate constants ($k_N$) have been measured spectrophotometrically for the reactions of benzyl 2-pyridyl carbonate $\mathbf{3}$ and $t$-butyl 2-pyridyl carbonate $\mathbf{3}$ with a series of alicyclic secondary amines in MeCN at $25.0{\pm}0.1^{\circ}C$. Substrate $\mathbf{4}$ is much less reactive than $\mathbf{3}$ and the steric hindrance exerted by the bulky $t$-Bu group in $\mathbf{4}$ has been attributed to its decreased reactivity. The Br${\o}$nsted-type plots for the reactions of $\mathbf{3}$ and $\mathbf{4}$ are linear with ${\beta}_{nuc}=0.57$ and 0.45, respectively. Thus, the reactions have been concluded to proceed through a concerted mechanism, although the current reactions were expected to proceed through a stepwise mechanism with a zwitterionic tetrahedral intermediate $T^{\pm}$. It has been proposed that the rate of leaving-group expulsion is accelerated by the intramolecular H-bonding interaction in $T^{\pm}$ and the "push" provided by the RO group through the resonance interaction. Thus, the enhanced nucleofugality forces the reactions to proceed through a concerted mechanism. The reactivity-selectivity principle (RSP) is not applicable to the current reaction systems, since the reaction of the less reactive $\mathbf{4}$ results in a smaller ${\beta}_{nuc}$ than that of the more reactive $\mathbf{3}$. Steric hindrance exerted by the bulky $t$-Bu group in $\mathbf{4}$ has been suggested to be responsible for the failure of the RSP.
