정보기술성공 모형 기반의 공공앱 성과에 대한 실증분석 : 공공웹 서비스품질과 공공가치의 조절효과 (An Empirical Analysis of Public App Performance Based on Information System Success Model: The Moderating Effects of Service Quality of Public Web and Public Value)

  • Purpose The mail goal of this study is to find out factors influencing users' satisfaction of public application with the emphasis of service quality of public web and public value. For this purpose, we applied IS success model to develop the research model that explains users's satisfaction and public performance. Design/methodology/approach The proposed research model was developed based on IS success model along with two moderating effects - Service Quality of Public Web and Public Value in order to empirically test proposed causal relationships withing the model. A total of 377 survey responses were analyzed by forming the structural equation modeling with AMOS 24.0. Findings The analysis results show that the service, information, and system quality from IS success model are positively associated with user satisfaction, which in turn is positively associated with public app performance. The results also show that the relationship between user satisfaction and public app performance is positively moderated by public value. However, the relationship between public app service quality and user satisfaction isn't moderated by public web service quality.

공공 포탈에서의 웹 2.0 구현전략에 관한 연구 : EBS 사례를 중심으로 (A Web 2.0 Strategy for the Public Portal Sites : EBS Case)

  • Web 2.0 which is characterized by openness, sharing with others and users' active participation has a strong impact on Individual and business environments. New technology such as open-API, RSS, collective intelligence gives various benefits to the website user. Recently, the Web 2.0 paradigm has also affected the public service. Many public service organizations are also adopting Web 2.0 applications to improve their ability for serving users more effectively. However, there is a contradiction between value of public service and that of web 2.0. Web 2.0 which pursues openness and freedom of expression can impair the accuracy and reliability of public information in the public sites. We conducted a case study on EBS which reflects the Web 2.0 strategy for websites renewal. To cope with environmental changes, EBS began reorganization of the web site and applied Web 2.0 strategy for leveraging an easy to use and user satisfaction. This research shows that how to Implement the Web 2.0 strategy and what is the limitation of it. The findings of this study suggest practical implications for Web 2.0 strategy in public web sites, especially for educational fields.

  • 유비쿼터스 기술을 실생활에 활용하고자 하는 노력은 기업은 물론 중앙정부와 지자체를 중심으로 다양한 사업 형태로 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 많은 사람들이 모이는 다중집합장소를 중심으로 유비쿼터스 기술을 이용하여 시민서비스를 고도화하기 위한 전략적 추진방안을 제시하였다. 유무선 통신망을 통해 네트워크 접속이 가능해 지면서, 유비쿼터스 서비스 모델은 보편적 지도위에 참여와 협업을 전제로 하는 모델이 구상되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 이를 구현하기 위해 본 연구에서는 보편적으로 이용 가능한 디지털 지도의 구축, 디지털 지도기반의 컨텐츠 제작, 이와 관련된 유비쿼터스 시설 설치, 그리고 컨텐츠 확보를 위한 기존 홈페이지의 웹 표준화 및 자료정비, 기존자료를 인터넷지도와 연계하여 지리정보 및 속성정보 표출할 수 있도록 하는 등의 인터넷고도화 사업을 제안하였다. 향후의 유비쿼터스 서비스는 기술적 관점 뿐 아니라 그 장소를 활용하는 시민, 기업, 공공부분의 특성과 이들이 요구하는 수요에 기반 하는 서비스 모델이 개발되어야 할 것이며, 이 기반에는 지리공간 웹이 핵심이 될 것으로 판단된다.

  • This paper provides an economic evaluation model for public web services which are mainly operated by government agencies. Though there are various services, this paper focus on services for bottleneck problem solving and management information providing. This paper suggests quantitative and qualitative effects of public web services and evaluates them with I-NET users using e-mail surveys. This Paper mv provide a guideline for the future investment on public web services.

  • Due to the development of Internet and networking technologies, it is much more easier to get in touch with public service through the web services such as tax, travel information, getting a job, etc. In order to measure the quality of official government web sites, we are to test the difference between the web quality of the government sites and the offline feature of the same official service by means of customer perspectives. The resulting of this study show that the quality of official web site has been improved so far though such areas as privacy, security needed to be updated. Especially the web interface or contact point of the digital media should be reflected customer's need so that the online materials may be quickly updated according to the request of client's.

공영자전거 시스템의 모바일과 웹 통합서비스 (A Mobile Application and Web Integration Service for Public Bicycle Sharing System)

  • This paper proposes and implements a mobile service and web service integration for utilizing public bicycle sharing system NUBIJA. The NUBIJA system is operated by Changwon City, GyeongNam since 2008 and maintains 247 unattended bicycle sharing terminal on the city. Average users per day of the NUBIJA are more than 8,000 and many users want to get more services from their mobile phones. We implemented realtime mobile bicycle rental and return information service. The informations are acquired from each terminal kiosks and we integrated the information and location based services(LBS) on iOS and Android platform. In this paper, we described an integration services between web and mobile application and shows graphical user interface for highly customized on mobile platforms.

  • Web services (WS) present a new promising software technology, which provides application-to-application interaction. They are built on the top of existing web protocol and based on open XML standards. Web services are described using WSDL, and the UDDI is a integration directory provide registry of Web Services descriptions. WSDL provides information of Web Services but it is getting more and more important to know more than those provided by WSDL. From WSDL we can not get the information like usage of WS, performance of WS, complexity of WS, usability of WS with other web service. In this paper, we proposed a new method for Web Services so called Public Web Services Analyzer (PWSA). This technique is based on analyzing various public UDDI registries in order to get various kinds of statistics of web services. Those statistics will be used by both web services developers and consumers for finding them suitable services for their needs. PWSA guarantees that it can provide enough information to find right web services for both Web Services Consumers and Web Service Developers.

  • Internet development requires the evaluation of secure Internet service quality. This study evaluated public Internet service quality categories and items based on the eQual program developed by Barnes & Vidgen (2006). Using a questionnaire designed to test Internet service qualities for public websites designed by The Knowledge and Information Resources Management Project, we examined 707 users and then measured the effects of service quality factors on customer satisfaction. In conclusion, we found that information quality, usability, and service interaction had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

키오스크 기반 웹 민원처리시스템 구축을 위한 아키텍쳐 모델링 (Architecture Modeling for Kiosk-based Public Services through Web)

  • 현재 지원되고 있는 클라이언트/서버 방식의 민원 서비스의 한계를 극복하여 인터넷으로 민원 서비스를 하기 위해서는 행정 내부망과 인터넷 망의 연계에 따른 보안문제와 공인 인증과 정부 인증 등을 통한 본인 확인 및 스마트 카드를 통한 전자지불 및 현금 등을 통한 지불 기능이 지원 되어야 한다. 특히 이를 키오스크를 통하여 지원하기 위해서는, 인터넷을 통한 민원서비스를 위한 키오스크는 관청 외부 설치를 전제로 하기 때문에, 보안이 보다 중요한 문제로 등장한다. 이러한 제반 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 민원 서비스시스템을 설계함에 있어 실질적인 민원 처리를 담당하는 민원처리 시스템인 시군구 종합행정정보시스템의 프론트 서버로서의 중계서버와 키오스크 제어를 담당하는 웹서버를 두어 중계서버와 웹서버를 연계하고 웹서버와 중계서버 사이에 인증프로세스를 거치게 함으로 민원처리 시스템과 키오스크를 직접 연계함으로 발생되는 보안 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 민원 서비스를 위한 인증 및 전자지불의 기능 지원을 위하여 본인 확인은 지문인식을, 전자지불은 지불 게이트웨이를 전제로 설계한다. 이를 설계함에 있어서 개발의 초기 단계에서 위험을 줄이고 재작업에 따른 비용을 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 높은 품질의 시스템을 효과적으로 개발할 수 있는 키오스크 기반 웹 민원서비스 시스템을 아키텍쳐 수준에서 그 모델을 제시한다.

웹 서비스의 선택과 조건 분기에 관한 연구 (A Study on Web Services Selection and Conditional Branches)

  • IT Services market is growing rapidly in the business industry and SOA-based Web Services have been introduced as an effective vehicle for the integration of enterprise-wide applications within organizations. The number of publicly available Web Services is ever increasing recently in a variety of areas, and as the number of public Web Services increases, there will be many Web Services with the same functionality. These services, however, will vary in their QoS properties, such as price, response time and availability, and it is very important to choose a right service while satisfying given QoS constraints. This paper addresses the issue of selecting composite Web Services which involves conditional branches in business processes. It is essential to have any conditional branches satisfy the global QoS constraints at service selection phase, since the branches are chosen to execute at run-time dynamically. We proposed service selection procedures for basic structure of conditional branches and explained them by examples. Experiments were conducted to analyze the impact of the number of candidate services and service types on the time of finding service solutions.
