This study investigated the general perception of government public relations practitioners in the Noh Moo Hyun and Lee Myung Bak administrations toward media relations and false reports. It examined whether these government public relations practitioners' perceptions are different according to changing government public relations circumstances. This study also investigated how the perceptions of public relations practitioners toward media relations in two different governments affect the overall perception toward false reports. The results showed that the two groups had different perspectives toward media relations, false reports and the causes of false reports. Moreover, the perspectives toward media relations influenced their opinions about false reports. However, they had similar opinions about the way of preventing false reports.

According to broad spread of smart phone, interest for LBS is increasing. but the marine alert system for providing public LBS service. the practical use of LBS is weak because the range of tracking location is from 200M to 1KM in korea. This study try to research the methods for setting up LBS high definition open platform system, good operation of LBS system and improvement of public use of LBS.

In this paper, a public key cryptosystem for security in computer communication networks is proposed. This is based on the security to a difficulty of factorization. For the proposed public key polynomials and the random intergers, then the ciphertext is computed. The security of proposed public key knapsack cryptosystem is verified with digital simulation.

In spite of the rapid development of the public network, the variety of network-based developments currently raises numerous risks factors regarding copyright violation, the prohibition and distribution of digital media utilization, safe communication, and network security. Among these problems, multimedia data tend to increase in the distributed network environment. Hence, most image information has been transmitted in the form of digitalization. Therefore, the need for multimedia contents protection must be addressed. This paper is focused on possible solutions for multimedia contents security in the public network in order to prevent data modification by non-owners and to ensure safe communication in the distributed network environment. Accordingly, the Orthogonal Forward Wavelet Transform-based Scalable Digital Watermarking technique is proposed in this paper.

This paper points out some weakpoints in the "A Study on Public Key Cryptosystem for Computer Communication Networks" proposed by Gi Jun Ku at KICS 92-22('92-3 Vol.17 No.3) . The present study attempted to explore effective scanning and monitoring in process of risk management on agri-marine products distribution policy. The interest public's group interests clash in accordance with theme for issue on marking policy. For executing a better systematic scanning and monitoring on actual affairs of marketing, selecting information personnel, gathering and analysing information, issue and risk management and their valuation with ongoing and simultaneously. Especially, In order to explore effective scanning and monitoring as a model of risk management, the study attempted to analyze within and without environment of marketing, to analyze issue management strategy, to evaluate issue activity for likelihood and impact, risk cycle analysis, interest public's group concerned, grade of interest public's group threatened(power, legitimacy, willingness), rapport(staying close, credibility, meeting expectation). And the study make an ongoing observation progress of subjects, and the serious subjects need have made an close observation. The study suggested to establish friendly relationship between organization and interest public's group, and to regularly accomplish two-way symmetric communication.

In the age of continuous media change and the coexistence of multiple forms of media, the relationship between the public's media use and political participation is an urgent area of study. This paper makes use of large national sample surveys from 2002, 2011, and 2015, summarizes the change of the public's media use by descriptive statistics analysis, and finds that while the Internet has become an important communication channel, the use of Internet for political information and political participation is still overestimated. Compared to the weak impact of different media channels for political information on political participation, the frequency of media exposure and Internet use play a significant role in political participation. Because of the negative effect of the frequency of Internet use on political participation, the democratization function of the Internet needs to be treated with caution. This paper describes media use and its roles in contemporary China, analyzes the impact of media use on political participation, and extends the cross-cultural application of the theory of political communication.
