고속철도차량 전류제어형 추진제어장치 개발을 위한 조사분석 (Research and analysis for current-controlled type propulsion control device of high-speed railway vehicles)

  • The TBO of main unit of propulsion control devices on high-speed railway vehicles proposed by the makers is appropriated 10 years cycle, but the maintenance of internal device are proceeding before coming to the particular period of time. In the Future, increasing of the failure probability occurred by increasing train service and obtaining spare parts are predicted that it would be difficult. the propulsion control devices develop is needed in other to the ease maintenance, cost savings and ensuring related domestic technologies when considering operating on long term of high-speed railway vehicles. In this paper, we proposed development a way that current-controlled type propulsion control devices using the newest power semiconductors which is easy to supply and demand through identifying performance and characteristics of existing current-controlled type propulsion control devices of high-speed railway vehicles.

철도고가교 급곡선부 레일장대화 방안연구 (A study of CWR on railway viaduct with sharp curves)

  • The Seoul Subway Line 4 crossing downtown diagonally constructed in February 1980 and opened on October 11, 1983. The line 4 is thus able to link southern and northern parts of Seoul with the downtown as well as with the Seoul outskirts. More than 810,000 people use it everyday. Line 4 was constructed like Line 1,2,3 with ballast track system causing much maintenance cost gradually and espicially much public discontent due to wheel and rail contact noise by railway viaduct with sharp curves. CWR on railway viaduct with sharp curves, 180m$\leq$R$\leq$300m, hasn't been designed and constructed ever in domestic. Therefore in order to reduce noise and vibration caused by interaction between wheel and rail the possibility and the methods of CWR(Continuous Welded Rail) on railway viaduct with sharp curve less than R300 will lead it to the maintenance free system.

  • Design of a high-speed railway line requires collaboration of heterogeneous application systems and of engineers with different background. Object-based 3D models with metadata can be a shared information model for the effective collaborative design. In this paper, railway infrastructure information model is proposed to enable integrated and inter-operable works throughout the life-cycle of the railway infrastructures, from planning to maintenance. In order to develop the model, object-based 3-D models were built for a 10km railway among Korea high-speed railway lines. The model has basically three information layers for designers, contractors and an owner, respectively. Prestressed concrete box-girders are the most common superstructure of bridges. The design information layer has metadata on requirements, design codes, geometry, analysis and so on. The construction layer has data on drawings, real data for material and products, schedules and so on. The maintenance layer for the owner has the final geometry, material data, products and their suppliers and so on. These information has its own data architecture which is derived from similar concept of product breakdown structure(PBS) and work breakdown structure(WBS). The constructed RIIM for the infrastructures of the high-speed railway was successfully applied to various areas such as design check, structural analysis, automated estimation, construction simulation, virtual viewing, and digital mock-up. The integrated information model can realize virtual construction system for railway lines and dramatically increase the productivity of the whole engineering process.

  • This paper deals with the topical problems of the Life Cycle Costs in connection with the rolling stocks. the LCC philosophy has already entered the third decade. this philosophy contributed towards the new relationship's comprehension between railway vehicle producers' and railway vehicle users' sphere. this leads together to the technical-economical solution convenient for the both sides. In the point of manufacturer, It is said that low operational costs could be reached using a well-designed and structured maintenance program. this is due to the proper technical analysis of critical components that leads to low costs of maintenance and a superior reliability without increasing the capital investment. but, This paper presents both topical experiences with the LCC models for the railways vehicles and also procedures during Life Cycle Costs calculations. In conclusion I want to introduce how to calculate LCC & what kinds of softwares are used based on VVVF EMU vehicle

  • In this paper, Computer-aided Maintenance Equipments, which are being used in High Speed Line Train Control System, are applied to analyze failures in train control systems, resulting in long time delays of trains. It can be expected to extend and apply CAMS(Computer Aided Maintenance System) in the hereafter efficient operation and maintenance of high speed railway train control systems, by comparison between the analysis result of fundamental causes, from high speed railway train control system failure occurred during the operational process, and predictive result of failure causes, based on the recording data of CAMS when failures were occurred.

  • Banwol bridge with steel plate girder and Pyongtaek bridge with PSC bos girder have been operated maintenance measuring system by the Seoul-Chonan of Kyongbu express railway. By analyzing the theoretical and experimental values of design load for these two bridge, the establishment of reference maintenance for measuring items was deduced from research. Two materials, steel and concrete plates, were considered as the upper structure. Actual measurement data for the behavior under speed, structural analysis results, and the presented references were analyzed and used to set up the reference establishment. The measuring items are stress(strain), displacement, dynamic acceleration, expansion movement, and dynamic frequency. The maintenance reference was established by comparing analytical and measuring values of the five items with respect to structural state class.

  • Information management of products and services in every industries is gaining importance for resource planning and maintenance. In this paper, we analyzed the information classification systems for railway industry. International and domestic classification systems, such as HS, UNSPSC, eCl@ss and ISIC, are reviewed; as a result this paper presents the findings and the various issues. We proposed to-be images in adopting and utilizing the classification systems. Using the integrative information classification systems could make efficient electronic procurement, supply chain management and e-Business of railway services.

  • 궤도틀림은 열차의 주행안전 및 승차감에 미치는 영향이 크고, 소음 진동의 주요원인으로 작용한다. 따라서 현장에서 발생하는 궤도의 틀림을 체계적으로 분석함으로써 이를 저감할 수 있도록 차량운행 조건과 선로선형 및 궤도구조를 설계하는 것은 중요한 과제이다. 현재 국내에서 EM-120에 의해 검측된 틀림 데이터는 매우 불규칙적인 형태를 나타내며 데이터 분석 시 다양한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 궤도의 효율적인 유지관리를 위해 검측된 틀림데이터의 효율적인 처리 기법을 개발하고, 정제된 데이터를 이용해 선로를 구성하고 있는 이음매, 도상, 노반, 체결구 등의 요소를 고려하여 레일 궤도 틀림의 진전 정도를 정량화 하였다. 또한 축적된 검측 데이터로부터 궤도의 건전도를 평가할 수 있는 방법을 정립하고 잔존수명을 예측하여 효율적 유지관리를 실현하기 위하여 검측 데이터의 확률론적 수명 산정 기법 개발 및 데이터를 이용한 구간 특성에 따른 궤도틀림 표준편차의 틀림 진전 정도에 대한 통계 및 확률적 분석을 수행하였다.
