This paper describes a method and a system for automatic generation of flanged cylinderical deep drawing process outlines. A process outline is a sequence of operation leading from the blank to the required finished part. The input is the dimension of final product and the output is the effective process outline to manufacture the product. That system is programmed by PROLOG language and is composed of facts and rules of manufacturing knowledge hierarchically.

실세계에서 발생하는 많은 문제들은 주어진 제약조건들을 만족하는 범위내에서 해를 찾는 제약만족문제(CSP)의 개념으로 설명될 수 있으며, 이러한 문제들의 해결을 위해 인공지능 및 OR 분야에서 활발한 연구가 계속 되어왔다. 본 연구는 대표적 논리언어인 prolog에서 유한이산 도메인 및 수치 제약조건의 해결을 위한 제약해결기에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구에서 구현된 제약해결기에서는 포워드체킹(FC)을 사용하여 조합적 문제를 효과적인 도메인 여과를 통해 탐색공간 및 탐색시간을 축소시키며, 또한 최적화 문제의 해결에 있어서도 그 문제에 주어진 목적함수와 FC의 장점을 조화 시킴으로써 최적해를 더욱 효과적으로 발견한다.

In this paper, the effective and reasonal recognition method is represented for 3-D images. For effective computation, we contrive PDL generation algorithm and show recognition process of the PDL list by Prolog. In this results, it is possible to recognize the 3-D image in real-time.

공개된 웹 서비스를 가공하여 새로운 서비스를 만들어내는 매쉬업 서비스가 활발하게 개발되어 사용자에게 제공되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 매쉬업 서비스도 프로그래밍 수준에서 이루어지고 있어 매우 제한된 사람만 개발 할 수 있다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 메쉬업 서비스를 기술하고, 기술된 서비스를 효과적으로 실행할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

In this paper we present a pair of operators (t-norm, t-conorm) dual with a strong negation with n-threshold $a_1,\;{\ldots}, a_n\;{\in}(0,1),\;a_1\;<\;a_2\;<\;{\ldots}\;<\;a_n$. In this way we obtain an extension of operators with threshold, that are obtained for n = 1. The new pair is obtained from given one.

A scheduler for a class of Factory Automation (FA) systems is suggested. The technique of Timed Petri Nets is used to model FA systems and, a new concept called Unit Timed Petri Nets is proposed to schedule the system. The scheduler consists of two parts, scheduling rules and input jobs. Since flexibility should be an indispensable ingredient of the scheduler for FA systems, the method using Timed Petri Nets is adopted to represent scheduling rules in a simple and systematic manner and the scheduler is implemented with the PROLOG language. The proposed scheduler is applied to the realistic problem of flow shop.

교착어(agglutinating language)에서는 다양한 통사정보가 독자적인 형태소에 내재되어 있다. 국어의 경우 형태소의 분석이 통사구조 분석에 선행되어 이루어져야 하는 이유가 바로 국어의 교착어적인 속성에 기인한다. 이 논문의 전반부에서 국어의 교착성을 명확히 보여주는 등위 접속구문을 핵심어 주도 구구조문법(HPSG)에 의하여 분석한다. 후반부에서는 PROLOG로 구현된 국어의 형태소 분석기와 통사구조 분석기(PARSER)를 소개한다.

Existing assessment methodologies present a considerable problem because of fuzzy situation of deterioration mechanism of concrete bridges; namely, qualitative, subjective or inconsistent. This paper discusses current assessment methods in aspect of uncertainty. The expert system, COBDA, is developed for consistent and fast assessment of deteriorantion of concrete bridges. Briefly introduced in this paper are the structure of expert system and several methodologies for decision making of deterioration situation and providing repair option. COBDA is configured by PROLOG for logic approach and expert system shell based on Bayesian subjective probability. The methodologies are illustrated and discussed by comparison of condition assessment results in a case study.

An expert system which is a part of artificial intelligence is developed for controlling violated voltages. Control equipments such as shunt capacitors, inductors, transformer tap changers and generator voltages are utilized. A breadth-first search method is used. A sensitivity tree is suggested to minimize the number of control devices. If the voltage condition program should be utilized to efficiently solve the problem. The expert system uses PROLOG and for the sub-program C language is used. This expert system, when applied to an 8 bus power system, shows satisfactory results.
