Buildings that are more than 10 years old generally have considerable repair and replacement costs due to the rapid deterioration of their systems. For public buildings in particular, which have national and social significance, considerable effort is required not only to ensure a long life cycle and safety but also to minimize the overall public expense. Along with increasing repair and replacement requirements, however, there have been problems related to the establishment of an accurate facility management budget. To address these concerns, a repair and replacement cost management system was constructed. This system manages both invested maintenance and forecast costs to establish a reasonable repair and replacement planning process and budget. The effectiveness of the system was verified through a pilot test targeting one of public Corporation (K).

공공도서관 이용자들의 정보요구를 파악하기 위하여 웹사이트에 제시된 요구 내용을 분석하였다. 이용자마당이라고 표시한 메뉴에서 이용자들의 정보요구를 나타내는 사항은 모두 조사하였다. 이 정보요구에는 개별도서관에서 제공하는 정보서비스에 대한 불만사항이나 건의사항으로만 제한되고 있는 약점이 있다. 데이터의 분석은 자료수집, 정보서비스, 대출, 디지털자료실, 열람실, 참고질의, 기타 등으로 구분하여 실행되었다. 이 연구결과는 개별 공공도서관의 정보서비스 개선에 도움이 될 것이며, 새로운 정보서비스를 개설할 때에도 참고가 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to find a suitable standard height of the lavatory in public spaces through the review of relevant regulations, questionnaire survey, lab works, and experiment to measure lavatory heights. The results of the study were as follows: First, the heights of the current public lavatory were ranged from 68cm to 89cm, and the heights to the faucet were from 71cm to 91cm. The recent lavatory was more likely to be higher in heights. Secondly, the suitable height for public lavatory was ranged from 55% to 65% of the heights of the participants put on shoes. Thirdly, 90cm lavatory in height was considered to be more suitable to use for the majority than was 83cm lavatory. Fourth, the author suggest that the suitable y(lavatory height)=77.818 + 0.117x(put on shoes heights). This study suggested that adopting 95% range, the most suitable height of public lavatory is more than 90cm high for the people whose heights are more than 150cm.

This study is to clarify the actual condition of some characteristics of a public facilities and the space design of laube of Japanese 3-Kleingartens. The results of this paper is as follows: 1)There are basically all the public facility for maintenance in the kleingartens. B and C Kleingartens have the various public facilities to get the additional experience for members. 2) All the laube is a wood structure, the floor plans are all the same square types. The deck, terrace, and balcony were very useful facilities to agricultural works. 3)The basic rooms of all the laube are usual entry, storage, kitchen, dining, living, bathroom. The floor plan of A and B laube is planned by a closed kitchen, C laube is a living kitchen. The living room of B laube is a variable space, to separating or unity room possibly.

건설공사의 품질을 확보하고 예산의 절감을 도모하는 등 건설 프로젝트의 성공 여부를 판단하기 위해서는 객관적인 평가지표와 그에 대한 투명성 확보가 필요하다. 건설부문을 포함한 공공사업의 경우 대규모 예산투입이 이루어지고 있지만 그 결과물로 인한 편익을 산정하기 어려울 경우가 많아 공공사업의 효율성과 효용성이 떨어진다고 인식되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 500억 원 이상의 공공공사 중 사후평가를 실시하는 시설물에 대한 소비자 만족도를 정량화하는 것을 범위로 하여, 공공공사 사후평가 시 체계적이고 정량적인 측정이 가능할 수 있도록 주민 호응도와 사용자 만족도 항목을 중심으로 하는 사후평가 측정기준을 제안하고자 한다.

강릉시 시범 공설묘지 조성사업은 경사 $30^{\circ}$의 표고차가 심한 산지를 절 성토하여 계단식 묘역단을 조성하는 공사로 수직고 15m 이상의 대절토 및 성토부가 산재하고 있다. 특히 묘역단장후 주변 유입수 및 표면 유출수에 의한 비탈면 붕괴, 묘역단 유실 등의 피해가 발생할 경우 보수 또는 보강이 사실상 어려운 실정이며, 사회적 여론으로 확대될 가능성이 크므로 비탈면 보호에 필요한 녹화공법을 검토하였다. 구체적인 연구내용으로는 설계도면 및 현장답사를 통한 문제 비탈면 추출, 비탈면의 물리적 특성과 식생의 생육상황 파악, 비탈면 주변부의 식생조사와 유용식생 선발, 비탈면의 토양조건 분석 및 비탈면 토사의 기본불성 조사 등이며, 이를 기초로 하여 비탈면 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 그 대안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 도서관에 소장된 고아저작물이 좀 더 활발하게 이용될 수 있도록 저작권법 개정 방향을 논의하였다. 특히 저작권법 제31조와 제50조를 중심으로 도서관의 고아저작물 디지털화 및 그 이용에 있어서의 한계점을 논하고 EU의 고아저작물 지침과 미국의 고아저작물 법안, 영국의 개정된 고아저작물 관련법을 고찰하였다. 이에 근거하여 국내 도서관에서 고아저작물의 대량 디지털화를 지원할 수 있는 저작권법의 개정 방향을 세 가지 측면에서 제안하였다. 첫째는 도서관에서 디지털화된 고아저작물은 관외 전송이 가능하도록 해야 한다는 점, 둘째, 비영리 목적으로 이루어지는 도서관의 고아저작물 디지털 복제 및 전송에 대해서는 보상금을 사전에 공탁하지 않도록 하고 수수료를 최소화해야 한다는 점, 셋째, 도서관은 디지털화하여 사용하던 고아저작물의 저작권자가 나타났을 경우 그의 요청에 의하여 해당 저작물의 사용을 중단하거나 이용료를 지급해야 한다는 점을 제안하였다.

The fourth, Should be newly organixed the exclusive organization of personal protective works in the police buroau for the sustaining development of civirity guard works and soundness of the upbringing. The fifth, It is necessary to found the reserch institute for the study on oretical, scholarly, study for the technical reserch and enlargement of effeciveness And try to find a solution to the Universitys function and duty, activity plan, support plan to the Department of security specialist for the come forward in succession it under the national assistance. The finally, I am sure that the Korean security association could be transiormed into the organization which reliable and receive a love from the peoples when doing best utmost to do pursuit of the structure to be a securitys legalism, specialization and total security systems.

Andy Warhol is one of the great artists in the modern history of art who compares favorably with Picasso. His activities had his object on pervasion of a pop art and profit of the art industry. Many previous studies on his activities have attracted and held the attention of his works of art after 1960s. However in spite of his working as publisher of a fashion magazine fashion illustrator fashion model displayer and etc. in 1950s. there are few studies on his activities of 1950s. Hence this study investigates his works of art in 1950s. and intensively analyzes his effect on modern fashion. In 1950s, Andy Warhol had already been distinguished in works of art from other commercial designers through the illustration for advertising design window display of stores and usage of Hollywood stars as anessential element in his works for whom he had sighed when he was young His works were also characterized by a rejection of they originality of commercial arts. He had an great effect on youth's fashion in 1950s and has activities in 1950s had influence on the diffusion of the public punk fashion in 1970s and the street fashion in 1980s.

This study aims to analyse the method and strategy of spatial composition in the selective works of Italian architect Carlo Mollino. With the continuos renovation of the interpretative frames and method on modernity and in particular on the spatial phenomenon, works of Mollino, once disregarded by the historiography and evaluated for its peculiarity. emerge as important architectural phenomenons. The intrinsic value in his works also enable to comprehend the complexity and multiplicity of modernity in contemporary architecture. In order to achieve this preposition, six important works were analyzed with three key words, to understand comprehensively the process and the significance of each work and Mollino's contribution in the spatial composition of domestic and public spaces. Evaluation of the spatial strategies in conceptual investigations of Mollino had been underestimated to the relative poor conservation or incomprehension of various work, excluded from the categories of architectural elaborations. This study also aims to contribute, in the broad sense, the dialectical significance of modernity by emphasizing the aspects of his work related with Surrealism and vernacular tradition, as well as with its relationship with the various spatial dispositives.
