치위생(학)과 간 지역사회치위생학의 교육과정 개발 및 표준화를 위한 근거 마련 등의 연구 활동이 시급하다고 판단되는 바, 본 연구는 이에 대한 첫 단계로서 치위생(학)과 학생들의 지역사회구강보건 교과목의 현장 실습 만족도 조사를 실시하여 학문체계 확립과 발전을 위한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 구체적인 연구 목표는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 치위생(학)과 학생들의 보건소 실습 만족도를 파악하고 둘째, 만족도에 영향을 주는 인자를 조사하여 교과목의 질 향상에 기여하고자 한다. 마지막으로, 보건소 실습 기간의 적절성을 파악하여 교육의 효율성을 높이고자 한다. 수도권에 위치한 일개 치위생학과 학부생 105명을 대상으로, 경기지역에 위치한 11개 현장실습 보건소에 대하여 실습 후 만족도를 평가하였다. 11개 보건소의 만족도 분석결과, 7점 만점에 전체 평균 5.3점으로 나타났으며 최저 3.7점, 최고 6.8점으로 나타났다. 만족도에 영향을 준 긍정적인 요인은, '편한 실습환경'이 55.2%로 가장 많이 응답하였으며, '접근성(46.7%)', '많이 배울 수 있음 (31.4%)', '기타(6.7%)' 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 만족도의 요인은 학년별로 다른 분포를 보였다. 교육의 수혜자를 대상으로 이들의 지역사회 구강보건실습 현황 및 만족도를 조사하는 것은, 사회치위생 학문의 발전과 지역사회현장실습의 표준화를 위한 초기 근거자료로서의 의의를 가질 것으로 판단된다.

Objective : To analyze the factors affecting the participation rate in the health screening program of medical insurance. Method : We investigated the factors associated with the participation rate in the health screening program in Korea. Data were collected at the aggregate level from 145 employee health insurance societies and 227 self-employed health insurance societies from 1995 to 1997 Data were also collected at the individual level from four health insurance societies. This study hypothesized that the participation rate of the health screening program was related to 1) the characteristics of its members and the size of the health insurance society; 2) the specifications of the health screening program; 3) the venue of the health screening institution and the interests of individuals in the health screening program; and 4) the activities of the health insurance society. We used bivariate and multiple regression models to examine the factors on the participation rate of the health screening program. Results : First, in the case of dependents of on employee health insurance society, the ratio of dependents 40 years old and over, the average monthly contribution per household, the interest and satisfaction level of individuals in health screening, and the level of refunds for over-payment were all associated with the participation rate in the health screening program, accounting for 54.4% of the participation rate. Second, in case of those insured by the self-employed health insurance society, the interest and satisfaction level of individuals in health screening, the level of refunds for over-payment, and the performance level of on-the-spot health screening were statistically significant, accounting for 40.1% of the participation rate. Conclusion : The factors concerning the participation rate in the health screening program of medical insurance, in both a health insurance society and for individuals, were closely related to the age and gender of individuals and household contributions.

본 연구는 <아빠!, 어디가>(MBC), <슈퍼맨이 돌아왔다>(KBS2) 두 가지 육아 리얼리티 프로그램의 시청동기가 이용자 만족과 재시청에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 육아 리얼리티 프로그램의 시청동기는 '흥미로움', '출연아동들의 매력', '외로움 해소', '일상정서표현'의 4가지 요인으로 구성되었다. 시청동기와 TV 시청시간 및 육아 프로그램 시청시간과의 관계를 알아 본 결과, '출연아동들의 매력' 요인에 따라 육아 프로그램 시청시간이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 흥미로움과 일상정서표현 요인은 시청만족에 영향을 주었다. 육아 프로그램의 재시청에 영향을 주는 요인은 육아 리얼리티 프로그램 시청시간, 흥미로움, 출연아동들의 매력, 일상정서표현인 것으로 나타났다. 향후 프로그램에 대한 만족도를 제고하기 위해 흥미와 재미를 느낄 수 있도록 프로그램을 기획하고 시청자들이 매력을 느낄 수 있는 출연자를 섭외할 필요가 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Motivational Interviewing(MI) training program on communication skill and self-efficacy of home visiting nurses(HVNs). Methods: This study has a mixed-methods design that includes a one-group pre-post test study and focus group interviews(N=23). From April 16th to June 11th in 2014, total six two-hour sessions of MI training program were provided to the participants. The quantitative outcomes were collected using Global Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale(GICC-15) and Self-efficacy Scale, and the qualitative data were obtained by 5 focus group interviews. Group pre-post changes were evaluated by paired t-tests and the qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis method. Results: MI training program led to significant enhancement in communication skills(Z=-3.62, p<.001) and self-efficacy(Z=-3.67, p<.001). The qualitative study revealed that the participants had positive experiences to express empathy, support self-efficacy, and respect autonomy for their clients applying reflective-listening and affirmation skill. Conclusion: The HVNs who participated in the MI training program showed improved communication skills and self-efficacy in the quantitative and qualitative studies. A randomized clinical trial is needed to confirm the value of MI training program for HVNs.

Background: Korean dental hygienists perform various tasks under the supervision of dentists in addition to the tasks listed in the law. Many meaningful studies have been conducted to determine the actual tasks of dental hygienists, but these studies did not show common results due to the differences in research methods or designs. Hence, this study aimed to review the reported data on the tasks of dental hygienists in Korea and to clarify them based on a systematic literature review. Methods: For the literature search, the COre, Standard, and Ideal model presented by the National Library of Medicine was referenced. Seven databases were searched for literatures published in Korea, including PubMed, and Google Scholar. Of the 352 studies found using key words, titles, and abstracts, 46 were finally extracted based on the first and second exclusion criteria. After confirming the tasks of Korean dental hygienists in 46 literatures, 136 tasks were listed and calculated as appearance rate in the literature. Results: The most common tasks in 46 studies were fluoride application (67.2%), radiography (65.4%), scaling (65.4%), sealant (60.7%), patient management and counseling (56.7%), tooth-brushing education (52.2%), impression taking with alginate (50.1%), and making temporary crowns (47.9%). The most mentioned tasks of dental hygienists in public health centers were fluoride application (100%), sealant (100%), oral health education (71.4%), public oral health program evaluation (71.4%), school fluoride mouth-rinsing program (71.4%), water fluoridation (57.1%), tooth-brushing education (57.1%), school oral health programs (57.1%), and public elderly oral health programs (57.1%). Conclusion: This study showed that Korean dental hygienists had 136 tasks by reviewing 46 related studies and that the main job of Korean dental hygienists was oral disease prevention including scaling, sealant, and fluoride application.

본 연구의 목적은 다문화사회에서 지역 공공도서관이 제공하고 있는 다문화서비스의 운영 현황과 그에 따른 개선 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 국제기구의 다문화서비스에 대한 지침과 선언들을 기반으로 다문화서비스 항목을 설정하였다. 그리고 인천광역시 공공도서관을 사례로 다문화서비스를 분석하여 이를 토대로 지역공공도서관의 다문화서비스 개선 방안을 다문화서비스에 대한 인식 변화, 전문 인력 양성, 문화 간 이해 프로그램, 정보 접근성 등을 제시하였다.

이 연구는 문화기반시설인 공공도서관의 지역문화발전 기여전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다, 이를 위하여 먼저 공공도서관이 수행하는 업무와 지역문화발전의 상의적 수수관계를 바탕으로 기여도를 평가하고 한계를 적시하였다. 이어 공공도서관과 밀접한 지역문화를 지식문화, 독서문화, 학습문화, 대중문화, 여가문화로 구분하고 이들의 발전과 진흥을 위한 공공도서관의 기여전략(장서개발과 이용서비스 중심의 핵심역량 제고, 디지털 정보해득력 교육 지원기능 강화, 독서생활화를 위한 독서촉진과 저변확대, 평생학습(문화)프로그램 제공서비스의 최적화, 시설 공간의 개방화 및 친숙성 증대, 지역 유관기관과의 연계 협력사업 확대)을 제안하였다.

이 연구는 공공도서관이 지역사회를 실행공동체로 변화시키는데 기여함을 밝히고자 했다. 이를 위해 미국도서관협회의 '지역사회를 변화시키는 도서관(LTC)' 사례를 분석하였다. LTC 프로그램에 참여한 공공도서관들은 사서들이 매개자가 되어 실행공동체를 형성하여 지역사회의 문제를 해결하였다. 이러한 실천을 바탕으로 공공도서관은 도서관에 대한 사람들의 인식도 변화시켰다. 따라서 이 사례들을 통해 공공도서관과 지역사회의 관계가 변화하는 모습을 4단계로 모델링하였고,그 단계는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도서관 조직 내 구성원의 역량 강화, 둘째, 도서관 서비스 개선을 위한 사서들의 실행공동체, 셋째, 지역사회 문제의 해결을 위해 협업하는 사서와 지역주민 실행공동체, 넷째, 실행공동체로서의 지역사회이다.

이 연구에서는 대구광역시의 공공도서관과 문예회관에서 운영하는 문화교육프로그램에 대한 수강자들의 인식과 만족도에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 도서관 수강자들은 전반적인 만족도와 충성도, 프로그램 내용 및 강사 품질을, 문예회관 수강자들은 기관의 지원 및 제반서비스와 시설 및 환경에 대해 더 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 도서관 수강자의 고객만족도(LCSI)는 78.02점으로 나타났으며 문예회관 수강자의 고객만족도는 77.22점으로 산출되었다.

공공도서관은 공중의 정보이용, 문화활동, 독서활동 및 평생교육을 증진함을 목적으로 하고 있으며, 전국적인 네트워크를 갖추고 지역사회의 고유성을 반영하는 개별 지역문화기관이다. 이에 공공도서관은 지역과 함께 하는 살아있는 유기체로서 해당지역의 특성과 요구를 적극 반영하는 개성 있는 도서관체계를 갖추는 것이 필요하다. 이 연구는 공공도서관의 역할과 기능적 측면에서 지역민의 중요한 지식정보센터로서 다양한 지식정보와 문화프로그램, 지역문화콘텐츠 제공을 위해 각 지역에 산재되어 있는 지역문화콘텐츠의 관리 현황을 살펴보고 공공도서관에서 그 활용 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
