A 14-year-old, 3.9 kg, castrated male Maltese presented with an intermittent cough. A solitary mass ($1.6{\times}2{\times}1.8cm$) was located in right middle lung lobe on CT examination and thoracoscopic right middle lung lobectomy was performed without lung separation. The patient recovered uneventfully and was discharged at POD3. With a histopathologic diagnosis of pulmonary bronchoalveolar carcinoma, Re-evaluation via CT scanning with contrast on POD 50 and 255 revealed no evidence of residual, metastatic or recurrent lesions. The patient has been doing well since surgery during a 9-month follow-up period.

Insurance lawyers have been curiously uninterested in the legal aspects of the use of insurance in export sales. It is an area which shows several doubtful points and some difficulties. According to the law of international sales and commercial credits, the primary question is whether the insurance contracts and documents that are produced satisfy the requirements of the sales and the credit contracts. From the point of view of insurance law, the question is how the insurance arrangements can be made to fit those requirements. The purpose of this study is to review problems that may occur in insuring cargoes in export sales.

Electronic brainstorming (EBS) to improve the process and outcomes of group decision making is an artifact of Information Systems legacy. Despite three decades of research with EBS in an effort to become a key resource of organizational performance, its performance when compared to that of nominal is inconclusive because of the recent debate over its usefulness in terms of productivity. Subsequent researchers have directed our attention to the re-examination of cognitive stimulation, which is considered the major benefit in computer-based idea generation, to explain the performance singularity in computer-based groups. While both cognitive and motivational factors that moderate and mediate the group-interaction process remain unexplored, individual differences that are tightly linked to creative behavior have been largely ignored to account for the discrepancy in performance. Since simulations have been widely used in situations where an outcome does not meet the assumptions, the notion of a group simulator and detailed simulation mechanisms are introduced to examine the potential effects of individual differences on the performance of computer-based idea generation groups. In addition, two prior studies that empirically explored cognitive mechanisms with the group simulator are showcased along with six propositions to initiate future research.

Pure lipoma, originating from the trachea is a very rara disease entity A-37-ycar-old-male patient had suf'leered from intermittent episodes of dyspnea and has been treated under the diagnosis of bronchial asthma for 6 months. On chest CT scan and bronchofiberscopic examination, a round mass with the pedunculated neck was found in the mid-portion of the membranous portion of the intrathoracic trachea. Under the guide of fiberoptic bronchoscope, the mass was extirpated using polypectomy w re loop and eletrocauterization . He was discharged without any events on third postoperative day of operation and has been well without recurrence for 6 months.

Specimens of nudibranchs have been surveyed by scuba diving from 9 localities along the Korean coast. By examination of morphological characteristics, four species in the superfamily Doridoidea which are new to Korea were identified, and re-described: Thorunna florens (Baba, 1949), Diaulula sandiegensis (Cooper, 1863), Jorunna parva (Baba, 1938), and Doris odhneri (MacFarland, 1966). In addition, radulae of three species were observed and photographed by using scanning electron microscopy. As a result of the study, 16 species of doridoidean nudibranch are now known from Korean waters.

This paper deals with a premature failure mechanism of deep grooved ball bearing for automobiles. A close examination of used bearings revealed that the premature failure could be arose by dents on the ball. Universal testing machine with specially designed tools is used to simulate the practical dents on the ball and test bearings are assembled with dented balls and new hearing components. The endurance test results showed that the dents on the balls were printed on the races and these phenomena come to premature failure.

This study is a research of safety valve development for LP gas cylinder which use sintering metal. Re-searcher wishes to apply technology of sintering metal for safety valve development and do gas flow control. The basis of this study is most suitable fluid examination that to reduce gas accident. This research concluded following results. 1. When press pin length is 42mm to 45mm powder quantity is 0.25g, in case of press pin length 36mm to 42mm powder quantity is 0.2g, displayed fluid optimization. 2. When press pin length is 39mm and powder quantity is 0.25g, press pressure displayed fluid optimization at all interests from $1.2\;tons/cm^{2}\;to\;2\;tons/cm^{2}$. 3. When apparent density is about $5.0g/cm^{3}\;to\;4.5g/cm^{3}$, fluid optimization becomes.

The results of re-examination for the isolates D-28, D-28a from Kimchi and 88-3 from laver are summarized as follows: 1). All these isolates were proved to be Gram positive, catalase positive and spore-forming. 2). While these strains were not consistent with Bacillus megaterium group with respect to Voges-Proskauer reaction and methyl red test, their cultural characteristics were well consistent with this group. 3). These isolates showed the similar suger-fermentability as B. megaterium group with a slight difference. 4). It is proved that, according to the forgoing results and vitamin $B_{12}$ producibility, the isolate 88-3 is identical with B. megaterium NRRL-B 938 and D-28, D-28a, with B. megaterium 425-1 and 425-2, respectively.

For evaluation on effects guiding fasciola prevention of which the specimens collected from 6,011 cows rears at 387 farms in inchon were tested to egg count examination for 4 years(1987-1990), and the questionnaire checked up 181 dairy farms for 2 years (1989-1990). The results were summarized as follows. 1. A yearly variation of fasciola infection rate above 31% were 83% In 1987, 58% in 1988, 25% in 1989, noninfection in 1990. 2. The average concentration in feces of infected dairy cattle was 79.4% below 1-10 eggs for 4 years(1987-1990) 3. In the results of the questionnaire for 2 years(1989-1990) the farmers gradually took interest in fasciola prevention. 4. To re-dose anthelmintics was 75.4% in 1989 and 82.5% in 1990 after 5∼7 months from previous dosage.

Malfunction of Klippon relay in Cheju-Haenam HVDC system has been caused by the inflow of high voltage arc. In this paper, we have studied on the theoretical examination and data analysis of Klippon relay, and the countermeasures against the problems were suggested according to their causes. Grounding problem in Klippon relay is removed by one-point earth connection and by modification of grounding circuit. The effects of over current surge was removed by attaching blocking diodes by series In Klippon relay to remove surge input in Klippon relay's mercury contact. The problem of Induced overvoltage by 86re1ay excitation coil, was removed by attaching Free-wheeling diode in parallel with the excitation coil of Lock-out relay.
