예측식을 이용한 철도방음벽의 성능평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Evaluation of Noise Reduction for Railway Noise Barrier using Prediction Equation)

  • Railway noise barrier is generally used with welding of joint rail for railway noise reduction in our country. In this study, method for performance evaluation of railway noise barrier using insertion loss was suggested in case of without having noise measurement results before barrier installation. For this, railway noise measurements were performed in commercial high-speed railway site which has railway noise barrier. As a noise level before noise barrier installation, predicted noise level were used. From this method the performance evaluation for railway noise barrier were performed accurately and efficiently.

  • Noise barrier is generally used with welding of joint rail for railway noise reduction in our country. But the noise barrier for high speed railway has weak point in low frequencies about 315Hz band. In this study, For developing of Interference-type Noise Reduction Device(INRD), acoustic analysis were performed using commercial software. For verifying the improvement in the noise reduction, noise measurement before and after installing of INRD were performed in Anechoic Chamber. From these acoustic analysis and noise measurement, it was known that developed INRD has a good noise reduction performance and can be used efficiently with conventional noise barrier.

  • From the research which it sees the noise of the high-speed railroad use nation it gave and the vehicle sound arresting tile masturbation which is a sound arresting unit standard it slept and in an environment noise standard side from it classified. Also it will be developed from domestic and to case of the position KHST vehicle the speed 50 km/h is more speed up the KTX vehicle than in spite of the standard which is equal will pay with 350 km/h and it will be having and the possibility the strong point is knowing very from the interior sound arresting side it was. For railroad area along resident at the comfort improvement of the second the environment noise standard which it presents from the nation of most the patronage standard inland conforms in the law standard and the case high speed railroad of the place comparing domestic which is presented is not in spite of still prepared 2004 April commerce is operated standard easily not to be, it appeared with the fact that the speed governing one standard establishment by law is necessary.

  • Recently, various monitoring systems have been proposed to detect interaction performance between trains and infrastructure, as well as, various techniques to improve the accuracy and performance of such inspection equipment in high speeds. Especially, it is important to predict electric noise of high speed trains due to its effect on detection system accuracy. In this paper, we analyze various types of electrical noise in electric vehicles to improve the accuracy of the detection module of the inspection car. In detail, analysis of electric noise of high speed railway is performed as a function of speed based on field tests that were carried out by HEMU-430X (Highspeed Eletric Multiple Unit - 430 km/h eXperiment).

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp present condition of railroad noise, and forecast noise and presented basis data that ready noise reduction countermeasure. This study has predicted the level of noise reduction according to barrier by considering the characteristics of the cause of noise. These result drew using 'Prediction Model of NIER' and 'Shall03 of Germany'. This paper found important factors in railroad noise using this results and become forward syudy direction.

평탄부 선로에서 철도소음의 전파예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Predition of Train Noise Propagation from a Level Railroad)

  • In order to predict the train noise propagation from a level railroad, this paper presents the model of train noise source and the prediction model based on the results by using the sound intensity method. The prediction model gives the effects of geometric attenuation, ground attenuation, and barrier attenuation of noise. There are several principal assumption in developing model: (a) the train noise is primarily rolling noise; (b) the rail head and wheels are in good condition; (c) the height of source is 10cm above track; (d) the directivity pattern of train noise sources is a dipole source. Calculated results based on this model are compared with available field data and good agreement has been obtained.

KTX 제동장치의 고유진동수와 스퀼소음 분석 (Analysis of Natural Frequencies and Squeal Noise of KTX Brake Unit)

  • Brake squeal noise of KTX is very uncomfortable to passengers and workers in stations. A lot of study has been conducted to inquire into the mechanism of the squeal noise. But understanding of the brake squeal noise is still challenging. In this study, we developed a full-scale tester equipped with a KTX mechanical brake unit. And we measured the vibrational characteristics of each component of the brake unit and compared them with frequency response functions of brake squeal noise measured also in the tester. It was found that the brake squeal noise was more closely related to the vibrational characteristics of the brake pads and hangers in friction condition than those of free components.

  • The KTX train which brings April 2004 high-speed railroad commerce operation time is operated currently Kyungbu line Seoul-Gwangmyeong-Daejeon-Dongdaegu-Pusan and Honam line Youngsan-Gwangmyeong-Seodaejeon-Kwangju/Mokpo. The high-speed railroad opening to traffic after KTX train interior noise follows in railway line quality change and it is changing together. From the research which it sees until opening to traffic after present time of the KTX vehicle it executed an interior noise quality change from Kyungbu line.

  • Ground vibrations induced from railroad were measured to get the basic data that can be usde to prepare countermeasures for solving environmental vibration problems. Vibration levels were measured simultaneously at three points in double distances from railroad. These data were analuzed with the kinds of trains, media to understand the magnitudes and characteristics of distance attenuation of railroad vibrations.
