The myth about BPO is: since firms do not want to continue to control the business process, they outsourced it to the external provider. Therefore, there is no need for controlling the outsourced process. Based on resource dependency theory, this study explores control mechanism used in BPO context. The overall approach of this study is qualitative, inductive and exploratory. First, a generic framework on the control structure is derived from extant literature, which includes outcome/process control, IS and social control. This framework is applied to a Korean BPO case. This study has found that the hybrid control structure consisting of behavior, outcome and social control mechanisms are effective for BPO success. As outsourcing grows rapidly and IS functions become smaller, the business struggles to redefine its IS capability. This research proposes setting up proper control mechanism between user and BPO service provider as new IS capability that business should focus on; and provides guidelines for managers in development of new IS capability.
The objective of this study is to simulate the fracture behavior of composite structure bonded with more than 2 different cementitious materials. For this, concrete and cement were stacked and bonded in a direction perpendicular to loading and specimens were tested. Each constituent material of concrete and cement was fabricated independently also, and three point bending and indirect tensile tests were carried out for the acquisition of measured values applicable to the proposed model. As a result of comparing theoretical results and experimental ones, it was found that the proposed model derived from fictitious crack theory can be used to predict the fracture behavior of composite structures on the vases of well agreement with experimental results. It was also noted that the degree of improvement of fracture energies and strengths is greatly dependent on the stacking sequence of layers composing of a composite structure. Thus, it can be concluded that brittleness or ductility of a composite structure can be accomplished by a proper arrangement of layers on one's purpose throughout the proposed analysis.
In this study we tried to give a decision on propriety of working conditions, to present ideas on reducing work loads, and to grope for efficiency of agricultural works. For this we examined the actual working conditions of cultivating welsh onion in the summer ground. And we improved harmful factors that affect farmer's health by considering results of previous study and farmer's subjective sensation. And we measured. compared, and analyzed the farmer's work loads before and after improvement. The results of this study are as follows ; 1. According to examine the actual working conditions of cultivating welsh onion in the summer ground, farmers have experienced physical and mental chronic fatigue on the basis of farmer's appel to eye - fatigue and sun - burned skin on hot working environment including excessive ultraviolet rays, the rough ground condition, inconsistent arrangement of working stand and sorter, heavy - weared habits, and unsuitable working posture. 2. When we improved harmful factors that affect farmer's health, conformed the effects on important work efficiency index such as heart rate, electromyovolume, body temperature, and microclimate inside clothing and work loads were decreased by eliminating the hillock and obstacles of ground, decreasing the clothing weight, using proper clothing appliances such as hat and sunglasses, controlling height of working stand and sorter suitably, improving the working postures and methods as using assistant appliances, alloting the working time and sequence effectively and presenting the light gymnastic exercises and rest for fatigue restoration.

In general the loads due to ocean wave are considered as main design parameters governing the global structural safety of VLFS (Very Large Floating Structure). In order to predict design wave loads accurately, hydro-elastic analysis must be conducted considering the initial global flexural rigidity of VLFS. However, in order to determine the structural scantling of major members (deck, bottom, side panels and longitudinal / transverse BHD etc.), static load and design wave loads must be given as explicit form generally. Therefore in order to determine a proper structural arrangement and scantlings of VLFS at initial design stage, both calculations of structural scantling and hydro-elastic analysis for wave conditions must be conducted iteratively and the convergence of their results must be checked. On this paper, based on the case design of a 500×300 m size's floating marina resort, the details of structural design technique using hydro-elastic analysis are explained and discussed. At first, the environmental conditions and the system requirements of the design of marina resort are described. The scantling formulas for the major members of pontoon type VLFS are proposed from the local and global design points of view. Considering the design wave loads as well as static design loads, the structural safety is checked iteratively.
The arrangement of anterior artificial teeth is an important factor on the esthetics in the construction of complete denture and prosthesis. During construction of the complete denture the position of maxillary central incisor plays an important role in the arrangements of artificial teeth. The proper position of maxillary central incisor provides natural appearance of anterior teeth and the anterior reference point of occlusal plane. Many methods have been utilized to eatablish the position of the maxillary central incisor in complete denture prosthodontics. However, there has not been provided for the reference for Korean yet. This study was aimed to extablish the position of the maxillary central inciosr in Korean. The horizontal and vertical distance between the maxillary central incisor and incisive papilla in korean were measured. The results were as follows : 1. The mean value of horizontal distance from the maxillary central incisor to the incisive papilla had significant sexual difference, the average distance was 12.648mm (male), 11.385mm(female). 2. The horizontal distance of incisive papilla had sexual difference, the average distance was 6.182mm(male), 5.622mm(female). 3. The vertical distance from the maxillary central incisor to the incisive papilla had not sexual difference, the average distance was 7.21mm. 4. The crown length of maxillary central inciosrs from the distal interdental papilla had not sexual difference, the right central incisor was 6.40mm(mean) and the left central inciosr was 6.43mm(mean). 5. The clinical crown length of the maxillary central incisors had not sexual difference, the right central incisor 10.35mm(mean) and the left central incisor was 10.43mm(mean). 6. The anatomic shapes of incisive papilla were pear(68.4%), oval(16%), triangular(6%), irregular(5%), rectangular(4%), and inverted pear(1%) shape.
We produced a basic system of sterilization of nutrient solution based on the characteristics of coated filter with the visible light-reactive titanium oxide photocatalyst according to the findings of the first stage. We developed a model system with a proper number and arrangement of filter elements, the visible light-reactive titanium oxide photocatalyst according to findings from the basic performance test. Main results of this study were as followers; The ceramic filters showed the best performance of sterilization of nutrient solution. The visible light-reactive titanium oxide photocatalyst sterilized more effectively the nutrient solution under the sunlight than UV light. The sterilization performance by passing repeatedly through a few filter was more efficient than that by treating simultaneously with a large number of filters. The filter with 15ppi in pore size, 20 mm in thickness, and 3 layers in titanium oxide coating was desirable in the intensity and sterilization performance.

Results of an experimental study of possible ways to extend the capabilities of a big size transmission type holographic screen are presented. Different approaches to the problem of making a big size screen have been considered and tested experimentally. Up to 60$\times$80 $\textrm{cm}^2$ screens have been recorded on a single photographic plate VRP-M. By attaching a mirror behind the screen, the reflection mode of operation has been obtained. In this arrangement some additional peculiarities appear in the screen, which can be used to extend the screen capabilities. The first possibility is to increase the screen size by mosaicking the subscreens in the reflection mode of operation. Screens of 120$\times$80 $\textrm{cm}^2$ and 180$\times$40 $\textrm{cm}^2$ have been obtained by proper alignment of 60$\times$40 $\textrm{cm}^2$ subscreens. The second possibility is to move the viewing Bone by rotation of the screen together with the mirror and thereby realize by the eye-tracking capability. Methods of increasing vertical size of the viewing zone have been considered. Along with the multi-exposure method, which was considered in previous papers, addition of the vertical diffuser with the optimized scattering angle has been tested experimentally. The vertical size of the viewing zone has been increased by up to 10-15 cm. Another method consists of usage of a diffraction grating with vertical dispersion to solve the same problem.
In this paper, I explained the dominating/dominated relationship of Japan and Colonized Korea by analysing the management system of official documents. I examined the theory and practices of the classification used by the office of the Governor-General for preserving official documents whose production and circulation ended. In summary, first, the office of the Governor-General and its municipal authorities classified and filed documents according to the nature and regulations on apportionment for the organizations. The apportionment of the central and local organs was not fixed through the colonial period and changed chronologically. The organization and apportionment of the central and local organs reflected the changes in the colonial policies. As a result, even in the same organs, the composition of documents had differences at different times. The essential way of classifying documents in the colonial period was to sort out official documents which should be preserved serially and successively according to each function of the colonial authorities. The filing of documents was taken place in the form of the direct reflection of organizing and apportioning of the function among several branches of the office of the Governor-General and other governmental organs. However, for the reason that filing documents was guided at the level of the organs, each organ's members responsible for documents hardly composed the filing unit as a sub-category of the organ itself. Second, Japan constructed the infrastructure of colonial rule through the management system of official documents. After Kabo Reform, the management system of official documents had the same principles as those of the Japan proper. The office of the Governor-General not only adopted several regulations on the management of official documents, but also controlled the arrangement and the situation of document managing in the local governmental organizations with the constant censorship. The management system of documents was fundamentally based on the reality of colonial rule and neglected many principles of archival science. For example, the office of Governor-General labelled many policy documents as classified and burnt them only because of the administrative and managerial purposes. Those practices were inherited in the document management system of post-colonial Korea and resulted in scrapping of official documents in large quantities because the system produced too many "classified documents".

Purpose: This study presents the results of the analysis on space utilization of kidney dialysis units in regional public hospitals, which plays a key role in local public medical services. The result aims to achieve safety from infection, allow comfort for the dialysis environment, and stability for medical support. The purpose of this study is to present fundamental data for architectural plans for the kidney dialysis unit, as well as to alleviate potential infectious diseases such as COVID-19. Methods: For research purposes, the investigation and analysis of space utilization were based on architectural floor plans, research papers and literature, related legal systems, and public statistics. Of the main 35 regional public hospitals, in regards to data accessibility, 15 facilities were selected to conduct the survey and analysis for the objective. Results: The space composition by area research results of kidney dialysis units in public hospitals are as follows: Firstly, most targets do not have required rooms in the access and support area, except for the hemodialysis beds in the treatment section. Secondly, the access area requires necessary room and space design that took into consideration of convenience and accessibility for patients. Thirdly, in regards to infection prevention and control, proper circulation and room plan is essential for storage and disposal of contaminated products and linen after use. For the treatment area, the arrangement plan needs to establish a visual connection between the isolation room, the nursing station, and the bed area. Additionally, consideration of circulation in the preparation, treatment, observation, examination, and all other rooms in the facility is required. Lastly, for the support area, the room is designed to consider adequate working and meeting spaces for the medical staff, consultation space for patients or guardians, separate storage and disposal of clean and contaminated items, and the storage of various equipment for dialysis. Implications: In preparation for the increase in chronic kidney failure patients and the spread of infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, the researched data demonstrates the basic guidelines for space composition of kidney dialysis units and the significant role of regional public hospitals.
