This study evaluated the microbiological hazard of three Korean rice cake products (Gaepidduk, Injulmi, Julpyon). Microorganisms testing was conducted in various phases of the product flow of Korean rice cakes preparation, food equipment, environment work and cook employees at small scale. The results showed the presence of redbean paste, soybean powder and oil at levels as high as $10^5$ CFU/g on the hazard analysis of rice cakes ingredients. High levels of coliforms were detected in Julpyon products after 24 hr. and on the cooker's aprons. Clinical bacteria were not detected in any of the rice cakes. We concluded that there is a strong requirement for education related to personal hygiene for the production of hygienic rice cake products and for the publics health.

This research designed usable standard color chart which was planned by hue and tone color system. This research studied 5 types standard color chart by designed tone map and preceding research. "Basic Color Chart 14 Colors" was planned for kindergarteners. "Primary Color Chart 63 Colors" was planned for schoolboys. "Middle Grade Color Chart 114 Colors" was planned for junior high school students. "High Grade Color Chart 152 Colors" was planned for senior high school students. "Hue and Tone 205 Colors" was planned for university students and general publics. These 5 types standard color chart were produced the trial color coordinate card and attached the Munsell notation which could reappear the spare color paper when needed. These 5 types standard color chart would be offered the data base for efficient color coordinate education as school age.

Safety of Station electric equipment is not analysed yet. this paper try the safety first times on the basis of hazards which railway stations contain. The stations use many electric equipment such as lights, escalator and elevator for facilitating for passengers and public moving, HVAC system making good environment and so on. The electric equipments could be changed to harmful systems to passengers and publics resulting from abnormal operation condition. To ensure safeties in the station, we need to identify and analyse the hazards in the station and to provide risk mitigation methods. In this paper, we shows processes and methods to ensure the safety, how to identify and analyse the hazards. Finally, we demonstrate how to mitigate the potential risks in the stations.

This study focused on the meaning of 'educational philosophy' by the method of corpus analysis. There is the difference of meaning on educational philosophy between professional researchers and publics. This semantic phenomenon implies that the image acoustics of 'educational philosophy' are not matched between two groups. This study, which originated from Saussure's linguistics theory, examined the semantics of educational philosophy in the . Unlike philosophical inquiry on education, the definition of educational philosophy, the general public use 'educational philosophy' like the connotation of secret of successful learning and child nurturing. Given the power of the media and the mass, these tendency could affect the meaning and definition of educational philosophy. Professional researchers should investigate these acoustic image from the sense of linguistic and educational approaches. These researches could contribute to clarify descriptive and normative meaning of the educational philosophy.

Multiple modes of communication on social media can contribute to public diplomacy in informing, conversing, and networking with members of foreign publics. However, manipulative behaviours on social media, prevalent especially in high tension contexts, create disruptions to authentic communication in what could be grey/black propaganda or information warfare. This study reviews existing literature about models of public diplomacy to guide an empirical study of China's communication in the #SouthChinaSea conversation on Twitter. It uses computational methods to identify, record, and analyze one-way, two-way, and network communication of China's actors. It employs manual qualitative research to determine the nature of China's actors. On that basis, it assesses China's Twitter communication in the issue against various models of public diplomacy.

With globalization and new communication technologies, governments aim to cultivate relationships with their foreign publics. This goal represents the convergence of the public relations and public diplomacy domains. In this regard, this study aims to explore how foreign-born faculty members' attitudes and behaviors toward the U.S. are shaped by their relationships with their universities. Findings confirm a significant link between foreign-born faculty members' perceived relationships with their universities and their attitudes and behavioral intentions toward the U.S. The authors conclude that a positive relationship between universities and foreign faculty members can serve as a soft power resource in U.S. public diplomacy. This study contributes to governments' public diplomacy efforts by analyzing the roles of the foreign-born faculty members as strategic communication channels in cultivating relationships between a host country and their homelands.

A good story persuades people to act. The mobilizing power of a story, however, does not necessarily rely on informational fidelity. During political unrests, word-of-mouth can intermix facts with unverified claims and emotional outrage, often transforming reality into convincing rumor stories. This rapid communication article discusses how rumor publics (dis)approve and participate in 2019 Hong Kong Protests. This survey study finds that police injustice and brutality were the predominant themes of the collected rumor stories, although some stories contained mixed views or anti-protest claims. Rumors of police injustice and brutality were associated with less negative attitudes toward the protests, especially when respondents believed the story. The relationship between rumor stories and protest participation was less obvious, except for rumors about an individual protester's whereabout. This study discusses the ways in which rumor is embedded in contentious political processes.

This study examined China's public and government agenda setting in response to the Shanghai lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It employed content analysis, correlation, and Granger's causality tests to analyze 1,717 Weibo posts published by the public and the Shanghai Municipal Government from March 12 to June 1, 2022. The results showed that (1) pandemic statistics were the central attribute in the government agenda, while civil life, community management, and government and policies were the central attributes in the public agenda; (2) the government's agenda unidirectionally influenced the public agenda in terms of government policy attributes; and (3) the government and public agendas reciprocally influenced each other in terms of economic attributes. This study contributed to the existing literature by examining agenda-setting dynamics in a city closure event during the COVID-19 epidemic. It also extended existing methods by modeling implicit relationships between attributes in the public and government agendas.

Acjurumpo is one of the most representatives daily outfit of Joseon Dynasty is a clothes which has a characteristic of having creases under the armhole and it has a lot of chance to use on modern clothes design. This study wants to provide a information on traditional clothes to the public and modernize traditional clothes by designing modern women clothes by adapting Acjurumpo, one of Joseon Dynasty's men' daily outfit which is not very well-known to publics as a link of traditional clothes modernization. Acjurumpo's characteristic is usually having a knife-shape collar and having two sup and one sup, but outside sup of having two sup was more common. There were tongsu, duri, as a example of shape of sleeve. For Mu the combinations were different from Acjurum starting with a shape of trapezoid, triangle to big Mu on a body of side line. For Gorum there were two pairs of long and short Gorum, two pairs of short Gorum or one pair of short or long Gorum. Slit of po was on both side or back. Acjurumpo which was adapted on modern clothes, it was usually used on Hanbok companies that used traditional shape or similar shape to design children' clothes. This study designed three summer one-piece and two winter jacket for women clothes adapting Acjurumpo. And it was designed by using modern material adapting Acjurumpo's characteristics, changing knife-shape collar, Acjurum, mu and Gorum. This study expects for popularization of many traditional clothes developed by modern design in future.

In the present work, a simple first-order shear deformation theory is developed and validated for a variety of numerical examples of the thermal buckling response of functionally graded sandwich plates with various boundary conditions. Contrary to the conventional first-order shear deformation theory, the present first-order shear deformation theory involves only four unknowns and has strong similarities with the classical plate theory in many aspects such as governing equations of motion, and stress resultant expressions. Material properties and thermal expansion coefficient of the sandwich plate faces are assumed to be graded in the thickness direction according to a simple power-law distribution in terms of the volume fractions of the constituents. The core layer is still homogeneous and made of an isotropic material. The thermal loads are considered as uniform, linear and non-linear temperature rises within the thickness direction. The results reveal that the volume fraction index, loading type and functionally graded layers thickness have significant influence on the thermal buckling of functionally graded sandwich plates. Moreover, numerical results prove that the present simple first-order shear deformation theory can achieve the same accuracy of the existing conventional first-order shear deformation theory which has more number of unknowns.
