The plasma oscillation has been observed in an argon pressure between a tungsten anode and cathode consisting of an aqueous conducting solution. The effects of experimental parameters on the electrical characteristics of the glow discharge have been studied. The experimental parameters include the anode-cathode distance, pressure, methanol flow rate, and cathode materials. We consider energy efficient transmit and receive strategy for a delay sensitive data. More specifically, we investigate an energy optimum scheduling characteristics for the 2 user interference channel where each user interferes to each other. First, we determine the optimum transmission rate region each individual user may have for optimum transmission. Next, we consider the optimum transmission region of two users together. Shortest path algorithm can be used for further reduction of search space. Eventually, we can reduce computational complexity. We then examine the performance of the optimum transmission strategy for various system environments.

Fama's (1984) volatility relations show that the risk premium in foreign exchange markets is more volatile than, and is negatively correlated with the expected rate of depreciation. This paper studies these relations from the perspective of goods markets frictions. Using a sticky-price general equilibrium model, we show that near-random walk behaviors of both exchange rates and consumption, in response to monetary shocks, can be derived endogenously. Based on this approach, the paper provides quantitative results on Fama's volatility relations.

A two dimensional pseudo-homogeneous model for the methanol reforming reaction was developed and its steady and dynamic states were studied by a computer simulation. The reactor tube diameter, the catalyst density in the fixed bed, the feed flow rate, the feed temperature and the external temperature were chosen to be adjusted to determine the length of the reactor. The dynamics of the reactor showed that the system was highly nonlinear and sensitive to the feed disturbances.

Experimental studies for the high damping rubber bearing, lead rubber bearing and natural rubber bearing, those are often used to improve the seismic capacity if the structure recently, are conducted to evaluate the seismic capacity of the seismic isolation bearings. The shear stiffness of the bearings decrease and the shear strain amplitude or the constant axial load level increase, but not sensitive to the strain rate effect. Bearings are strong for the axial compression but weak for the axial tension.

AAL2 is an adaptation layer that is supposed to support delay-sensitive applications with low bit-rate, short, variable packet length in a bandwidth-efficient way. For the switching of AAL2 service channels, AAL2 network is needed, which consists of AAL2 switching nodes. In this paper, The architecture of the unit AAL2 switch is proposed and the performance is analyzed in the CDMA environment.

One bacterial strain, that had made the largest inhibition zone at the antagonism assay and also that lost the inhibition activity by the protease treatment, was isolated from raw milk. That strain was identified as Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus. The specific growht rate of this strain was maximum at 45$\circ $C. However, at this temperature the strain produced no bacteriocin. The bacteriocin activity was quite stable even at high temperature. Moreover, the activity of the vacteriocin was sensitive to proteases. but not to $\alpha $-amylase, DNase I, or RNase.

Electro sensitive traffic system can't consider passenger car unit, so, it causes start up delay time and passenger waiting time. In this paper, it antecedently creates optimal traffic cycle of passenger car unit at the bottom traffic intersection. But, sometimes it can make mistakes due to changes in car weight, car speed, and control of feed-back data. Moreover, to prevent spillback, it can adapt control even though upper traffic intersection has a different saturation rate, road length, road slope and road width.

The changes in discharge current, emission and/or oscillation frequency of the electric oscillation of a glow discharge are the potential sensitive measure of the concentration of an impurity in the argon plasma supporting gas. A single jet enhanced glow discharge has been interfaced with the gas chromatograph via 1/8" O.D. tube with a heating pad to study the changes in discharge current. To investigate the optimum operating conditions of the glow discharge system as detector for gas chromatography, pressure, gas flow rate, discharge current, distance between the anode and the cathode have been studied.
