PZ-PT-PMWS의 압전 및 전기기계적 특성 (The Piezoelectic and electromechanical Characteristics of PZ-PT-PMWS)

  • The piezoelectric properties and the doping effect of N $b_2$ $O_{5}$ and Mn $O_2$for 0.95PbZ $r_{x}$ $Ti_{x}$ $O_3$+0.05Pb(M $n_{0.42}$ $W_{0.26}$S $b_{0.32}$) $O_3$ compositions have been investigated. In the composition of 0.95PbZ $r_{0.54}$ $Ti_{0.46}$ $O_3$+0.05Pb(M $n_{0.42}$ $W_{0.26}$S $b_{0.32}$) $O_3$the Values Of $k_{p}$ find and $\varepsilon$$_{33}$ $^{T}$ are maximized, but $Q_{m}$ Was minimized ( $k_{p}$ =0.51, $Q_{m}$ =1750). The grain size was suppressed and the uniformity of grain was improved with doping concentration of N $b_2$ $O_{5}$ for 0.95PbZ $r_{0.54}$ $Ti_{0.46}$ $O_3$+0.005Pb(M $n_{0.42}$ $W_{0.26}$S $b_{0.32}$) $O_3$sample. The values of $k_{p}$ increased and the values of $Q_{m}$ slightly decreased when 0.5 wt% of N $b_2$ $O_{5}$ is doped. And the values of $k_{p}$ was the same formation of the N $b_2$ $O_{5}$ dopant when 0.5 wt% of M $n_2$ $O_{5}$ is doped. But the values of $Q_{m}$ was deeply decreased when 0.5 wt% of Mn $O_2$is doped. As a experiment results under high electric field driving, this piezoelectric ceramics are very stable. Conclusively, piezoelectric ceramic compsiton investigated at this paper is suitable for application to high power piezoelectric devices.. devices..ices.. devices..

W-대역 영상레이다를 위한 광대역 Chirp 신호 발생장치 (Wideband Chirp Signal Generation for W-Band SAR)

  • 본 논문에서는 FPGA를 이용하여 디지틀 방식으로 영상 레이다에 사용하는 주파수 변조된 첩(Chirp) 신호를 생성하고, 이 신호를 I-Q 변조하여 RF 신호로 변환 한 후 24 주파수 체배기로 체배하여 94 GHz W-대역에서 광대역 첩 신호발생 장치의 설계, 제작한 연구 결과를 제시한다. 개발된 첩 발생기는 94 GHz의 캐리어 주파수와 960 MHz의 대역폭을 가지는 주파수 변조된 신호이며, 평탄도는 IF단(3.9 GHz)에서 1 dB 이내, W-대역에서 2 dB 이내 그리고 3 W의 출력을 보여주고 있다.

Red Beet의 모상근 배양을 이용한 천연색소인 Betacyanin 생산의 최적화 (Optimization of Betacyanin Production by Red Beet (Beta vulgaris L.) Hairy Root Cultures.)

  • Red beet(Beta vulagris L.) 모상근의 회분배양을 이용한 천연색소인 betacyanin 생산 최적화를 위해 광도, C/N ratio, 인산의 농도를 각각 변화시켜 세포생육과 색소 생산성에 관한 동력학적 분석을 실시했다. 광도변화에 따른 배양 결과 3 klux의 경우 0.3(1/day)의 최대 비 생육속도와 0.11(mg/g-dry cell/day)의 최대 비 생산속도 그리고 14 k1ux에서 0.242(1/day)의 최대 비 생육속도와 0.125(mg/g-dry cell/day)의 최대 비 생산속도를 나타냈다. 광도와 균체의 생육관계를 검토한 결과 광도에 따른 세포 생육은 photoinhibition model이 적용됨이 확인되었다. Red beet 모상근으로부터 betacyanin의 생산은 partially growth related process임이 입증됐다. 이에 따른 세포당 최대 betacyanin 생산을 나타내는 $\alpha$는 0.3756 (mg/cell)이며, 최대 생산속도를 나타내는 $\beta$는 0.001 (mg/g-cel1/day)로 측정됐다. C/N ratio에 따른 실험결과 42.1(w/w)에서 0.26(1/day)의 최대 비생육 속도를 나타내었으나 최대 비 생산속도는 31.6(w/w)에서 0.075(mg/g-cell/day)를 나타냈다. 인 농도에 대한 균체의 생육 및 물질 생산성의 관계를 검토한 결과 1.25mM에서 0.31(1/day)의 비생육 속도와 0.134(mg/g-dry cell/day) 비생산 속도를 나타내었다. 최적 조건을 결정하기 위한 response surface methodology(RSM)결과 세포 생육과 betacyanin의 최대 생산을 위한 최적 광도는 5.5 (klux),최적 C/N ratio와 인의 농도는 27(w/w), 1.25 (mM)로 결정됐다. 그리고 0.1 $\mu$M kinetin 첨가시 대조구에 비해 비생산성이 0.085(mg/g-dry cell/day)로 증가함이 입증됐다. Normal조건과 optimum조건의 비교결과 세포의 농도인 X(g-dry wt./L)가 8와 16, betacyanin의 생산량인 P(mg/L)가 4.48과 12.5, 그리고 optimum 조건에서 최대비 생육속도인 $\mu$$_{max}$ 가 0.375와 그리고 최대비 생산속도인 q$^{max}$ $_{p}$ 는 0.134로 약 2배로서 최적화가 되었다.

Development of a Bioconversion System Using Saccharomyces cerevisiae Reductase YOR120W and Bacillus subtilis Glucose Dehydrogenase for Chiral Alcohol Synthesis

  • Reductases convert some achiral ketone compounds into chiral alcohols, which are important materials for the synthesis of chiral drugs. The Saccharomyces cerevisiae reductase YOR120W converts ethyl-4-chloro-3-oxobutanoate (ECOB) enantioselectively into (R)-ethyl-4-chloro-3-hydroxybutanoate ((R)-ECHB), an intermediate of a pharmaceutical. As YOR120W requires NADPH as a cofactor for the reduction reaction, a cofactor recycling system using Bacillus subtilis glucose dehydrogenase was employed. Using this coupling reaction system, 100 mM ECOB was converted to (R)-ECHB. A homology modeling and site-directed mutagenesis experiment were performed to determine the NADPH-binding site of YOR120W. Four residues (Q29, K264, N267, and R270) were suggested by homology and docking modeling to interact directly with 2'-phosphate of NADPH. Among them, two positively charged residues (K264 and R270) were experimentally demonstrated to be necessary for NADPH 2'-phosphate binding. A mutant enzyme (Q29E) showed an enhanced enantiomeric excess value compared with that of the wild-type enzyme.

Resonance Characteristic Improvement of ZnO-Based FBAR Devices Fabricated on Thermally Annealed Bragg Reflectors

  • In this paper, we present the thermal annealing effects of the W/$SiO_2$ multi-layer reflectors in ZnO-based FBAR devices with cobalt (Co) electrodes in comparison with those with aluminum (Al) electrodes. Various thermal annealing conditions have been implemented on the W/$SiO_2$ multi-layer reflectors formed on p-type (100) silicon substrates. The resonance characteristics could be significantly improved due to the thermal annealing and were observed to depend strongly on the annealing conditions applied to the reflectors. Particularly, the FBAR devices with the W/$SiO_2$ multi- layer reflectors annealed at $400^{\circ}C$/30min have shown superior resonance characteristics in terms of return loss and quality-factor (Q-factor). In addition, the use of Co electrodes has resulted in further improvement of the resonance characteristics as compared with the Al electrodes. As a result, the combined use of both the thermal annealing and Co electrodes seems very useful to more effectively improve the resonance characteristics of the FBAR devices with the W/$SiO_2$ multi-layer reflectors.

Wide-Tunable Mid Infrared Intra-cavity Optical Parametric Oscillator Based on Multi-period MgO:PPLN

  • This paper reports a tunable diode-pumped folded intracavity Q-switched singly resonant optical parametric oscillator based on multi-period MgO:PPLN. A wide tuning mid-infrared parametric light from 2.78 ㎛ to 4.17 ㎛ was obtained in real time by changing the poled periods and temperatures. The maximum output power of 1.89 W at 3.2 ㎛, 1.53 W at 3.5 ㎛, 0.87 W at 3.8 ㎛ and 0.486 W at 4.1 ㎛ were achieved. The highest optical-optical conversion efficiency was 7.89%. During experiments, a range tunable output of 2.78-4.17 ㎛ in the mid-infrared range was achieved.
