기존학교시설(旣存學校施設)의 리모델링 의사결정(意思決定) 모델에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on a Remodelling Decision-Making Model for Existing School Facilities)

  • As the exiting school facilities become old and unfit for new curriculum, the systematical remodelling process based on its educational and physical functions is required. due to the inadequate maintenance and repairing practices, unnecessary costs are expended. Therefore, this study aims to establish a remodelling decision-making model for improving the educational environment of the existing school facilities. According to the budget system, it proposes the concept of remodelling that includes the activities of extension, reconstruction, repair and improvement. This study classifies the performance evaluation for school facilities as that of safety, durability and educational function, and articulates the assessment standards, methods and elements. In the end, it suggests a rational model for remodelling decision-making that can provide efficient and comprehensive remodelling process, economic and sustainable school development.

이성적 자극과 감성적 자극에 따른 인지처리 기능 및 재인효과 차이에 관한 연구: fMRI 분석을 중심으로 (Investigating Cognitive Process and Brain Activation Study on the Rational/Emotional Advertising Appeals: Emphasis on fMRI Experiments)

  • 본 논문은 이성적 정보와 감성적 정보에 대해 어떠한 정보 유형이 광고소구의 관점에서 더 효과적인가를 반응시간과 재인 측면에서 검증함과 동시에, 정보의 유형별로 뇌 기능 상의 관계를 fMRI를 이용하여 분석하여 정보유형별 인지처리 상의 차이를 설명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 두 가지 실험을 수행하였는데, 첫 번째 실험은 두 종류의 자극 유형에 해당하는 광고카피 - 이성에 소구하는 자극과 감성에 소구하는 자극 - 에 대해 어떠한 유형에 해당하는지를 피실험자가 결정하게 하는 과제를 수행하게 하였으며, 자극의 제시로부터 소구 형태를 판단하기까지 소요되는 반응시간의 측정을 통해 각 자극 유형별 효과를 측정하고, 이 때 활성화되는 뇌 영역을 분석하여 인지처리 상의 기능을 비교하였다. 두번째 실험은 자극 유형별로 재인효과를 측정하고, 이 때 활성화되는 뇌 기능 영역 간의 차이를 분석하여 재인 시의 인지처리 상의 기능을 비교하였다. 이러한 실험연구를 통한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 반응시간의 측면에서 감성적 자극에 대한 반응시간이 이성적 자극에 대한 반응시간보다 빠르게 이루어 졌고, 재인 측면에서는 이성적 자극에 대한 기억의 효과가 감성적 자극에 대한 기억보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, fMRI를 이용한 뇌 기능상의 특징을 보면 이성적 자극의 경우 상대적으로 활성화의 수준이 높은 뇌 영역들은 행동 조정 혹은 작업 기억과 연계된 곳이었다. 반면, 감성적 자극의 경우 상대적으로 활성화의 수준이 높은 뇌 영역은 언어처리와 연계된 곳이었다. 본 연구를 통하여 이성적 자극과 감성적 자극의 소구 효과가 다름을 확인할 수 있었고, 각 소구 형태별로 뇌 기능상의 인지적 차이를 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 국방 무기체계 연구개발 과정에서 관련 규정이나 지침에 명시되지 않았지만, 연구개발 주관기관 내부적으로도 합리적인 대안 선택의 문제가 많이 발생한다. 대안 선택에 있어서 합리적인 과정이 적용되지 않으면 사업진행에 차질을 초래할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 사업기간 연장이나 추가 자원이 투입되는 상황도 발생된다. 특히 국내 미사일 연구개발 시 시험평가를 위한 많은 의사결정 과제들이 도출되며, 대표적인 것 중의 하나가 시험장 선정의 문제이다. 대안이 되는 시험장의 우선순위만 판단해야 한다면 델파이 기법(Delphi Method)이나 분석적계층과정(Analytic Hirarchy Process)을 활용할 수 있지만, 비용의 투입요소가 고려된다면 자료포락분석(Data Envelopment Analysis) 더 적합하다. 본 연구에서는 미사일 시험 시 발생되는 다양한 의사결정의 문제들을 염출해 보고, 이를 합리적으로 해결할 수 있는 의사결정의 방법이 제시된다. 제시된 의사결정의 프레임워크(Framework)는 국외 시험장을 선정하는 문제와 연관하여 모의 사례연구(Simulated Case Study)로 적용 과정이 연구된다.

Empirical Study on Factors Affecting Housing Transactions Based on Theory of Reasoned Action

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the rational decision-making process and perception differences of housing transactions in the market environment. It was designed through an analysis of the factors influencing housing sales based on the rational behavior theory model. Objective evidence was provided for the impact factors affecting the attitude towards housing sales, with the spouse and children being identified as significant influencers. Additionally, children and friends were found to have an impact on subjective norms related to housing sales, especially for unmarried individuals under 40 years of age and those with low income, who were found to be more influenced by their parents. It was also discovered that the influence of these factors varied based on age and income levels. Younger individuals tended to rely more on their parents or friends, while those with high incomes showed stronger willingness to purchase homes. The presence of beneficial infrastructure for children was found to directly influence the decision to purchase a home. The study also provided objective evidence that the decision to purchase a home is influenced not only by economic factors but also by continuous encouragement and information from those around the buyer. These findings demonstrate the importance of the influence of close acquaintances in the rational decision-making process of home buyers. However, this study only investigated a limited portion of the factors influencing housing sales, as the market is affected by a variety of financial and governmental policies. Therefore, future research should consider various complex factors simultaneously when analyzing the influence of housing sales.

보안경제성 연구동향 분석: WEIS 발표 논문을 중심으로 (Research Trends in Information Security Economics: Focused on the Articles Presented at WEIS)

  • 정보보호 침해사고로 인한 피해를 예방하거나 감소시키기 위해 많은 관심과 투자가 검토되고 있지만, 투자, 관리등의 정보보호 의사결정을 경제적으로 합리적으로 하기 위한 연구에 대해서는 국내에 본격적으로 소개되지 않았다. 정보보호의 경제적 의사결정에 대한 연구자들은 보안경제성워크샵(Workshop on the Economics of Information Security, WEIS)을 중심으로 활동하고 있으며, 본 연구는 WEIS에 2002년부터 2014년까지 발표된 논문들의 연구주제와 연구방법을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 국내의 관련 연구 활성화에 도움이 될 수 있고, 기업과 정부의 경제적 정보보호 의사결정에 참고가 될 수 있을 것이다.

GAP: A Study on Strategic Derivation Approach Using Perceptual Difference

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to provide a formalized process of decision making for companies or organizations that need to make various decisions in the age of uncertainty. Therefore, this study aimed to proposes a strategic decision-making approach citing the relatively easily accessible using IPA(important-performance analysis) and SWOT/AHP analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - To be specific, the first step is to derive necessary attributes and conduct IPA. The second step is to subdivide the IPA results into internal strength and weakness factors and the external opportunity and threat factors, hierarchize those factors, and weight them accordingly. The third step is to build a causality model to propose a method of supporting a rational decision making. Results - The foregoing approach seems to facilitate the diversification of decision-making strategies by helping businesses or organizations to measure and analyze the attributes needed for certain decisions. Additionally, the perceived importance and satisfaction (or achievement) usage of those derived attributes can be used as the reference data for SWOT/AHP analysis. Conclusions - The proposed stepwise approach is applicable to businesses or organizations in need of making stepwise decisions in line with their retained competencies in comparison to conventional or intuitive decision-making practices.

공학 교육에서의 비판적 사고의 활용 방안 (How to Utilize Critical Thinking in Engineering Education)

  • The aim of this paper is to explore various ways to utilize critical thinking in engineering education. To this end, this paper, in the light of the relationship between critical thinking and the program learning performance of ABEEK, reviews engineering design education, engineering ethics education, and engineering communication education, which are major areas where critical thinking can be utilized in engineering education. As a result, it was confirmed that critical thinking skills, especially the elements and criteria of critical thinking, can contribute to the creative problem-solving process in engineering design education, the rational decision-making process in engineering ethics education, and the effective communication process in engineering communication education.

소비자 의사결정유형에 따른 소매점 평가 및 선호도 분석 (Consumers' evaluation and preference in retail store by their decision-making style)

  • On this research, we classified Korean consumers into several comsumer groups based on the different decision-making process they endorse, and then investigated the difference among these consumer groups in frequency, expenditure, satisfaction in using different types of retail stores. For this research, we have surveyed consumers dwelling in Seoul and in near-Seoul areas in 2004. The following is the summary of the main results. First, 'enjoy shopping' group showed a high expenditure rate in department store shopping and internet shopping, whereas 'impulsive decision' group more frequently visited traditional market places, 'fashion pursuing' group and 'enjoy shopping' group visited department stores more frequently than traditional market places. Second, 'impulsive decision' group assessed that the traditional market place offers better price and quality. Also 'impulsive decision' group and 'enjoy shopping' group assessed positively on the AS provided by department stores, and assessed negatively on the AS provided by internet shopping malls. Finally, 'fashion pursuer' group preferred buying foods from traditional market places, while 'brand seeker' group and 'fashion pursuer' group preferred buying clothes from discount stores. While 'enjoy shopping' group showed a high preference in buying clothes in department stores, 'rational decision-making' group showed a low preference in buying clothes in department stores.

  • Cases and studies on the selection method of CTQ are relatively active, but there are few cases or studies on the selection method of CTP which is important in the device industry. In fact, many companies simply select and manage CTP from the point of contact based on their experience and intuition. The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model and a mathematical decision model for rational and systematic CTP selection to improve the process quality of semiconductor equipment lines. In the evaluation model, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis technique was applied to show objective and quantitative figures, and Fuzzy decision-making model was used to solve the ambiguity and uncertainty in the decision-making process. Decision Value (DV) was presented. The subjects were 22 process factors managed in the Plating Process that the representative equipment line can do. As a result, the evaluation model proposed in this study can support more efficient and effective decision-making for process quality improvement by more objectively measuring the problem of subjective CTP selection in manufacturing sites.

욕구인식과 인지적 노력에 근거한 의류상품 비계획구매 의사결정과정 (The Decision Making Process of Unplanned Purchases of Clothing Based on Need Recognition and Cognitive Efforts)

  • Unplanned purchase is an unexpected buying behavior affected by product or marketing stimuli. Unplanned purchase does not follow the order of the rational decision making process. Through an in-depth interview, this study classified the types of unplanned purchase of clothing and examined the decision-making processes. The results (according to the need recognition level of consumers prior to stimuli) show three types of unplanned purchase of clothing products that are classified as: the need-manifesting type, the need-embodying type, and the need-reminding type. In addition, each type is reclassified into the high-cognition type and the low-cognition type according to the cognitive effort level of consumers during the purchase decision-making process. The need-manifesting type recognized a buying need after exposure to stimuli and then engaged in unplanned purchases. The need-embodying type recognized a problem, but the purchase intention was not concrete. The need-reminding type recognized a desire to buy clothing products, but temporarily forgot it, and then later remembered the problem recognition from the past after experiencing the stimuli.
