방사선사의 조직문화 및 리더십, 조직몰입이 조직만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Radiological Technologist Organizational Culture, Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 부산시내에 있는 병원에 근무하는 방사선사들을 대상으로 조직문화 및 리더십, 조직몰입이 조직만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 알고자 설문조사를 실시하고 분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 3차 대학병원의 조직문화, 조직몰입, 직무만족의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05, p<0.001). 이직경험이 없는 그룹이 조직몰입, 직무만족 및 조직 유효성의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 핵의학과의 직무만족 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05).위계적 회귀분석 결과 방사선사의 직무만족은 조직몰입이 가장 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β=0.564, p<0.001). 방사선사는 질병의 진단에 있어서 병원 조직에서 큰 부분을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 방사선사의 조직문화, 리더십, 조직몰입과의 관계를 분석하여 방사선사들의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • 의료 방사선영상 정보에서 방사선사에게 숙련도와 능력을 토대로 진단 가치가 높은 영상을 얻고자 한다. 그래서 방사선영상학의 더욱더 향상된 지식과 더 많은 학습으로 인한 임상교육이 이루어지고, 각 방사선사의 교육수준을 고려하여 다양한 종류의 교육을 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹 환경에서 멀티미디어 저작도구를 사용한 임상 경추골절 방사선영상 컴퓨터 교육보조(Computer Assisted Instruction) 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 컴퓨터 교육보조 시스템은 신규 방사선사의 교육프로그램으로써 방사선영상촬영실에서 수행되는 경추골절 방사선영상획득의 전반적인 업무내용을 교육하고자 한다. 제안한 CAI 시스템은 경추골절 환자의 방사선 촬영기술교본의 웹 정보화로 더욱더 신속하고 정확한 영상을 획득 할 수 있으며, 정확한 진단결정에 따른 환자 치료에 크게 도움이 되는 유용한 프로그램으로 기대된다.

300인 미만 사업장에서 방사선사 근무환경 실태조사 (Research of the Working Conditions of Radiological Technologists in Workplaces with Less than 300 Employees)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions related to the working environment of radiological technologist who is working in small or medium-sized hospitals or clinics. The results of this study were intended to improve the working environment of radiological technologist and care for patients. For data collection, a structured questionnaire was used as a research tool, and 838 women (52.4%) were used as a general characteristic of 1,598 people subject to this questionnaire. The annual salary of radiological technologists with less than one year experience was 33.76 million won, and the average annual salary of radiological technologists with more than 10 years of experience was 41.33 million won. It showed an increased of 1.84% per year. Among 1,540 radiological technologists, 879 workers were paid holiday work allowances, 340 workers did not, and 321 holiday workers work during the week. In addition, a total of 817 workers received overtime payment, of which 112 received overtime wage on a monthly basis regardless of the overtime hours. In addition, a total of 348 radiological technologists were not paid overtime wage, and 138 workers were included in the basis salary. There were no union in 85% of the them. According to the results of this study, the wages and working environment of radiological technologists in small or medium-sized hospitals or clinics were not appropriate. Therefore, the efforts of the radiological association and its members are necessary to provide a better working environment for radiological technologists. In addition, it is expected that this study will be used as basic data for the association's policy to improve the working environment of members who work in poor conditions.

의원방사선사의 병원감염 인지도 및 수행도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Awareness and Performance of Infection Control of Local Clinic Radiological Technologist)

  • 본 연구는 경남지역 의원에 근무하는 방사선사를 대상으로 감염관리에 대한 연구로 감염관리에 대한 인지도와 수행도를 분석하여, 지역의원에 근무하는 방사선사의 감염관리 교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구에 사용한 도구는 설문지로 2018년 04월01일부터 08월31일까지 경남에 소재하는 의원에 근무하는 방사선사를 대상으로 설문지 총150부를 배부하여 연구에 적합한 131부를 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 감염관리에 대한 요인으로는 감염관리에 대한 특성 12문항과 감염관리에 대한 인지도 및 수행도로 총60문항으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성을 기준으로 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 하였다. 감염관리에 대한 인지요인에 대한 총인지도는 $4.13{\pm}.05$점으로 높게 나타났으며, 수행요인에 대한 총수행도는 $4.05{\pm}.05$점으로 높게 나타나 감염관리에 대한 인지도 및 수행도에서 경남지역 의원에 근무하는 방사선사들의 감염관리 수준은 수행도가 인지도에 비해 조금 낮게 나타났지만, 비교적 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 지역의원 방사선사의 감염관리는 병원을 운영하는 의료진의 지속적인 감염교육 활동과 예방활동을 통해 의원에 근무하는 방사선사 역시 감염관리의 전문가로 자리 매김하여야 할 것이다.

방사선사의 임금 적정성 및 직무 만족도 (The Appropriateness of Wage and Job Satisfaction of Radiological Technologists)

  • This study aims to provide the basic data helpful for the improvement of rights and interests of radiological technologists, by understanding the current working environment and if they get the proper reward through the analysis on the perception of appropriateness of current wage and job satisfaction of radiological technologists. Survey was conducted to evaluate the perception of satisfaction with job and wage system, work intensity, necessity of the radiological technologist limit system, and turnover in accordance. The appropriate starting salary was low in case of women and non-capital area, and when the age, academic background, career, and hospital size were lower. The appropriate wage was low in case of women and non-capital area, and when the academic background and hospital size were lower. The negative perception of the necessity to change the wage system was shown in university hospitals. Regarding the work intensity, in case of women and low career, and when the age, academic background, and hospital size were higher, the work intensity was perceived as high. When the academic degree and hospital size were lower, the positive perception of the radiological technologist limit was shown. The turnover intention was high in case of women, and when the age, academic background, career, and hospital size were lower. In order to increase the job satisfaction of radiological technologists, it would be necessary to the appropriate reward and the environment where they could concentrate on work.

의료관계법상 방사선사에 관한 규정의 문제점과 방향에 대한 고찰 - 일본의 진료방사선기사법과의 비교고찰을 통하여 - (A Study on the Issues and Improving Directions of the Rules related Rad iologic Technologist in Medical Law)

  • Accoring to the astonlshing progress of medical science, the medical roles of the radiologic technologist are increasing gradually and specializing highly. However, there are the wide disagreements the actual roles of the radiologic technologists at clinics and the relating rules of the medical law. Therefore, it is required that the medical law should be corresponded with the actual state. To solve these problems. this study has proceeded to make the survey of the present medical law and has tried to offer the most suitable theories to the actual state. This study includes the survey of relevant professional literatures. The major contents of this study are as follows. First, medical technician is written "技士" (in Chinese character) at the present medical technician law, and that word is written wrong. So, it should be replaced with "技師". Therefore, radiologic technologist should be written "放射線師". Second, the relations between the doctor and the radiologic tecnologist should be written the "request or other words" instead of "direction". Third, in spite of the rules of the present medical law, the medical act of radiologic technologist at clinics should be belonging to the boundary of medical practice. Forth, to present the appropriate medical service to the patients, legal status of radiologic technologist as a member of medical team should be established. Fifth, it is desired that Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology as a business of radiologic technologist should be provided for in the medical law.
