Let T ${\in}$ L(X), S ${\in}$ L(Y), A ${\in}$ L(X, Y) and B ${\in}$ L(Y, X) such that SA = AT, TB = BS, AB = S and BA = T. Then S and T shares the same local spectral properties SVEP, Bishop's property (${\beta}$), property $({\beta})_{\epsilon}$, property (${\delta}$) and and subscalarity. Moreover, the operators ${\lambda}I$ - T and ${\lambda}I$ - S have many basic operator properties in common.

There is a growing demand for a high voltage silicone rubber composite with high mechanical property and high electrical property. The effect of modified cross-linking agent on the mechanical, electrical properties, and short-circuit test performance of silicone rubber insulators have been investigated. To use base polymer, the various silicone polymers were prepared by the equilibrium polymerization. Aluminum trihydrate surface was treated by vinyl silane. Liquid silicone rubber nanocomposite was prepared from the compounding of VPMPS, HPDMS, catalyst, and alumina trihydrate modified with 1,3,5-trivinyl-l,3,5-trimethylcyclotrisiloxane. The mechanical property and electrical property for insulation materials were measured, indicating the high tensile strength and the good short-circuit property.

Diamond like carbon (DLC) films are known that they show homogeneous alignment property when they are irradiated by Ar ion beam. The DLC films in most of studies were deposited by CVD and contain large mount of hydrogen. In order to identity the hydrogen effect on alignment property, DLC films is deposited by RF magnetron sputter using various ratio of Ar and H2 as reactive gas. DLC films are characterized by FT-IR, Raman and contact angle. Alignment property is estimated by measuring pretilt angle.

본 연구에서는 중등단계 직업교육에서 활용되고 있는 기존 발명 지식재산 관련 교과서를 대상으로 '발명 지식재산 핵심 학습 요소'의 반영 비율에 대한 편성 실태를 분석하고, 앞으로 중등단계 직업교육에서 요구되는 적정한 발명 지식재산 교육내용별 편성 비율을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 현재 특성화고 및 마이스터고에서 사용되고 있는 발명 지식재산 교과서의 교육내용에 '어떤 종류의 발명 지식재산 핵심 학습 요소가, 얼마나 있는지와, 향후 어떤 학습 요소를 얼마나 편성하는 것이 바람직한가'를 연구 문제로 설정하였다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 내용분석 방법을 활용하여 발명 지식재산 교육내용의 반영 실태를 분석하고, 델파이 조사로 앞으로 요구되는 발명 지식재산 교육내용별 반영 비율을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 얻어진 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등단계 직업교육에서 활용되고 있는 기존 발명특허 인정도서에 포함된 발명 지식재산 핵심 학습 요소를 분석한 결과 모든 핵심 학습 요소가 교과서에 분포하고 있었으나 일부 교과서에서는 D(문제 해결과 활동)영역이 집중되어 있는 경향이 있었다. 둘째, 중등단계 직업교육에서 활용되고 있는 발명특허 인정도서에 제시되어 있는 발명 지식재산 교육내용의 영역별 반영 비율을 분석한 결과 대부분의 교과서가 창출영역에 치중되어 있는 경향이 있었으며, 일부 교과서에서는 보호영역과 활용영역을 다루고 있었다. 그러나 대체적으로 활용영역에 대한 반영 비율이 미흡한 실정이었다. 성취유형별로는 모든 교과서에서 지식영역이 주를 이루고 있었다. 또한 발명특허기초, 발명과 문제해결, 발명과 디자인 교과서에서만 기능영역을 일부 다루고 있었으며, 태도영역은 대부분의 교과서에서 없거나 미흡하게 다루고 있었다. 셋째, 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해 얻어진 중등단계 직업교육에서 요구 되는 발명 지식재산 교육 핵심 학습 요소 영역 중에서 D(문제 해결과 활동) 17.7%, E(발명 융합 지식) 2.9%, K(특허출원) 6.9%, L(특허정보 조사) 9.6%를 줄여야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 발명 지식재산 교육내용 중에서 발명 소양영역 3.1%, 지식재산 창출영역 4.5%, 지식재산 보호영역 10.6%를 줄여야 하고, 지식재산 활용영역은 17.7%를 늘려야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성취유형의 적정 반영 비율은 지식영역은 52%를 줄여야 하고, 기능영역 32.3%, 태도영역 19.6%를 늘려야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper is concerned with effects of Al, Mn and Si contents on spatter, fume, microstructure and mechanical property with 490MPa Grade Flux Core Wire(FCW). Ten kinds of FCW were fabricated by varying Mn, Si and Al contents and each FCW was weld for check the amount of spatter and fume generations, microstructures and mechanical property. Amount of spatter and fume generations was decreased with the increasing Si contents and decreasing by Al contents in FCW. And, their microstructure of weld metal were changed by Mn, Al and Si contents in FCW. With increasing of Al and Si, acicular ferrite was fine and volume fraction of acicula ferrite was increased. Thereby leading to improvement of Charpy impact property and strength.

Urea intercalated into montmorillonite (MT) exhibits remarkably enhanced N use efficiency, maintaining its fast effectiveness. This study dealt with the release property of urea from metal-urea-clay hybrid with MT (MUCH) under continuous-flow conditions and the cumulative impacts of its successive application on physicochemical properties of soils. Releases of urea were completed within 4 hrs under continuous-flow condition regardless of the types and the leaching solutions. However, urea release property was significantly affected by both the form of fertilizer and the presence of electrolytes in solution. The fast release property of urea from MUCH in continuous-flow condition was not significantly affected by soil properties such as soil pH and soil texture. In addition, its successive application did not lead to any noticeable change in soil physicochemical properties, water stable aggregate rate, water holding capacity and cation exchange capacity in both sandy loam and clay loam soils. Therefore, this study strongly supported that urea intercalated into MT could be applied as fast-effective N fertilizer, in particular for additional N supply.

Four-ball EP and wear testers were used to study the effects of thickeners and additives on the EP and wear properties of some Korean greases. The EP property improved in the order of Li < Al < Ca, and the concentration of thickener did not affect the property when the same base oil and additives were used. The anti-wear property was improved in general when the additives were used.

The notion of approximate derivative was introduced by Denjoy in 1916 [3]. Khintchine [5] proved that Rolle's theorem holds for approximate derivatives and Tolstoff [8] proved that every approximate derivative is of Baire class 1 and has Darboux property. Goffman and Neugebauer [4] proved the above results of Tolstoff [8] in a different and simplified method. Also they [4] proved indirectly (via Darboux property) that approximate derivatives possess mean value property.

Schervish(1996) and Lavine and Schervish(1999) have shown that the classical P-values and the Bayes factors fail to achieve the so-called coherence property, respectively. In this paper, we propose a new type of Bayesian P-value, namely the type LR Bayesian P-value, satisfying the coherence property. The proposed Bayesian P-values are very easy to use with since they are simple functions of likelihood ratio. Their performances are discussed and compared with those of other methods under several situations.

In this paper, all near-rings R are left near-rings and all representations of R are (right) R-groups. We start with a study of AR, almost AR and AGR rings which are motivated by the works on the Sullivan's Problem [10] and its properties. Next, for any R-group G, we introduce a notion of R-groups with M R-property and investigate their properties and some characterizations of these R-groups. Finally, for the faithful M R-property, we get a commutativity of near-rings and rings.
