The purpose of this study is to examine grandparents' role to their grandchildren, the role type, and the variables that influence the role. For this purpose, data were collected from 542 grandparents through questionnaire. The main findings are as follows: 1. The most frequent role activity that grandparents perform include 'advising their grandchildren to be successful,' 'encouraging them to study hard,' 'having them help housework,' and 'teaching them how to behave', whereas the least one is 'to teach things such as cooking, paduk, and chess.' 2. Supporting role, educating role and raising role are three types of grandparents' role activity to their grandchildren. 3. One of the significant variables affecting their role level is living arrangement of grandparents. In addition, age, economic level, and educational level are partially effective variables in grandparents' role, along with whether they work or not, how often they meet their grandchildren, and how old their grandchildren are. However, it is not among significant variables whether they are healthy, or whether they are paternal or maternal.

In accounting for the so-called copy raising (CR) in English, the movement perspective has assumed that the embedded subject of the CR verb's sentential complement is raised to the matrix subject, leaving behind its pronominal copy. This kind of movement-based analysis raises both empirical and analytical issues, when considering variations in the pronominal copy constraint. This paper investigates the actual uses of the construction, using online-available corpora. Based on this corpus search, we classify two different types of copy raising predicates (genuine and perception), and discuss their grammatical properties in detail. We suggest that the simple copying rule couched upon movement operations is not enough to capture great variations in the uses of the construction, and show that interpretive constraints, e.g., perceptual characterization condition, play an important role in licensing the construction.

This study examined the effects of cage rearing system and backyard raising system on fatty acid profile of egg in laying hens during 9 weeks. Two hundred hens, 70-wk-old, Hy-line Brown, were used in this study and fed basal diets. 100 hens, randomly collected from facility, were transferred to cage rearing system and 100 remaining hens were moved to backyard raising system. For overall period, higher unsaturated fatty acid percentages in two different rearing systems than did saturated fatty acid (SFA) were observed. In unsaturated fatty acid compositions, both rearing system showed a higher mono unsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) contents than poly unsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) contents. Egg quality traits of laying hens reared in backyard system had considerably lower contents of SFA and higher contents of MUFA compared with eggs from cage rearing system (P<0.05). In addition, eggs from cage rearing system resulted in a significantly lower n-3 contents and higher n-6:n-3 ratios and CLA contents in comparison with backyard raising system (P<0.05). However, no significant effects of two different rearing systems on PUFA, PUFA:SFA ratio, and n-6 contents were observed during the experimental period. In conclusion, this result suggests that cage rearing system and backyard raising system will play an important role in improving egg production as functional foods.

본 논문은 1990년대 후반 이후 벤처캐피털 산업, 특히 자금조달과 벤처투자단계에서의 한국 정부의 역할을 평가한다. 실증분석은 한국벤처캐피털협회에서 입수한 미시자료를 활용하여 벤처붐 시기와 그 이후의 시기를 구분하여 이루어졌다. 실증분석 결과, 한국 정부는 벤처캐피털의 자금조달과 관련하여 벤처붐 시기와 그 이후 모두에서 유의미한 역할을 수행하였던 것으로 나타났다. 이와 달리 투자단계에서 요구되는 정부의 역할은 제대로 수행하지 못했던 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 분석 결과는 벤처붐 시기에 한국 정부가 자신이 참여한 투자조합의 벤처투자를 초기기업에 대한 투자, 보통주 투자로 유도하는 데 실패하였음을 보여준다. 벤처붐 이후에는 고기술산업군에 대한 투자 유도에 실패하였던 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 정책실패가 발생한 이유에 대해 가설을 제시하고 그 가설을 뒷받침하는 몇 가지 실증적인 근거를 제공한다.

The objectives of this study were to explore theoretically the factors that were associated with role conflict of rural extension educators, to investigate the consequences of this conflict, and to suggest possible solutions to the role conflict. This study was carried out through literature review. The findings from this study were as follows : 1) The causes of role conflict were divided into individual characteristics and social or organizational characteristics. Existing research papers examining the cause of rural extension educators' role conflict had focused mainly on individual characteristics. Therefore, social characteristics of the role conflict should be included in future research activities. 2) The consequences of role conflict were made up of individual dimensions and organizational dimensions. However, pervious researches on rural extension educators' role conflict had dealt with the individual dimensions only. Therefore, the consequences of organizational dimensions should be added to future researches. 3) Revision of roles and job specifications, developing professional competencies, and raising achievement motivation were some of the possible solutions to rural extension educators' role conflict. These solutions, if managed effectively, may improve the performance of extension organizations, as well as that of the individuals by solving the role conflict of rural extension educators.

The world Economy has rearranged into three economic block. Especially, the nation's economy in Northeast area are an engine of world economic development. Among these nations in Northeast area china has done a main role of the development of world economy. Owing to raising of the China economy, the Export-Import of container load has rapidly increased in this area. So it is very important of the nation to manage a port. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analysis a port of Masan and to search the way of development. To accomplish this purpose, I will analyze a logistics circumstance in northeast area and a port of Pusan and Jinhae. In conclusion, government and local government must enlarge the investment to develope the port of Masan. Local government should do its best effort to solve the problem of port of Masan. And all citizen should recognize that a development of the port of Masan will be the engine of the raising of Masan.

Fire is one of the environmental parameters affecting the structure causing element internal forces to change, as well as reducing the strength of the materials. One of the common types of floors in tall steel structures is the steel concrete composite slab. Shear connectors are used in steel and concrete composite beam in various shapes also has played significant role in a burning fire event of building with a steel concrete composite beam. The current study has reviewed the effects of temperature raising on the angle connector behavior through the use of push out tests and monotonic static force. The results have shown (1) the ductility of the samples is acceptable based on EC4 standard; (2) temperature raising has reduced the stiffness; (3) the shear ductility increment; and (4) the shear capacity reduction. Also, the amount of angle shear connector resistance has been decreased from 18.5% to 41% at ambient temperature up to $850^{\circ}C$.

본 연구는 장애아동을 양육하는 부모의 양육 스트레스가 양육 효능감을 경유하여 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 양육시간이 조절 매개하는지를 검증하여 장애아동 약육 부모의 양육 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 장애아를 둔 부모였으며 총 315명이었다. 자료는 SPSS Win. Ver. 25와 SPSS PROCESS macro 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 기술통계 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석 및 조절된 매개효과 분석이 적용되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애아동을 양육하는 부모의 양육 스트레스는 양육 효능감과 정적 상관관계, 양육 스트레스와 정신건강은 부적인 상관관계, 양육 효능감과 정신건강은 부적인 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 양육시간은 양육 스트레스가 양육 효능감을 경유하여 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 조절 매개하였다. 결론적으로 장애아동을 양육하는 부모의 양육시간은 양육 스트레스가 양육 효능감을 거쳐 정신건강에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 상승시키는 역할을 함을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the role performance and self-confidence of the fathers with children in grade school. Further, this study explored the variables that affect positively the self-confidence of the fathers. A survey questionnaire was used for this study. The participants of this study were 340 fathers with children aged between seven and nine residing in Gyeongsangnam-do. As for the performance of father's roles, the average score was higher in 'conversation with children' and 'expressing affection to children', whereas it was lower in 'raising children' and 'educating children'. As for the self-confidence regarding their father's roles, the score was higher in the cognitive dimension than in the emotional dimension. In general, the fathers tended to evaluate their role performance as fathers positively. The variables that affected the cognitive dimension of self-confidence as a father were conversation with children, supporter role, under-standing children, and educating children. The variables that influenced the emotional dimension, on the other hand, were child-rearing role, husband's role, supporter role, and expressing love to children.

This study examined how the relationship between grandmother-adult child solidarity, caregiving satisfaction, and grandmother's child-rearing role varies according to the relation with the grandchild. Mediation effects and moderated mediation effects were analyzed to investigate the relationship between these variables. The participants were 295 grandmothers raising preschool-aged grandchildren in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. Data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro, performing correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The statistical significance of the indirect effect was examined using a bootstrapping procedure. The results are as follows. First, grandmother-adult child solidarity directly affects the grandmother's child-rearing role. Second, grandmother-adult child solidarity indirectly affects the grandmother's child-rearing role through caregiving satisfaction. Third, the direct and indirect effects of grandmother-adult child solidarity on the grandmother's child-rearing role are moderated by the relation with the grandchild. The direct effect of grandmother-adult child solidarity on grandmother's child-rearing role was therefore shown to be significant on the maternal grandmother. Fourth, the indirect effect of grandmother-adult child solidarity on the grandmother's child-rearing role through caregiving satisfaction was shown to be significant on the paternal grandmother. Based on the results of this study, we discussed ways to strengthen the capacity of co-parenting between grandparents and adult children.
