In order to improve national competitiveness through technological research and development, the government puts in R&D budget every year and manages to improve the R&D results. Accordingly, various R&D project management methods have applied for successful advancement of technology and product. TRL is a measurement system developed by NASA to assess the maturity of technology since the 1970s. To apply medical device, the characteristics such as regulation, clinical trials are considered as a significant influence. In this study, we would like to derive PMI(performance measures index) for medical device R&D projects by using TRL and stage-gate model. As a result of this study, it is possible to use the PMI for decision making and evaluation in the R&D projects and believed that the objectivity can be ensured by the approval or certification of regulatory authority.

Health policies in many countries have come under critical scrutiny in recent years. This is because of increasing national health expenditures. Also many persons in health sector have been the perception that resources allocated to health services are not always deployed in an optimal fashion. And they believe that the scope of resources in health services is limited, there is need to search for ways of using existing resources more efficiently. A further concern has been the desire to ensure access to healthcare of various groups on an equitable basis. In some European countries this has been linked to a wish to enhance patient choice and to make service providers more responsive to consumers, while Korea integrated health insurance funds into single fund in 2000. Many European countries are under considerable pressure to review and restructure their health care systems. There are several reasons of pressure to reform. There are demographic changes, pattern of disease change, advances in medical sciences will also give rise to new demands within the health services, public expectations of health services are rising as those who use services demand higher standards of care. These circumstances require the change of health care delivery system based on hierarchical regionalism, which was basis of health care delivery since 1920s. Korea is also under similarly pressure to restructure our own health care systems. We will have good learning from OECD experiences. In this paper we reviewed and compared among OECD countries' various experiences.

Purpose. For more effective hospital management, it analyzes the trend through general characteristics, balance sheet, income statement, and financial ratio analysis, grasps the causes of the problems, and analyzes management of the hospital in order to use the result as baseline data for development of the hospital in the future. Methods. The collected data of 3 years from 2011 to 2013 about 3 tertiary hospitals in metropolitan cities from Alio (provider of public institution information; www.alio.go.kr), Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (www.hira.or.kr), and the website of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (www.mw.go.kr) were analyzed and general characteristics, balance sheet, income statement, and financial ratio, analysis are used as data. Results & Conclusions. From the result of data analysis from 2011 to 2013, general characteristics, balance sheet, income statement, financial ratio analysis, and pie charts could lead to conclusions as follows. In the result of comprehensive analysis, the 3 tertiary hospitals showed increase of fixed expense due to extension of the buildings and so did the scale of fund and asset. Although medical revenue increased, the margin of increase for medical expense was greater than that of medical revenue, which consequently led to loss. In prediction for the 3 tertiary hospitals based on characteristics so far, it is expected to see improved revenue structure after building extension is completed, but it is necessary to exert management effort to maintain its optimal level by enhancement in stability of management and inventory turnover through management of inventories.

The National Health Promotion Law passed in 1995 was a milestone for initiating a national health promotion program in Korea, and local governments and health related organizations are developing and providing health promotion programs for the public. The purpose of this study was to explore the effectiveness of a smoking prevention video for adolescents. There was no educational video on smoking prevention for school students in Korea. Based on funding from the National Health Promotion Fund, an educational video on smoking prevention has been developed and tested for the effectiveness. The primary subject of the video was middle school students. The result of the study has shown that there was a statistically significant difference between pre-and post test among middle school students and elementary school students. Students' knowledge on the harm of smoking has been increased after the video education. In addition, more than half of the students responded that the educational video was interesting and helpful. To reduce initiation of smoking among adolescents, both policies and school health education programs should be reinforced. Policies on tobacco should focus on demand of smokers and potential smokers. So government officials should keep monitor obedience of the law on prohibition of smoking for those under age 19. School teachers should focus on social influence of smoking for adolescents.

This research aims to find the legal classification of non-profit corporation, to check the pattern of non-profit corporation, to examine thoroughly the present condition of non-profit corporation, and to make a good solution of the problems of non-profit corporation. The findings of this study about the present condition of non-profit corporation are as follows. First, there is an unclear understanding of non-profit corporation and an public fund, Second, a board of directors and a founder control an aim of non-profit corporation freely, Third, there is an unclear management of activity and accounts of non-profit corporation, forth, there is an vague mission of foundation, fifth, some of non-profit corporation supported social welfare project for marketing strategy. and the last non-profit corporation made an competition unnecessarily. On the basis of study result, the researcher make some suggestion for an revitalizing of non-profit corporation. First, it is very important of making a clear mission to manage the non-profit corporation. Second, there is an autonomy and neutrality of non-profit corporation. Third, we make an irrational law better, forth, we make a settled the donation culture. and the last it is necessary of make an foundation for international society.

This study is based on the purpose of organizing and planning a fundraising for Daum Kakao's 'storyfunding' during the recent crowdfunding that uses mobile-based Internet platforms to raise funds. Analysis by project subjects shows that one planner is more efficient if the ability of one planner, such as 'publishing', is important. However, there were many group A types of contents that require variety of expertise such as 'campaign' and 'journalism' after funding is completed. As a result of analysis by planning purposes, there were the most funds available to produce contents. This is a sign that there are many projects that match the basic purpose of story funding. There are also many other purposes for the purpose of raising public opinion for the project or the establishment of monuments, or for the support of people, animals, or animal rights groups. And there is a private equity fund to sell or promote products. Such quantitative research and analysis will accurately determine the current situation of crowdfunding and will provide basic data such as efficient human composition and goals setting to achieve the goals of crowdfunding in the future.

Robot ALICE@ERICA is a service robot developed to receive donations and to provide information services. ALICE@ERICA stands for Artificial Learning Intelligence robot for Culture and Entertainment at ERICA. In order to achieve the specific purpose of receiving donations, proper appearance design, appropriate movement and good communication skills are required in terms of HRI. In this paper, we introduce three strategies for developing robots to receive donations effectively. The first is to design a robot that makes people feel intimacy, the second is to approach only one of several people as a donor, and finally the donor communicates with video contents and voice recognition. A survey was conducted on the person who showed the reaction after the robot donated money in public places. Based on the survey results, it is proved that the method presented in this study effectively contributed to fund raising. If robots can perform actions that require high level of HRI, such as donation, robots can contribute more to human society. We hope that this study contributes to the improvement of human happiness.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to present the direction of donation collection activities of non-profit organizations after the COVID-19 crisis by examining the perception of donations from the general public's perspective. The researchers conducted a convenience sampling of general citizens in South Korea, and the survey had been taken by sending e-mails for two weeks from November 11 to November 24, 2020. The total number of questionnaires that we send were 397, however 314 questionnaires were used for analysis, excluding 83 questionnaires that seemed insincerely marked. According to analysis result, non-profit organizations need to strengthen their digital capability in response to the changes in the fund-raising methods in the era of digital transformation. In addition, these factors such as transparency, accountability, and the interaction with donors for sustaining and improving their loyalty are turned out to be crucial. We hope that the results of this study will present the direction of the donation collection strategy of non-profit organizations and be used as basic data for further research.

It is our imminent project that we should train young and able manpower to strengthen the international competitiveness under the free trade of agricultural products, to solve the problem of decrease in farm population and of aging people in agriculture. The objective of this research is to suggest an alternative policy plan through the survey and analysis on the controversial issues in loans for starting agricultural business based on the survey of graduates of Korea National Agricultural College from 2002 to 2005. According to the survey, in case of graduates who are not available sufficient fanning capital such as land and agricultural facilities on it, they are not able to get loans from banks in that situation. The survey, as a result, points out that those who are legally required to do farming should be given several special aids by the government such as the improvement of Credit Guarantee Fund System for Farmers and Fishermen and the farming loans conditions for initial farm business, a long term lease of public land, giving a priority in lease-farmland project of farmland bank and allowing loan for working capital for farm management.

Using the ARDL approach, this study examined the impact of macro factors on Vietnam's stock market in the short and long run from 2010 to 2021. The State Bank of Vietnam and the International Monetary Fund provided time series data for this study. Research results show that in the long run, money supply and exchange rate respectively affect the stock market. The money supply had a positive effect on the VN-Index, while the exchange rate showed the opposite effect. However, the study did not find a relationship between world oil price and interest rates on VN-Index in the long run. On the other hand, in the short term, there are relationships between variables; specifically, interest rates and exchange rates have a negative impact on the VN-Index, while the world oil price and the fluctuation of money supply M2 of the previous one and two months showed an impact in the same direction on this index. The differences in the regression results on the impact of exchange rate and oil price on the VN-Index compared to previous studies come from the characteristics of Vietnam's stock market, with the large capitalization of companies in the oil and gas sector, and the structure of Vietnam's economy with export heavily depends on FDI sector.
