Background: This study was aimed at obtaining basic data necessary to develop alternatives to improve the oral health-related quality of life of the elderly by investigating dry mouth and oral health-related quality of life of patients visiting the N Dental Clinic in Jeollanam-do. Methods: From November 2021 to September 2022, data were collected using a self-report survey of adults aged 50 years or older. Of the 300 questionnaires collected, 280 had insufficient data because of missing entries. Results: Analyzing the satisfaction level of oral health-related quality of life according to the participants' medical use and subjective oral health recognition, "what do you think your oral health is like" showed significant differences (p< 0.001). Dry mouth and satisfaction were positively correlated with the oral health-related quality of life (β=0.42, p= 0.00). Factors affecting the quality of life related to oral health were "total score of oral dryness" (β= 0.395) and "what do you think your oral health is like" (β=0.224). Conclusion: The results of this study suggested that systematic intervention, such as oral health programs, suitable for age may improve the oral health-related quality of life.
The purpose of this study is to identify influencing factors for successful introduction, implementation and management of HMRPS through assessment of the employees attitude toward HMRPS in technical, administrative, and organization behavioral areas. Data were collected from 157 HMRPS employee members' self-reporting questionnaire in three university hospitals in the city of Seoul and Kyonggi Province from November 5 to November 10, 1997. Relevant literature on industry company MPR system theory was reviewed to develop the theoretical framework. The results were as follows: The employee's recognition of tangible benefit were more significantly influenced success than intangible benefit for successful operation relating the HMRPS. Concerning the employee's recognition of the successful HMRPS and the factor of influenced success was significantly positive correlation between tangible and intangible benefits and success factor in technical, administrative, and organizational behavior area. This study showed that major factor affecting the employee's recognition of tangible and intangible benefit for successful HMRPS. For tangible benefits; Success factors in the technical areas were quality of the data and information, efficiency of inventory management and rescheduling of operation plan. Success factors in the administrative areas were: role of top management. Success factors in the organization behavioral areas were; simplicity of the HMRPS, human resistance to change. For intangible benefits; Success factors in the organization behavioral areas were; user involvement, simplicity of HMRPS, human resistance to change. Futhermore as the exact evaluation of successful factors of HMRPS implement is needed, research for the development of systemic variables of physical distribution system control, methods, capacity of system, duration and other environment in many of 30 hospitals or more, and for the empirical study for HMRPS.
A purpose of this research was to analyze an effect of discount stores image on brand equity of fashion brand. One hundred ninety-four women living in Seoul and its suburb were surveyed for this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, multiple regression, and ANOVA were used for this study. As the results, first, discount stores image was classified into five factors such as convenience, service, store atmosphere, familarity, and easy use. Second, brand equity was divided into three factors such as brand loyalty, perceived quality and brand recognition. Generally, discount stores images were correlated with brand equity factor. Third, results revealed that service, easy use, convenience, and familarity were 32% of the explained variance in brand loyalty. Also, store atmosphere convenience, service, and easy use were 26% of the explained variance in perceived quality. Results revealed Store Atmosphere and easy use, and familarity were 21% of the explained variance in brand recognition. Based on these results, discount stores in private brand marketing strategies would be suggested.
Purpose - This study focuses on long-term orientation that can lead long-term partnership. A long-term orientation needs a trust and relation commitment between company. So in this study, the researcher conducts a dependent variable as a justice recognition and brand asset value to research model to find out casual relationship among quoted factors. Research design, data, and methodology - The focus of this study was employees who work in a liquor distribution company to figure out factors that effect on long-term relationship in b2b transaction. The development of the research model is based on the literature of the preceding research analysis of justice recognition, brand asset value, trust, relation commitment and long-term orientation. This study have constructs that defined operationally by previous studies, research model design that to figuring casual relationships among the quoted factors. From 2016 Sep. 1st to Oct. 30th, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting employees who work in liquor distribution company. 176 survey data were used for empirical analysis to prove the research hypotheses. Results - The main results of this study's empirical methodology were as follows. First, procedural justice and interactive justice has a positive significant effect on trust and relation commitment. Also brand image, brand awareness and perceived quality has a positive significant effect on trust and relation commitment. Second, trust and relation commitment has a positive significant effect on long-term orientation. Every hypothesis adopted as the researcher designed for empirical study. Conclusions - Based on empirical results, this study confirmed that trust and relation commitment has empirical relationship with long-term orientation. Based on the analysis, the researcher provided managerial implication by setting 2 way path for making long-term orientation with business company. First path is procedural justice to relation commitment. It contains that procedural justice recognised while business transaction execution, consideration intension and relation development will happen in b2b. Second path is perceived quality to trust. It contains that the perceived quality recognised while business transaction execution, trust will increase rapidly. So when a business company wants to make a partnership, they have to consider procedural justice and perceived quality to make a long-term relationship.

IPTV services, as the convergence service of communication and broadcasting, are regarded as the essential information communication media in the New Economy era by providing the consumers with various services through the collaboration among communications, broadcasting and many of other media service providers. The research starts with recognition that, in the new media era, where communication and broadcasting are converging, there are endless demands for new services and various contents, which are driving forces behind the business model of IPTV. In other words, the research expected that customer satisfaction and purchase intention would be different according to the service quality(contents). It was expected that the difference of the perceived service quality(contents) could cause the difference of the process of adopting new technologies. The study on how consumers are satisfied with services provided, and which factors of the service quality have a more significant effect on consumer satisfaction will provide very valuable information for forecasting future trends in the IPTV market. The research tried to investigate factors which influence on consumer satisfaction and loyalty through an empirical survey with real users of IPTV services. Based on the results, the research suggested effective ways of diffusing IPTV.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of attitudes toward fashion counterfeits on brand attachment and equity. Four hundred-eight female college students in Seoul and its suburb responded for this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and multiple regression were used for this study. The results of this study were as follows. First, attitude toward fashion counterfeits was classified into three factors such as goodwill, approve of purchase, and counterfeit quality factors. Second, brand attachment was classified into four factors such as love, interest, perception and trust factors. Third, brand equity was classified into five factors such as loyalty, quality, image and recognition factors. Generally, attitudes toward fashion counterfeits factors were correlated with lower scores on brand attachment and brand equity. Finally, the results revealed that attitudes toward fashion counterfeits had a negative effect on brand attachment and equity. Brand attachment had a positive effect on brand equity, and also brand attachment and brand equity had a positive effect on purchasing intention. Based on these results, fashion brand marketing strategies would be suggested.
The purposes of this study was to exploit the differences on recognition for the service provided between salespeople and customers who have purchased fashion apparels and garments at the department stores, and to suggest the educational direction of salespeople in order to enhance competitiveness and to increase customers' satisfaction. Data were obtained from 297 apparel salespeople working at 6 department stores and 285 customers of department stores in Daegu. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, mean, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analyses. The important factors which affected the purchase of fashion products, in order of importance, were information ability, credibility and service quality of salespeople. But the service quality recognized by customers was lower than that by salespeople. It can be said the salespeople have to make every effort that customers feel comfortable and certain for the service provided. There were significant difference on the service provided by salespeople, as well as service quality recognized by customers in accordance with gender, marital status, age, level of education, and annual fashion apparel expenses.
This study is a literature study aimed to derive the evaluation factors for the survey of housing satisfaction of the physically handicapped. To attain the objective, the present study compared the influential factors of housing satisfaction for normal people and those for the physically handicapped found in the precedent researches, and analyzed them to draw out the evaluation factors for housing satisfaction of the physically handicapped. And then it drew out sub-factors and elements for the housing satisfaction of the physically handicapped. The evaluation factors for housing satisfaction of the physically handicapped are divided mainly into physical, social-psychological and economic factors. First, physical factor consists of 'functionality (usability)', 'safety', 'convenience', 'comfort', 'aesthetics', 'accessibility (mobility)', 'identifiability (recognition)'. Of them, 'functionality (usability)' factor consists of 3 sub-factors and 8 elements. 'Safety' was subdivided into securing safety and public order/crime prevention. and structural safety, and 7 elements were drawn out from 'safety'. 'Convenience' is sub-categorized into convenient usage and simple operation, and 9 elements were derived. 'Comfort' was classified into 2 sub-factors and 9 elements. 'Aesthetics' was classified into 2 sub-factors and elements. 'Accessibility (mobility)' was divided into 2 sub-factors and elements. 'Identifiability (recognition)' was classified into 2 sub-factors and 5 elements. Second, social-psychological factor includes 'sociality' and 'independence' factor. One sub-factor and one element were drawn from each of both factors. Third, 'economic factor' consists of 'economy'. One sub-factor and elements were drawn out from the factor. It is expected that the 10 evaluation factors, their sub-factors and elements that have been derived from this study can be used as the basic data and/or reference in designing residential space for the physically handicapped and making policy for it after verifying them in following studies. The present study finds itself significance in that the findings here can ultimately improve the housing welfare and life quality of the physically handicapped.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify attitude, treatment and quality control of Oriental medicines and to find the influencing factors affecting them. Methods : We made a survey of 213 people who work in the field of Oriental medicine in Daegu. A survey on attitudes about treatment, and quality control of Oriental medicines was conducted by mail. The data was analyzed by SPSS. Results : The survey results showed that most common purchase place for Oriental medicine was a wholesale market (67.0%). Storage of Oriental medicine was mostly in warehouse (61.4%) without temperature controls. Subjects expressed necessity for quality control (100%), legal controls (96.2%), grading according to quality (95.7%), and standardization of Oriental medicine (90.6%) at a high rate. Conclusions : These results showed that subjects were interested in quality control of Oriental medicine to ensure safety.
This study surveyed university students in the Seoul and Kyonggi areas regarding their recognition and satisfaction of high quality ice creams. In terms of their preference for high quality ice creams, 152 (40.2%) answered "moderate", and 200 (52.9%) answered "likeable" or "very likeable", showing a very high preference. Ice cream was most often consumed as a snack (30.0%). The preferred food materials in combination with ice cream were fruits (32.8%), followed by chocolates (28.8%), dairy (15.6%), and nuts (7.7%). Many students viewed ice cream as an unhealthy food (46.8%), and the most frequent reason for using a selected brand was "taste" (46.6%), followed by "variety" (16.1%), "advertisement" (14.1%), and "operating of chain shop" (10.3%). In terms of overall satisfaction, 41.4% answered "somewhat satisfactory" or "very satisfactory", and only 9.8% answered "somewhat unsatisfactory" or "very unsatisfactory". The satisfaction construct was divided into nine sectors: nutrition, low calorie, functional, taste, color, variety, high quality, hygiene, and value. When these sectors were analyzed, "variety" was "somewhat satisfactory" or "very satisfactory" (74.2%), and "value" was "somewhat unsatisfactory" or "very unsatisfactory" (47.5%). In the analysis of satisfaction factors according to sectors, the Cronbach's $\alpha$ value related to nutrition was 0.755, that of preference was 0.830, and that of image was 0.661.
