국내 초고층 주거의 친환경적 실내 공간 계획 및 개선방안 연구 - 친환경 건축 인증 제도에 의한 사례 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Improvement and Environment-friendly Interior Space Planning of High-rise Residences in Korea - focuesd on the case analysis by environment-friendly architectural certification -)

  • After the concept of apartments was introduced in 1960s in Korea, on account of the development of architectural technology and science, high-rise residences in Korea are getting higher, and these residences have been becoming high-rise commercial/residential buildings since 1990. Nowadays, as the construction of high-rise commercial residential building complex is booming, the difference between these complex and high-rise apartments is getting smaller, and these two kind of high-rise residences are becoming new residential style in Korea. And these high-rise residences are considered the symbol of wealth owing to the marketing strategy emphasizing high quality, refined interior, a fair view, and the protection of privacy. However, high-rise residences bring about many problems related to health and psychology caused by the consumption of a large amount of energy, pollutant emission, the deterioration of the quality of indoor air, and vibration. For this reason, in this study, we tried to emphasize the necessity of environment-friendly access to provide healthy living environment and to reduce the negative effect of housing life in high-rise residences, and find the method to improve environment-friendly quality and health of residents in interior space. Therefore, this study aims to detect the problems and the items to be improved of interior spaces of high-rise residences by quantitative, qualitative analysis of the evaluation elements and the floor planning elements deduced from environment-friendly architectural certification in Korea and the other countries, and suggest the guideline to improve the environment-friendly quality of these interior spaces.

국방품질경영시스템 성공요인의 탐색 (An Exploratory Study on the Success Factors of Defence Quality Management System)

  • This paper is an exploratory study on the success factors of Defence Quality Management System (DQMS) which is the certification system granted by the military for improving the quality of munitions. DQMS is established by adding military requirements to the ISO standard, thus, we especially focus on the additional requirements to figure out success key factors of DQMS certification. The 51 additional requirements of Korean Defense Specification (KDS) are empirically investigated from 67 companies that acquired DQMS certification. Firstly, we conduct an independent t-tests on 51 additional requirements of KDS 0050-900-3 to determine if there is a difference between an easily certified company and a hard-to-certify company, and obtain 8 requirements such as 'Internal propagation of performance', 'Preparation of documented work instructions', 'Work instructions in the workplace', 'Documentation of equipment management', 'Inventory management', 'Packaging and identification', 'Guarantee of access to internal audit result for customers', 'Notification to the customer for improper product.' Secondly, we carry out an factor analysis to the 51 additional requirements for classification, and figure out that 4 requirements among the 8 requirements above mentioned are grouped together in the same factor. The 4 requirements are 'Preparation of documented work instructions', 'Work instructions in the workplace', 'Packaging and identification', and 'Guarantee of access to internal audit result for customers.' The result of this paper will provide useful information to the company preparing for DQMS.

소프트웨어 품질 진단을 위한 고장예측모델 (Failure Prediction Model for Software Quality Diagnosis)

  • 최근 AI 기능을 가진 소프트웨어가 많이 개발되어지면서 다양한 예측 기능을 가진 소프트웨어 제품이 늘어나고 있으며, 그런 영향으로 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성이 높아지게 되었다. 특히 AI 기능을 가진 제품의 기능 안전에 대한 고려가 높아지면서 국가적 차원에서 소프트웨어 품질에 대한 관리를 진행하고 있다. 특히 국가적 차원에서 진행하고 있는 소프트웨어 제품의 품질 인증제도로 GS 품질인증제도를 들 수 있는데, GS 인증제도에서도 AI 제품에 대한 품질 평가방안을 연구하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 신뢰성 검증을 위해서 제시된 다양한 품질 평가 모델에서 국제표준에 근거해서 소프트웨어 품질의 기본 조건이 충족되는 평가모델을 제시하려 한다. 인공지능 부분의 소프트웨어 품질 특성을 고려하여 품질 평가 모델에 대한 연구를 하고, 품질을 진단하고 고장을 예측하려 한다. .본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 신뢰성 성장모델을 기반으로 하여 인공지능 국제 표준 모델을 제시하여 평가 모델을 제시하고 모델을 통해 품질 진단을 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하려 한다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 앞으로 소프트웨어에서 발생하게 되어지는 고장시간에 대한 예측을 통해서 고장을 미리 예측하고 사전에 고장을 찾아서 위험을 예방할 수 있는 차원에서 중요한 의미가 있다고 판단된다. 특히 안전과 관련된 다양한 소프트웨어에서는 고장을 예측한다는 것은 중요한 의미가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • This paper is case study for ISO 9001/2000 quality management system certification of social welfare. We constructed quality management system for efficient operation for service quality improvement of welfare hall which is society welfare facilities. This paper evaluated operation actual conditions of "G" welfare hall which introduce and operates quality management system according to index of evaluate for society welfare hall and present improvement plan about effect and problem.

  • Standards are increasing of importance for photovoltaics. The rapid growth of production is one reason for this but standards are equally important in ensuring the quality and reliability of installed PV systems. which have a propound impact on acceptance of the technology in the expanding marketplace. Korea government (Korean Agency for Technology and Standards. KATS)make and implement a five year plans for promotion of international standardization of this field from 2004. Through these works and harmonization of PV Korea standards with international standards(international electrotechnical commission. IEC). KATS leads the technology innovations and eventually increases the international Competitiveness. Strategic collaboration with other countries is also strengthened through Korea's participation in IECEE(IEC system for conformity and certification of electrical equipment) on standards and conformity assessment. One of the major goals of the Plan is to facilitate trade between Korea and its trading partners by emphasizing harmonization of its national conformity assessment system with international norms

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to development the fire evaluating test methods for the Electric hair dryers. Methods: We was designed FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) in order to analyze the fire mechanism on the electric hair dryers and designed evaluating test methods (Durability tests on the environment, Mechanical durability tests) obtained through the two-step QFD (Quality Function Depolyment) and tested. Conclusion: We verified the evaluating fire test methods on the electric hair dryers through the analysis of the test results and some reproduction test.

텍스트 마이닝 기반의 미국 국방 표준 동향 분석을 통한 한국 국방 표준의 발전 방안 연구 (A Study on the Development of Korean Defense Standards through Text Mining-Based Trend Analysis of United States Defense Standards)

  • 본 연구는 국방 분야 선진국인 미국의 표준에 대한 제정 동향을 파악하고, 한국 국방 표준에 적용 가능한 방안을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 웹에 등록된 MIL-STD를 비롯하여 다양한 미국 국방 문서에 대해 제목을 중심 데이터를 수집한 후, 텍스트 마이닝을 이용하여 단어 빈도를 분석하고 그 결과를 워드클라우드 형태로 생성하였다. 그 결과, 시대별로 MIL-STD에 등장하는 단어의 동향을 파악할 수 있었다. 문서 자체의 형식으로 인해 많이 등장하는 단어, 전 시대에 걸쳐 많이 등장하는 단어도 있는 반면, 과거에는 자주 쓰이다 현재는 많이 쓰이지 않는 단어나 과거에는 주목을 받지 못하다가 현재에 와서야 많이 등장하는 단어도 파악이 가능하였다. 또한 MIL-STD를 포함한 다양한 국방 문서를 대상으로 생성한 워드클라우드를 통해 그 특징을 도출하였다. 결론적으로 한국 국방 표준도 재료의 안전한 사용 및 다양한 화물 운반 기준을 마련하는 것에 대한 고민이 필요한 것을 확인하였다. 더 나아가 국방 분야 표준 및 규격에 4차 산업혁명 등과 관련된 최신 기술을 반영하여 표준을 선점하고 규격을 마련하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 또한 국방표준 문서체계를 명확하게 정립하고 효율적인 관리에 투자한다면, 국방 분야 표준의 질 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

국내 윤활관리 현황분석 및 품질 비교평가 (Comparative Study of the Quality of Automotive Engine Oils Being Marketed)

  • We have evaluated the performance and some physical properties of 25 automotive engine oils (21 domestic and 5 imported products) which are purchased on the market to verify the API(American Petroleum Institute) or ILSAC(International Lubricant Standardization and Approval Committee) certification marks attached on the products and to determine the necessity of the quality control of the engine oils on the market. 12 test items are chosen according to API engine oil specification, which are flash point, pour point, cold cranking simulator apparent viscosity, pumping viscosity, gelation index, HTHS(High Temperature High Shear viscosity), foam, high temperature foam, filterability, volatility, high temperature deposit(TEOST), phosphorus content. We have found one product which did not meet the API specification on gelation index, one on HTHS, four on foam, and one on volatility, which implies that the quality control system is in need to check the fidelity of the certification marks attached on the engine oils being marketed. In addition, this works raises the necessity of the upgrade of the present Korean engine oil specification.

서비스품질인증이 소비자가치에 미치는 영향 -호텔과 펜션을 중심으로- (The Effect of Service Quality Certification on the Consumer's Value in the Lodging Industry)

  • In this study, those previous research works are reviewed and summarized in various contexts, and this paper also describes the results of an empirical study done for the sample business workers in Korea, analyzing SQC and consumer's value. The surveyed data are statistically analysed to examine the relationship between SQC acquisition and consumer's value in the lodging industry, considering additional factors of business types of companies as well as the consumer's using purpose of service facilities. The important findings of the study can be summarized as follows: First, the business types of companies is an insignificant factor on the consumer's value by the quality certificated services, while the using purpose of service facilities(Hotel and Pension) is an significant factor. Second, the descriptive result is shown that consumers are willing to pay 21.47~31.24 % more than the un-certificated services for quality-certificated services. On the basis of these findings, some practical implications can be drawn for the effective management of the lodging industry. When a firm decides to establish a business plan, it should be considered the using purpose of service facilities.

무기체계 시스템안전 적용방안 (System Safety Application for the Weapon System)

  • In the early 1960s, US Air Force lost missile launch bases during ICBM development by a defect in the missile design and operation plan. U.S. DoD realized the limitation of the existing accident prevention method. Therefore, the weapon development required system safety activity, and procurement projects of U.S. DoD applied MIL-STD-882(System Safety). Development projects of U.S. DoD more emphasized the importance of system safety after the space shuttle Challenger exploded in 1986. Currently, Airworthiness certification for military aircraft uses system safety to minimize accidents. The domestic defense aviation R&D projects also use the system safety for the airworthiness certification. However, non-aviation weapon R&D projects rarely applied system safety. This paper presents a system safety application method for domestic weapon R&D projects by studying the U.S. military standards/organizations and domestic defense aviation projects.
