조직 커뮤니케이션 수준과 업무성과간의 관계에 관한 연구 (On the Effect of the Communication Skill of Organization on Their Job Performance)

  • The study is to examine the causal correlation between communication skill of organization and their job performance. In our model, we used these variables-innovation awareness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment as a parameter. In order to verify the hypothesis based on research model, a survey among researchers(sample size=117) who work in food company was carried out. Analyzing hypothesized model and following the statistical procedure, we could assure that these exist positive correlation with communication skill, innovation awareness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organization performance. A coefficient of coffelation between those variables was clearly high in the group with good communication skill. Among the parameters, the variable of innovation awareness was more effected on their job performance.

  • Study of IFI(Integrated Field Innovation) means change of management. This study sill introduces IFI which is a new methodology of change and innovation of workers, and will describe how workers participated in the activities voluntarily. The principle of IFI is that letting employees to find the problems of the sites -anything that makes employees considering as the problem while they are working-and solve those problems through any tools own their own. Workers do not have to waste their time on bounding by unnecessary tools and processes. There are some cases that company "D" has been actually applied the IFI methodology in 2008. By application of IFI methodology to "D" company, which is proved that methodology is good change management program for workers who work in the manufacturing field.

  • This paper is to propose new features and models for process innovation after classifying in three categories ; conventional six sigma, lean six sigma and 3rd generation six sigma. First considering two project types which are bottom-up and tod-down, DMAIC process is linked up with QC story 15 steps. Secondly, I present Koreanized lean six sigma model using Japanese production technology and principles. Lastly, this paper also depicts a new 3rd generation six sigma model utilizing MBNQA management quality system.

커넥티드카 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Intention to Use Connected Cars)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to verify which factor affects the intention to use of the connected car that has recently emerged. Methods: Based on prior researches, this study derives the characteristics of connected car that affects user intention and designs research model for empirical analysis. A structured questionnaire was conducted for those who drive cars, and a total of 292 usable responses were collected and empirically analyzed using SPSS and PLS. Results: The results of this study are as follows; service quality, hedonic motivation, and social influence have a significant effect on perceived value, but system quality, information quality, user innovation, experience and facilitating condition did not. In addition, it was found that system quality, information quality, service quality, user innovation, facilitating conditions and social influence have a significant effect on satisfaction, but hedonic motivation and experience did not affect satisfaction. Conclusion: The findings of this empirical analysis have implications for effectively recognizing the value of connected cars based on the technology of information systems to users and establishing sustainable growth strategies for connected car producers and suppliers.

Critical Factors Influencing Revisit Intention of Large Restaurant Chains in Myanmar

  • Purpose: This study examined how many determinant factors (service dimensions, food quality, and price perception) affect revisit intention. This practical concept is service quality (SERVQUAL), customer satisfaction, and repeated/revisit behavioral intention based on the theory of reasoned action (TRA). Research design, data and methodology: This research applied a hybrid mixed-method comprising exploratory and explanatory sequential design by Creswell (2014). The 400 responses were collected in four townships in Myanmar. This study drilled down to exploratory factor analysis (EFA) followed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) prior to test the hypothesized factor structure of all the variables resulted in the form of the goodness of fit. For further data analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to test the relationships among the variables of the proposed model. Results: The results showed that perceived service quality, food quality, and price perception have direct effects on customer satisfaction and indirect effect on revisit intention. The perceived service quality has the most significant influence while the food quality has the least influence on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: The results are useful for the restaurant managers to better understand the significant strategic choice factors to improve higher quality service amongst restaurants both domestic and international under the stiff competition.

제조기업 실행공동체의 사회적 자본이 조직의 지식공유특성 및 개인혁신활동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Social Capital on Organizational Knowledge Sharing Characteristics and Individual Innovation Activities in Community of Practice of Manufacturing Company)

  • Purpose The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of social capitals on organizational knowledge sharing characteristics and individual innovation activities in community of practice (CoP) of manufacturing company. Design/methodology/approach For this purpose, we divide social capitals as three dimensions, i.e. structural, relational, and cognitive dimension. Structural dimension also consists of closure and Brokerage. Relational social capital is defined as trust about colleagues, superior authorities, and organization. Then, cognitive social capital is defined as a shared understanding among individuals, such as a shared language and codes within CoP. Knowledge Sharing is defined as quantity and quality of shared knowledge. We also defines the cause and effect relationships among social capitals, organizational knowledge sharing characteristics, and individual innovation activities in CoP of manufacturing company as follows. The social capitals will have positive effects on quality of shared knowledge. Then the quality of shared knowledge will have positive effects on the individual innovation activities. This paper tested the validity of these hypothesized casual effects and the sub-hypothesized causal relationships. For the purpose, we used the Partial Least Squares (PLS) for analyzing the causal relationships. Findings Our empirical results show that social capitals of CoP mostly have effects on organizational knowledge sharing characteristics (quantity and quality of shared knowledge) and knowledge sharing activities also have effects on individual innovative activities in the workplace. In this study, these result have a significant implication that a private company will be able to gain organizational innovative performance much better by strengthening CoP supporting activities.

정부 출연연구기관의 지역조직 운영 효율화 방안에 관한 연구 : 카노모형을 활용한 연구개발서비스품질 향상 관점에서 (A Study on the Regional Organizations Operating Advanced System of Government Funded Research Institutes (GRIs): From the R&D Service Point of View Quality Using the Kano Model)

  • 대부분의 정부 출연(연)이 지역조직을 운영하고 있으나, 지역 內 자체 혁신체계상의 한계, 개별 기관별 지역조직 운영에 따른 경영상의 어려움 및 다양한 산업계의 R&D 수요 충족 미흡 등 대내외적인 환경 변화 적응에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정부 출연(연) 지역조직의 지역 내(內) 주요기능 및 향후 운영 효율화 방안을 수요자(고객 품질향상) 관점에서 제시하고자 Kano 모형과 Timko의 고객만족계수를 바탕으로 출연(연) 지역조직 운영에 대한 연구개발서비스 품질속성을 살펴보았다. 분석결과 기업의 소재지에 따라 서로 상이한 품질 속성이 나타남을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과는 향후 정부 출연(연) 지역조직 설립, 운영 및 평가 및 중소기업의 역량(자체 R&D 조직 보유 여부 등)을 고려한 정책 설계 시 기본 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

국내 오픈뱅킹 품질요소가 사용자 이용의도에 미치는 영향분석 (Analysis of the Influence of Domestic Open Banking Quality Factors on Intention to Use)

  • 금융업의 주요 채널이 모바일로 빠르게 변화하는 추세이다. 이러한 환경에서 은행들은 자사의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 정보통신기술을 이용하는 방안에 대해 많은 관심을 기울이며 특히 지급결제 분야에서 빠른 혁신이 추진되고 있다. 국내도 금융결제망의 개방형 전환, 간편 결제의 이용한도 확대 등 금융혁신을 가속화하기 위해 2019년 10월 오픈뱅킹서비스를 실시하였다. 본 논문은 국내 오픈뱅킹서비스의 품질요소가 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관해 실증연구를 진행하였다. 오픈뱅킹을 구성하는 서비스 품질요소를 인터페이스 디자인, 혁신성, 보안성, 데이터 공유성으로 분류하고 기술수용모형(TAM)을 활용하여 인지된 편의성과 유용성, 이용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 검증결과 혁신성과 보안성은 편의성과 유용성에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나 인터페이스 디자인과 데이터 공유성은 인지된 편의성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 연구결과는 학계와 더불어 오픈뱅킹서비스를 도입하려는 기업들에게 이용자의 서비스 이용품질에 관한 시사점을 제공한다.
