This study is an experiential case study of cybercrime fraud that combines pharming and voice phishing in April 2017. Research on victims who have actually suffered in the study of crime or disaster is a very useful field in establishing crime prevention measures. This study is significant in that Korea is relatively poor in this kind of research. I got cyber fraud as a consequence of my loss of reasonable judgment due to mental confusion when a companion dog who was raised for 8 years was in a very dangerous situation with cystitis. Fortunately, I received all the damages in a quick report, but the period was eight months. It took too much time to get back all the damages, so I had to suffer another pain. Based on my experience, I suggest damage prevention measures. First, when a certain condition and a certain amount are transferred, the transaction is automatically stopped or a more strict confirmation procedure is added. Secondly, trafficking means to arrest the perpetrator without any harm to the victim is sought. Third, the victims of crime should be promptly reimbursed for damages or a system for lending their living funds to zero or lower interest rate.
The form of company divides private and coporate companies. In general. private company has direct connection with owner's fortunes. On the contrary, cooperate company is established by a group of people who invest capital funds on their company and has an independent character. In the case of private company, their are many merits that owner can obtain all the benefits without divisions. However, the owner can mix up the control of accounting between public and private matters. As a result confusing, it is difficult to estimate financial situation of company and is limited to fund supply. Futhermore, owner has unlimited liabilities with law credit as a social cognition. Especially, the government tries to induce conversion of private company into cooperation one on the basis of benefits of tax and so on. In those situations, the purpose of this thesis is to study the management benefits with the conversion of private company into cooperate one focucing on the related tax reduction effect. To do this, I have reviewed all of the related textual achievements and tested the real significancy of tax reduction effect of conversion empirically. Finally, I have concluded that the conversion of private company into coporate one has many benefits including significant tax reduction effect. In other side, I have considered and reviewed many difficulties related conversion privated company into cooperate one and suggested some improvements as results. This thesis is comprises 5 chapters as follows; The first chapter explains purposes and methodologies and extents of this study. The second chapter deals the theoretical basis of conversion of private company into cooperate one and cooperates diverse benefits and types and processes of conversion. The preceding research achievements are also reviewed in this chapter. The third chapter deals empirical testing on the real tax reduction effect of the conversion. The analysis is proceeded through t-test of difference of tax between pre and after conversion. The result is presented so positively that I can conclude that cooperate conversion of private company has real benefit of tax reduction. The forth chapter deals the difficulties and improvements related with conversion. They are considered and reviewed at various aspects such as practical, financial and tax aspect. In fifth chapter, I summarise all of the significant points of this study and have conclusions in various aspects at last. In final point, this study is not enough in sample numbers and sample collecting area for empirical testing of significant tax reduction effect of cooperate conversion and research of more foreign achievements. Those are remained as continuing future studies.
The majority of previous researchers on body management practices including plastic surgery has agreed that there is a strong connection between social demands of plastic surgery and public exposures of beautiful body-images, which this research intends to analyze further. This study, on the one hand, discovers how body-images are produced and consumed through clinical practices of plastic surgery, particularly, surgeon-patient consultation processes based on the researcher's participant observation on a plastic surgery clinic in Korea, and shows how visualization technologies are mobilized to reconstruct not only boundaries of patients' bodies but also those of medical disciplines by viewing plastic surgery practices as knowledge production activities, on the other hand. While revealing that surgeon-patient consultation is the process to transform patient's bodies to "scientific" objects and visualization technologies have been made to help plastic surgeons to make their disciplines "scientific" ones, this article also pays attention to complicated effects of new imaging technology beyond a mere means of "scientification" of plastic surgery.

Road construction projects are parcelled into sub-sections which are then tendered to individual contractors for construction. The type of work and equipments used are similar for each sub-section. However, such equipment are not shared on a regular basis among the contractors and only partially performed in an informal and ad hoc manner. Consequently, road construction equipment suffer from low utilization and increased leasing costs. Lean construction and Program Management approaches stress the importance of collaboration among individual participants in a way that increases the collective cost savings of the entire project. This research attempts to apply such theories with the notion that under utilization of expensive equipment can be improved by formalizing a way to enable the sharing of equipment in large, public sponsored, multi-sectioned road construction projects. A system was developed consisting of a set of criteria and processes that enables automatic allocation of equipment to multiple sites on daily basis, in a way that minimizes equipment costs and improves their individual utility. The system was then applied in allocating three different types of equipment to an actual road construction project with four sub-sections for three months. A new metric, nDPR showed that utilization improved for all equipment and also equipment related costs were decreased by 4.45%. Results also showed that increased shared opportunities of equipment correspond to an increase in utilization and cost savings.

Following the emergence of a knowledge-based economy, the role of universities in regional development has been re-evaluated through considering localized interactive learning processes. This paper tries to identify the role of universities for regional development and the variables effecting on their localized engagement in regional development. We argues that universities cannot be viewed as a single angle, because the behaviors of a university are influenced by the degree of their independence from regional and national governments. Likewise, the contributions of universities to their regional development can be differential depending on the organizational characteristics of individual universities, the social, political, and economical contexts of a given region and nation, and complex relations between and within universities and other regional stakeholders. These variables can be both the drivers and barriers when each university responds to regional needs. Based on the literature review, we suggest that the explanatory factors of shaping the engagement of universities in regional development can be classified into four categories: the characteristics of individual universities, the national context, the local and regional context, and the policy context.

The research on the immersive media technology is actively being done with the emergence of immersive services using immersive media, especially in the broadcasting industry and with the increased market demand for it. The industry which produces, transmits, processes and services the immersive contents is commonly called Immersive Media Industry. Immersive Media Industry has recently received attention as next-generation strategic industry with its high marketability and its high possibility of market expansion through convergence with other industry such as education, health, advertisement, travel and public service industry. As other advanccd country such as the U.S., Japan and Europe buckle down to take the innitiative in the immersive media industry, Korea government also begins to make plan to promote the immersive media industry. As above, immersive media industry is a cutting-edge convergence industry which embraces broadcasting, telecommunication and contents industry and it is rising as core growth engine industry. This article analyses the economic effects of immersive media industry through quantatitive method and evaluates the relations between the immersive media industry and the other related industries. As a result, the effect on production inducement of immersive media industry is 610.9 billion Korean Won; the effect on value-added inducement is 468.7 billion Korean Won; and it is measured that 3,258 job will be created by the immersive media industry.
The purpose of this study is to develop a standard for right performance assessment instrument for the practice CNC Lathe of work machine subject in technical high school. In this study, we developed the standard performance assessment instrument for the practice CNC Lathe through collecting and analyzing the standard performance assessment instrument of CNC Lathe from 13 technical high schools (11 public schools and 2 private schools). The developed standard of performance assessment instrument for the practice CNC Lathe is verified by getting proper estimation from 26 teachers in technical high schools (2 teachers from each school) who are taking charge of CNC Lathe practice, and mean value between 3.77 and 4.77 is very high in validity. The characteristics of assessment instrument developed in this study are as following. First, the standard of performance assessment instrument is redeveloped to evaluate the cognitive domain and affective domain as well as psychomotor domain of technical high school students. Second, the estimation field for practice subject is segmented for all practice processes and intends to do objective estimation which can be carried out by both teachers and students, not only teachers. Third, the developed standard of performance assessment instrument for the practice CNC Lathe has high validity and truthfulness because it is monitored by teachers who are teaching in technical high school.

It introduces the contents of establishing a geostationary satellite-based forest fire monitoring system that can monitor areas of the Korean Peninsula 24 hours a day for forest fire monitoring, and describes how to establish a forest fire monitoring system and use it in various ways. In order to establish a satellite-utilized forest fire monitoring system, we will describe and draw conclusions on literature research, technical principles, forest fire monitoring means, and satellite forest fire monitoring system. The satellite-utilized forest fire monitoring system can consist of one geostationary satellite equipped with infrared detection optical sensors and a ground processing station that processes data received from satellites to spread surveillance information. Forest fire monitoring satellites are located in the country's geostationary orbit and should be operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a day. Forest fire monitoring technology is an infrared detection technology that can be used in national public interests such as forest fire monitoring and national security. It should be operated 24 hours a day, and to satisfy this, it is efficient to establish a geostationary satellite-based forest fire monitoring satellite system.
In recent years, as the demand of high-resolution satellite images increases due to the miniaturization and constellation of satellites, various efforts to support users to utilize satellite images more conveniently are performed. Accordingly, the Korea Aerospace Research Institute produces and provides mosaic images on the Korean Peninsula every year to improve the convenience of users in the public sector and activate the use of satellite images. In order to increase the utilization of mosaic images on the Korean Peninsula, a study on satellite image segmentation and classification using mosaic images was attempted. However, since mosaic images provide only R, G, and B bands and processes such as image sharpening and color balancing are applied, there is a limitation that the spectral information of original images is distorted, so various indices were extracted and classified using R, G, and B bands to compensate for this. As a result of the study, the accuracy of image classification results using only mosaic images was about 72%, while the accuracy of image classification results using indices extracted from R, G, and B bands together was about 79%. Through this, it was confirmed that when performing image classification using mosaic images on the Korean Peninsula, the image classification results can be improved if the indices extracted from R, G, and B bands are used together. These research results are expected to be applied not only to mosaic images but also to images in which spectral information is limited or only R, G, and B bands are provided.
A fast foot of information communication technology is appearing as expansion of prompt administrative service desire and national participation desire regarding administration. This is following again by government innovation and demand of customer-oriented governmental implementation with information technology. The Ministries of Education and Human Resources Development proceeded with National Education Information System(NEIS) for the aim of educational informatization at a highest global level. NEIS that was operated from 2003 established a system in Educational Offices in 16 cities/province and the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, and connected all educational administration organizations and primary and middle schools with Internet. Thus, NEIS processes electronically the general administration affairs in educational administration organizations each unit school. The NEIS school affairs business system that is newly enforced is producing an important documentation (of semi-permanent level) such as personal information and grade of students including School Human Document with electronic methods. However, we need to guarantee authenticity, integrity, reliability and usability of documentation because school affairs business system is producing important documentation under poor circumstances. According to this necessity, school affairs business system analyzed how many a record management function includes by the ISO 15489 that was an international record managerial standard. On the basis of these analyses, I will present a plan for management of a school documentation in this study. These researches are meaningful in electronically analyzing a record management function of the National Education Information System(NEIS) and in documentarily approaching management plan. I expect theses researches to be able to used as useful data for documental management plan preparations regarding a productive documentation of all kinds of business systems using in public institutions as well as National Education Information System(NEIS).
