본 연구는 ISO 9000 시리즈 인증을 획득함으로써 품질보증시스템구축 뿐만 아니라, 이미 기존 논문들에서 밝혀진 품질의식향상, 관리능력향상, 품질시스템 확립 등의 효과들로 인한 제품의 품질향상정도를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 제품의 품질향상을 확인하기 위해서 설계품질, 제조품질, 서비스품질의 향상분석뿐만 아니라 Garvin의 8가지 제품품질특성 향상분석도 이루어졌다.

민간항공분야의 품질은 제품 및 공공의 안전을 유지하기 위해서 매우 중요하며, 항공기 설계와 생산 및 운항에 있어서도 엄격한 인증제도를 법적으로 규정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국 FAA의 항공산업체의 품질시스템 평가프로그램인 ACSEP의 전반적인 검토를 통하여 항공기 및 항공부품에 대한 품질시스템 요구조건을 제시하고, 항공분야 품질시스템 평가에 대한 정책을 확인하였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive information of qualification systems of developed countries needed to establish our national system for QI(Quality improvement) specialists. Methods: All articles related to any applicable domestic or foreign countries' laws, operational status, and detailed programs for professional qualification system of QI were reviewed. Result: In the United States, a non-profit organization, Healthcare Quality Certification Commission (HQCC) has set the policies, procedures and standards in the field of health care quality. And qualification system of CPHQ (certified professional in healthcare quality) has been operated in order to authenticate the qualifications in the field of quality management. IBQH(international Board for quality in healthcare), a qualification system of experts in the United Kingdom, was designed to assist the qualification of professionals to improve the quality of healthcare. In addition, Health Research Center of Feinberg School of Medicine in Northwestern University has been operating Master's and doctoral degree programs in the field of the quality of care and patient safety and IHI (institute for healthcare improvement) open school was operating a professional training course related to the quality of care and patient safety. Conclusion: Quantity and complexity of information of the quality of care and patient safety have been increased. For reform of the health care system, a special training course of the expertise and leadership are needed. So far, there is no national professional certification courses in our nation. Therefore essential job skill should be acquired individually. For systematic and effective quality improvement activities, the educational and certification system with professional development model are needed.

Purpose. The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of BLS-Provider Certification Course experienced by nursing students. Methods. The phenomenological method developed by Giorgi was used for this study. The participants were 7 students who had experienced BLS-Provider Certification Course. The data were collected between February, 2013 and May, 2013 by face to face interview. The interview was recorded and then transcribed. Results. The constituents associated with the meaning of the Nursing students's experiences on BLS-Provider Certification Course were as followings 'To obtain the information', 'Complicated preparation process', 'Unfamiliar education', 'Fear on the BLS ', 'Satisfaction after getting of BLS-Provider Certification ' Conclusions. The result of this study may contribute to a deeper understanding of the meaning of the BLS-Provider Certification Course experienced by nursing students. The highlights of this study are that, although the students had much inconvenience on the preparation process of BLS-P and fear on the BLS-Provider Certification Course, they were satisfied much after getting the BLS-Provider Certificate. It can give the better quality of BLS-Provider Certification Course if these results are provided in the program.

In today's competitive, market-driven world, a company's survival rests in its ability to provide quality performance products accompanied by total customer satisfaction. To satisfy the needs of customers, companies strive for defect free performances. This requires companies establish an integrated quality management system based on ISO 9000, ISO 14000, QS-9000, AS-9000, TL-9000, 100 PPM, and six sigma. This paper suggests that how to integrate implementation of quality certification systems and six sigma is an important approach in the continuous quality improvement, and six sigma efforts have become one of the key success approach. Through the various survey of total quality management system approach, it is intended to provide a chance to benchmark or give a cue on how to conduct the quality management innovation.

A variety of Certification systems are initiated, as increased demands for housing quality of building & house owner. New building and apartment built in Seoul metropolitan should acquire Building Energy Rating System and Housing Performance Grade indication System, Green Building Certification System. Building Energy Rating System could be acquired through the certification from energy performance index of environment grade in Housing Performance Grade Indication. Between Housing Performance Grade Indication and Green Building Certification System, There are troublesome to acquire certification because a lot of assessment items are overlapped. At a result, the rational and efficient certification system should be initiated not only to avoid overlap among those certification systems and promote Green Building market share but also efficient certification system operation. We will discuss on assessment items between Housing Performance Grade Indication System and Green Building Certification System and release the improvement method those Certification Systems to avoid overlapping to assessment items.

The research presents the implementation and improvement strategies of scientific methodologies and techniques in the audit criteria of KS certification. The paper discusses the establishment of management strategy and quality policy by the alignment of BSC or policy deployment, the effective handling methodologies of control plan based on SPC, and the traceability of calibration uncertainty and MSA, etc.

The International System for Education and Qualification of Welding Personnel has been implemented based on the harmonized European System for education and qualification of welding personnel. This paper gives an overview of the International System focusing on the training guidelines and the quality assurance system developed. Systems for harmonization of Certification of Welding Personnel and for supporting companies using welding to implement ISO 3834 have been developed by EWF and are presently being transferred to IIW in line with the EWF/IIW agreement established in 2000.

In EMS(environmental management system), environmental documents are very important elements to achieve ISO 14000 series certification. A organization or company which hope to acquire the certification must prescribe daily operation procedure and document them properly. Also these documents must be updated in new version. Especially, environment manual, describing EMS factors and correlation between them, is a basic document system. Therefore, a proper manual management tool help a organization or company to reduce the efforts to establish and to revise documents. So, in this paper we will present environment manual management system using database and a, pp.ication computer program.

소프트웨어 품질향상에 관한 많은 이론연구 및 소프트웨어 산업체의 ISO 품질인증 획득에도 불구하고 대부분의 소프트웨어는 고객만족에 충분한 기여를 하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이것은 품질에 대한 고객의 기대가 높은 것도 있지만, ISO 품질인증의 목적을 고객만족에 두지 않고 소프트웨어의 수요공급 체계의 한가지 자격쯤으로 여기는 산업체의 현실이 그 주요한 요인이라 하겠다. 물론 ISO 품질인증을 받기 위한 노력과 실제 현장에서의 어려움을 모르는 것은 아니지만 ISO 품질인증 수검 자체만으로 품질향상을 기대하기란 어렵다고 본다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 논문에서는 연구개발 현장에서의 현실적인 품질향상을 위한 구체적인 방법에 대해 알아본다.
