Sex preference is statistically significant by women's marital status and age, and children's sex composition. The analysis on 19 pregnancy motivation items shows that pregnancy motivation differs by women's occupation, marital status, number of children, education and their partner's education. Factor analysis on pregnancy motivation items reveals six dimensions for all pregnancy: economic ability, value of child-care, psychological stability, family lineage, old economic dependency are statistically significant dimensions for son preference compared with daughter preference.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 ASMR(autonomous sensory meridian response)이 고등학생의 심리적 안정에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다.

Recently, social interest in gardens has been growing in various ways, including the increase of groups sensitive to environmental pollution and a rising interest in the overall management of natural resources. In reality, however, the owners of housing gardens lack fundamental knowledge for creating and maintaining the gardens, directly and indirectly. This limitation presents a number of problems and challenges. Therefore, this study conducted an analysis of various aspects relating to the creation and maintenance of housing gardens, reflecting the sense of ownership. The study aimed to examine the current status, and based on this, it was intended to present improvement measures for practical and efficient creation of housing gardens and their maintenance in the future.

  • With the advent of the IoT (internet of things) era, there has been discussion on how to efficiently use various information from daily life. In academic and industrial society, various smart devices such as smart watches, smart phones, and smart glasses have been developed and commercialized for narrowing the physical/psychological distance with user information. According to recent developments of smart devices, the contemporary people have desired to check their body information and treat disease by themselves. According to the needs of the time, biological researches by phototherapy/monitoring have been actively conducted. Among various light sources, microLEDs have been spotlighted due to their superior optoelectric properties and stability. In this paper, we would like to review the state-of-the research results on the next-generation biological therapy devices via microLEDs.

  • Scars can cause great psychological stress among patients. Currently, there are numerous topical agents, laser and surgical treatments available for skin rejuvenation and scar minimization. Laser-assisted drug delivery (LADD) is a treatment method that increases drug delivery by stimulating the skin physically and chemically to enhance the penetration of topical agents. This is one of the areas of great interest in the treatment of various skin diseases in addition to its use for cosmetic purposes. In particular, LADD is relatively non-invasive and has advantages in terms of accessibility and stability. Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a collagen stimulator known to gradually restore skin volume by inducing inflammation and fibroplasia. Herein, we report a case of treatment of an atrophic scar with fractional carbon dioxide laser-assisted PLLA delivery.

  • With the increased mobility within nations, relocation has become a frequent and regular occurrence in modern life. However, we know little about how residential mobility affects purchase type. How does residential mobility affect our purchase behavior? This research explores the relationship between residential mobility and preference of purchase type, with psychological processes. The study primed participants with either a high or low mobility mindset to investigate the effect of mobility on consumption style in U.S. and South Korean. The results of the study confirm that the consideration of residential mobility shifts consumers' preferences toward material goods and experiences. In addition, results also indicate that the connection between mobility and purchase type was mediated by autonomy and moderated by cultural factor. Lastly, the theoretical and practical implications are covered.

  • The purpose his study was a descriptive research study to identify the influencing factors of mentoring for nursing students, and was conducted with 120 nursing students. The collected data were subjected to real number and percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 25.0. As a result of the study, mentoring was found to have a significant positive correlation with organizational socialization, core nursing competency, and clinical performance competency, and the explanatory power of the regression model was 64.1%. Since mentoring is an effective teaching method, based on this study, we propose a study to develop a structured mentoring program including organizational socialization, core nursing competency, and clinical performance competency to test the effectiveness. In addition, proposes a study to identify the relationship with various variables by dividing mentoring into sub-competencies of career development function, psychological stability function, and role model function.
