The sample was consisted of 464 female university students who had experiences of using the cosmeceuticals. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, frequency, x2-test, t-test, ANOVA(LSD) using SPSSWIN. The results were as follows: When the female university students purchased the cosmeceuticals, they considered the effectiveness and the price, so were satisfied with good effect and low price. The most important marketing methods in cosmeceuticals for female university students were through the internet and mail order shopping. Whereas, demerit factors of internet shopping were founded to be the complexity of exchange or refund and the little chance of free samples for trial. The good marketing strategies might be sending trial samples, future payment system after trial period, and/or supporting the event held in the university. Besides, it might be a consideration to have an event for the improvement by public trial. Anti-aging cosmeceutical was the most preferred item for female students, sun protection and whitening cosmetics next in order. Therefore, a target customer for cosmeceuticals might be lowered in age. The purchasing cost system and therapeutic effect of cosmeceuticals had to be developed for 20's. It was necessary to be safe and effective. The factors affecting the level of satisfaction for cosmeceuticals could be categorized into 4; market environment, simplicity of purchase, product merit and additional service. • With the rapid growth of the internet, electronic commerce has become accepted as one of the major purchasing channels for consumers. As more and more consumers search for and purchase products through the internet, intra-industry competition of electronic commerce has become fierce. Therefore, electronic commerce service providers pay attention to factors that prevent existing customers from leaving there services in the service failure situation. In this regard, electronic commerce service providers should make service recovery efforts for consumer recovery satisfaction after service failure. In this study, we suggest that procedural justice, interactional justice, distributive justice and authenticity have positive impacts on recovery satisfaction. In addition, we also propose that involvement plays moderating roles in the relationships between procedural justice, interactional justice, distributive justice, authenticity and recovery satisfaction. We collected empirical data for this study over a period of two weeks from subjects who had service failure recovery experiences through electronic commerce. A total of 224 complete and valid responses were obtained. We carried out data analysis using a two-step methodology with SPSS 20.0 and SmartPLS 2.0. The first step in the data analysis was to establish the internal consistency, convergent validity, discriminant validity of the constructs. In the second step, we examined the structural model. The empirical results support the proposed model and partly identify the moderating effect of involvement differences. The moderate effect results show that procedural justice, distributive justice and authenticity have different impacts on recovery satisfaction in two groups. Cognitive factor such as the procedural justice and distributive justice have stronger impacts on recovery satisfaction in the high-involvement goods than in the low-involvement goods, while emotional factor such as authenticity has a stronger impact on recovery satisfaction in the low-involvement goods than in the high-involvement goods. We expect that this result will provide researchers and managers who are interested in electronic commerce service failure recovery with useful theoretical and practical implications.

  • In order to export Korean spray roses to the China, it is needed to analyse chinese preferences, rose attributes, and purchase intentions. The purpose of this study is to present the implications on the production and distribution of roses for export by analyzing the quality preference attributes and purchase intention of Korean rose for Chinese flower experts. A survey on the preference and purchase intention of Korean flower roses by Chinese flower experts was conducted through face - to - face interviews with flower show participants in China. Approximately 100 Chinese flower experts who participated in the Flower Show in 2016 received the questionnaire, and 86 survey results could be used for analysis. Survey data were analyzed using ordered probit and bivariate probit models. As a result of an analysis, it was found that Chinese flower experts were more likely to buy Korean roses than Chinese roses even if they consider flower color, leaf shape and size and color diversity. The probability of purchasing more than twice the price was higher than that of the color diversity considering the flower shape, leaf shape and size, but the bivariate order probit model was larger than that of flowers, leaves and size, and the order of probability size was changed. In order to increase the export of Korean spray roses to the Chinese market, We need to increase Chinese experts' preferences and satisfaction. For this purpose, it is very important to develop export varieties of roses with large flower buds and shape / coloring, and to apply the useful post-harvest technology that can extend freshness and distribution period of export roses.

  • Purpose - This study examines the determinants of offer price and short-term and long-term performance of small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) IPO stocks listed on the KOSDAQ during the period from July 2007 to December 2016. Design/methodology/approach - The SME IPO samples are classified into three categories of regular listing, technology-based special listing, and listing by merger with special purpose acquisition company(SPAC), whose results are compared each other and compared to the result for the KOSDAQ listing of large firms. Findings - From the point of SME management which attempts to list its company on the KOSDAQ, the listing by merger with SPAC is the most unfavorable, and the underpricing phenomenon of the technology-based special listing is severe in the second place. By contrast, IPO stock investors can earn the largest abnormal return by purchasing the SPAC which succeeds the merger with unlisted firm, and the next abnormal returns are obtained in the order of the IPO stocks of technology-based special listing, regular listing of SMEs, and regular listing of large firms. However, it is interesting to observe that the net buying ratio of individual investors is relatively large for the IPO stocks of regular listing of SMEs and large firms, which exhibit the long-term under-performance. Research implications or Originality - This result implies that the exceptional listing system such as the technology-based special listing or the listing by merger with SPAC cost the SMEs which bypass the complicated procedure of the regular listing.

  • The operation method of offline venues such as local festivals usually has problems such as the absence of real-time events and booth information, wasting time in the process of purchasing and receiving goods, and stagnating the movement of guests. This study increases the convenience of guests and managers by integrating all contents in the venue in the form of booth, thereby increasing the uniformity of event information and the efficiency of booth operation. In addition, a system was designed to minimize movement problems and improve performance by detecting the movement of guests within the venue and increasing the efficiency of arranging booths based on location data. It has been developed as a low-cost system that measures wireless packets with portable wireless LAN APs and control units. This has advantages in the operation of the venue, which consists of the installation and dismantling of variable booths in a short period of time. It is expected that the integrated operation of the venue will be utilized by linking the movement data of guests to activate visits and increase sales through data-based promotions.

  • Online reviews are useful for other consumers to make reasonable purchase decisions by providing previous buyers' experiences. However, when online reviewers are biased, online reviews do not accurately reflect the true quality of the product. Therefore, we investigated the characteristics of reviewers with underreporting bias to cope with the problem of declining reliability of online reviews. In this context, this study attempted to examine the characteristics of reviewers with underreporting bias using 14,165 reviews of Steam, an online game platform. As a result of the analysis, reviewers with underreporting bias mainly write reviews positively, write reviews within a short period from the game release date, but tend to write reviews after playing games for longer time, and write reviews when purchasing high-priced games. Since this study has explored the characteristics of reviewers showing underreporting bias, it will be meaningful as a basic study to cope with the problem caused by underreporting bias.
