차별적인 교육품질이 학생만족과 학생 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Difference Education Quality on Student Satisfaction and Student Loyalty)

  • Purpose: The paper presents research that examine relationship difference education quality, satisfaction, loyalty in university education sector. Specifically, the effects of difference education quality on student satisfaction and loyalty in the context of education quality are examined. Methods: A model of difference education quality effect on student satisfaction and loyalty is introduced and tested in the university using student perceptions of provider. Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study with SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). Results: The results are as follows: Education capability, BNIE(Business Newspaper In Education) are significantly influenced on student satisfaction. In addition, student satisfaction is significantly influence on external customer satisfaction, professor image. Professor image is significantly influence on student loyalty. Conclusion: Upon learning of student need and want, professor can focus on development of difference education quality based on student need and want.

  • As result of analysis of the importance in this study majority the answerers indicated as recognize it important and indicated that shows difference in average among the groups. In the age there was difference among group by marketing quality and symbolic quality of menu was indicated and in the symbolic quality factor of menu as the younger age indicate much more important. There was no factor indicates do florence in average among groups subject to educational degree however, in the marketing quality and symbolic quality of the menu the higher academic degree regards it higher as indicated. As a result of difference analysis subject to channel of education it indicated as appearance of difference among the groups among factors of internal quality, marketing quality and symbolic quality of the menu. The average among groups subject to number of consecutive years indicated as there is difference by factors of external quality, internal quality, marketing qualify and symbolic quality of the menu and, the service group between 15~20 years as longer servicing period evaluate lower.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to minimize the difference between color of fibers of combat uniforms occurring depending on the type of dye or process of each manufacturer. Methods: Color difference between combat uniforms made from different manufacturers in mass production by lot was analyzed using spectrophotometer and calculated by color difference formula. Results: By the results of analyzing the color difference between combat uniforms made from different manufacturers with moving average and time series analysis, the feedback to each manufacturer was given. Conclusion: By this study, the color deviation of combat uniforms from different manufacturers was improved to be reduced.

Measuring of the Perceptibility and Acceptability in Various Color Quality Measures

  • Perceptibility and acceptability are the most often used threshold units in the field of color science. The former refers to a just perceptible difference and the latter evokes a tolerable color difference. Such thresholds can be very significant to color quality control processes in the printing industry and should be defined in quality measure units. Optical density (OD) and color difference models are usually utilized as color quality measures and have been provided in a considerable number of commercial measuring devices such as spectrophotometers. However, their merits and traits are far less understood in the literature. The present study intends to evaluate performance of those color quality measures including the OD and widely known color difference models, e.g. ${\Delta}E{^*}_{ab}$, ${\Delta}E_{CMC(l:c)}$ and ${\Delta}E{^*}_{00}$. A set of psychophysical assessments were carried out in order to accumulate the perceptibility and acceptability thresholds data, and their central trend was compared with the color quality measure estimates.

수정된 IPA를 활용한 호텔 키오스크 품질 속성에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Quality Attributes of Hotel Kiosks Using Revised IPA Analysis)

  • This study focuses on hotel kiosks that have begun to be introduced in earnest in mid-priced hotels, and the quality attributes of hotel kiosks, which are expected to be introduced throughout the hotel industry in the future, and validates them using a revised IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis). An online survey was conducted targeting hotel users who had used hotel kiosk devices, and difference analysis and IPA analysis were conducted on 239 people, excluding 61 who responded insincerely. As a result of the verification, there was no significant difference in hotel kiosk quality attributes by age, but there was no significant difference by age. It was found that there was a significant difference. As a result of analyzing the difference between importance and satisfaction, it was found that there was a partially significant difference. These results suggest standards for quality attributes in hotel kiosks and provide academic implications for future research and practical implications for hotel management practitioners.

간호표준 적용이 근${\cdot}$골격장애 환자의 간호질에 미치는 효과 (The effect of using a Nursing Standards on the Quality of Nursing care in Musculo-skeletal Disorder Patients)

  • Purpose : this study was to examine the effect of using a nursing standards for the quality of nursing care in musculo-skeletal patients. Method : The approach to nursing quality assurance evaluation was selected process-outcome framework. The subjects ware 100 case of musculo-skeletal patients in orthopedic surgery nursing care unit of E. university hospital in seoul. The data of a control group were collected from 23 December 2001 to 20 March 2002 and an experimental group were collected from 1 June to 25 August 2002. The instruments used for this study were a nursing care standards in musculo-skeletal disorder patients developed by the investigator and an evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care in orthopedic surgery patients developed by soon-ook Choi in 1995. It's reliability is Cronbach alpha=.8628. The data were analyzed by means of $x^1$-test, t-test, ANOVA with SPSS program. Results : This study are as fellows : 1. Scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 1 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with no significant difference(t=-8.793, p=.000), scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 2 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference(t=-8.793, p=.000) and standard 3 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference(t=-10.550, p=.000). scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 4 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference(t=-8.793, p=.000). scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 4 in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with no significant difference(t=-1.833, p=.070). 2. Scores of the quality of nursing care in criteria 28 of 33 criteria in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference in 12 criteria(p<.05 ). 3. Scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 1 to standard 4(process evaluation); the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference(t=-10.704, p=.000). scores of the quality of nursing care in standard 5(outcome evaluation); the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. but no significant difference(t=-1.833, p=.070). 4. Scores of the quality of nursing care in experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant difference(t=-10.794, p=.000). Conclusion : Through this study, I'm sure that using a nursing care standards in musculo-skeletal disorder patients improve quality of nursing care and nursing care standards are effective nursing care.

  • By using the formerly established SERVQUAL Model, measurement methods and determinant variables in the other papers for the Service Quality, this study first focuses to find out the difference consumers' evaluation between before-experience and after-experience of the educational service, and second, to examine the difference consumers' evaluation between before-experience and after-experience of the educational service according to pre-recognition degree for the subjected educational service quality. The results are derived as follows. 1. As a consequence of the simulation, the consumers distinctly tend to recognize importance of human concern and visual aspect after experience of educational service. 2. Between the group with more pre-recognition degree and less pre-recognition degree for the subjected educational service quality, have no difference.

Does Audit Matter in Earnings Quality of Indonesia Banks?

  • This study investigates and analyzes the difference in Indonesian banks' earnings quality in the pre-audit and post-audit period. This study also investigates the difference in audit quality done by public accounting firms. This study employs time series data taken from the unaudited and audited financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Sample selection is made by using a purposive sampling method. The population of this study is 43 banks, and after checking the data for validity and reliability, the final sample size was 26 banks. Audit quality is operationalized with the size of the auditor. Earnings quality is proxied by accruals calculated using the Beaver and Engel (1996) model. The data analysis method used in this study is the paired-sample t-test and chow test. This study shows that there is no difference in earnings quality in the pre-audit and post-audit period. This study also reveals no difference in audit quality between the big four and non-big four auditors. These findings mean that independent auditors do not play a useful role in increasing the reliability of accounting information presented by management to stakeholders. Besides, this study's results do not verify the agency theory regarding auditors' role to minimize opportunistic management behavior in preparing financial statements.

우리나라 특1급 호텔의 지역별.브랜드별 서비스품질 차이 분석 (An Analysis on the Differences of Service Quality of Deluxe Hotels in Korea: Focusing on Region and Brand)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in the deluxe hotels'service quality in Korea according to the region and the brand. The subjects of this survey for the empirical analysis are limited to the customers of deluxe hotels in Korea: data(1,054 samples) are collected from 16 deluxe hotels among 27 of its kind in Seoul, Pusan, Cheju and Kyongju areas. The results are as follows. First, the hotel service quality between the hotels in Seoul and in provinces makes little difference. Second, the service quality in the Seoul, Pusan, Cheju and Kyongju areas shows significant difference. Third, there is also a significant difference on the service quality between domestic hotel brand and foreign-chained hotel brand.

감마카메라의 공간분해능 변화와 화질과의 관계 (Relationship Between Image Quality and Changes in Spation Resolution for the Gamma Camera)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine quantitatively the relationship between visual image quality and degradation In spatial resolution for a gamma camera by the increase in distance from collimator. The relationship between the portion(p) of images identified the difference of image quality and the difference(${\Delta}FWHM$) in FWHM between paired images was showed in a sigmoid curve. Using Dendy's method, minimum level to be correctly identified the difference of Image duality on three out of four occasion(p=0.75) was corresponded to 0.4 mm in ${\Delta}FWHM$. Using fuzzy theory, the level to be identified the difference of image quality was examined under various conditions. The truth-value of fuzzy sets-degraded or slightly degraded and not-degraded in image quality between palled Images-was gained the peak at 0.5 mm of ${\Delta}FWHM$. It was founded that changes of $0.4{\sim}0.5\;mm$ in FWHM-corresponding about 2 cm distance from collimator could be sufficiently identified in the difference of image quality.
