Most private and public organizations use, for their works, information systems that change their organizational structures. Nowadays, many organizations have team-based structures where typically a cross functional team is in charge of a business process. The effective communication among the members of a team is an important factor of team performance in that communication facilitates trust building, knowledge exchange, change acceptance, and safety improvement. This paper reviews methods for analyzing communication among team members from three aspects such as the content, the amount, and the structure of communication.

This paper presents a hybrid blockchain-based Identity Management Framework for devices in Microgrid. It incorporates the use of a Public and Private Blockchain platform to store and authenticate Microgrid device identities. It also emphasizes the shared responsibility of the manufacturers to provide the first layer of authentication for the devices they produce. Identities of each device are stored in the private and public Blockchain and authenticated using physically unclonable functions (PUF) and cryptographic functions.

Video games are an alternative channel for public health authorities constantly striving to reach target audiences and make positive changes. The objective of this research is to address effectiveness of health games as a health promotion technology for anti-smoking communication. This study tested the impact of advertising message types and voice-over relative to anti-smoking persuasion. By using commercial-level custom-made first person shooter (FPS) games, two experimental studies demonstrated usefulness of applying health games to change a player's attitude towards smoking. In particular, an interactive in-game message with a persuasive voice over was the most effective method to change targets' attitude towards smoking. Findings of our research offer meaningful insight on health promotion research and provide possible directions for future anti-smoking communication using health games.

Traditionally R&D evaluation has been performed by experts who can understand the contents of the study area very well. Recently extensive application of quantitative evaluation methods have been attempted for introducing the administrative management system that poses greater importance on records and results. More objective reviews on the R&D outcomes are called for gaining public supports. In this paper a bibliometrical analysis is to be performed to evaluate satellite communication and broadcasting public R&D outcomes for last 7 years. Data envelopment analysis method is selected for evaluating the efficiencies of multiple outputs (papers, patents, royalties, technology transfers) where multiple inputs (number of researchers and R&D expenses) are given. R&D outcomes from 22 research institutes are being compared and satellite communication and broadcasting R&D efforts turn out to be highly efficient.

To decide a reasonable investment priority of public enterprises, it is required to have an efficient evaluation standard. However, without having a standard, a budget for those enterprises has been allocated. In this research, for the efficient and reasonable budget allocation, it is discussed how to decide investment priority of information and communication enterprises of the government. In order to examine possible alternatives of the investment priority of information and communication enterprises of the government, seventeen enterprises were chosen from the enterprises of Ministry of Information and Communication. Public benefit, economic benefit, technology, politics, and step-up increase of budget were set up as evaluation standards and 16 specific standards were set up as subordinates. A hierarchical decision model was designed and analyzed by using AHP.

Dentist-patient communication has long been recognized as an important part of dental care. It has many positive outcomes, including reducing patient dental anxiety and increasing patient satisfaction and patient compliance. Above all, the need to communicate through conversation with dentist must be perceived as a basic dental patient's need for good clinical outcomes. In the future, increasing geriatric dental patients will pose challenges to dental profession. Factors influencing dentist-geriatric patient communication should be researched and relevant techniques should be shared among dentists.

The purpose of this study is to observe how the public impression of radiation is changing over the North Korea's nuclear bomb test. We found that the nuclear bomb test brought more negative impressions of radiation, but, in one year, more positive ones prevailed as in the pre-bomb-test. Those positive impressions were found to be composed of useful and positive elements mostly relative to health care. This suggests that we need to apply radiation (fusion) technology to solving everyday life problems in order to bring more positive impressions of radiation.

Purpose: This study was conducted as a descriptive research to identify relationships among parent-adolescent communication, self-efficacy and nursing professionalism in nursing students. Methods: The participants were 106 nursing college students in Chungchung Province in Korea. Data were collected from December 1 to 31, 2016, analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using IBM SPSS statistics version 21. Results: Parent-adolescent communication was positively correlated with self-efficacy (r=.44, p<.001), and nursing professionalism (r=.30, p=.002), while self-efficacy was positively correlated with nursing professionalism (r=.42, p<.001). Parent-adolescent communication and nursing professionalism explained 29.0% of self-efficacy. Parent -adolescent communication and self-efficacy explained 19.5% of nursing professionalism. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest an empowerment program of parent-adolescent communication should be developed to provide valuable baseline data to counsel students who are developing self-efficacy and nursing professionalism in nursing curriculum.

본 연구의 목적은 아도르노의 미메시스와 벤야민의 '적극적 동반자' 개념을 통해 문래동 예술촌의 공공예술 실천에 대해 분석하고, 새로운 장르의 공공예술 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 아도르노의 미메시스론과 문화산업 비판론, 벤야민의 미학을 중심으로 이론적 논의를 행하고 공공예술의 개념과 현실 맥락적 특징들을 성찰적으로 검토했다. 이를 바탕으로 예술가 네트워크뿐만 아니라, 지역주민 그리고 철공소 노동자 네트워크에서 새로운 공공예술의 실현 가능성을 발견하고, 그들의 적극적인 개입과 참여를 통한 새로운 공공예술 실천 사례를 심층적으로 분석했다. 이 연구의 의의는 문래동으로 상징되는 공공예술 영역에서 각각의 관계 맺기가 공공예술 실천을 어떻게 가능하게 하는지 분석하고, 나아가 새로운 장르의 공공예술 실천의 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다.

독일 공영방송은 80년대 중반 이원방송 제도 도입 시 연방헌법재판소에 의해 국민 각계각층의 의견을 반영하여 다양성을 보존해야 하는 방송의 '기본적 공급과제'(Grundver-sorgungsaufgabe)를 부여받았고 이 과제수행을 위해 수신료에 의한 재정 지원과 발전이 보장되어 있다. 90년대 독일 공영방송은 디지털 전문채널의 확대와 적극적 온라인 서비스 활동으로 융합 환경에 대응해왔고 이는 지속적 수신료 인상의 주요 동인으로 비판의 대상이 된 것이다. 법적 근거가 있는 공영방송의 디지털 전문채널에 비해 매스커뮤니케이션인 방송을 대상으로 하는 기본적 공급과제의 연계기능으로서 온라인 서비스는 법적 한계가 있는 것이다. 대외적으로는 유럽연합의 공영방송 수신료에 대한 국가보조 금지 통제와 타협, 국내적으로는 공영방송 수신료 인상폭의 축소 결정과 이 과정에 대한 국가의 개입으로 2007년 위헌으로 판결된 제9차 수신료 판결을 거치며 결국 공영방송 온라인 서비스는 TV와 라디오에 이어 기본적 공급과제에 속하는 제3의 미디어로서 위상이 확립되었다. 2009년 6월 1일자로 공포된 제12차 개정 방송국가협약에서 수신료 판결, 공익성 검증 도입, 유럽연합 시청각미디어서비스 지침의 독일국내법 전환 등 3차원의 법제화가 단행되었다. 유럽연합의 영향으로 독일 방송계의 지각변동기 일어난 이 과정은 융합시대에도 변할 수 없는 독일 고유의 공익적 방송환경 유지 의지를 현재의 상황에서 법적으로 관철한 것이며 이는 신자유주의 확신추세 속에서 융합 환경에 상응하는 우리나라의 공익적 규제체계 마련에 이론적, 법적 논거가 될 수 있다.
