마이크로스트립 선로상 가우시안 펄스신호의 전파특성 해석 및 측정 (Propagation characteristic analysis and measurement of gaussian pulse signals on the microstrip line)

  • The propagation properties of Gaussian pulse signals on the microstrip line are investigated by the Kirschning & Jansen's approximated equation to meet the frequency range of a pulse, accuracy, and geometrical requiremtns of the microstrip line. The dispersion of pulse signals is analyzed regarding to the relative permittivity .epsilon.$_{r}$, substrate height h and strip width w of the microstrip line. To verify theoretical results, several samples of 50.OMEGA. microstrip lines are fabricated. And the characteristics of pulse propagation along these lines are simple measured using VNA(Vector Network Analyzer) with time-domain analysis function. A fairly good agreement has been found between the measured pulse waveforms and computer simulations.

기공외기요법(氣功外氣療法)의 항(抗) 스트레스 효과(效果) 연구(硏究) (Effects of Kigong Theraphy in Cocentration of Catecholamines and Cortisol and some Tests on Testing-Stressed)

  • To investigate anti-stress effects of Manual Kigong, Manual-Apparatus Combined Kikong, and Systemic Kigong, this experiments were performed changing of plasma catecholaminess and serum cortisol measured. Also using D.I.T.I(Digital Infrared Thermongraphy Imaging), Pulse Analyzer, Electric Current on Neurometer, and Digital Flicker on Testing-Stressed. And following results were abtained. 1) Menual-Appartus Combined Kikong decreased significantly increasing concentration of plasma epinephrine and norepinephrine level in Testing-stressed. 2) Manual Kigong decreased increasing concentration of serum cortisol level in Testing-stressed. 3) Manual Kigong and Manual-Aparatues Combined Kikong increased decreasing thermomerty on the palm's center caused Testing-stressed. 4) All of three treats are small change in SET(Systolic Ejection Time) by Pulse Analyzer caused Testing-stressed. 5) More changes of Electric Current on the Neurometer Diagnosis caused Testing-stressed are as followed. Manual-Apparatus Combined Kikong >Systemic Kigong >Manual Kigong From the results, it may be concluded that Manual-Apparatus Combined Kikong Theraphy having more anti-stress effects than Manual Theraphy.   • Pulse is one of the basic diagnostic information of TKM(Traditional Korean Medicine). To quantify and standardize pulse diagnosis, we had collected an amount of clinical data from May 2005 by using newly developed pulse analyzer. But there were many noises in pulse wave according to measuring method, environment, operator and condition of patient. So some data can’t be included for analyzing diagnosis. To reduce noises from measuring pulse and to collect reliable pulse wave data, we made the process map of measuring method and applied six sigma project. With this we can improved the method of measuring pulse wave in collecting clinical data. The project follows a disciplined process of five macro phases: define, measure, analyze, improve and control (DMAIC). A process map and C-E diagram are used to identify process input and output variables. The major input variables are selected by using C&E matrix, and process map is developed by analyzing input variables. And the optimum process conditions are going to be controled to avoid in increasing loss of collecting pulse wave data.

임신오조 환자의 맥파 분석 예비 연구 (A Pilot Study on Pulse Energy Measured by 3D Blood Pressure Pulse Analyzer in Women with Mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the pulse energy in women who complained mild hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods : We analyzed the values of pulse energy on 14 patients who suffered mild hyperemesis gravidarum. The patients’ symptoms were assessed by PUQE (Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis scale). Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 for window program, one way ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient. Results : The results were as follows. 1. There were no statistically significant pulse energy differences. 2. The Chon pulse energy showed negative correlations with each Kwan and Cheok. 3. PUQE score showed positive correlations with right Chon pulse energy and negative correlations with right Kwan pulse energy. Conclusions : The result suggested that PUQE score changes be positive related with spleen pulse energy and negative related with lung pulse energy.

  • We have developed a Ultra Sound Pulsed Doppler System with two-dimensional M-mode image and Spectrum analyzer. The image of the M-mode is composed of time and depth axes. The Spectrum analyzer shows the spectrum of Doppler signal which represents the velocity component of time dependent blood-flow behavior. The spectrogram using Spectrum analyzer is composed of frequency and amplitude axes. The outputs of the system are audio signals, velocity curves, velocity profiles, M-mode images and spectrogram.

  • This paper describes the design and fabrication of a partial discharge(PD) analyzer to evaluate insulation performance for low-voltage electrical and electronic devices. The analyzer consists of an adjustable AC power supply, a coupling network, an amplifier, a shielding encloser, a sample-hold (S/H) circuit and a data acquisition (DAQ) board. The analyzer holds the height of PD pulse for $10{\mu}s$ by the S/H circuit, and this makes possible to measure PD pulses having fast rise and short duration by a low speed analog-to-digital (A/D) converter. The data are transmitted to the personal computer through the DAQ board, and the designed analysis program calculate apparent charges, discharge inception and extinction voltages.

갱년기장애 진단기기 사용에 대한 지침 개발 : 문헌검토 및 설문조사 (Development of a Guideline for the Application of Diagnostic Devices for Menopausal Syndrome: Literature Review and Questionnaire Survey)

  • Objectives: This study was aimed to develop a guideline for the application of diagnostic devices for menopausal syndrome. Methods: We conducted a literature review and a questionnaire survey on diagnostic devices including Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI), pulse diagnosis device, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), body composition analyzer, Yangdorak. Results: We retrieved some clinical values for usage of devices from the articles. Especially, DITI was useful to identify the pattern of body temperature distribution. The respondents answered that they diagnosed menopausal syndrome by using body composition analyzer (62.3%), DITI (60%), HRV (60%), pulse diagnosis device (45.7%), Yangdorak (34.3%). The respondents answered that they don't use diagnostic devices when they diagnosed menopausal syndrome because of absence of device, cost, difficulty of interpretation, substitution of another diagnostic method. After experts survey, it was recommended to use DITI, HRV, body composition analyzer. There was no consensus on the use of pulse diagnosis device, Yangdorak in diagnosing menopausal syndrome. Conclusions: We developed a guideline for the application of diagnostic devices for menopausal syndrome.

광학 펄스 에너지와 온도 변화에 의한 고온 초전도체의 공명 진동수 변조 (Resonant Frequency Modulation of High Temperature Superconductors Subjected to Optical Pulse Energy and Temperature)

  • The resonant frequency modulation of $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ meander lines has been investigated as functions of optical pulse energy and temperature by using a network analyzer. The frequency-domain measurements are performed by controlling both the resonant frequency and the frequency width. The meander lines, configured in a microstrip geometry, are illuminated by optical pulses from an actively mode-locked Nd:YAG laser. The variation of the resonant frequency shows a quadratic dependence on the reduced optical pulse energy $P/P_c$, where $P_c$ is defined as the critical optical pulse energy at which resonance signal has disappeared. As for the dependence on temperature, the results are in good agreement with the previously reported data.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the pulse energy in women who complain of climacteric and menopausal symptoms. Methods: We analyzed the values of pulse energy on 45 climacteric and menopausal women. The patients' symptoms were assessed by Kupperman's index and Menopause Rating Scale (MRS). Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 for window program, one way ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The results were as follows. 1. The pulse energy of the Left Chon was significantly largest and Left Cheok was comparatively smallest. 2. There was no statistically significant correlation in the pulse energy of Left Chon minus Left Cheok, Kupperman's index, MRS total sum score. Conclusions: The results suggest that the pulse energy of the Left Chon tends to be increased and Left Cheok decreased in climacteric and menopausal women.

  • Pulse feeling is one of the most important diagnosis method in Oriental medicine. But it is not easy to make an objective and standardized diagnosis. In this study, we found how to quantify diagnosis. Specially dally the high practicality in clinic, we search some parameters especially well-related to floating and sinking pulse by statistic analysis. By extension, we find the pulse patterns of the floating and sinking pulse. We choose 15 subjects diagnosed as floating pulse and 15 subjects diagnosed as sinking pulse by oriental doctors. And their pulse signals were acquired by Pulse analyzer which has piezoresistive pressure sensor. For the quantification of the floating and sinking pulse, at first, we examined the parameters which were highly correlated with oriental doctor's diagnosis. And then we derived pulse patterns of the floating-sinking pulse from preprocessed signal and its ensemble average. We also looked trend variation (PH-Curve) between contact and pulse pressure. As a result, statistically there is the biggest difference between contact pressure, the maximum pulse pressure, diastolic area (Ad) and floating and sinking data. Through the PH-Curve, which represented the relationship between contact and pulse pressure, we could divide the floating and sinking pulse clearly. As a basic research of pulse diagnosis algorithm, we can contribute to select essential parameters in diagnosis algorithm And using these diagnosis method, we expect to find typical pulse patterns and some useful parameters about other pulses like slow/rapid, large/fine pulse and so on. We hope that this study will contribute pulse objectification.
