the main purpose of this study was to inves-tigate the consumer dissatisfaction and com-plaining behavior in purchase and use by con-sumer value. The subjects participated this study were 204 female students. They were classified into 3 groups by important degree of instrumental value which is one of the 2 value categories that divided by the Rokeach. In order to assess consumer dissatishaction in purchase and use of clothing by those groups. The Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory was used and The Consumer Complaining Behavior Inventory was adapted to asses consumer complaining behavior. The Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory has 4 subscales(Price related factor Produt and Quality related factor Information and Service related factor Purchase decision-mak-ing related factor)and The Consumer Complaining behavior Inventory consisted in 3 subscales(Do nothing Private complaining Public complaining) Using SAS package in order to examine Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory scores anaslysis of variance (MANOVA) was excuted And turkety test a kind of post-hoc multiple comparisons methods was adapted to compare Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction In-ventory scores of each groups. in order to in-vestigate consumer complaining behavior by each groups and grade major pocket money a month the mean purchse price of clothing a month x2-test Frequency Percent were executed. Conclusion eached in this study are as fol-low: 1. Each group had differences in price re-lated factor Product nad Quality related fac-tor Information and Service related factor ex-cept Purchase decision -making related factor Groups which made much of value tend to dis-satisfy in price related facor Product and Quality related factor Information and Service related factor. 2. Group that made much of value had more high scores in private complaining complainto third party and the middle group had more high scores in private complaining . Group made little of value tended to do nothing. 3. Grade major pocket money a monty the mean purchase price of clothing a month didn't have difference signficantly in consumer behavior. but major had difference on private complaining.

Private peering, public peering and transit are three common types of interconnection agreements between providers in the Internet. An important decision that an Internet service provider (ISP) has to make is which private peering/transit ISPs and Internet exchanges (IXs) to connect with to transfer traffic at a minimal cost. In this paper, we deal with the problem to find the minimum cost set of private peering/transit ISPs and IXs for a single ISP. There are given a set of destinations with traffic demands, and a set of potential private peering/transit ISPs and IXs with routing information (routes per destination, the average AS-hop count to each destination, etc.), cost functions and capacities. Our study first considers all the three interconnection types commonly used in real world practices. We show that the problem is NP-hard, and propose a heuristic algorithm for it. We then evaluate the quality of the heuristic solutions for a set of test instances via comparison with the optimal ones obtained by solving a mixed integer programming formulation of the problem. Computational results show that the proposed algorithm provides near-optimal solutions in a fast time.
According to the secondary data, private brand(PB)'s share of retail sales is 25-30% in the USA, but about 45 in Korea. In Korea PB's average price is 23.3% less than manufacturer brand. It is very interest that PB's price advantage doesn't have a good effect on it's share of retail sales. This research's objective is to study why Korean consumers don't purchase private brand cheaper than manufacturer brand. A theoretical reasoning depends on information cue theory and means-ends model of perceived value. A unit of analysis is consumers who purchase private brand at E-mart in Pusan city, one of largest discount store in Korea. Hypothesis tested by Lisrel's structural equation model and interesting results as follows: First, favorable brand image among extrinsic cues is most positively correlated with perceived quality/sacrifice and intrinsic cues is also statistically significant. This fact imply that intrinsic cues; package, logo, country of origin are very important in the adoption of private brand in Korea. Second, compared with manufacturer's brand, PB's perceived price is positively correlated with perceived quality/sacrifice. This fact imply a assimilation effect between manufacturer's brand and private brand. Finally, a correlation between perceived sacrifice and PB proneness is satistically insignificant, but perceived quality has a significant effect on its proneness. this fact imply that innovators(about 4% of potential consumer) are risk-taker.
The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for improving medical security between the Korean National Health Insurance Corporation and the private health insurance in Pusan Metropolitan area by investigating of the recognition with the benefit groups. Questionnaires of 431 were taken between Feb. 11th and Feb. 25th 2008. Smart Grid is a next generation of new power growth electrical grid which provide high quality of electrical service by using Information Technologies to increase intelligence and performance. By using Smart Grid system, it can support energy management such as increase quality of electrical power, decrease energy and decrease emissions. However, Smart Grid uses information of energy consumption and when Smart Grid collects information, it will create private information. In this thesis, it will address issues of security private information which caused by Smart Grid for administrative measure and efficiency of Smart Grid in domestic. Also, cryptographic module algorithm, latest security solutions and strong wireless security policy for network environment such as wireless communication Iinternet are require for Smart Grid perform successfully and protect national power network equipment from cyber-attack and can stop leakage of user's personal information. Finally, it is urgent to prepare protection measures of National industrial facilities and power grid which can prepare for a cyber terrorism and penetration attacks and build emergency countermeasure management team for Smart Grid are require for safe Smart Grid environment.
Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. However the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. But the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For it, the following questions will be examined. First, Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? Second, What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards? and what the qualifications of the trainers? Then, what are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities? etc.. In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and interpret the current situation of private security companies·guards for the past three years, security companies by size, general·special (new education), and qualification system provided by the Police Agency, Security Association, etc. It provides a theoretical foundation for private security and provides a new perspective for interpreting private security. As a result, through the current situation, this private security has a concentration of metropolitan area and facility security, an abnormal personal protection company contrast, the number of personal protection institutes, there is a special security shift to regular jobs, and the current continuous education On the other hand, the education of special security guards has been shown to be limited. In the qualification system, the utilization of security instructor qualifications and the utilization and public relations of personal probation officer qualifications will appear. The current state of typical private security is as follows. The first is the balanced development of private security and the clarity of business divisions. Second, the quality of private security education and educational institutions must be high. Third is the recognition of the qualification system and active public relations.

Highly probable cause of the current turmoil critical national infrastructure and private enterprise information systems failures or national event of an accident, it is inevitable huge hit in corporate business as well as a significant impact on the national benefit. This is a trend subject to the stability of the national management information system has a significant impact on people and society, such as banking, telecommunications, transport and energy, which can be extended into a private institution. However, public and private ICT business through the development of Information system Audit or CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) certification check the quality of the target system, but quality check on the reliability of the information system operations after construction is either not promoting met for some safety test results a situation that does not enabled by insufficient. By preventing the disorder or an accident of this study, the diagnostic reliability information systems through inspection and evaluation system development of information systems being established, and to minimize service confusion and study ways to ensure customer - oriented service.
This pilot study examined programs for early childhood education and care in three Chinese cities. The samples for this study were one university-based kindergarten, one private kindergarten (rural area), and one public kindergarten (urban area). Six types of instruments were used to assess early childhood education and care services regarding quality matters. Most questions asked were open-ended; consequently, the interview answers by kindergarten directors or teachers (as well as observations made by the researcher) formed the basis for collecting the data. Quality components for each program were determined by a comparison method. The comparison allowed the researcher to understand the range of quality education and care available as well as the variability of existing kindergarten programs in China. The findings of the investigation revealed important information on; (a) demographic information (fees, class hours, total weeks of class, vacation, number of children and staff, class size, and teacher-child ratio) (b) teacher characteristics, (c) health practices, (d) safety practices, (e) work environment, (f) physical settings, (g) play materials, (h) parent involvement, (i) nutrition, (j) daily schedule. Implications within the Chinese context for quality practices and issues to further develop and strengthen early childhood education and care systems are discussed.

For Internet service providers (ISPs), there are three common types of interconnection agreements : private peering, public peering and transit. One of the most important problems for a single ISP is to determine which other ISPs to interconnect with, and under which agreements. The problem can be then to find a set of private peering providers, transit providers and Internet exchanges (IXs) when the following input data are assumed to be given : a set of BGP addresses with traffic demands, and a set of potential service providers (Private peering/transit providers and IXs) with routing information, cost functions and capacities. The objective is to minimize the total interconnection cost. We show that the problem is NP-hard, give a mixed-integer programming model, and propose a heuristic algorithm. Computational experience with a set of test instances shows the remarkable performance of the proposed algorithm of rapidly generating near-optimal solutions.
